본 발명은 눈썹 메이크업을 위한 아이브로우 스탬프에 관한 것이다.
눈썹은 메이크업에서 중요한 부위다. 눈썹의 모양에 따라 인상이 바뀌기도 하고 얼굴형의 단점을 부각할 수도 있기 때문이다. 그래서 자신에게 꼭 맞는 아이브로우 제품을 선택하는 것이야말로 메이크업의 기본 조건이 아닐 수 없다.
일반적으로 눈썹 메이크업 시 아이브로우 펜슬(eyebrow pencil)을 사용한다. 아이브로우 펜슬은 눈썹을 그리거나 눈의 가장자리에 선을 그리는 데 사용하는 눈썹용 화장품이다. 아이브로우 펜슬 이외에 눈썹 메이크업을 쉽게 하기 위한 제품으로써 스탬프 방식으로 눈썹 메이크업을 할 수 있는 아이브로우 스탬프가 출시된 바 있다.
그런데 종래의 아이브로우 스탬프는 좌우 눈썹용 눈썹 어플리케이터가 각각 별도로 존재하여 제품의 부피가 커지는 단점이 있고, 좌우 2개의 어플리케이터를 제작되어야 하므로 제품 원가 상승하는 단점이 있었다.
또한, 사람마다 눈썹의 형태가 각기 다르나 종래의 아이브로우 스탬프는 고정된 눈썹 형상으로 사용자의 눈썹에 맞추어 메이크업을 할 수 없었으며 이로 인해 만족도가 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.

또한, 상기 케이스는 상기 제1 스탬프 면이 위치하도록 상기 어플리케이터의 일부가 수용되는 제1 수용공간이 구비되는 제1 케이스부; 및 상기 제1 케이스부에 대향 위치하면서 상기 제2 스탬프 면이 위치하도록 상기 어플리케이터의 나머지 일부가 수용되는 제2 수용공간이 구비되는 제2 케이스부; 를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아이브로우 스탬프에 의하면, 하나의 어플리케이터로 좌, 우 눈썹 메이크업이 가능하다.
또한, 하나의 어플리케이터로 좌, 우 눈썹 메이크업이 가능하므로 제품 부피를 최소화할 수 있다.
또한, 형태 변형이 가능하여 사용자가 원하는 눈썹 형상으로 손쉽게 메이크업을 할 수 있다.
또한, 홀더에 내장되는 철사 등과 같은 형태 유지 와어어를 통해 사용자의 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 어플리케이터의 모양을 쉽게 변형할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성 요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다. 또한, 이하에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명할 것이나, 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 이에 한정하거나 제한되지 않고 당업자에 의해 변형되어 다양하게 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
먼저, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아이브로우 스탬프의 구성을 설명한다.
도 1 내지 3에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아이브로우 스탬프는 퍼프(110)와 퍼프(110)가 결합되는 홀더(120)로 이루어지는 어플리케이터(100) 및 어플리케이터(100)가 수용되는 케이스(200)를 포함한다.
퍼프(110)는 제1 스탬프 면(111) 및 제2 스탬프(112)을 포함한다. 제1 스탬프 면(111)은 퍼프(110)의 상, 하면 어느 한쪽 면에 구비된다. 제2 스탬프 면(112)은 제1 스탬프 면(111)의 반대편 퍼프(110) 면에 구비된다. 제1 스탬프 면(111)과 제2 스탬프(112)는 눈썹 모양으로 형성된다. 퍼프(110)는 공지된 다양한 재질들에 의해 제작할 수 있다. 퍼프(110)는 플렉시블한 재질로 제작할 수 있다.
홀더(120)에 퍼프(110)가 결합된다. 눈썹 메이크업 시 홀더(120)는 손잡이 부위가 된다. 홀더(120)의 중앙에는 결합홀(121)이 구비된다.
결합홀(120)은 퍼프(110)에 부합하거나 퍼프(110)보다 다소 작은 외형으로 홀더(120) 중앙에 천공되어 형상 변형을 위해 형태 변형을 가했을 때에도 퍼프(110)가 이격 없이 잘 고정될 수 있는 구조로 설계되어야 한다. 이를 위해 결합홀(120) 내측면에 퍼프(110)를 고정할 수 있는 일정 면적의 돌기부(미도시)가 구비될 수 있다.
결합홀(121)에 퍼프(110)를 결합하면 퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)와 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)가 결합홀(121) 외측으로 자연스럽게 노출된다.
퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)와 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)가 결합홀(121) 외측으로 노출되기 때문에 눈썹 메이크업이 용이하다.
퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)와 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)가 결합홀(121) 외측으로 노출됨에 따라 제1 스탬프 면(111)과 제2 스탬프 면(112)도 결합홀(121)의 상, 하 방향으로 노출된다.
홀더(120)는 형태 변형이 자유로운 플렉시블한 재질로 제작될 수 있다. 예컨대 홀더(120)는 NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber) 등과 같은 고무재질로 제작할 수 있다. 또한, 홀더(120)는 고무, 실리콘, TPE 등 플렉시블한 형태를 구현할 수 있는 다양한 재질로 제작될 수 있다.
홀더(120) 내부에는 형태 유지 와이어(122)가 구비될 수 있다. 형태 유지 와이어(122)를 통해 홀더(120)의 모양을 자유로이 변형할 수 있다. 예컨대, 홀더(120)를 누르면 형태 유지 와이어(122)가 변형되면서 홀더(120)의 변형 상태가 유지된다. 홀더(120)가 변형됨에 따라 퍼프(110)도 변형될 수 있다. 일례로서, 퍼프(110)에도 형태 유지 와이어(122)가 내장될 수 있다.
형태 유지 와이어(122)는 퍼프(110)의 형태 변형을 위한 필수구성이라 할 수 있다. 예컨대, 홀더(120)는 플렉시블(flexible)한 재질이기 때문에 재질의 강도에 따라 복원력을 가질 수밖에 없고, 복원력을 약하게 하기 위해서는 상당히 무른 재질을 사용해야만 한다. 복원력이 어느 정도 있는 재질일 경우 오랜 사용에 의해 부러짐이 발생할 가능성이 있고, 복원력이 어느 정도 있을 경우 원하는 형태로 눈썹 모양을 만들기가 어려울 수 있다. 무른 재질을 사용하는 경우에는 사용자의 약한 힘에도 모양이 변함에 따라 스탬프 방식으로 눈썹 메이크업을 하는 과정에서 모양의 변화에 의해 원하는 눈썹 모양을 만들 수 없는 문제점이 발생할 수 있으나, 형태 유지 와이어(122)를 통해 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
한편, 눈썹 메이크업 시 홀더(120)를 손으로 잡기 때문에 홀더의 외측면 높이(H2)는 파지가 용이한 높이로 설계되어야 한다.
홀더의 외측면 높이(H2)는 퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)와 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)가 노출될 수 있도록 퍼프의 외측면 높이(H1)보다 작은 높이로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
예컨대, 홀더의 외측면 높이(H2)가 퍼프의 외측면 높이(H1)에 근접할수록 퍼프(110)를 감싸는 홀더(120)의 면적이 넓을수록 홀더(120) 변형에 따른 퍼프(110)의 변형이 더 잘 이루어질 수 있다.
도 8, 9에 도시된 바와 같이 어플리케이터(100)는 제1 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)에 수용될 수 있다.
케이스(200)는 제1 케이스부(210) 및 제2 케이스부(220)를 포함한다.
제1 케이스부(210)와 제2 케이스부(220)는 서로 마주보도록 대칭 구성될 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1 케이스부(210)는 상부에 위치하고 제2 케이스부(220)는 제1 케이스부(210) 하부에 위치할 수 있다.
어플리케이터(100)가 수용되는 제1 케이스부(210)와 제2 케이스부(220)를 닫을 수 있도록 제1 케이스부(210)와 제2 케이스부(220)에는 잠금장치(300)가 구비될 수 있다. 잠금장치(300)는 다양한 형태의 공지 구성들을 적용할 수 있다.
제1 케이스부(210) 내부에 제1 수용공간(211)이 구비된다. 제1 수용공간(211)에는 어플리케이터(100)의 일부가 수용될 수 있다. 제1 수용공간(211)에 제1 스탬프 면(111)이 위치할 수 있다.
제2 케이스부(220) 내부에 제2 수용공간(221)이 구비된다. 제2 수용공간(221)에는 제1 수용공간(211)에 수용되지 않은 어플리케이터(100)의 나머지 일부가 수용된다. 제2 케이스부(220)에 제2 스탬프 면(112)이 위치할 수 있다.
제1 케이스부(210) 내부에는 제1 지지판(212)이 구비될 수 있다. 제1 지지판(212)의 중앙에는 제1 삽입홀(213)이 구비된다. 어플리케이터(100)를 케이스(200)에 수납시 제1 지지판(212)을 향하는 퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)가 제1 삽입홀(213)에 대응 삽입된다.
제2 케이스부(220) 내부에는 제2 지지판(222)이 구비될 수 있다. 제2 지지판(222)의 중앙에는 제2 삽입홀(223)이 구비된다. 어플리케이터(100)를 케이스(200)에 수납시 제2 지지판(222)을 향하는 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)가 제2 삽입홀(223)에 대응 삽입된다.
도 10 내지 12에 도시된 바와 같이 어플리케이터(100)는 제2 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)에 수용될 수 있다.
제2 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 본체(232) 및 본체(232) 상부에 구비되어 본체(232) 상부를 개폐하는 덮개(231)를 포함한다.
덮개(231)는 힌지축(233)에 의해 본체(232)와 연결되어 상, 하 방향으로 회전개폐될 수 있다. 덮개(231)에는 거울(231a)이 구비될 수 있다.
본체(232)에는 화장품(232b)이 수납되는 제1 수납공간(232a), 어플리케이터(100)가 삽입하여 보관하는 제2 수납공간(232c), 브러시(400)가 삽입되는 제3 수납공간(232d)을 포함한다.
제1 수납공간(232a), 제2 수납공간(232c), 제3 수납공간(232d)의 위치에는 제한이 없다. 예컨대, 제1 수납공간(232a)과 제2 수납공간(232c)은 전, 후로 나란하게 설치되고, 제3 수납공간(232d)은 제1 수납공간(232a)과 제2 수납공간(232c)의 일측면에 위치할 수 있다.
덮개(231) 및 본체(232)에는 잠금장치(300)가 구비될 수 있다. 잠금장치(300)는 다양한 형태의 공지 구성들을 적용할 수 있다. 예컨대, 장금장치(300)는 홈과 홈에 끼워지는 돌기로 구성될 수 있다.
도 13 내지 16에 도시된 바와 같이 어플리케이터(100)는 제3 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)에 수용될 수 있다.
제3 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 제1 수납 케이스(241) 및 제1 수납 케이스(241)를 개폐하는 제2 수납 케이스(242)를 포함한다.
제1 수납 케이스(241) 및 제2 수납 케이스(242)에는 공지된 다양한 형태의 잠금장치(300)가 구비될 수 있다.
제1 수납 케이스(241)에는 어플케이터(100)가 삽입되는 제1 수용부(241a)가 구비된다. 제1 수용부(241a)는 어플리케이터(100)가 완전히 삽입될 수 있는 깊이의 공간으로 형성될 수 있다.
제2 수납 케이스(242)의 일단은 회전개폐장치(246)에 의해 제1 수납 케이스(241)와 연결된다. 회전개폐장치(246)는 회전개폐축일 수 있다. 회전개폐장치(246)는 공지된 다양한 형태로 구성될 수 있다.
제2 수납 케이스(242)는 제1 수납 케이스(241)에 상부를 막고 있다가 회전개폐축을 중심으로 수평 방향으로 회전하면서 제1 수납 케이스(241)의 상부에서 벗어나면서 제1 수납 케이스(241)의 상부를 개방할 수 있다.
제2 수납 케이스(242)는 화장품(243a)이 수납되는 제1 케이스(243) 및 제1 케이스(243)를 개폐하는 제2 케이스(244)를 포함한다. 제2 케이스(244)는 연결힌지축(245)에 의해 제1 케이스(243)와 연결되어 상, 하 방향으로 회전하면서 제1 케이스(243)를 개폐한다.
제1 케이스(243)는 화장품(232b)가 수용되는 제2 수용부(243a) 및 브러시(243b)가 수용되는 제3 수용부(243b)를 포함한다. 제2 케이스(244)에는 거울(231a)이 구비될 수 있다.
다음은 어플리케이터를 이용한 스탬핑 과정을 설명한다.
도 4 (a)와 같이 홀더(120)를 손으로 잡는다. 홀더(120)는 사용자가 손쉽게 잡을 수 있도록 충분한 두께와 부피로 설계되어 있어 그립감이 좋다.
홀더(120)를 파지한 상태에서 제1 스탬프 면(111)에 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품을 묻힌다. 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품이 묻은 제1 스탬프 면(111)을 메이크업을 하고자 하는 좌측 눈썹 또는 우측 눈썹에 스탬프 방식으로 눈썹 메이크업을 한다.
한쪽 눈썹의 메이크업이 완료되면 제1 스탬프 면(111)의 반대편에 위치하는 제2 스탬프 면(112)에 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품을 묻힌다. 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품이 묻은 제2 스탬프 면(112)을 메이크업을 하고자 하는 다른 쪽 눈썹에 스탬프 방식으로 눈썹 메이크업을 한다.
퍼프(110) 양면에 대칭되는 제1 스탬프 면(111)과 제2 스탬프 면(112)이 구비되어 있기 때문에 좌, 우 눈썹 메이크업이 가능하다.
도 4 (b)와 같이 퍼프(110)를 메이크업을 하고자 하는 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 형태를 변형한 후 눈썹 메이크업을 한다.
사람마다 눈썹 모양이 각기 다르기 때문에 사용자의 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 퍼프(110)의 형태를 변형한다.
예컨대, 홀더(120)를 손으로 잡고 누르면 홀더(120)가 압축 변형되기 때문에 퍼프(110)의 모양을 사용자의 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 변형할 수 있다.
모양이 변형된 퍼프(110)의 제1 스탬프 면(111)과 제2 스탬프 면(112) 각각에 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품을 묻힌 다음 좌, 우 눈썹 메이크업을 한다.
다음은 눈썹 메이크업 과정을 더욱 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 5와 같이 사용자의 눈썹에 맞게 퍼프(110) 형태를 1 내지 3과 같은 눈썹모양으로 커스터마이징(Customizing)한다. 도 6과 같이 변형된 퍼프(110)의 제1 스탬프 면(111)과 제2 스탬프 면(112)에 눈썹 메이크업용 화장품을 묻힌 다음 눈썹 위치에 맞추어 스탬핑한다. 도 7과 같이 눈썹 끝단 디테일 처리를 위해 브러시(400)로 눈썹 라인을 정리한다.
눈썹 메이크업을 완료한 어플리케이터(100)는 제1 내지 3 실시예와 같은 케이스(200)에 넣어 보관한다.
도 8, 9와 같이 제1 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 어플리케이터(100)를 안전하게 보관할 수 있다. 즉, 어플리케이터(100)를 수납시 퍼프의 제1 노출부(113)는 제1 지지판(212)의 제1 삽입홀(213)에 삽입 안착되고, 퍼프의 제2 노출부(114)는 제2 지지판(222)의 제2 삽입홀(223)에 삽입 안착되어 안정된 수납상태가 이루어질 수 있다.
도 10 내지 12와 같이 제2 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 어플리케이터(100)와 눈썹 메이크업을 위한 화장품(232b)과 브러시(400)가 함께 수납되어 눈썹 메이크업을 편리하게 할 수 있다.
도 13 내지 16과 같이 제3 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 하단에 위치하는 제1 수납 케이스(241)에 어플리케이터(100)가 내장되고, 상단에 위치하는 제2 수납 케이스(242)에 눈썹 메이크업을 위한 화장품(232b)과 브러시(400)가 수납되기 때문에 눈썹 메이크업을 편리하게 할 수 있다.
제3 실시예에 따른 케이스(200)는 회전개폐축을 중심으로 제2 수납 케이스(242)가 회전하면서 제1 수납 케이스(241)의 상부를 개방되기 때문에 사용이 편리함은 물론 독특한 개방구조를 통해 제품 가지를 높일 수 있다.
살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아이브로우 스탬프는 기존 아이브로우 스탬프의 기술적인 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
구체적으로 기존 아이브로우 스탬프는 좌, 우 눈썹 어플리케이터가 각각 개별로 존재하기 때문에 제품의 부피가 커질 수 있고, 좌, 우 2개의 어플리케이터를 제작하므로 원가가 상승하며, 어플리케이터의 형상 변화가 불가능하여 고정된 같은 형태의 눈썹 모양으로만 눈썹 메이크업이 가능하여 사용자의 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 눈썹 메이크업을 할 수 없었으며 이로 인해 소비자의 만족도가 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
그러나 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아이브로우 스탬프는, 좌, 우 눈썹 어플리케이터가 각각 별도로 존재하지 않고, 하나의 퍼프에 구비되는 제1, 2 스탬프 면으로 좌, 우 눈썹 메이크업이 가능하기 때문에 눈썹 메이크업이 편리하고 하나의 어플리케이터만 제작하면 되므로 제품 원가를 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 어플리케이터 외주면을 감싸고 있는 홀더는 사용자가 일정한 힘을 가했을 때 형태 변형이 가능한 재질로 구성되어 소비자의 눈썹 모양에 맞게 퍼프를 변형하여 눈썹 메이크업을 할 수 있다. 또한, 형태 변형 시 홀더에 내장된 형태 유지 와이어가 퍼프를 잡아주어 제1 스탬프 면과 제2 스탬프의 변형된 대칭 형상을 유지할 수 있어 사용자 눈썹 모양에 맞추어 눈썹 메이크업을 할 수 있다.

  1. 상, 하면에 눈썹 모양의 제1, 2 스탬프 면이 구비되는 퍼프; 및
    상기 제1 스탬프 면과 제2 스탬프 면이 상, 하 방향으로 노출되도록 결합되는 결합홀이 구비되는 홀더;
    를 포함하는 어플리케이터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.

  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 결합홀은 퍼프에 부합하는 외형으로 상기 홀더 중앙에 천공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이터가 수용되는 케이스;
    를 더 포함하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는,
    상기 제1 스탬프 면이 위치하도록 상기 어플리케이터의 일부가 수용되는 제1 수용공간이 구비되는 제1 케이스부; 및
    상기 제1 케이스부에 대향 위치하면서 상기 제2 스탬프 면이 위치하도록 상기 어플리케이터의 나머지 일부가 수용되는 제2 수용공간이 구비되는 제2 케이스부;
    를 포함하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 제1 케이스부 내부에는 제1 지지판이 구비되며, 상기 제1 지지판에는 제1 삽입홀이 구비되며, 상기 제1 삽입홀에 상기 제1 지지판을 향하는 상기 퍼프의 제1 노출부가 삽입되며,
    상기 제2 케이스부 내부에는 제2 지지판이 구비되며, 상기 제2 지지판에는 제2 삽입홀이 구비되며, 상기 제2 삽입홀에 상기 제2 지지판을 향하는 상기 퍼프의 제2 노출부가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  9. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는,
    제1 수납공간, 제2 수납공간, 제3 수납공간이 구비되는 본체; 및
    상기 본체 상부에 구비되는 것으로서, 상기 본체와 힌지축에 의해 연결되어 상, 하로 회전하면서 본체 상부를 개폐하는 덮개;
    를 포함하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제1 수납공간에는 화장품이 수납되고, 상기 제2 수납공간에 어플리케이터가 수납되며, 상기 제3 수납공간에는 브러시가 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  11. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는,
    상기 어플리케이터가 수납되는 제1 수납 케이스; 및
    일단이 연결힌지축에 의해 상기 제1 수납 케이스와 연결되어 상기 연결힌지축을 중심으로 수평방향으로 회전하면서 상기 제1 수납 케이스 상부를 개폐하는 제2 수납 케이스;
    를 포함하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  12. 청구항 11에 있어서,
    상기 제1 수납 케이스에는 제1 수용부가 구비되고,
    상기 제2 수납 케이스는,
    상기 제1 수납 케이스 상부에 위치하면서 제1 케이스와 회전개폐장치에 의해 연결되는 제1 케이스; 및
    상기 제1 케이스와 연결힌지축에 의해 연결되어 상, 하로 회전하면서 제1 케이스 개폐하는 제2 케이스;
    를 포함하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  13. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    상기 제2 케이스에는,
    제2 수용부 및 제3 수용부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
  14. 청구항 13에 있어서,
    상기 제1 수용부에는 어플리케이터가 수납되고, 상기 제2 수용부에는 화장품이 수납되며, 상기 제3 수용부에는 브러시가 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이브로우 스탬프.
