Abstract

본 발명은 다중불포화지방산으로부터 멀티-하이드록시 유도체를 생성할 수 있는 신규 효소 및 이를 이용한 다중불포화지방산의 멀티-하이드록시 유도체의 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 효소는 다중불포화지방산을 기질로 이용하여 다중불포화지방산의 멀티-하이드록시 유도체를 단 한번의 반응으로 생산해 낼 수 있는바, 다중불포화지방산의 멀티-하이드록시 유도체의 생체 외 생산에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
