手持式吸尘器,体型小巧,携带及使用都非常方便,适合在较小的空间内使用。手持式吸尘器一般包括壳体、气流发生单元、过滤装置、集尘筒和吸嘴,气流发生单元抽气,携带有灰尘的空气通过吸嘴进入集尘筒中,然后再通过过滤装置过滤,大部分灰尘留在集尘筒中,空气通过过滤装置后由气流发生单元排入大气。
在现有的手持吸尘器中,通过气流发生单元启动,提供吸灰尘的吸力,吸尘器的吸尘口与气流发生单元的进风侧相通,从吸尘口进入的气流通过气流发生单元的进风侧从气流发生单元的出风侧出去,在从吸尘器外壳上的出风口排出。但发明人发现,吸尘器使用中,气流发生单元一直开启,气流发生单元会散发出热量,而现有的吸尘器的出风口设于气流发生单元的出风侧一侧,气流在气流发生单元的出风侧排出后直接从吸尘器的出风口排出,气流发生单元散发的热量就一直在壳体内无法即时排出,导致吸尘器在使用时,壳体内的热量聚集,气流发生单元的温度不断升高,影响气流发生单元的使用寿命。
中国专利公告第CN208640587U号专利揭示了一种手持式吸尘器,包括过滤装置、风机及电池包,其中,电池包与风机设置在手柄的上下两侧,风机排出的气流自手持吸尘器后端靠近尾部的位置排出。相关的结构可参考中国专利公告第CN105615772B号专利揭示了一种手持式吸尘器,电池包与风机同样设置于手柄的上下两侧,电池包与风机设置在手柄的上下两侧,但与CN208640587U号专利相反,风机排出的气流同样自手持吸尘器后端靠近尾部的位置排出,如此设置,出风口距离使用者的距离较近,由风机排出的气流会吹向使用者,影响用户的感受。
现有的手持式吸尘器在使用后,需要对过滤装置和尘杯进行清洗,现有技术中,一般通过将整个过滤装置向上拉起,使过滤装置脱离尘杯,再分别对过滤装置和尘杯进行清洗。拉动过滤装置的操作即复杂又费力,同时过滤装置上下晃动,容易将表面粘附的灰尘散入空气中,造成灰尘洒出。
手持式吸尘器一般选用电池来驱动风机转动,电池一般安装在手持式吸尘器的手柄内或 是手柄与底座之间,与风机电性连接。电池以偏大的功率工作时,会产生较大热量,电池表面温度过高会产生不安全的因素,从而手持式吸尘器电池的功率都比较低,风机的低效率使得清洁效果和清洁效率也不如人意。
现有的手持式吸尘器的旋风分离器设置于过滤网上方设置于壳体中,滤芯放置在旋风分离器中,由于空间限制只能使用小型滤棉过滤,在吸尘器长期使用后残余灰尘堵住滤芯,影响滤芯过滤效果,因此需要对滤芯进行清洗或者更换。但由于滤芯设置在旋风分离器中,拆卸麻烦,不易清理。同时,旋风分离器位于过滤网上方,使得吸尘器的整体空间较大,客户体验度较差,且吸尘器内的其他元件排布无法规整。
发明内容
本发明实施方式的目的在于提供一种手持式吸尘器,使得风机散发的热量可即时排出,降低吸尘器使用时风机的温度,延长风机的寿命,且在使用吸尘器时,排出的气流不会直接吹向使用者。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式提供了一种手持式吸尘器,包括:尘气分离单元、气流发生单元、电池包组件及手柄,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线(X)的吸尘入口,所述气流发生单元设有进风侧及出风侧,所述进风侧与尘气分离单元连通,所述手持式吸尘器的外壁设有内外贯通的出风口,所述出风口与尘气分离单元的出风侧连通,所述出风口设置位于沿所述纵向轴线(X)的尘气吸入方至少部分向前超过气流发生单元,由风机出风侧排出的气流向前流动超过风机进风侧后再向外排出。
本发明的实施方式提供了还一种手持式吸尘器,包括:尘气分离单元、气流发生单元、电池包组件及设置于气流发生单元与电池包组件之间的手柄,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线(X)的吸尘入口,所述手柄轴线与吸尘入口的纵向轴线(X)交叉形成一定角度,所述气流发生单元与尘气分离单元之间通过进气管道连通,所述手持吸尘器的外壁上设有供气流发生单元向外排出气流的出风口,所述出风口贯穿设置于所述进气管道外周的外壁上,所述手柄轴线的投影穿过所述出风口。

为实现上述目的,本发明的实施方式提供一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器壳体、动力装置和尘杯,所述动力装置置于吸尘器壳体内,所述吸尘器壳体包括主壳体和安装壳体;所述主壳体用于容置所述动力装置,所述安装壳体与所述主壳体连接,所述尘杯的筒壁上设置有配合部,所述配合部用于与所述安装壳体相互卡接;所述手持式吸尘器还包括:按键和联动 组件,所述联动组件位于所述尘杯内,所述联动组件用于联动所述按键的触发和所述配合部与所述安装壳体的卡接解除,所述配合部与所述安装壳体卡接的方向垂直于所述尘杯的轴心。
本发明实施方式相对于现有技术而言,手持式吸尘器可以通过按压按键来解除配合部和安装壳体的卡接,使得尘杯脱离与吸尘器壳体的配合,可以将尘杯沿水平方向拆卸进行清洗。拆卸手段省力,且过滤装置不会产生位移,不易使灰尘在拆卸时洒出。
另外,所述配合部包括:设置在所述尘杯筒壁上的配合框体和位于所述配合框体内的卡接件,所述卡接件包括主杆和连接所述主杆上的卡扣组;所述配合框体的侧面开设通槽,所述安装壳体覆盖所述配合框体带有所述通槽的所述侧面,所述安装壳体上设置有卡接块,所述卡扣组贯穿所述通槽并与所述卡接块相卡接。
另外,所述主杆沿所述配合框体的长度方向设置,所述通槽开设于所述配合框体宽度方向上的两个侧面上,所述卡扣组包括连接主杆的回缩杆和连接回缩杆的卡扣;所述卡扣的一部分穿过所述通槽,置于所述配合框体外部,所述卡接块与所述卡扣位于所述配合框体外的部分相卡接;所述主杆用于被所述联动组件拉动,所述回缩杆用于随所述主杆位移,并拉动所述卡扣至所述卡扣完全位于所述配合框体内。联动组件触发时,回缩杆可以拉动所述卡扣与安装壳体解除配合。
另外,所述配合框体侧面上设置有两个凸起,两个凸起之间形成插接通道,所述安装壳体上设置有与插接通道对应的插接件,所述插接通道和插接件用固定所述配合框体与所述安装壳体。配合框体与安装壳体之间通过插接配合,在与卡接不同的方向上固定尘杯。
另外,所述尘杯上开设有上开口,所述吸尘器壳体还包括连接壳体,所述连接壳体连接在主壳体上,所述连接壳体开设有连接口,所述连接口与所述尘杯的上开口相契合;所述手持式吸尘器还包括:过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括第一过滤部和第二过滤部;所述尘杯内设置有第一安装部,所述第一过滤部通过第一安装部安装在所述尘杯内;所述连接壳体内设置有第二安装部,所述第二过滤部通过第二安装部安装在所述连接壳体内,所述第一过滤部与所述第二过滤部相抵接。尘杯沿水平上拆卸,过滤装置置于尘杯内的部分也可以随之拆卸。
另外,所述第一安装部呈环形,位于所述第一过滤部与所述尘杯之间,包括内环安装部和外环安装部,所述内环安装部和所述外环安装部相互配合;所述内环安装部与所述第一过滤部卡接配合,所述外环安装部与所述尘杯的内壁卡接配合。安装在尘杯内的第一过滤部亦可以拆卸,用户可以对第一过滤部进行清洗。
另外,所述联动组件设置在所述第二安装部上,所述按键包括按压部和触发部;所述联动组件包括依次连接的第一连接件、传动件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述触发部相 连、所述第二连接件与所述卡接件的主杆相连。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括设置在尘杯上的吸嘴,所述按键位于所述吸嘴上,所述触发部和所述第一连接件均位于所述吸嘴内。吸嘴容易把持,按键位于吸嘴上,按压更加方便。
另外,所述传动件为传动线,所述第一连接件用于在触发部的带动下拉动所述传动线的一端;所述第二连接件用于在传动线的带动下拉动所述主杆。
另外,所述第一过滤部上设置有提手,所述提手用于拉动所述内环安装部与所述外环安装部相分离。提手的设置可以更加便捷的拆卸第一过滤部。
本发明的目的在于提供一种手持式吸尘器,可以对发热的电源进行散热,使得较大功率电源在工作时也可以保持安全的温度,手持式吸尘器可以选用较大功率的电源,进而获得更好的清洁效果和清洁效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种手持式吸尘器,包括电源、开关、风机和连接在风机的进风侧的进风管道,所述电源贴附于所述进风管道外壁上,所述电源、开关和风机三者彼此电性连接。
本发明实施方式相对于现有技术而言,电源位于风机的进风管道外壁上,手持式吸尘器工作时,电源供电并发热,进风管道内有气流通过,管道内的气流与贴附在管道外壁电源进行热交换,气流携带热量排出,进风管道内源源不断的气流可以持续为电源散热,手持式吸尘器可以选用较大功率的电源并在工作时保证安全温度,进而获得更好的清洁效果和清洁效率。
另外,所述电源为多节电池,所述进风管道的截面呈圆形,多节所述电池环形分布于所述进风管道外壁。环形分布在进风管的外壁可以使电池散热更加均匀,散热效果更好。
另外,所述进风管道的外壁上设有用于安装多节所述电池的第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件分别位于多节所述电池的长度方向的两端相对设置,多节所述电池安装于所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件之间并依次串联。第一固定件和第二固定件将电池安装在进风管道的外壁上,同时多节电池串联的方式进一步增加了电源的功率,提升了手持式吸尘器的清洁效果和清洁效率。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括用于容置所述风机的壳体、连接在壳体上的手柄以及与所述手柄连接的底座,所述开关安装于所述手柄内。
另外,所述手柄和所述底座均呈空心设置。空心设置可以减轻手持式吸尘器整体的重量,同时使手持式吸尘器的重心上移,用户操作时更加方便。
另外,所述底座底部开设有出风口,所述出风口用于排出所述风机的出风侧所出的气体。分机出风侧排出的气体连续通过壳体、手柄和底座排入空气中,气体在壳体、手柄和底座中碰撞、缓冲,降低了气流从出风口排出时的能量,降低了手持式吸尘器工作时噪音,提升用户的使用体验。
本发明实施方式的目的在于提供一种手持式吸尘器,使得该吸尘器的滤芯拆卸方便,且更易清理,保持吸尘器的过滤灰尘力度,同时减小该吸尘器体积。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式提供了一种手持式吸尘器,包括:
壳体,用于与吸尘器的集尘杯可拆卸连接;
滤网,环绕设置于所述集尘杯内,用于过滤灰尘;
旋风分离器,设置于所述集尘杯内,并用于被所述滤网环绕;
其中,所述壳体内还具有用于放置滤芯的容置腔,所述容置腔用于在所述壳体与所述集尘杯可拆卸连接后位于所述旋风分离器的上方。
本发明实施方式相对于现有技术而言,由于壳体与集尘杯可拆卸连接,滤网设置在集尘杯里,旋风分离器设置在集尘杯里,且壳体内具有容置腔,滤芯设置在容置腔内位于旋风分离器上方,从而壳体与集尘杯拆离后,旋风分离器在集尘杯内,滤芯位于壳体内,可直接对滤芯进行清理,清理方便。使得吸尘器在长期使用中,保持灰尘过滤效果较好,不会被灰尘堵塞,影响使用。并且旋风分离器被滤网环绕设置在集尘杯中,从而旋风分离器不占用该吸尘器其他空间,减小吸尘器的体积,提高客户体验度。另外,该吸尘器的体积较小,使得吸尘器内部的各元件之间排列更为规整,吸尘器的内部设置更为规整。且滤芯放置在壳体中,可放置体积更大的滤芯,提高该吸尘器灰尘的过滤能力。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括:用于固定所述滤网的固定框;
所述集尘杯内设有用于固定所述固定框的托架。通过固定框固定住滤网,托架固定住固定框,从而滤网固定在集尘杯内。
另外,所述托架为环形,包括:与所述集尘杯固定连接的外环部、与所述外环部相对设置的内环部、连接所述外环部和所述内环部的主体部,所述内环部用于固定所述固定框。
另外,所述主体部沿所述外环部至所述内环部的方向朝所述集尘杯的底部倾斜延伸;
所述固定框包括:用于固定所述滤网的固定部、与所述固定部相连且被所述内环部环绕的承接部,所述承接部朝远离所述固定部的方向倾斜延伸,且所述承接部的倾斜方向与所述主体部的倾斜方向一致,且所述承接部还与所述内环部相抵持。由于主体部与承接部均倾斜设置,且倾斜方向一致,承接部还与内环部相抵持,从而主体部承托固定住承接部,进而固 定框固定在集尘杯内。
另外,所述旋风分离器包括:用于将气流形成旋风气流的旋风分离器本体、用于环绕支撑所述分离器本体并与所述旋风分离器本体相固定的侧壁;且所述旋风分离器本体上设有用于让所述气流进入所述旋风分离器本体的进风口;
所述手持式吸尘器还包括:与所述固定框相连且用于支撑所述侧壁的支撑板。从而通过支撑板将旋风分离器支撑在集尘杯内。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括:用于定位所述旋风分离器本体的定位板组,所述定位板组与所述固定框固定相连。从而通过定位板组将旋风分离器定位在集尘杯内。
另外,所述定位板组包括:
盖板,覆盖在所述旋风分离器本体的顶部,且与所述固定框相抵持;
定位板,与所述固定框相固定;所述定位板上设有贯穿所述盖板且插入所述旋风分离器主体内的若干根定位管;且各所述定位管上用于向容置腔排出所述旋风分离器本体所形成的旋风气流。由于定位板与固定框固定,定位板上的定位管贯穿盖板插入旋风分离器,从而将旋风分离器定位固定在集尘杯内。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括:设置在所述壳体上且用于固定所述滤芯的固定杆,所述固定杆插入所述滤芯。从而通过固定杆将滤芯固定在壳体内。
另外,所述手持式吸尘器还包括:设置在所述容置腔内用于罩住所述滤芯的固定罩、与所述壳体相连用于抵持住所述固定罩的抵持柱;
其中,所述固定罩内设有用于固定所述滤芯的固定杆,所述固定杆插入所述滤芯。从而将滤芯固定在壳体中。
另外,所述滤芯为海帕。海帕对气流中灰尘的过滤效果更好,且可清洁再次利用,无需更换。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的各实施方式进行详细的阐述。然而,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,在本发明各实施方式中,为了使读者更好地理解本申请而提出了许多技术细节。但是,即使没有这些技术细节和基于以下各实施方式的种种变化和修改,也可以实现本申请所要求保护的技术方案。
本发明为一种手持式吸尘器,如图1所示,包括:气流发生单元、尘气分离单元10、电池包组件20及用于供使用者手持支撑手持式吸尘器的手柄30,电池包组件20用于给气流发生单元供电,产生负压气流,尘气分离单元10设有尘气吸入口,尘气经过尘气吸入口被吸入尘气分离单元10内,由尘气分离单元10对尘气进行分离后,气流由气流发生单元排出,尘气吸入口设有一纵向轴线X。本申请中定义气流自尘气吸入口吸尘的方向为前方,同时,气流发生单元设置为风机2。
如图1所示,风机2设置有进风侧4及出风侧6,手持式吸尘器尘气自吸尘入口进入经尘气分离单元10,分离后的气体自风机2的进风侧4进入,由风机2的出风侧6排出,手持 式吸尘器的外壁上设置有内外贯穿,用以将风机2出风侧6流出的气流向外排出的出风口5,其中,出风口5设置于尘气分离单元10与气流发生单元之间的外壁上,其中,出风口5沿尘气吸入口纵向轴线X的尘气吸入方向前至少部分超过风机2的进风侧4设置,且该出风口5可以与纵向轴线X在同一直线上,也可以是出风口5在纵向轴线X的上方或是下方,其中,电机的出风侧6可以设置为由电机向后向出风或向周向出风的不同形式,可根据不同的实施需求自行选择。
如图1所示,手持式吸尘器在尘气分离单元10与风机2进风口侧设有连通的进气管道,同时,在出风侧6设有与出风口5连通的出风通道3。其中,出风通道3可以是管道,也可以是由外壳包覆风机2,利用外壳与风机2之间的间隙形成。进气管道也可以是管道,或是由外壳包覆风机2,利用外壳与风机2之间的间隙形成。
本发明就采用外壳形成风道的形式进行详细描述,手持式吸尘器包括设置于风机外侧并与风机之间形成出风通道的壳体1,风机设置于该壳体1中,壳体1与风机之间形成形成用于气流通过的出风通道3,出风侧6与出风通道3相通。出风通道3与出风口5相连通,风机2在工作时产生的气流从出风侧6排入出风通道3内,通过出风通道3从出风口5排出。
通过上述内容不难发现,由于在壳体1内设有通道3,风机2的出风侧6又均与通道3相连通,且手持式吸尘器上开设有与出风通道3相通的出风口5,风机2工作时气流从进风侧4进入后从出风侧6排出,从出风侧6排出的气流再进入到出风通道3内,最终从出风口5排出,由于风机2的进风侧4沿尘气吸入口纵向轴线X的方向设置于出风侧6的前方,出风通道3设置于风机2的外周,从而气流会将风机2产生的热量一起带走,热量不会积累在风道内,也降低了风机2的温度,延长风机2的寿命。其中,壳体1的一种实施方式为,将壳体1设置为与风机2配合后安装于手持式吸尘器内,或者,将该壳体1直接设置为构成手持式吸尘器的外型表面的一部分,如此,可以简化结构,节省材料。
具体的说,如图1所示,壳体1包括与风机2的出风侧6相对设置的侧壁11、与侧壁11连接的壳壁12,壳壁12对侧壁11的四周进行环绕并与风机2之间形成出风通道3,且侧壁11还用于朝向风机2的进风侧4的方向延伸。
在本实施方式中,如图1所示,壳体1作为手持式吸尘器的外型表面的一部分设置,出风口5开设于所属壳壁12上,出风侧6与侧壁11相对设置。出风通道3包括第一风道31和第二风道32,侧壁11相对于风机2的出风侧6的一侧至少有部分与风机2的出风侧6相互隔开形成用于被气流通过的第一风道31,壳壁12与风机2之间相互隔开与第一风道31连通的第二风道32,且第二风道32朝向风机2的进风侧4的方向延伸,其中进风侧2和出风侧6可 均为通气孔。风机2在工作时自出风侧6排出的气流从第一风道31进入第二风道32,并从壳体1上的出风口5排出。从而使得第一风道31和第二风道32之间会形成一个迂回段,当气流从风机2的出风侧6排出后,可先通过第一风道31,再经第二风道32后从出风口5排出,并且当气流在从第一风道31转入第二风道32的过程中,气流会在第一风道31和第二风道32之间所形成的迂回段内发生碰撞、缓冲,因此降低了气流从出风口5排出时的能量,从而降低了吸尘器在工作时的所产生的噪音,以提升用户的使用感受。
另外,如图1所示,手持式吸尘器还包含支撑架7,支撑架7设置于壳体1内,用于固定风机2。支撑架7用于将风机2的出风侧6与侧壁11相互隔开形成第一风道31。从而气流通过第一风道31流向第二风道32,将风机2外周的热量一起带走,从出风口5中排出,且气流在第一风道31中拐弯进入第二风道32,使得气流逐渐减弱后从出风口5中排出到吸尘器外部。
进一步的,如图1所示,为了将风机2固定在壳体1内,支撑架7包含头侧架体71和尾侧架体72,头侧架体71设置于风机2的进风侧4,尾侧架体72设置于风机2的出风侧6,头侧架体71和尾侧架体72用于相互配合固定风机2。在本实施方式中,第二风道32环绕在风机2的四周,出风口5可沿风机2的出风侧6至进风侧4的方向远离风机2进行设置,气流在第二风道32中流动后从出风口5中排出。从而可使得气流从风机2的出风侧6出来后再在吸尘器的第一风道31和第二风道32中经过缓冲后排出,减少噪音,也将经过风机2的四周,将风机2散出的热量带出。头侧架体71一体成型有进气管道,如此,便于风机与尘气分离单元10连接,节约装配工艺。
本发明的第二实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器。本实施方式与第一实施大致相同,在本实施方式中,如图2所示,风机2的出风侧6排出的气流直接流入进入第二风道32,第二风向沿风机2外部向吸尘入口方向延伸,第二风道32与出风口5相通,如此,风机2的出风侧6排出的气流通过风机2外部时,将风机2产生的热量一起带走,热量不会积累在风道内,也降低了风机2的温度,延长风机2的寿命。
如图2所示,根据上述两种实施方式的手持式吸尘器还可以设置滤芯8,设置于出风通道3内,并位于出风口5处为使得气流完全被二次过滤后再从出风口5中排出,滤芯8与壳体1内壁形状匹配一致,优选为环形结构,使从第二风道32流出的气流完全经过滤网过滤再自出风口5排出。手持式吸尘器还包含导流罩9,连通出风通道3,用于汇集在第二风道32内的气流流向。导流罩9设有与第二风道32匹配的第一导流部91及向吸尘入口方向延伸缩窄的第二导流部92,第二导流部92环绕于进气管道道并通过若干连接筋与进气管道道连接。
进一步的,滤芯8为海帕,海帕环设在壳体的通道3内。海帕的过滤能力更强,使得经过海帕过滤的气流更为洁净。
一种手持式吸尘器的优选实施方式中,手柄30设置于电池包组件20与气流发生单元之间,手柄30的轴线穿过电池包及连通尘气分离单元10与气流发生单元进风侧的进气管道,在其他的实施方式中,电池包组件20与气流发生单元单元设置位于手柄30的同一端。
本发明的另一个实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,包括:尘气分离单元、气流发生单元、电池包组件及设置于气流发生单元与电池包组件之间的手柄,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线的吸尘入口,手柄轴线与吸尘入口的纵向轴线交叉形成一定角度,气流发生单元与尘气分离单元之间通过进气管道连通,手持吸尘器的外壁上设有供气流发生单元向外排出气流的出风口,出风口贯穿设置于进气管道外周的外壁上,手柄轴线的投影穿过出风口。
本发明的另一个实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,包括:尘气分离单元及气流发生单元,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线的吸尘入口,气流发生单元包括沿吸尘入口纵向轴线定义的前后方向设置的进风侧和出风侧,进风侧较出风侧更靠近尘气分离单元,手持式吸尘器设有与出风侧连通的出风口,出风口设置至少部分较进风侧更靠近尘气分离单元。
参阅图3所示,本发明的第三实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,包括尘气分离单元及气流发生单元,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线的吸尘入口,气流发生单元包括沿吸尘入口纵向轴线定义的前后方向设置的进风侧和出风侧,气流发生单元外侧包覆有壳体,壳体将气流发生单元沿轴向隔离形成位于气流发生单元两侧的出风通道,气流发生单元的出风侧朝向其中一侧其流通的连通,即本创作中的出风通道,由气流发生单元的出风侧排出的气流向进风侧方向延伸超过进风侧后,再流至另一侧其流通的沿气流发生器的外周向出风侧方向流动,如此,也可将出风口设置于气流发生器的靠后端位置,同样可实现利用气流发生器排出的气流带走气流发生器的热量,同时,又延长的出风距离,降低了噪音,具体可参考图3中的气流流动示意图。
本发明的第四实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器。如图4和图5所示,包括吸尘器壳体1、动力装置2、过滤装置3和尘杯4,其中动力装置2置于吸尘器壳体1内。尘杯4上设置有吸嘴5,吸嘴5用于吸附灰尘,带有灰尘的气体从吸嘴5进入尘杯4,再通过过滤装置3进入动力装置2,经由动力装置2排出。
值得注意的是,如图6所示,本实施方式中的吸尘器壳体1包括主壳体11、连接壳体12 和安装壳体13,主壳体11用于放置动力装置2;连接壳体12连接在主壳体11上,连接壳体12呈柱状,其下开口与尘杯4的上开口相契合;安装壳体13连接在主壳体11上,用于安装尘杯4,尘杯4上侧壁上设置有配合部6,配合部6与安装壳体13相互卡接。吸嘴5上设置有按键51,当然,按键51也可以设置在手持式吸尘器上的其他位置,本实施方式仅以按键51设置在吸嘴5上为例进行说明。尘杯4内设置有联动组件7,联动组件7用于联动按键51的触发和配合部6与安装壳体13的卡接解除。即按压按键51,可将尘杯4从安装壳体13上拆卸下来,拆卸操作十分便捷。同时,配合部6与安装壳体13之间的卡接方向垂直于尘杯4的轴心OO’,解除配合部6与安装壳体13的配合后,尘杯4可以在水平上沿任一远离安装壳体13的方向拆卸。
本实施方式中,如图7所示,配合部6包括配合框体61和位于配合框体61内的卡接件62,结合图8,安装壳体13覆盖配合框体61,卡接件62包括沿配合框体61长度方向设置的主杆621和连接在主杆621上的卡扣组622,主杆621位于配合框体61中部,卡扣组622包括连接在主杆621上的回缩杆6221和连接在回缩杆6221上的卡扣6222;安装壳体13上在与卡扣6222对应位置设置有卡接块131,结合图7和图8,配合框体61的两侧均开设有通槽611,卡扣6222贯穿通槽611并与卡接块131卡接,卡接方向沿水平设置。如图7所示,为了防止尘杯4在竖直方向上掉落,配合框体61上设置有两个凸起,两个凸起之间形成沿水平方向的插接通道612,结合图9,安装壳体13上设置有插接件132,配合框体61和安装壳体13插接配合,实现尘杯4在竖直上的固定;同时,插接通道612和插接件132的插接配合还限定了尘杯4的拆卸方向沿插接方向。
由上可知,在拆卸尘杯4时,如图6所示,先按压按键51,配合框体61和安装壳体13脱离配合,用户可以将尘杯4沿插接件132的插接方向抽出,尘杯4沿水平拆卸,筒内的灰尘不会发生上下抖动,导致灰尘溢出。
值得注意的是,如图5所示,过滤装置3一般体积较大,一部分置于尘杯4内,在水平拆卸尘杯4时,过滤装置3会对尘杯4的拆卸造成阻挡。而本实施方式中的过滤装置3包括第一过滤部31和第二过滤部32,第一过滤部31通过第一安装部8安装在尘杯4内,第二过滤部32通过第二安装部9安装在连接壳体12内。第一过滤部31和第二过滤部32之间、第一安装部8和第二安装部9之间均抵接,在水平拆卸尘杯4时,第一过滤部31和第一安装部8均随尘杯4一同被拆卸,避免阻挡尘杯4。
其中,如图10所示,第一安装部8呈环状,包括内环安装部81和外环安装部82,所述外环安装部82与尘杯4的内壁卡接配合,内环安装部81与第一过滤部31卡接配合,外环安 装部82下端呈锥形向下延伸,同样的,内环安装部81与外环安装部82的锥形部811分对应位置为锥形部811,外环安装部82的锥形部811分和内环安装部81的锥形部811相互配合,保证内环安装部81和第一过滤部31在尘杯4中的位置。内环安装部81上还设置有提手,提手可以将内环安装部81和第一过滤部31一同上拉,分离内环安装部81和外环安装部82,在尘杯4拆卸完毕后进一步对第一过滤部31进行拆卸。
在本实施方式中,如图11所示,联动组件7设置在外环安装部82中,联动组件7分别与按键51和配合部6连接;联动组件7用来联动按键51的触发和配合部6与安装壳体13的卡接解除。其中,如图12所示,按键51包括按压部511和触发部512;联动组件7包括依次连接的第一连接件71、传动件和第二连接件73,第一连接件71与触发部512相连、第二连接件73与卡接件62的主杆621相连,本实施方式中,传动件为传动线72,当然本实施方式中仅以传动线72为例说明,不做具体限定。
其中,按压部511裸露于吸嘴5外部,用于被用户按压;触发部512与按压部511一体设置,与第一连接件71相抵触,用户按压按压部511时,一体设置的触发部512随之发生转动,进而推动第一连接件71,第一连接件71铰接在吸嘴5内的平台上,第一连接件71在触发部512的推动下绕铰接点转动,拉动传动线72的一端,结合图11,传动线72沿绕尘杯4轴心,贴附外环安装部82的侧壁设置,如图12所示,传动线72的另一端连接卡接件62的主杆621,传动线72拉动主杆621上升,结合图8,回缩杆6221随主杆621上升,卡扣组622还包括设置在配合框体61内的阻挡块623,阻挡块623抵接回缩杆6221,回缩杆6221为弹性杆,回缩杆6221上升时,在阻挡块623的作用下向主杆621贴近,带动卡扣6222回缩,当卡扣6222完全回缩至配合框体61内时,卡扣6222与卡接块131的配合解除,进而解除了尘杯4在吸尘器壳体1上的安装。
值得注意的是,按压部511以弹性铰接的方式安装在吸嘴5上,使得按压结束后,按键51可以自动回弹至待触发状态。
由上可知,拆卸尘杯4时,按压按键51的按压部511,触发按键51的触发部512,触发部512通过联动组件7拉动配合部6中卡接件62的主杆621上移,卡接件62的回缩杆6221随主杆621上移的同时在阻挡块623的作用下带动卡扣6222回缩入配合框体61内,解除安装壳体13和配合部6之间的配合,用户可以手持吸嘴5沿插接通道612的长度方向拉动尘杯4,即水平方向;安装于尘杯4内的第一过滤部31随尘杯4一起被拆卸,按压按键51实现水平拆卸尘杯4,不仅拆卸方便,同时避免了过滤装置3的晃动,防止灰尘溢出。同时通过内环安装部81和提手的设置,方便了第一过滤部31的拆卸和清洗。
本发明的第五实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,如图13所示,包括风机3、容纳风机3的壳体4、手柄5和底座6,结合图14,手持式吸尘器内部设置有电源和开关2,接通开关2时,电源为风机3供电,风机3运行,为手持式吸尘器提供吸力。
如图14所示,风机3包括进风侧31和出风侧32,手持式吸尘器还包括进风管道7,进风管道7连接在进风侧31,即手持式吸尘器吸入的气流通过进风管道7进入风机3,气流经过风机3后再通过出风侧32排出,在本实施方式中,电源为多节电池1,当然,电源也可以为其他供电装置,本实施方式不做特殊限定,进风管道7的截面呈圆形,多节电池1环形分布在进风管道7外壁上,并贴附进风管道7的外壁。
同时,如15所示,手柄5呈空心设置,开关2设置在手柄5内,开关2、电源和风机3串联形成闭合电路,手柄5上设置有按钮51,用户按压按钮51可以触发开关2,接通闭合电路,电源向风机3供电,手持式吸尘器开始工作。
值得注意的是,在手持式吸尘器工作时,贴附在进风管道7外壁的多节电池1会产生热量,导致电池1表面温度升高,与此同时,进风管道7内有气流通过,贴附在进风管道7外壁的电池1可以与进风管道7内的气流进行热交换,将热量传递给气流,携带热量的气流通过风机3排入空气,通过进风管道7的气流可以将电池1产生的部分热量排出,进风管道7内源源不断的气流可以持续对多节电池1进行散热,以降低电池1表面的温度,本实施方式中,电池1的功率较大,工作时产生的热量较多,但由于进风管道7内气流的散热作用,多节电池1在工作时可以保持其表面温度在安全范围内,不会发生危险,而较大功率的电池1可以提高吸尘器的清洁效率和清洁能力,提升用户的使用体验。
另外,如图15所示,手持式吸尘器还包括设置在通风管道外壁上的第一固定件81和第二固定件82,第一固定件81和第二固定件82用于将多节电池1安装在通风管道外壁上,第一固定件81和第二固定件82分别位于电池1长度方向上的两侧相对设置,多节电池1位于第一固定件81与第二固定件82之间依次串联;其中,任意相邻的两个电池1的正极方向相反,第一固定件81和第二固定件82均为绝缘材料,且两者均设置有多个组合导板,多个组合导板排列设置,组合导板包括电性连接的正极导板和负极导板,用于电性连接相邻两个电池1的正极和负极,实现多节电池1的串联,多节电池1的串联实现了电源功率的提升,可以进一步的提升清洁功率和清洁效率,同时在进风管道7内气流的散热作用下,多节串联的电池1在工作时可以保持其表面温度在安全范围内,不会发生危险。
同时,如图14所示,底座6也呈空心设置,手持式吸尘器的手柄5和底座6的空心设置,降低了手持式吸尘器的整体重量,同时上移了手持式吸尘器的重心,用户在操作手持式吸尘 器时更加便捷。
值得注意的是,如图14所示,底座6的底部开设有出风口9,风机3排出的气体连续通过壳体4、手柄5和底座6,而后通过出风口9排出,从风机3排出的气体具有较高的流速,直接排入空气会有较大噪音,而气体在通过壳体4、手柄5和底座6时,发生了碰撞和缓冲,由出风口9排出的气体速度降低,噪音较小,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
本实施方式中的手持式吸尘器,通过将电源安装在进风管道7外壁,可以持续为电源散热,使电源可以选用较大的功率,提升手持式吸尘器的清洁效率和清洁能力;通过在底座6上开设出风口9,可以缓冲风机3排出的气体,降低气体排出时的噪音。
本发明的第六实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,如图16所示,包括壳体1、滤网2、旋风分离器3。壳体1用于与吸尘器的集尘杯4可拆卸连接。滤网2环绕设置于集尘杯4内,用于过滤灰尘。旋风分离器3,设置于集尘杯4内,并用于被滤网2环绕。壳体1内还具有用于放置滤芯13的容置腔5,容置腔5用于在壳体1与集尘杯4可拆卸连接后位于旋风分离器3的上方。
通过上述内容不难发现,由于壳体1与集尘杯4可拆卸连接,滤网2设置在集尘杯4里,旋风分离器3设置在集尘杯4里,且壳体1内具有容置腔5,滤芯13设置在容置腔5内位于旋风分离器3上方,从而壳体1与集尘杯4拆离后,旋风分离器3在集尘杯4内,滤芯13位于壳体1内,可直接对滤芯13进行清理,清理方便。使得吸尘器在长期使用中,保持灰尘过滤效果较好,不会被灰尘堵塞,影响使用。并且旋风分离器3被滤网2环绕设置在集尘杯4中,从而旋风分离器3不占用该吸尘器其他空间,减小吸尘器的体积,提高客户体验度。另外,该吸尘器的体积较小,使得吸尘器内部的各元件之间排列更为规整,吸尘器的内部设置更为规整。且滤芯13放置在壳体1中,可放置体积更大的滤芯13,提高该吸尘器灰尘的过滤能力。
另外,如图16所示,手持式吸尘器还包括固定框6和托架7,固定框6用于固定滤网2,托架7设置在集尘杯4内用于固定固定框6。通过固定框6固定住滤网2,托架7固定住固定框6,从而滤网2固定在集尘杯4内。
进一步的,如图16和图17所示,托架7为环形,包括与集尘杯4固定连接的外环部71、与外环部71相对设置的内环部72、连接外环部71和内环部72的主体部73,内环部72用于固定固定框6。
具体的说,如图16和图17所示,主体部73沿外环部71至内环部72的方向朝集尘杯4的底部倾斜延伸。固定框6包括用于固定滤网2的固定部61、与固定部61相连且被内环部 72环绕的承接部62,承接部62朝远离固定部61的方向倾斜延伸,且承接部62的倾斜方向与主体部73的倾斜方向一致,承接部62还与内环部72相抵持。由于主体部73与承接部62均倾斜设置,且倾斜方向一致,承接部62还与内环部72相抵持,从而主体部73承托固定住承接部62,进而固定框6固定在集尘杯4内。
进一步的,如图17、图18和图19所示,旋风分离器3包括用于将气流形成旋风气流的旋风分离器本体31、用于环绕支撑分离器本体并与旋风分离器本体31相固定的侧壁32,且旋风分离器本体31上设有用于让气流进入旋风分离器本体31的进风口8。手持式吸尘器还包括与固定框6相连且用于支撑侧壁32的支撑板18。从而通过支撑板18将旋风分离器3支撑在集尘杯4内。本实施方式中,为了使旋风分离器3定位在集尘备中,支撑板18上设有用于侧壁32插入的凹槽17。从而通过侧壁32插入凹槽17定位固定住旋风分离器3。
更值得一提的是,如图16和图17所示,手持式吸尘器还包括用于定位旋风分离器本体31的定位板组,定位板组与固定框6固定相连。定位板组包括盖板9和定位板10。盖板9覆盖在旋风分离器本体31的顶部,且与固定框6相抵持。定位板10与固定框6相固定,定位板10上设有贯穿盖板9且插入旋风分离器3主体内的若干根定位管11;且各定位管11上用于向容置腔5排出旋风分离器本体31所形成的旋风气流。由于定位板10与固定框6固定,定位板10上的定位管11贯穿盖板9插入旋风分离器3,从而将旋风分离器3定位固定在集尘杯4内。
具体的说,如图18所示,该手持旋风分离器3在使用时,吸尘器吸入的气流经过滤网2过滤后,再从进风口8进入旋风分离器本体31,旋风分离器本体31内有多个锥体腔12,气流在椎体腔中形成旋风气流。同时每个椎体腔中插有一个定位管11,旋风气流通过定位管11排出进入滤芯13。
本实施方式中,如图19和图20所示,为了使定位板10与固定框6相固定,且装配拆卸方便,定位板10与固定框6卡合固定。定位板10分为顶板101和侧板102两部分,定位管11上设置在顶板101上,侧板102上设有凹槽16,固定框6侧面设有插入凹槽16的凸块14。在安装时,定位管11贯穿盖板9插入旋风分离器3,固定框6上的凸块14插入凹槽16中,从而定位板10与固定框6相固定住,同时旋风分离器3也被定位板10所固定。
另外,如图16所示,手持式吸尘器还包括设置在壳体1上且用于固定滤芯13的固定杆15,固定杆15插入滤芯13。从而通过固定杆15将滤芯13固定在壳体1内。且本实施方式中,滤芯13可为海帕。海帕对气流中灰尘的过滤效果更好,且可清洁后再次利用,无需更换。
本发明的第七实施方式涉及一种手持式吸尘器,该手持式吸尘器中滤芯13再容置腔5中 的固定方式与实施方式六不同,如图21所示,手持式吸尘器包括设置在容置腔5内用于罩住滤芯13的固定罩19、与壳体1相连用于抵持住固定罩19的抵持柱20。固定罩19内设有用于固定滤芯13的固定杆21,固定杆21插入滤芯13。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,上述各实施方式是实现本发明的具体实施例,而在实际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

  1. 一种手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:尘气分离单元、气流发生单元、电池包组件及手柄,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线(X)的吸尘入口,所述气流发生单元设有进风侧及出风侧,所述进风侧与尘气分离单元连通,所述手持式吸尘器的外壁设有内外贯通的出风口,所述出风口与尘气分离单元的出风侧连通,所述出风口设置位于沿所述纵向轴线(X)的尘气吸入方向至少部分向前超过气流发生单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述气流发生单元的出风侧与出风口通过出风通道连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持式吸尘器设置有一壳体,所述壳体包覆于所述气流发生单元的外周,所述出风通道由壳体和气流发生单元之间的间隙形成,所述气流发生单元的出风侧排出的气流经过出风通道,最终自出风口排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述气流发生单元沿尘气吸入口纵向轴线(X)的方向纵向设置,所述进风侧位于所述出风侧的前方。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体设置为所述手持式吸尘器的外型表面的一部分。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述出风通道包括第一风道和第二风道,所述第一风道位于气流发生单元的后端,所述第二风道位于气流发生单元的外周,第二风道自第一风道弯折向气流发生单元的进风侧的方向延伸,所述气流发生单元的出风侧向后放第一风道排出气流,气流自第一风道向第二风道流动,最终自出风口排出。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述气流发生单元与尘气分离单元之间通过进气管道连接,所述出风口至少部分位于所述进气管道的外周。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,还包含导流罩,导流罩连通出风通道并在气流下游处收窄,所述导流罩围绕进气管道设置。
  9. 一种手持式吸尘器,其特征在于:包括:尘气分离单元、气流发生单元、电池包组件及设置于气流发生单元与电池包组件之间的手柄,尘气分离单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线(X)的吸尘入口,所述手柄轴线与吸尘入口的纵向轴线(X)交叉形成一定角度,所述气流发生单元与尘气分离单元之间通过进气管道连通,所述手持吸尘器的外壁上设有供气流发生单元向外排出气流的出风口,所述出风口贯穿设置于所述进气管道外周的外壁上,所述手柄轴线的投影穿过所述出风口。
  10. 一种手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:尘气分离单元及气流发生单元,尘气分离 单元设有一限定沿前后方向延伸的纵向轴线(X)的吸尘入口,所述气流发生单元包括沿吸尘入口纵向轴线(X)定义的前后方向设置的进风侧和出风侧,所述进风侧较出风侧更靠近尘气分离单元,所述出风侧设置为由风机的后端周向一侧出风,由所述出风侧排出的气流沿风机的外周向前流动超过所述风机的进风侧。
  11. 一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器壳体、动力装置和尘杯,所述动力装置置于吸尘器壳体内,其特征在于,所述吸尘器壳体包括主壳体和安装壳体;
    所述主壳体用于容置所述动力装置,所述安装壳体与所述主壳体连接,所述尘杯的筒壁上设置有配合部,所述配合部用于与所述安装壳体相互卡接;
    所述手持式吸尘器还包括:按键和联动组件,所述联动组件位于所述尘杯内,所述联动组件用于联动所述按键的触发和所述配合部与所述安装壳体的卡接解除,所述配合部与所述安装壳体卡接的方向垂直于所述尘杯的轴心。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述配合部包括:设置在所述尘杯筒壁上的配合框体和位于所述配合框体内的卡接件,所述卡接件包括主杆和连接所述主杆上的卡扣组;
    所述配合框体的侧面开设通槽,所述安装壳体覆盖所述配合框体带有所述通槽的所述侧面,所述安装壳体上设置有卡接块,所述卡扣组贯穿所述通槽并与所述卡接块相卡接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述主杆沿所述配合框体的长度方向设置,所述通槽开设于所述配合框体宽度方向上的两个侧面上,所述卡扣组包括连接主杆的回缩杆和连接回缩杆的卡扣;
    所述卡扣的一部分穿过所述通槽,置于所述配合框体外部,所述卡接块与所述卡扣位于所述配合框体外的部分相卡接;
    所述主杆用于被所述联动组件拉动,所述回缩杆用于随所述主杆位移,并拉动所述卡扣至所述卡扣完全位于所述配合框体内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述配合框体侧面上设置有两个凸起,两个凸起之间形成插接通道,所述安装壳体上设置有与插接通道对应的插接件,所述插接通道和插接件用固定所述配合框体与所述安装壳体。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的手持式吸尘器,其特征在于,所述尘杯上开设有上开口,所述吸尘器壳体还包括连接壳体,所述连接壳体连接在主壳体上,所述连接壳体开设有连接口,所述连接口与所述尘杯的上开口相契合;
    所述手持式吸尘器还包括:过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括第一过滤部和第二过滤部;
    所述尘杯内设置有第一安装部,所述第一过滤部通过第一安装部安装在所述尘杯内;所述连接壳体内设置有第二安装部,所述第二过滤部通过第二安装部安装在所述连接壳体内,所述第一过滤部与所述第二过滤部相抵接。

    所述联动组件包括依次连接的第一连接件、传动件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述触发部相连、所述第二连接件与所述卡接件的主杆相连。
