Claims (10)
- 一种电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述电极包括电极板和催化剂,所述电极的制备方法包括如下步骤:A、准备所述电极板和所述催化剂:所述电极板选用非金属导电材料;所述催化剂通过如下方法制备:取500~1500重量份的SnC 2O 4加入到反应釜中,向所述反应釜中加入至少150重量份的水并搅拌均匀;将5~8重量份的Sb 2O 3加入到所述反应釜中,搅拌,通入氧气,并进行加热使得混合均匀,得到混合料;将1~3重量份的Ni(CH 3COO) 2·4H 2O加入所述混合料中,然后向所述反应釜中通入氧气,并进行加热、搅拌,直至所述反应釜中物料呈悬浮状态后停止加热,所述反应釜内的物料沉淀,待沉淀完全后,取上层悬浮液,即得到所述催化剂;B、将所述催化剂涂覆在所述电极板上,在450~780℃温度下对所述电极板进行加热;C、所述步骤B重复进行9~14次,使得所述催化剂在所述电极板上形成均匀的涂覆膜;D、对所述步骤C得到的电极板进行烧结处理,得到所述电极。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,向所述反应釜中通入氧气的流量为10~15L/min。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B中,所述加热温度控制为500~700℃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B 重复进行10~12次。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤D中,控制所述烧结处理过程的温度为500~1200℃,烧结时间为60~150min;优选的,控制所述烧结处理过程的温度为1000~1200℃,烧结时间为90~150min。
- 一种臭氧发生电极,其特征在于,所述臭氧发生电极由权利要求1-5任一所述的制备方法制备。
- 根据权利要求6所述的臭氧发生电极,其特征在于,所述电极板的电阻率>1×10 -8Ω·m。
- 根据权利要求7所述的臭氧发生电极,其特征在于,所述电极板为导电陶瓷或导电硅。
- 根据权利要求8所述的臭氧发生电极,其特征在于,所述导电陶瓷为碳化硅陶瓷、二硅化钼陶瓷、氧化钍陶瓷、铬酸镧陶瓷。
- 一种电解装置,所述电解装置包括阳极、阴极、电源、电解液,所述阳极与所述电源的正极通过导线连接,所述阴极与所述电源的负极通过导线连接,所述阳极和所述阴极均置于所述电解液中,其特征在于,所述阳极为所述权利要求6-9任一所述的臭氧发生电极。
