一种吸尘器主机,包括机壳,所述机壳一端开有出风孔;风机,所述风机固定设置于所述机壳内,所述出风孔靠近所述风机设置;电池包,所述电池包设置于所述机壳内,所述电池包与所述风机并排布置,且所述电池包位于风机的吸风端,所述电池包上开有贯穿所述电池包的风道,所述风道的一端与所述风机的吸风端相连通。

通过将电池包3置于风机2的吸风端21,进而使得风机2工作时产生的气流经过电池包3,带走电池包3表面的热量,从而能够延长电池包3的使用寿命,且通过设置减震消音组件6,使得吸尘器主机产生的震动小,噪音低,此外,通过设置前置过滤组件50及后置过滤组件30,能够进一步过滤空气,提高过滤效果。

通过设置冷却通孔52,进而风机2在工作时,能够带走电池包3散发出来的热量,提高了散热性能,且通过设置隔板10以形成风道5,延长了出风的距离,进而能够起到一定的降噪效果,由于风道5位于风机2的出风端22的外周,呈S形, 因此,相较于轴流风机2而言,采用离心风机的降噪效果更优,结构布置更为紧凑;此外,通过将风机2固定于电池包3开设的固定通孔51中,缩小了吸尘器主机的轴向长度,减小了体积。
本实施例还提供了一种吸尘器,如图5所示,该吸尘器包括尘杯80、旋风系统70及吸尘器主机100,所述吸尘器主机100为如上所述的吸尘器主机。其中,旋风系统70设置于尘杯80内,吸尘器主机100内部与尘杯80的内部连通,吸尘器主机100吸入的尘气通过气管90进入尘杯80,并通过旋风系统70进行分离,并使分离的灰尘掉落进入尘杯80,分离后的气体进入吸尘器主机100,并由出风孔4排出。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器主机,其中:减震消音组件包括橡胶减震圈、消音棉及消音支架,所述消音支架设置于所述机壳内,所述消音支架的第一端靠近所述电池包设置,所述消音支架的第一端开有用于安装所述风机的槽口,所述消音支架的第二端开设有多个排风孔,所述风机设置于所述槽口内,所述橡胶减震圈设置于所述风机的所述吸风端的外壁与所述槽口的内壁之间,所述消音棉设置于所述风机的出风端的外壁与所述槽口的内壁之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器主机,还包括前置过滤组件,所述前置过滤组件设置于所述风道内,所述前置过滤组件包括前置过滤支架及安装于前置过滤支架上的前置滤网。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器主机,还包括后置过滤组件,所述后置过滤组件设置于所述机壳内并靠近所述风机的出风端设置,所述后置过滤组件包括滤网支架及安装于滤网支架上的过滤网,所述电池包、所述风机、所述后置过滤组件沿所述风机的出风方向依次排列;
    所述过滤网为高效空气过滤网HEPA。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述风道的一端与所述风机的所述吸风端相对设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述电池包与所述机壳卡接连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述机壳包括壳体及端盖,所述壳体的第一端开有容纳槽,所述壳体的第二端与所述端盖相连,所述电池包 固定于所述机壳的所述容纳槽内;
    所述出风孔开设于所述端盖的侧壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述风道包括固定通孔及冷却通孔,所述冷却通孔位于所述风道的第一端,所述固定通孔位于所述风道的第二端,所述风道的第一端靠近所述风机,所述风机的第二端远离所述风机,所述固定通孔与所述冷却通孔相连通,所述风机的所述吸风端位于所述固定通孔内,所述风机的出风端位于所述风道外。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器主机,还包括支板,所述支板设置于所述端盖的靠近所述风机的一端,所述支板与所述端盖围成的空间形成容置空间,所述容置空间内设置有过滤组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器主机,所述过滤组件包括过滤支架及安装于过滤支架上的过滤网;
    所述过滤网的外径与所述端盖的内径相适配;
    所述过滤网为高效空气过滤网HEPA。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器主机,还包括设置于所述机壳内的多块隔板,所述多块隔板位于所述支板与所述电池包之间,所述多块隔板包括固定于所述支板靠近所述风机的一端的第一隔板及固定于所述电池包靠近所述支板的一端的第二隔板,所述第一隔板及所述第二隔板相间布置以形成气道,所述气道为S形;
    所述消音棉设置于所述气道的内壁上;
    所述支板上开有与所述气道相连通的走风口。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述风机为离心风机。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器主机,其中:所述电池包包括电池支架及电池,所述电池支架包括多个固定槽和用于盖住所述固定槽的封板,所述固定槽开设于所述电池支架上,每个所述固定槽内均安装有所述电池,所述封板与所述电池支架连接。
  15. 一种吸尘器,包括尘杯、旋风系统及权利要求1~14中任一项所述的吸尘器主机,所述旋风系统设置于所述尘杯内,所述尘杯与所述吸尘器主机连通。
