Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un fil Sirospun à base de mélange de fibres de laine/acrylique semi-peignées colorées. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : utilisation d'un métier à filer la laine peignée pour effectuer un filage Siro sur deux mèches de mélange de fibres laine/acrylique semi-peignées de différentes couleurs pour produire un produit fini de fil Sirospun à base de mélange de fibres de laine/acrylique colorées ; montage d'un dispositif de filage auxiliaire sur un bâti de machine (14) entre un point de sortie de fil d'un cylindre de sortie (11) et une tige de cuir supérieure (12) et un crochet de guidage de fil (13) du métier à filer la laine peignée ; et dans un processus de filage, commande, en utilisant une paire de tiges de guidage de fil (4) du dispositif de filage auxiliaire, de la position d'un point de torsion des deux mèches mélangées par rapport à une région triangulaire de torsion (16), et ajustement de la forme d'une région triangulaire de filage Siro de façon à modifier le nombre de fibres de chacune de deux couleurs distribuées sur une surface de fil finie, de sorte que l'effet de couleur de la surface de fil est modifié, et un fil Sirospun coloré correspondant est produit. L'avantage du procédé est le suivant : il n'est pas nécessaire de modifier un métier à filer la laine peignée, et la surface du fil Sirospun coloré produit sur le métier à filer la laine peignée possède une grande plage de réglage du rapport de distribution de deux types de fibres et un effet de changement de couleur plus évident.
