Abstract
本发明涉及一种制造活性氧O3的产生器,包括阳极、阴极,其特征在于:所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni‑SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用纳米碳纤维包覆不锈钢,阳极与电源正极相连,阴极与电源负极相连;本发明还包括质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室;两个腔室底部设有入水口,上部设有出气口;或放置阴极的腔室上部设有空气进气口,底部设有空气出气口,放置阳极的腔室上部出气口,底部设有入水口。本发明从材料技术,制造工艺及产生器设计,提升阳极的寿命、使阴极不积垢或及无氢气产生,只提供适时适量的活性氧O3,确保饮用水不含病毒。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制造活性氧O3的产生器,提供免保养与安全的特性,属于杀菌保健技术领域。
背景技术
电解水产生O3活性氧,再将O3用于杀菌保健,是一种提升个人健康的有效作法。O3活性氧是一种强氧化剂:杀菌能力比一般的杀菌剂强千倍,且在没有溴离子(自来水中一般都不含该离子)下,O3杀菌后,不留下副产品,也不产生异味;只有无菌的清新之感。然而,透过电解水产生O3活性氧的技术,存在两个问题:(1)阴极积垢,须定期保养,造成使用不便,及(2)产生氢气(H2),具有爆炸之虞。
发明内容
为了解决前述两问题,本发明提出一种制造活性氧O3的产生器,本发明利用质子交换膜(PEM)的产生器设计,同时,本发明也提出降低阳极的生产成本,及提升阳极寿命的工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:
制造活性氧O3的产生器,包括阳极、阴极,其特征在于:所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用纳米碳纤维包覆不锈钢,阳极与电源正极相连,阴极与电源负极相连。
本发明包括两片阳极(A)与三片阴极(C),每两片阴极(C)之间放置一片阳极(A),电极之间等距离排列。
所述掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜的制备方法为:锑、镍、锡三种金属分别来自草酸亚锡、三氧化二锑及醋酸镍,以去离水为溶剂,以氧化剂先将草酸亚锡转化为水溶性的α-锡酸,α-锡酸再将三氧化二锑溶解于去离水中,再加入安定剂,配制成药水;药水中各金属离子的浓度:[Sn4+]=0.8~1.2mol/l,[Sb3+]为[Sn4+]的2.8~4.4%,[Ni2+]=[Sn4+]的0.8~1.8%,将药水均匀涂布在钛基材上,经100-200℃低温烤干后;再于500-650℃下进行1–3小时的烧结;重复多次的上药-烤干-烧结,以得到所需的催化剂膜厚度。
所述氧化剂为臭氧、过甲酸、过氧化氢、过氧化氢叔丁醇、亚硝酸铵或过硫酸铵,氧化剂的用量为草酸亚锡之摩尔数的3-5倍。
所述安定剂为琥珀酸、己二酸、戊二酸、柠檬酸或乙二胺四乙酸,药水中安定剂含量为草酸亚锡重量的1%。
本发明还包括质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室,两个腔室底部设有入水口,上部设有出气口。

所述的质子交换膜制备方法为:采用聚合物与交联剂以4:1的重量比混合配置成溶液,然后,以溶液铸造法成膜,洗净烘干而得到质子交换膜。所述聚合物为聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、纤维素、糊精、木质素、多醣、明胶、樟脑、聚酰亚胺中的一个或二个以上物质混合物。所述交联剂为含有磺酸(-SO3H)官能团的交联剂。
本发明产生的活性氧O3一方面,它是能伤害动植物与人类的空气污染;另一方面,它的强氧化力可用以保护环境,维护个人的卫生与免疫力,及減弱人体的疼痛。以自来水作为O3的来源,并以镀了催化剂膜(Sb,Ni-SnO2)的钛金属阳极,搭配不锈钢阴极电解水,产生O3的技术,称为电解的活性氧O3,以EO3作为代号。EO3运转时,阳极同时产生O2与O3,阴极则生成氢气(H2)。本发明从材料技术,制造工艺及产生器设计,提升阳极的寿命、使阴极不积垢或及无氢气产生,只提供适时适量的活性氧O3,确保饮用水不含病毒。

具体实施方式
结合附图,进一步详述本发明如下:
本发明中三种制造活性氧O3的产生器技术的关键在于Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti阳极的制作,亦即Sb,Ni-SnO2催化剂膜的生产。Sn-Sb-Ni三种金属的先驱物,分別选自草酸亚锡、三氧化二锑及醋酸镍,三种金属皆不用氯化物,避开选用氯化物的原因:防止氯离子(Cl-)腐蚀催化剂膜(即Sb,Ni-SnO2),并防止在催化剂膜的制造中,产生盐酸(HCl),伤害设备与人员;催化剂膜的制备方法:以去离子水作为溶剂,由于草酸亚锡与三氧化二锑均不溶于水,须使用一种氧化剂,先将草酸亚锡转化为水溶性的α-锡酸,α-锡酸再将三氧化二锑溶解于水中;所述的氧化剂过氧化氢,药水在储放期间,α-锡酸可能会转变为无化学活性的β-锡酸,使药水失效;故药水还加入琥珀酸作为安定剂,使α-锡酸不变质;EO3产生O3活性氧的命,与Sb,Ni-SnO2的催化剂膜厚成正比;当Sn-Sb-Ni三种金属盐的药水总浓度为0.2mol/l时,每一回的「上药-烘干-烧结」处理,只增加16~17纳米的催化剂膜厚。具有实用性的膜厚,至少在1微米(1000纳米)以上。为了缩短理想膜厚的产出时间,药水中[Sn4+]为1.2mol/l,[Sb3+]为[Sn4+]的2.8%,及[Ni2+]为[Sn4+]之0.8%;将药水均匀涂布在钛基材上,经100-200℃低温烤干后;再于500-650℃下进行1–3小时的烧结;重复多次的上药-烤干-烧结,以得到所需的催化剂膜厚度。
本发明中二种制造活性氧O3的产生器中所述的质子交换膜制备方法为:采用聚合物与交联剂以4:1的重量比混合配置成溶液,然后,以溶液铸造法成膜,洗净烘干而得到质子交换膜。所述聚合物为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇按1:1进行混合。所述交联剂为对甲苯磺酸。
以低直流电压电解水产生O3活性氧的技术,英文名称为electrolytic ozone,简称EO3。本发明的O3活性氧产生器,以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,作为阳极,SS 304不锈钢作为阴极。Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti阳极,是EO3技术中成本最低、可以用自来水电解、效率最高的阳极。本发明的O3活性氧产生槽,具有三种基本设计方式:(1)开放式:阳极与阴极间无隔离,(2)免保养式:酸性环境下运怍,阴极不积垢,及(3)无氢气式:以氧气取代水,供阴极电解,完全不产生氢气(H2)。
以水作为O3活性氧的先驱物,EO3电解时,阳极会产生O2与O3,阴极产生H2。如方程式(1)与(2)所显示:
阳极反应:5H2O→O2↑+O3↑+10H++10e- Eo=1.23V (1)阴极反应:2H2O+2e-→H2↑+2OH- Eo=0.0V (2)总反应:5H2O→5H2↑+O2↑+O3↑ Eo=1.23V (3)总反应(3)为反应(1)与反应(2)相加,以消除电子(e-),合并而得。同时,H+与OH-结合为H2O。EO3的电解产物为:H2、O2及O3三种气体。其中,在水中的溶解度最大的为O3,占O3气体量的0.3%。阳极反应(1)若只产生O2,标准电压(Eo)为1.23V,无法产生O3。Sb,Ni-SnO2中的掺杂物Ni,用以提升O2的产生电压至1.60V使O3也能生成;另一掺杂物Sb,则用以提升SnO2的导电度。H2与O3各代表EO3电解产物中,最强的还原剂与最强的氧化剂,两者都有净化饮用水的能力。方程式(2)的产物:H2与OH-,即是EO3在实用上,须要消除,以提供安全与免保养的保证。
本发明提出三种EO3产生器的组成设计,作为产生O3活性氧的不同运作模式:(1)开放式EO3产生器结构如图1所示,(2)免保养式EO3产生器结构如图2所示,及(3)无氢气式EO3产生器结构如图3所示。
开放式EO3产生器结构如图1所示,包括两片阳极(A)与三片阴极(C),每两片阴极(C)之间放置一片阳极(A),电极之间等距离排列;所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用SS 304不锈钢,两片阳极与电源102正极相连,三片阴极与电源102负极相连,底部设有进水口122,上部设有出气口124。开放式EO3产生器的阳极反应、阴极反应及总反应,如方程式(1)、(2)与(3)所显示。
免保养式EO3产生器结构如图2所示,包括一片阳极(A)、一片阴极(C)、质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室(222,224),两个腔室底部设有入水口,上部设有出气口;所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用SS 304不锈钢,阳极与电源正极相连,片阴极与电源相连。阳极(A)与阴极(C)被质子交换膜(PEM)隔成两个腔室,质子在阳极室产生,穿过PEM進入阴极室,被阴极还原为氢气。
PEM将产生器隔成阳极室与阴极室。以氧气取代水,供阴极电解,完全不产生氢气(H2);
无氢气式EO3产生器结构如图3所示。包括一片阳极(A)、一片阴极(C)、质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室(322,324),放置阴极的腔室上部设有空气进气口,底部设有空气出气口,放置阳极的腔室上部出气口,底部设有入水口;所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用SS 304不锈钢,阳极与电源正极相连,片阴极与电源相连。
免保养式EO3产生器或无氢气式EO3产生器,均以质子交换膜(PEM),将槽体隔成阳极室与阴极室。PEM为本发明自行开发的薄膜,选自非聚氟之高分子,包括:聚丙烯腈,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸,纤维素,木质素,多醣类,聚对苯二甲酸,及聚酰亚胺中之一个或多个的混合。高分子与含有磺酸(-SO3H)官能团之交联剂,或掺杂物配置成溶液。然后,以溶液铸造法成膜,洗净烘干即得PEM。免保养式EO3产生器的阳极反应、阴极反应及总反应,如方程式(4)、(5)与(6)所显示。
阳极反应:15H2O→O3↑+O3↑+10H3O++10e- (4)
阴极反应:10H3O++10e-→5H2↑+10H2O (5)
总反应:5H2O→5H2↑+O2↑+O3↑ (6)
方程式(4)中,水合质子(H3O+)在阳极上生成。H3O+穿过PEM,进入阴极室,在阴极上被还原为氢气。因此,阴极反应(方程式5)不产生氢氧离子(OH-),亦即O3活性氧的产生,是在酸性环境中进行。酸性条件下,水中的钙离子(Ca2+)或镁离子(Mg2+),无法产生碳酸钙或碳酸镁白色沉澱,亦即阴极积垢的来源。因此,阴极表面不会出现白色的积垢,成为免保养的EO3产生器。无氢气的EO3产生器与免保养槽类似,两者的阳极反应也相同。但是,无氢气槽的阴极反应如方程式(7)所显示。

方程式(7)的反应物,可以取自空气或纯氧,也可来自阳极室成为“自给自足”的系统。如方程式(7)所示,阴极反应的产物为水与热,无氢气产生。事实上,方程式(7)也是燃料电池的阴极反应,须使用多孔、具有催化作用(催化氧气还原反应)的空气阴极。
Claims (10)
1.制造活性氧O3的产生器,包括阳极、阴极,其特征在于:所述的阳极采用以掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜镀在钛基材(Sb,Ni-SnO2/Ti)上,所述的阴极采用纳米碳纤维包覆不锈钢,阳极与电源正极相连,阴极与电源负极相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:包括两片阳极(A)与三片阴极(C),每两片阴极(C)之间放置一片阳极(A),电极之间等距离排列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述掺杂锑与镍的二氧化锡催化剂膜的制备方法为:锑、镍、锡三种金属分别来自草酸亚锡、三氧化二锑及醋酸镍,以去离水为溶剂,以氧化剂先将草酸亚锡转化为水溶性的α-锡酸,α-锡酸再将三氧化二锑溶解于去离水中,再加入安定剂,配制成药水;药水中各金属离子的浓度:[Sn4+]=0.8~1.2mol/l,[Sb3+]为[Sn4+]的2.8~4.4%,[Ni2+]=[Sn4+]的0.8~1.8%,将药水均匀涂布在钛基材上,经100-200℃低温烤干后;再于500-650℃下进行1–3小时的烧结;重复多次的上药-烤干-烧结,以得到所需的催化剂膜厚度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述氧化剂为臭氧、过甲酸、过氧化氢、过氧化氢叔丁醇、亚硝酸铵或过硫酸铵,氧化剂的用量为草酸亚锡之摩尔数的3-5倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述安定剂为琥珀酸、己二酸、戊二酸、柠檬酸或乙二胺四乙酸,药水中安定剂含量为草酸亚锡重量的1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:还包括质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室,两个腔室底部设有入水口,上部设有出气口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:还包括质子交换膜(PEM),质子交换膜(PEM)放置在阳极、阴极之间,将活性氧O3的产生器隔成两个腔室,放置阴极的腔室上部设有空气进气口,底部设有空气出气口,放置阳极的腔室上部出气口,底部设有入水口。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述的质子交换膜制备方法为:采用聚合物与交联剂以4:1的重量比混合配置成溶液,然后,以溶液铸造法成膜,洗净烘干而得到质子交换膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述聚合物为聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、纤维素、糊精、木质素、多醣、明胶、樟脑、聚酰亚胺中的一个或二个以上物质混合物。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制造活性氧O3的产生器,其特征在于:所述交联剂为含有磺酸(-SO3H)官能团的交联剂。
