Definitions
- Embodiments of the present invention relate to a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly to a hand-held vacuum cleaner.
- the hand-held vacuum cleaner is compact and easy to carry and use. It is suitable for use in a small space.
- the hand-held vacuum cleaner generally comprises a casing, an airflow generating unit, a filtering device, a dust collecting cylinder and a suction nozzle.
- the airflow generating unit draws air, and the dust-carrying air enters the dust collecting cylinder through the suction nozzle, and then filters through the filtering device, most of which are filtered.
- the dust remains in the dust collecting cylinder, and the air passes through the filtering device and is discharged into the atmosphere by the airflow generating unit.
- the airflow generating unit is activated to provide suction for sucking dust, and the dust suction port of the vacuum cleaner communicates with the air inlet side of the airflow generating unit, and the airflow entering from the dust suction port passes through the air inlet side of the airflow generating unit. It exits from the air outlet side of the airflow generating unit and is discharged from the air outlet on the cleaner casing.
- the airflow generating unit is always turned on, and the airflow generating unit emits heat, and the air outlet of the existing vacuum cleaner is disposed on the air outlet side of the airflow generating unit, and the airflow is in the airflow generating unit.
- the wind side After the wind side is discharged, it is directly discharged from the air outlet of the vacuum cleaner, and the heat generated by the airflow generating unit is not immediately discharged in the casing, so that when the vacuum cleaner is in use, the heat in the casing gathers, and the temperature of the airflow generating unit continuously rises, affecting the airflow. The life of the unit occurs.
- Chinese Patent Publication No. CN208640587U discloses a hand-held vacuum cleaner comprising a filtering device, a fan and a battery pack, wherein the battery pack and the fan are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the handle, and the airflow discharged by the fan is from the rear end of the handheld vacuum cleaner to the tail end. The position is discharged.
- the related structure can be referred to the Chinese Patent Publication No. CN105615772B, which discloses a hand-held vacuum cleaner.
- the battery pack and the fan are also disposed on the upper and lower sides of the handle, and the battery pack and the fan are disposed on the upper and lower sides of the handle, but the patent of CN208640587U On the contrary, the airflow discharged by the fan is also discharged from the rear end of the hand-held vacuum cleaner near the tail. Thus, the air outlet is closer to the user, and the airflow discharged by the fan blows to the user, affecting the user's feeling.
- the existing hand-held vacuum cleaner needs to clean the filtering device and the dust cup after use.
- the filtering device is removed from the dust cup by separately pulling the entire filtering device upward, and then the filtering device and the dust cup are separately Wash it.
- the operation of pulling the filtering device is complicated and laborious, and at the same time, the filtering device is shaken up and down, and it is easy to disperse dust adhering to the surface into the air, causing dust to spill.
- the hand-held vacuum cleaner generally uses a battery to drive the fan to rotate.
- the battery is generally installed in the handle of the hand-held vacuum cleaner or between the handle and the base, and is electrically connected to the fan.
- the battery When the battery is operated at a relatively high power, it will generate a large amount of heat. If the surface temperature of the battery is too high, unsafe factors will occur, so that the power of the handheld vacuum cleaner battery is relatively low, and the low efficiency of the fan makes the cleaning effect and cleaning efficiency not as good. People's mind.
- the cyclone separator of the existing hand-held vacuum cleaner is disposed on the filter net and disposed in the casing.
- the filter element is placed in the cyclone separator. Due to space limitation, only the small filter cotton can be used for filtration. After the long-term use of the vacuum cleaner, the residual dust blocks the filter element. It affects the filtration effect of the filter element, so it is necessary to clean or replace the filter element. However, since the filter element is disposed in the cyclone, the disassembly is troublesome and it is difficult to clean.
- the cyclone separator is located on the filtering network, so that the overall space of the vacuum cleaner is large, the customer experience is poor, and the other components in the vacuum cleaner are arranged without regulation.
- the object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a hand-held vacuum cleaner, so that the heat emitted by the fan can be immediately discharged, the temperature of the fan when the vacuum cleaner is used is reduced, the life of the fan is prolonged, and when the vacuum cleaner is used, the discharged airflow is not directly blown. user.

- a dust suction inlet of (X) wherein the airflow generating unit is provided with an air inlet side and an air outlet side, wherein the air inlet side is connected to a dust separation unit, and an outer wall of the hand-held vacuum cleaner is provided with an air outlet that penetrates inside and outside.
- the air outlet is connected to an air outlet side of the dust separation unit, and the air outlet is disposed at least partially forwardly beyond the airflow generating unit along the longitudinal axis (X), and is exhausted by the air outlet side of the fan.
- the airflow flows forward beyond the wind inlet side of the fan and then exits outward.
- An embodiment of the present invention provides a hand-held vacuum cleaner including: a dust separation unit, an airflow generation unit, a battery pack assembly, and a handle disposed between the airflow generation unit and the battery pack assembly, wherein the dust separation unit is provided with a limit a dust suction inlet of a longitudinal axis (X) extending in the front-rear direction, the handle axis intersecting the longitudinal axis (X) of the dust suction inlet to form an angle, and the airflow generating unit and the dust separation unit pass through the intake duct
- the outer wall of the hand-held vacuum cleaner is provided with an air outlet for the airflow generating unit to discharge the airflow outwardly, the air outlet is disposed on an outer wall of the outer circumference of the air inlet duct, and the projection of the handle axis passes through the Air outlet.
- An embodiment of the present invention provides a hand-held vacuum cleaner including: a dust separation unit and an airflow generation unit, the dust separation unit is provided with a dust suction inlet defining a longitudinal axis (X) extending in the front-rear direction, the airflow
- the generating unit includes an air inlet side and an air outlet side disposed along a front-rear direction defined by a longitudinal axis (X) of the dust suction inlet, the air inlet side being closer to the dust separation unit than the air outlet side, and the hand-held vacuum cleaner is provided with The air outlet connected to the air outlet side is disposed at least partially closer to the dust separation unit than the air inlet side.
- the dust gas enters the dust separation unit from the dust inlet, and the separated gas enters from the air inlet side of the air flow generation unit, and is discharged by the air outlet side of the air flow generation unit.
- the outer wall of the hand-held vacuum cleaner is provided with an air outlet penetrating inside and outside, and the air outlet port is disposed at least partially beyond the air inlet side of the fan along the dust suction direction of the longitudinal axis X of the dust suction port. Therefore, when the airflow flows out from the air outlet, it passes through the outer circumference of the airflow generating unit, and the heat generated by the airflow generating unit is taken away together, thereby reducing the temperature of the fan and prolonging the life of the fan. At the same time, the airflow is not discharged from the rear end of the hand-held vacuum cleaner near the tail, and the airflow is discharged away from the user, thereby improving the user's feeling of use.
