Description

一种互动方法及互动系统
本申请要求于2015年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510931658.9的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本专利申请涉及节目互动领域,具体地,涉及一种互动方法及互动系统。
背景技术
随着电子产品及网络技术的大力发展,节目的娱乐性也被极大的提高。用户可以在观看视频节目时通过客户端参与节目,实现用户与节目或其它用户之间的互动。例如,用户可以对视频中出现的二维码进行扫描,在扫描之后客户端会根据二维码的信息跳转至与该视频相关的应用,以实现用户与视频节目之间的互动。
另外,微信推出的摇一摇,通过摇手机或点击按钮模拟摇一摇,可以匹配到同一时段触发该功能的微信用户,从而增加用户间的互动和微信粘度,基于此而引发了摇一摇红包的流行,这种活动仅仅是基于时间性,在规定时间内,用户通过摇一摇实现获取红包。
但是,在通过扫描二维码来进行节目互动的情况下,用户不得不开启客户端的扫描功能,对准二维码以完成扫描,进而实现互动。这种方式用户的处理步骤较多,而且在扫描二维码的同时会影响到用户对节目的关注度,使得用户可能错过了其感兴趣的信息内容。而对于摇一摇红包所实现的互动的情况,由于其所基于的是时限选取的内容,因而其灵活性较差,需要基于用户在客户端的特定选择来在特定的时间段来实现对红包的接收。
发明内容
本发明部分实施例的目的是提供一种互动方法及互动系统,该互动方法能够在方便快捷的实现用户与节目及用户之间的互动。
为了实现上述目的,本发明部分实施例提供了一种互动方法,所述互动方法包括:在客户端处于摇动状态时,获取正在播放的节目中的信息;所述客户端将所述正在播放的节目中的信息发送至服务器;以及所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息将与根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端。
在一个实施例中,所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息将与根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端包括:所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息查找节目互动信息数据库;在所述节目互动信息数据库中存在与所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息的情况下,将与所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端。

通过本实施例所提供的互动方法,在节目直播或点播过程中,用户想要参与节目互动,只需摇动客户端(例如手机、平板电脑等智能终端),客户端便能够自动获取正在播放的节目中的信息,然后基于该信息将节目互动信息推送至客户端并通过客户端来呈现给用户,以便用户参与例如选秀节目的评选、影视节目的观感、节目游戏的参与等等。如此便捷的实现节目互动,而不至于影响用户对节目本身内容的获取,极大地提高了用户的体验感及节目的吸引力。
其中,所述正在播放的节目中的信息为音频信息,当然,本实施例并不限制于此,本领域技术人员可以采用例如视频信息的其它合适的信息来作为所要获取的信息。
以下将参考图2以手机作为客户端、音频信息为获取信息的示例来详细描述本实施例。
在本实施例中,用户在收看直播节目或者点播节目的同时,可以随时参与到正在播出的节目的互动中。具体地,如图2所示,在步骤21处,判断手机是否处于摇动状态;在观看节目的同时,如果用户希望参与到正在播出的节目的互动中,则可以摇动手机。此时手机能够判断出其正处于摇动状态,而在判断是否处于摇动状态时,可以在摇动幅度、摇动频率和/或摇动次数达到预设范围时,才确定手机处于摇动状态,以避免误判断。
在确定手机处于摇动状态后,在步骤22处,获取正在播放的节目中的音频信息,例如可以通过但不限于录音的方式来获取;在步骤23处,手机可以将所获取的音频信息包含在互动请求中发送至服务器,以便请求服务器向手机推送与正在播放的节目相关的互动信息。
服务器接收到所获得的音频信息后,在步骤24处,根据所获取的音频信息查找节目互动信息数据库,该节目互动信息数据库中可以预先存储不同节目的音频信息或与音频信息相关的信息,例如特定的音乐、文字语言等等,当然可以节目互动信息数据库中存储其它信息以便与所获得的信息进行匹配。
在步骤25处,判断节目互动信息数据库中是否存在与所获得的音频信息相关的节目互动信息,该判断过程可以是判断所获得的音频信息是否节目互动信息数据库所存储的某音频信息相匹配的,或者判断提取的所获得的音频信息中的特征信息(例如,特定的音乐、文字语言等等)与节目互动信息数据库所存储的某音频信息相关的信息是否相匹配。

相应地,本发明部分实施例还提供了一种互动系统,图3是根据本发明部分实施例提供的一种互动系统的结构框图。如图3所示,该互动系统可以包括:客户端30,用于在处于摇动状态时,获取正在播放的节目中的信息,以及将所述正在播放的节目中的信息发送至服务器,以及服务器40,用于根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息将与根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端。
通过本实施例所提供的互动系统,在节目直播或点播过程中,用户想要参与节目互动,只需摇动客户端(例如手机、平板电脑等智能终端),客户端便能够自动获取正在播放的节目中的信息,然后基于该信息将节目互动信息推送至客户端并通过客户端来呈现给用户,以便用户参与例如选秀节目的评选、影视节目的观感、节目游戏的参与等等。如此便捷的实现节目互动,而不至于影响用户对节目本身内容的获取,极大地提高了用户的体验感及节目的吸引力。

    所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息将与根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的互动方法,其中,所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息将与根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息相关的节目互动信息呈现在所述客户端包括:
    所述服务器根据所述正在播放的节目中的信息查找节目互动信息数据库;
