背景技术
在一些服装类的销售门店中,通常会为顾客提供试衣间,顾客在门店内的衣物陈列区挑选感兴趣的衣物后,可以携带衣物进入试衣间进行试穿,以感受上身效果,之后再决定是否购买,以及购买哪件或者哪几件。但是,这种传统的试衣间方案至少存在以下问题:
第一,由于陈列区面积有限,陈列区所陈列出的通常可能是一些衣物的样品,同一款衣物所陈列出的数量有限,甚至可能每款只有一件,以至于前面的顾客在将某衣物从陈列区携带到试衣间进行试穿的过程中,陈列区可能已经不再有该款衣物的样品,使得该衣物错失了被后面再进入到门店的顾客看到的机会,进而可能会失去被其他用户选购的时机。
第二,同一款衣物通常会有不同的SKU(最小库存量单位),例如,不同的颜色,不同的尺码等,顾客在选择试穿衣物的过程中,通常需要对需要试穿的颜色以及尺码进行指定,在陈列区所陈列出的样本不符合用户试穿需求的情况下,通常需要由导购员去仓库中查找对应的SKU,然后再交给该顾客进行试穿。在此过程中可能会需要用户等待一段时间,以至于部分用户可能会因此不满,甚至在等待的过程中逐渐失去了购买的激情,等等。
总之,如何提供更智能化的试衣方案,成为需要本领域技术人员解决的技术问题。

根据本申请提供的具体实施例,本申请公开了以下技术效果:
通过本申请实施例,在陈列区完成对待试穿衣物的确认之后,待试穿衣物的信息可以发送至后仓的第一终端设备,由后仓系统进行备货。另外,试衣间可以有两个门体,其中一个用于用户的进出,另一个则用于进行待试穿衣物的投放。这样,由于陈列区的衣物并不会直接被带入试衣间,因此,无需增加陈列区的样品数量,也可以使得各衣物能够被后续进店的其他用户所看到。另外,后仓的作业人员专门执行备货操作,而无需由前场的导购员等帮助用户寻找所需的颜色、尺码等等,因此,效率更高。

在本申请实施例中,可以提供更加智能化的门店系统,从而在用户试衣过程中,能够更高效,并且,避免影响衣物向更多用户的曝光。具体的,在本申请实施例中,可以将门店中的后仓与试衣间进行“打通”,用户可以在门店陈列区中选择需要试穿的衣物,但是,无需亲自将衣物携带至试衣间,而是可以由店内的信息系统将待试穿衣物的信息传递给后仓的第一终端设备,后仓的作业人员就可以进行备货,并将具体的衣物送至试衣间。这样,由于陈列区的衣物并不会直接被带入试衣间,因此,无需增加陈列区的样品数量,也可以使得各衣物能够被后续进店的其他用户所看到。另外,后仓的作业人员专门执行备货操作,而无需由前场的导购员等帮助用户寻找所需的颜色、尺码等等,因此,效率更高。
下面分别从多种角度,对本申请实施例提供的具体技术方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
首先,该实施例一提供了一种门店系统,具体的,参见图1,该门店系统可以包括:
第一终端设备101,用于部署在门店的后仓区,获得目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息,并根据所述对应关系信息提供备货提示信息,以用于为所述目标用户进行备货;
试衣间,所述试衣间包括第一门体以及第二门体,所述第一门体用于所述目标用户进出所述试衣间,第二门体用于将所述目标用户对应的待试穿衣物从所述后仓区送入所述试衣间。
具体实现时,可以通过多种方式进行待试穿衣物的选择,以及所述目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息的传递。例如,最简单的方式下,可以是由用户按照传统的方式进行衣物选择,之后,将衣物拿到门店的前台等处,由前台工作人员分别录入各衣物的信息,并通过扫码(例如,对用户终端设备中相关客户都的账号图形码进行扫 码等)、输入会员卡信息等方式获得用户的用户标识信息,之后,可以由前台的终端设备将两种之间的对应关系传给后仓的第一终端设备。当然,这种方式的效率不高,并且,在店内用户数量较多的情况下,前台工作人员的效率可能会成为瓶颈,造成用户的排队等待。
因此,还可以通过更加智能的方式来实现,例如,用户可以通过其终端设备访问门店关联的线上店铺,在店内看中某件衣物后,如果需要试穿,则在手机等终端设备中找到对应的商品对象,并通过相应的操作选项,发起试穿请求,由服务器系统将用户标识与试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系传递给后仓的第一终端设备。
这种方式可以实现用户自助式的提交试穿衣物的信息,但是,需要用户通过手机等移动终端设备进行操作,操作的便捷性不高,信息传递的路径也会比较长,如果店内用户数量非常多,在无线网络资源受限的情况下,可能会造成信息的延迟等情况。
为此,本申请实施例还提供了一种更为优选的实现方案,在该方案中,参见图1,可以在门店系统中提供第二终端设备102,具体可以部署在门店的衣物陈列区,用于对目标用户进行身份识别,并确定所述目标用户的待试穿衣物信息。在实际应用中,陈列区可以有多个,相应的,也可以对应有多个第二终端设备102,图1中仅示出两个。
也就是说,可以通过店内部署的第二终端设备,确定待试穿的信息,该第二终端设备由于是部署在陈列区,因此,用户可以在通过陈列区展示的衣物样品真实的感受衣物质感等之外,还可以就近的通过第二终端设备进行待展示衣物信息的选择。这样,用户标识与待试穿衣物之间的对应关系,就可以通过第二终端设备传递给第一终端设备,由于两者都在门店内,因此,可以通过内网传输的方式实现信息的传递,更加方便高效。当然,在其他实施方式中,用户也可以仅通过第二终端设备进行待试穿衣物的选择,关于所述对应关系,也可以通过其他方式传递给后仓的第一终端设备,对此,后文中会有介绍。
其中,具体在通过第二终端设备进行待试穿衣物的选择时,也可以有多种方式,例如,在第二终端设备的显示屏中展示出店内可选衣物对应的列表信息,用户可以通过陈列区陈列的衣物样品确定了需要试穿的衣物后,从第二终端设备展示的商品列表中选择出对应的商品信息,然后通过界面中提供的“加入试衣车”等选项,将选中的商品信息对应的衣物确定为待试穿衣物。
上述方式能够实现基本的待试穿衣物信息选择功能,但是,由于需要用户在商品信息列表中自行查找所需试穿衣物对应的信息,因此,可能会耗费比较多的时间,尤其是 在大型门店中,衣物的数量可能非常大,这会导致更加难以找到自己所需试穿衣物对应的商品信息。虽然可以提供分类查询、搜索等功能,但是作用有限。
为此,在本申请的优选实施例中,为了更加方便快捷的确定用户所需试穿的衣物对应的商品信息,更好的体现整个门店系统的智能化设计,还可以通过以下方式来实现:首先,由于门店中陈列区陈列的衣物样品通常会带有磁力扣,这种磁力扣通常是出于安全性的考虑,为了防止衣物丢失等情况而进行的处理。而在本申请实施例中,可以在这种磁力扣的基础上进行一些改进,具体的,可以在磁力扣中带有移动传感器(例如,陀螺仪等,以下均以此为例进行介绍)以及短距离信号发生器(例如,蓝牙等,以下均以此为例进行介绍)。这样,对于一件衣物而言,在陈列区陈列的状态下,由于不会发生移动,因此,蓝牙模块并不会发出信号。而如果有用户对陈列去某衣物感兴趣,则可能会将该衣物从陈列架上取下,进行更全面的查看等动作,此时,陀螺仪便可以感应到该动作,并通过蓝牙模块发送信号,在信号中携带关联的衣物的信息。另外,还可以在第二终端设备中也设置短距离信号接收器,这样,当某衣物关联的蓝牙模块发出信号后,第二终端设备便可以检测到该信号,并获知具体是哪件衣物发生了移动。
当然,在实际应用中,如果陈列区的衣物采用并排悬挂的方式进行陈列,相互之间有比较多的遮挡,用户在陈列区中可能对其中悬挂的每件衣服都拨弄一下,以便观察到衣物的全貌,在此过程中,如果对某件衣物感兴趣,可能才会取下该衣物,进行更细致的查看,等等。在这种情况下,由于陀螺仪的灵敏度比较高,因此,当衣物轻微被拨动时,可能也会被感应到,但是,显然不应该全部作为用户可能会有兴趣试穿的对象通知给第二终端设备。为此,在可选的实施方式中,还可以预置一定的算法,该算法中可以根据陀螺仪的感应结果,对衣物的移动幅度、轨迹等进行判断,只有在符合某种特征(具体的特征可以是预置的)时,才证明该衣服从货架上被取下,此时,才能证明用户可能是需要对该衣物进行试穿,因此,可以通知给第二终端设备。
第二终端设备在接收到通知信息后,可以将对应的衣物标识信息进行缓存,当然,用户在陈列区中可能会取下多件衣物进行查看,甚至在同一过程中,可能也会有其他用户从同一陈列区取下衣物进行查看,等等,但此时对于第二终端设备而言,可以不必进行区分,统一作为最近被移动过或者被从货架上取下过的衣物进行缓存即可。
用户在从陈列区完成衣物的查看之后,可以到第二终端设备处进行具体的待试穿衣物的确认操作。在确定出当前需要执行确认操作的用户标识信息之后,可以将当前缓存的被移动过的衣物标识列表进行展示,然后,用户再在该列表的基础上进行待试穿衣物 的确认。这样,由于列表中展示的都是最近被移动过甚至是最近被从货架上取下进行过详细查看的衣物,因此,已经过滤掉大部分未被查看过的衣物,用户可以从较小的列表中进行待试穿衣物的确认。
具体的,为了能够确认进行待试穿衣物确认的用户的身份标识信息,第二终端设备上还可以带有用户生物体征信息采集装置。例如,具体可以是摄像头,用于进行人脸采集等,或者是指纹采集器、声纹采集器、虹膜信息采集器,等等。在完成对一个用户的生物体征信息的采集后,便可以确认该用户需要进行对待试穿衣物信息的确认操作。其中,在优选的实施例中,具体可以采用摄像头的方式来实现,另外第二终端设备上还可以设有接近传感器,在通过接近传感器感应到有用户接近,并且,通过摄像头能够采集到完整的人脸信息,且停留的时间足够长时,便可以确认该用户需要进行待试穿衣物的确认,等等。另外,在采集生物体征信息的同时,第二终端设备还可以据此确认出用户的身份标识信息。这里的身份标识信息具体可以是用户预先通过某系统的服务器进行注册后获得的账户等身份标识信息,该系统可以与当前的门店具有合作关系的网络销售系统等。由于这种系统中通常可以对用户进行实名认证,在实名认证的过程中,用户通常会提交其生物体征信息,包括人脸信息等,因此,第二终端设备可以将采集到的生物体征信息向对应的服务器查询的方式,获得对应的用户身份标识信息。这样,可以在门店中获得该用户在网络销售系统中注册的账户等身份标识信息,用户在门店进行衣物选择或者试穿过程中,可以随时利用该账户信息实现在线的支付。也即,虽然用户是在实体的门店中进行衣物的选择以及试穿,但是,实际的支付操作却可以是在线完成的,进一步节省了时间。另外,在线支付之后,还可以选择直接从门店中取货,或者,通过邮寄的方式配送至指定的地址,等等。
当然,在具体实现时,由于同一个用户可能会注册多个账户,如果直接根据识别出的生物体征信息确定用户账户,则可能会出现对应多个账户的情况,此时,还需要从中确认出一个账户,以用于后续的支付等操作。另外,由于用户在实名认证过程中提交的人脸信息等,与当前时刻可能已经存在差别,以至于可能出现识别不够准确的情况。再者,还有一些用户可能并没有预先进行实名认证,等等,这些都可能会导致无法识别出对应的用户标识信息。因此,为了更好的将线下进店的用户与线上的用户标识信息进行一对一的关联,如图1所示,还可以提供登记设备104,用于部署在门店的入口处,具体可以用于采集用户的生物体征信息,以及用户标识信息,并将所述生物体征信息与所述用户标识信息进行绑定。具体的,所述登记设备具体包括包括扫码器以及摄像头等生 物体征采集器,这样,用户在进入门店之前,可以首先打开其终端设备中关联的客户端,找到携带有具体账户信息的图形码等,然后,通过扫码设备进行扫码,这样,就可以获得用户的用户标识信息,另一方面,还可以通过摄像头对用户进行人脸图像采集,再将扫码结果中的用户标识信息与采集到的人脸图像进行绑定。该绑定之后的关联关系信息可以提供给第二终端设备,由第二终端设备在其本地进行保存,等等。当然,具体实现时,也不限于人脸图像这样一种生物体征信息,但原理相同,因此,这里不再一一介绍。
通过前文介绍可见,陈列区的第二终端设备可以获取到两方面的信息,一是当前到第二终端设备前进行操作的用户的用户标识信息,二是在该用户来到该第二终端设备前,关联的陈列区中有哪些衣物被移动过,或者,被从货架上取下过,这样,该用户便可以基于该衣物列表,进行待试穿衣物的选择。例如,如图2-1所示,具体实现时,如图2-1中201处所示,列表中的衣物信息可以以各衣物对应的缩略图的形式进行展示,在用户点击选择了其中某件衣物后可以展示出大图,如图2-1中202处所示。并且,如图2-1中203处所示还可以提供相应的价格信息、优惠方式信息等等,另外还可以提供“加入试衣车”等操作选项,用户可以通过操作该选项将对应的衣物加入到待试穿衣物信息集合中。
当然,同一款衣物可能会存在多种不同的颜色、尺码等,用户在进行待试穿衣物的选择时,还可以具体的颜色、尺码等信息进行选择,以便后仓进行准确的备货。此时,第二终端设备还可以用于针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供用于加入待试穿衣物集合的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到添加请求后,提供可选的颜色或尺码信息,将被选中的颜色或尺码信息添加到待试穿衣物信息中。当然,具体实现时,由于第二终端设备上可以设有摄像头装置,因此,在可选的实施方式中,还可以对用户的身高、体貌特征(包括肤色、胖瘦程度等)等进行采集,进而对颜色、尺码等信息进行推荐,使得用户能够更快速的确定自己所需的颜色或者尺码信息。当然,在具体实现时,还可以结合服务器中保存的该用户的历史购物信息等,对所推荐的尺寸信息进行进一步的确认,关于颜色信息,也可以由服务器预先根据用户的历史购物记录信息、用户资料信息等对用户偏爱的色系等进行分析,因此,也可以根据服务器的分析结果,对推荐的颜色等信息进行确认,等等。另外,第二终端设备所采集到的用户身高、体貌特征等信息,还可以提供给相关的其他服务,例如,还可以提供给试衣间内的第三终端设备,第三终端设备可以据此进行灯光等设施的调节操作,等等,对此,后文中会有详细介绍。
另外,在用户对通过第二终端设备进行待试穿衣物的选择的过程中,第二终端设备 还可以为用户提供一些推荐的搭配信息。例如,如图2-1中的204处所示,用户在通过第二终端设备选择了某件衣物之后,还可以提供可以与该衣物进行搭配的其他衣物的信息,205处所示是其中一件可搭配衣物,如图可以看出,推荐的可搭配衣物可能有多个。另外,还可以提供用于对推荐的搭配方案进行收藏的操作选项,例如,如图2-1中的206处所示,等等。
其中,可搭配的衣物信息可以有多个具体的来源,例如,其中一种来源来时当前门店内的其他衣物,也即门店内可与所述被选中的衣物进行搭配的衣物。这样,用户如果对其中某件搭配衣物感兴趣,则还可以在当前门店中继续对该搭配对象的实物进行查看,亲自感受其质感等。另外,具体实现时,第二终端设备还可以预先对各衣物所在的位置以地图信息的形式进行保存,这样,用户还可以在第二终端设备中提供用于查看衣物所在陈列区的位置的地图信息。例如,具体的操作选项可以如图2-1中207处所示(具体的图标可以是任意的,只要与地图相关即可,例如,还可以显示为“查看地图”等文字,因此,图中虽然不够清晰,但是并不影响对其作用的描述)。这样,当用户对其中某件推荐的搭配衣物感兴趣时,需要到具体的陈列区查看具体的实物,则可以点击该衣物,之后,可以在202处展示该搭配衣物的详情,包括大图、价格信息等,并且,同样可以在207处展示用于查看地图的操作选项,之后,用户可以通过点击该207处所示的操作选项,获得该搭配衣物在当前门店中的位置的地图信息。例如,如图2-2所示,其中208处示出的为陈列区的标识信息,例如,具体可以为E,也即,在陈列区存在多个子区域的情况下,可以分别进行编号,这里提供的是该搭配衣物所在陈列区的编号信息。另外,还可以在209处示出该搭配衣物在该陈列区的具体位置信息,这样,用户可以直接按照该提示,快速找到具体的搭配衣物。
需要说明的是,具体如何进行搭配推荐,并不属于本申请实施例所关注的重点,因此,这里不再详述。另外需要说明的是,如果用户在第二终端设备前进行待试穿衣物的过程中,由于对推荐的店内搭配衣物感兴趣,需要离开当前所在位置,去到搭配衣物所在的位置进行查看,则可以将当前第二终端设备的状态设置为暂停状态等,此时,第二终端设备的界面上可以暂时将与该用户相关的信息进行隐藏。再检测到有用户来到该第二终端设备前时,可以首先判断是否为原用户,如果是,则继续展示原用户相关的信息,否则,可以提供提示信息,例如,“前面的用户尚未完成确认,请等待”,等等。当然,在实际应用中,由于门店中可能会设有多个陈列区,分别配备有各自的第二终端设备,因此,如果用户当前位于陈列区A,选中的搭配衣物位于陈列区E,则其将衣物进行取 下查看的过程中,可能会触发该衣物蓝牙信号的发送,并发送到陈列区E中的第二终端设备中。但是,该用户却仍然可以回到陈列区A,继续进行待试穿衣物的确认操作,例如,如果确认需要试穿,则可以在陈列区A的第二终端设备中进行选择操作。当然,如果陈列区E的第二终端设备当前处于空闲状态,则也可以通过该陈列区E的第二终端设备进行确认,为了便于用户操作,陈列区A中的第二终端设备还可以在用户中途离开的情况下,将与该用户相关的确认了一部分的信息提交到服务器,这样,该用户在陈列区E的第二终端设备中进行确认时,可以通过服务器获得该用户在陈列区A中的第二终端设备中操作了一部分的信息,在陈列区E的第二终端设备中进行展示,用户可以继续进行操作,并且可以通知陈列区A的第二终端设备修改为空闲状态,等等。
除了向用户推荐店内可搭配的衣物信息之外,在本申请实施例中,还可以在第二终端设备中向用户推荐历史已购买的衣物中,能够与当前选中的衣物进行搭配的衣物,并在第二终端设备中进行展示。这样,虽然用户无法在该店内对这种搭配衣物进行试穿,但是,其至少可以获知当前其正在门店中浏览的衣物能够与其之前已经买到的衣物进行搭配,这样,也可以帮助用户进行购物决策。其中,所述历史已购买的衣物信息,可以是用户过去通过网络销售平台服务器购买的衣物,包括直接在线浏览并下单的衣物,或者,在网络销售平台系统合作的线下门店中购买过的衣物,等等。可以通过当前用户的用户标识等信息,从对应的服务器查询到所述历史已购买衣物信息。
在前述提供推荐搭配的方案中,是在用户对在当前门店中的一件衣物进行选中之后,为其推荐店内的其他衣物或者用户历史已购买的衣物中能够与其搭配的衣物。除此之外,第二终端设备还可以从用户历史已购买的衣物出发,从所述门店中陈列的衣物中,提供能够与所述历史已购买的衣物进行搭配的衣物信息。也就是说,在用户通过第二终端设备对在当前门店中选择的衣物信息进行浏览的过程中,还可以向其推荐店内的其他衣物,这些衣物能够与其已经购买的某件衣物搭配。这样,也可能会使得用户获得更多的信息,如果用户对其中某件搭配衣物感兴趣,则还可以对其进行详情查看,如果之前尚未查看过该衣物,则还可以根据地图信息,到对应的位置处进行查看,进而确定是否需要进行试穿,等等。
总之,可以通过多种方式为用户提供供其选择试穿的衣物的信息,在用户完成对待试穿衣物的选择确认之后,可以直接根据第二终端设备中提供的“去试衣”等操作选项,发起进试衣间进行试穿的请求,此时,所述第二终端设备还可以用于,根据所述目标用户提交的进入试衣间的请求,将所述目标用户的身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给所 述第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。另外,所述第二终端设备还可以用于:提供对所选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。也就是说,用户还可以在试穿之前直接通过第二终端设备进行结算。
或者,如果用户在一台第二终端设备中完成对待试穿衣物的选择后,暂时还不想进入试衣间,而是想再到其他陈列区查看其他的衣物,则也可以通过第二终端设备中的“保存”等操作选项,将已经选择的待试穿衣物信息提交到服务器,由服务器暂时保存具体的待试穿衣物的信息。待全部完成浏览,确定进入试衣间进行试穿后,再发起具体的试穿请求。此时,该请求可以是通过其使用的最后一台第二终端设备发出的,或者,为了使得用户可以更方便的在任意时刻发起试穿请求,本申请实施例还提供了以下方案:首先,所述第二终端设备还用于,将所述目标用户的身份标识与待试穿衣物之间的对应关系提交到服务器进行保存;所述服务器包括对所述目标用户进行注册并提供所述身份标识的服务器;另外,所述门店系统还可以包括:
第一电子标识卡读写设备,该设备可以部署在门店入口处,并且该入口处可以准备多张电子标识卡,该第一电子标识卡读写设备具体可以用于获得所述目标用户的身份标识信息(例如,通过接收扫码器提交的扫码结果而获得,等等),并写入到其中一张电子标识卡中,所述写入了用户身份标识的电子标识卡用于提供给所述目标用户,供所述目标用户在所述门店内随身携带。也就是说,用户在进店时,可以发给用户一张卡片,其中写入了其身份标识信息。另外,门店内还可以通过第二电子标识卡读写设备,用于部署在试衣间区域入口处,具体可以用于通过读取所述目标用户携带的电子标识卡的信息,确定用户身份标识信息,并从所述服务器获得待试穿衣物信息,将该用户身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给所述第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。也就是说,由于用户随身携带了带有身份标识信息的电子标识卡,因此,在完成了待试穿衣物的选择之后,可以随时通过刷卡的方式,发起进试衣间进行试穿的请求。因此,进一步为用户的试穿过程提供了便利。
另外,在具体实现时,还可以在所述电子标识卡中带有短距离信号发射设备(例如,蓝牙设备等),用于在写入目标用户的身份标识信息后,发射携带有所述身份标识信息的信号。所述门店系统中还可以部署有短距离信号接收设备,具体可以分散部署于所述门店的多个位置,这样,可以根据所述电子标识卡发射的信号,对所述目标用户进行室 内定位,所述室内定位信息用于对用户在门店内的行为习惯信息进行分析。例如,可以分析出大部分用户更喜欢在哪些区域停留,进而可以用于对门店系统的布局等进行优化,等等。
通过前文所述可见,可以通过多种方式确定用户所需试穿的衣物信息,以及用户的身份标识信息,并且可以通过多种途径将两者之间的关联关系发送到后仓的第一终端设备。第一终端设备在接收到该关联关系信息后,就可以认为对应的用户需要进入到试衣间进行试穿。具体的,第一终端设备在接收到一条关联关系信息后,还可以对试衣间的忙闲状态进行判断,如果存在空闲的试衣间,则可以直接进行备货。另外,试衣间系统还可以为用户分配试衣间,第一终端设备可以获知当前用户需要进入到的目标试衣间,备货完成后,对应的衣物将会通过第二门体送入该目标试衣间。当然,还可以提前对试衣间状态进行确认,若试衣间空闲,系统可以根据用户试衣车状态和动线预测(全域追踪技术等)进行行为预测,提前做准备。当用户提交试衣请求后,在较短的时间内(1分钟)完成准备工作。若试衣间全部忙碌,系统可以根据用户的实际情况与需求进行动态规划,包括对等候时间、试衣车中的服饰、动线等分析,构建公平排队策略,使整个试衣间等候过程达到最大公平。
对于某具体的用户而言,在进入到试衣间之后,便可以进行试穿,其中,待试穿衣物来自于后仓,通过试衣间的第二门体送入。具体实现时,如图1所示,所述门店系统中还可以包括:
第三终端设备103,用于部署在所述试衣间内,确定进入所述试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息,并根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息,并输出到所述试衣间内的第一显示屏进行展示。
具体实现时,可以通过多种方式获得用户的身份标识信息,例如,一种方式下,可以在第一显示屏上提供用于登录的图形码,用户可以通过手机等终端设备中的关联客户端程度对该图形码进行扫码,从而实现在该第三终端设备登录。此时,第三终端设备便可以通过用户标识信息,从服务器请求获得该用户选择的待试穿衣物信息,并且,可以通过第一显示屏进行展示。例如,如图3所示,其为试衣间内的第一显示屏中的展示内容示意图,其中,301处为具体的待试穿衣服的列表,具体的,第三终端设备还可以向所述第一终端设备查询获得所述目标用户对应的备货状态信息,如果备货未完成,则提供等待备货提示信息,例如,301处可以提示出“准备中”,等等。
在具体的衣物送至试衣间后,用户可以进行试穿,在试穿过程中,如果发现不合适 需要进行颜色或者尺码的调换等,则还可以通过试衣间内第一显示屏中选择该衣物,这样,第三终端设备还可以根据用户的选择操作确定正在试穿的衣物,并且提供该衣物的可选颜色和/或尺码信息,例如,如图3中的302处所示,另外还可以提供用于更换颜色和/或尺码的操作选项,例如,如图3中的303处所示。第三终端设备通过该操作选项接收到请求后,可以将更换信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行重新备货并送入试衣间。
另外,在试衣间内进行试穿的过程中,仍然可以向用户提供所述门店内可与该衣物进行搭配的衣物的推荐信息,在所述推荐的衣物被选中后,第三终端设备还可以将被选中衣物的信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行备货并送入试衣间。或者,第三终端设备还可以在确定出正在试穿的衣物后,提供所述目标用户的历史已购买的衣物中能够与该衣物进行搭配的推荐信息。
其中,如果推荐的搭配衣物是目标用户的历史已购买的衣物,则由于无法在当前的门店内进行试穿,因此,在可选的实现方案中,还可以为用户提供虚拟试穿效果。例如,具体实现时,所述第一显示屏可以为镜面屏,用于呈现目标用户对衣物的试穿效果,也即,该第一显示屏不仅可以用于展示具体的信息,还可以起到镜子的作用,用户可以通过该第一显示屏看到自己的影像,同时还可以查看到具体推荐信息等,并且,如果对某推荐的衣物感兴趣,则可以进行选择,此时,第三终端设备还可以确定所述推荐信息中被选中的搭配衣物,获得该搭配衣物的素材信息(三维的图片等,可以预先在服务器端生成),根据所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,以及所述搭配衣物的类型,对所述素材信息进行展示,以提供对所述搭配衣物的虚拟试穿效果。也就是说,假设用户当前正在试穿的是某件上衣外套,系统为用户推荐了一条裤子,该裤子是该用户过去已经在某线上或者线下店铺中购买到的商品。此时,用户能够从显示屏中查看到该上衣外套在自己身上的上身效果,另外,还可以通过显示屏查看到该用户搭配上该裤子时,整体的效果。也即,虽然用户并没有实际穿着该裤子,但是能够从显示屏中查看到具体的上身效果,从而使得用户能够更直观的查看到两者的搭配效果。
需要说明的是,具体在提供虚拟试穿效果的过程中,为了更好的模拟实际的上身效果,通常需要确定出用户的影像在第一显示屏中的位置,另外最好确定出用户的身高、体态等信息,进而才能够确定出虚拟的素材信息所需显示的位置,以及具体展示的长度、宽度等信息,否则可能会出现错位或者大小不合适等情况。为此,具体实现时,还可以在试衣间内的地面上提供指定的位置标记,并且可以通过第一显示屏提示用户,如果需 要查看虚拟试穿效果,则可以站到指定的位置处,这样,就可以通过这种方式确定出用户相对于第一显示屏的位置,以及距离的远近。另外,关于用户的身高、体态等信息,具体可以通过店内的摄像头等装置进行获取。当然,由于出于用户隐私等考虑,试衣间内通常不会设置摄像头,但是如前文所述,陈列区的第二终端设备上可以装有摄像头,因此,可以通过第二终端设备对用户的身高、体貌特征等信息进行采集,并提供给第三终端设备。或者,第三终端设备也可以根据服务器提供的用户资料信息等,获得相应的身高、体貌特征等信息,或者,根据该用户的历史购物记录中对衣物选择的尺码等信息,大致确定出用户的身高、体貌特征,等等。总之,在确定出用户的成像内容在第一显示屏中的位置,以及用户的身高、体貌特征之后,便可以根据这些信息计算出搭配衣物的素材在进行展示时的尺寸以及需要展示的位置,然后,按照该位置进行展示。当然,具体确定需要展示的位置时,还可以结合搭配衣物的类型信息,例如,是上衣还是裤子,等等。
另外,所述第一显示屏中还可以用于展示场景氛围的视频或者图片等信息,并且,还可以提供可选的场景信息,并对用户选中的场景信息关联的信息投射到第一显示屏中进行展示。例如,如图3中的304处所示,可以根据自己的需求选择“派对”场景,或者,还可以选择标准、运动、办公等多种其他的场景。用户还可以通过第一显示屏或自己的终端设备等选择已保存的个人自定义场景进行投放营造场景氛围。
再者,试衣间内的灯光角度等也可以设为可调节,具体的,所述第三终端设备还可以获得所述目标用户的体貌特征信息,根据所述体貌特征信息对所述试衣间内的灯光进行调节。例如,根据用户的身高,调节灯光位置的高低,等等,使得试衣间内获得最佳的灯光状态。还可以配合激光投影墙(或LED背景墙等)完成场景塑造,最大限度接近真实场景效果,方便用户进行购物决策。另外,用户可以进行自拍,灯光系统能帮助用户达到最好的自拍效果。
另外,用户在试衣间内进行试穿的过程中,还可以随时从试衣间中出来,可以与同行的伙伴进行交流,之后再回到试衣间中,试衣间可以保持为试衣中状态,防止有其他用户进入。
在用户完成试穿后,如果确定需要购买其中的部分或者全部衣物,则还可以通过第三终端设备发起支付,例如,具体的操作选项可以如图3中的305处所示。也即,所述第三终端设备还可以用于,提供对选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标 用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。
另外,所述第三终端设备还可以用于,在所述目标用户试穿完毕后,向所述第一终端设备发送通知信息,以便将试穿的衣物进行回收,在回收完成前,将对应的试衣间置为清洁中状态。具体实现时,可以在第三终端设备的界面中提供“结束试衣”等选项,用户在结束试衣后,可以通过该选项通知第三终端设备试衣完毕。
另外,所述试衣间的门口处还可以包括第二显示屏,用于显示试衣间的状态信息,例如,“试衣中”、“空闲”、“清洁中”等等。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,试衣间中虽然有两个门体,但是,其中的第二门体可以通过一些物理设计等方式,使得在目标用户在试衣间内的状态下,后仓工作人员无法进入试衣间,只能进行衣物的投放,另外,可以在投放口处设置遮挡物等,防止用户隐私泄漏。在用户完成试衣之后,后仓工作人员则可以进入到试衣间,进行衣物的回收、相关物品的重新摆放等工作。具体实现时,可以通过多种方式来达到上述目的,例如,在一种方式下,可以将第二门体设置为两个状态,其中,在第一状态下,所述第二门体的最大开启幅度受限,仅用于待试穿衣物进入试衣间,并且,在开启到该幅度的状态下,第二门体外的人的视线也无法进入到试衣间内;在所述第二状态下,则取消对所述第二门体最大开启幅度的限制,用于供后仓相关人物进入试衣间。具体的限制门体最大开启幅度的方式可以有多种,例如,可以采用百叶窗的原理来实现,等等。在这种方式下,还可以在试衣间内设置控制器,该控制器可以用于根据所述试衣间的状态,对所述第二门体的状态进行切换。例如,在试衣间为试衣中状态时,将第二门体切换为第一状态,在试衣完毕后,将第二门体切换为第二状态,等等。或者,在另作一实现方案中,还可以为所述第二门体上设置窗口,所述窗口处还可以具有视线遮挡物,在试衣间处于试衣中的状态时,所述第二门店处于关闭状态,所述待试穿衣物可以通过所述窗口被送入所述试衣间,等等。
此外,在实际应该中,还可以提供多人试衣间,在预约时间段内可以授权多位用户进出该多人试衣间。其中,所谓多人试衣间具体可以是一个面积较大的试衣间,里面可以设置多种设置,例如,激光投影墙(或LED背景墙)、互动镜面屏、灯光系统、影音系统,沙发、小吧台、小T台,另外还可以含有较小的换衣区,以此支持多人娱乐互动,小T台造型、走秀、专业拍摄等效用。具体实现时,可以预先通过相关联的客户端进行预约(预约时间、试衣间),并授权一定数目的同行人(根据多人互动试衣间大小有数量限制)进入,在预约时间内,授权人可以自由出入多人互动试衣间。另外,多人互动 试衣间的激光投影墙(或LED背景墙)还可以支持与手机等用户终端设备的多屏互动,例如,可以通过手机营造个人气氛或播放视频等;影音系统支持蓝牙音频接入,可连接手机播放音乐。
总之,通过本申请实施例,在陈列区完成对待试穿衣物的确认之后,待试穿衣物的信息可以发送至后仓的第一终端设备,由后仓工作人员进行备货。另外,试衣间可以有两个门体,其中一个用于用户的进出,另一个则用于进行待试穿衣物的投放。这样,由于陈列区的衣物并不会直接被带入试衣间,因此,无需增加陈列区的样品数量,也可以使得各衣物能够被后续进店的其他用户所看到。另外,后仓的作业人员专门执行备货操作,而无需由前场的导购员等帮助用户寻找所需的颜色、尺码等等,因此,效率更高。
实施例二
该实施例二提供了一种试衣间,其中,所述试衣间包括第一门体以及第二门体,所述第一门体用于目标用户进出所述试衣间,第二门体用于将所述目标用户对应的待试穿衣物从所述后仓区送入所述试衣间。
具体实现时,第二门体可以包括第一状态以及第二状态;其中,所述第一状态下,所述第二门体的最大开启幅度受限,仅用于待试穿衣物进入试衣间,所述第二状态下,取消对所述第二门体最大开启幅度的限制,用于供后仓相关人物进入试衣间。
或者,所述试衣间中还可以包括控制器,所述控制器用于根据所述试衣间的状态,对所述第二门体的状态进行切换。
另一种实现方案下,所述第二门体上还可以带有窗口,所述窗口处具有视线遮挡物,在试衣间处于试衣中的状态时,所述第二门店处于关闭状态,所述待试穿衣物通过所述窗口被送入所述试衣间。
具体实现时,所述试衣间内还可以包括:
第三终端设备,用于部署在所述试衣间内,确定进入所述试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息,并根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息,并通过显示屏进行展示。具体实现时,该显示屏可以为镜面屏,在显示相关信息的同时,还可以起到穿衣镜的作用。另外,所述试衣间的门口处还可以包括另一显示屏,用于显示试衣间的状态信息,例如,“试衣中”、“空闲”、“清洁中”等等。
其中,关于所述第三终端设备的其他具体功能可以参见前述实施例一中的记载,这里不再赘述。
实施例三
该实施例三主要是从后仓的第一终端设备角度,提供了一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,参见图4,该方法具体可以包括:
S401:第一终端设备获得目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息;
S402:根据所述对应关系信息提供备货提示信息,以用于为所述目标用户进行备货,并将所述待试穿衣物通过试衣间的第二门体投放入试衣间,所述试衣间还包括第一门体,用于用户进出所述试衣间。
实施例四
该实施例四主要是从陈列区的第二终端设备的角度,提供了一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,参见图5,该方法具体可以包括:
S501:第二终端设备通过接收陈列区的衣物关联的短距离信号发生器发出的通知信号,所述通知信号用于提示关联的衣物发生移动;
S502:对最近接收到的发生移动的衣物标识进行缓存;
S503:确定目标用户,并提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表;
S504:根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物。
具体实现时,可以在所述衣物信息列表中提供各衣物的缩略图信息;在其中一衣物被选中后,提供该衣物的详情信息,所述详情信息包括该衣物的放大图片信息,价格和/或优惠方式信息。
具体在确定待试穿衣物时,可以针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供用于加入待试穿衣物集合的操作选项;通过该操作选项接收到添加请求后,提供可选的颜色和/或尺码信息,将被选中的衣物以及颜色和/或尺码信息添加到待试穿衣物信息中。
另外,该第二终端设备还可以针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供推荐的搭配信息。
其中,所述搭配信息中包括所述门店内可与所述被选中的衣物进行搭配的衣物。
具体实现时,还可以提供搭配衣物在门店内陈列位置的地图信息。
另外,所述搭配信息中还可以包括可与所述被选中的衣物进行搭配的所述历史已购买的衣物。
另外,第二终端设备还可以提供对所选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。
另外,还可以根据所述目标用户提交的进入试衣间的请求,将所述目标用户的身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给所述第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。

实施例五
该实施例五是从第三终端设备的角度,提供了一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,参见图6,该方法具体可以包括:
S601:第三终端设备确定进入试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息;
S602:根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息;
S603:通过显示屏对所述待试穿衣物信息进行展示。
具体实现时,还可以向所述第一终端设备查询获得所述目标用户对应的备货状态信息,如果备货未完成,则提供等待备货提示信息。
另外,还可以确定正在试穿的衣物,提供该衣物的可选颜色和/或尺码信息,以及用于更换颜色和/或尺码的操作选项;通过该操作选项接收到请求后,将更换信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行重新备货并送入试衣间。
具体实现时,还可以确定正在试穿的衣物,并提供所述门店内可与该衣物进行搭配的衣物的推荐信息;在所述推荐的衣物被选中后,将被选中衣物的信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行备货并送入试衣间。
或者,还可以确定正在试穿的衣物,提供所述目标用户的历史已购买的衣物中能够与该衣物进行搭配的推荐信息。
具体实现时,还可以确定所述推荐信息中被选中的搭配衣物,获得该搭配衣物的展示素材,然后,根据所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,以及所述搭配衣物的类型,对所述展示素材进行展示,以提供对所述搭配衣物的虚拟试穿效果。
其中,还可以在接收到虚拟试穿请求后,提供提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标用户站到试衣间内标记的位置处,以用于确定所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,并确定所述搭配衣物对应的图片所需展示的位置。
另外,还可以获得所述目标用户的体貌特征信息,以用于根据所述体貌特征信息确定所述搭配衣物对应图片信息的所需展示的大小。
实施例六
该实施例六主要从与门店系统具有合作关系的网络销售系统服务器的角度,提供了一种衣物信息处理方法,参见图7,该方法具体可以包括:
S701:服务器获得目标用户的用户标识与在目标门店中选择的待试穿衣物之间的对应关系;
S702:接收到所述目标门店试衣间中的第三终端设备提交的用户标识信息时,返回对应的待试穿衣物信息,以用于通过所述第三终端设备的显示屏进行展示。
具体实现时,服务器还可以接收所述第三终端设备提交的生成订单的请求,所述请求中包括目标衣物标识信息,以及取货方式信息;根据所述请求生成订单。

其中,图12示例性的展示出了计算机系统的架构,具体可以包括处理器1210,视频显示适配器1211,磁盘驱动器1212,输入/输出接口1213,网络接口1214,以及存储器1220。上述处理器1210、视频显示适配器1211、磁盘驱动器1212、输入/输出接口1213、网络接口1214,与存储器1220之间可以通过通信总线1230进行通信连接。
其中,处理器1210可以采用通用的CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、微处理器、应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、或者一个或多个集成电路等方式实现,用于执行相关程序,以实现本申请所提供的技术方案。
存储器1220可以采用ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、静态存储设备,动态存储设备等形式实现。存储器1220可以存储用于控制计算机系统1200运行的操作系统1221,用于控制计算机系统1200的低级别操作的基本输入输出系统(BIOS)。另外,还可以存储网页浏览器1223,数据存储管理系统1224,以及衣物信息处理系统1225等等。上述衣物信息处理系统1225就可以是本申请实施例中具体实现前述各步骤操作的应用程序。总之,在通过软件或者固件来实现本申请所提供的技术方案时,相关的程序代码保存在存储器1220中,并由处理器 1210来调用执行。
输入/输出接口1213用于连接输入/输出模块,以实现信息输入及输出。输入输出/模块可以作为组件配置在设备中(图中未示出),也可以外接于设备以提供相应功能。其中输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏、麦克风、各类传感器等,输出设备可以包括显示器、扬声器、振动器、指示灯等。
网络接口1214用于连接通信模块(图中未示出),以实现本设备与其他设备的通信交互。其中通信模块可以通过有线方式(例如USB、网线等)实现通信,也可以通过无线方式(例如移动网络、WIFI、蓝牙等)实现通信。
总线1230包括一通路,在设备的各个组件(例如处理器1210、视频显示适配器1211、磁盘驱动器1212、输入/输出接口1213、网络接口1214,与存储器1220)之间传输信息。
另外,该计算机系统1200还可以从虚拟资源对象领取条件信息数据库1241中获得具体领取条件的信息,以用于进行条件判断,等等。
需要说明的是,尽管上述设备仅示出了处理器1210、视频显示适配器1211、磁盘驱动器1212、输入/输出接口1213、网络接口1214,存储器1220,总线1230等,但是在具体实施过程中,该设备还可以包括实现正常运行所必需的其他组件。此外,本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,上述设备中也可以仅包含实现本申请方案所必需的组件,而不必包含图中所示的全部组件。

  1. 一种门店系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端设备,用于部署在门店的后仓区,获得目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息,并根据所述对应关系信息提供备货提示信息,以用于为所述目标用户进行备货;
    试衣间,所述试衣间包括第一门体以及第二门体,所述第一门体用于所述目标用户进出所述试衣间,第二门体用于将所述目标用户对应的待试穿衣物从所述后仓区送入所述试衣间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门店系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二终端设备,用于部署在门店的衣物陈列区,对目标用户进行身份识别,并确定所述目标用户的待试穿衣物信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备带有生物体征信息采集装置,用于对目标用户进行生物体征采集,以便根据预先绑定的生物体征信息与用户标识信息之间的关联关系,确定所述目标用户的标识信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述门店系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    登记设备,用于部署在门店的入口处,采集用户的生物体征信息,以及用户标识信息,并将所述生物体征信息与所述用户标识信息进行绑定。

    磁力扣设备,用于设置在所述陈列区中陈列的衣物上,所述磁力扣设备中还带有移动传感器以及短距离信号发生器,所述移动传感器用于感应所关联衣物的移动,并通过所述短距离信号发生器发射通知信号,所述通知信号中携带有关联的衣物标识;
    所述第二终端设备中带有短距离信号接收器,用于通过接收所述通知信号,确定发生移动的衣物标识,并对最近发生移动的衣物标识进行缓存;
    所述第二终端设备还包括显示屏,用于在确定出目标用户后,通过所述显示屏提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表,以便根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于:针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供用于加入待试穿衣物集合的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到添加请求后,提供可选的颜色和/或尺码信息,将被选中的颜色和/或尺码信息添加到待试穿衣物信息中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于:针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供推荐的搭配信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述衣物陈列区包括多个子区域,每个子区域对应一台所述第二终端设备,不同子区域之间进行信号隔离;
    所述第二终端设备中的短距离信号接收器具体用于:接收陈列区内的衣物移动通知信号。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于:获得所述目标用户历史已购买的衣物信息,从所述门店 中陈列的衣物中,提供能够与所述历史已购买的衣物进行搭配的衣物信息。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于:提供对所选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于,根据所述目标用户提交的进入试衣间的请求,将所述目标用户的身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给所述第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二终端设备还用于,将所述目标用户的身份标识与待试穿衣物之间的对应关系提交到服务器进行保存;所述服务器包括对所述目标用户进行注册并提供所述身份标识的服务器;
    所述门店系统还包括:
    第一电子标识卡读写设备,用于部署在门店入口处,获得所述目标用户的身份标识信息,并写入到所述电子标识卡中,所述写入了用户身份标识的电子标识卡用于提供给所述目标用户,供所述目标用户在所述门店内随身携带;
    第二电子标识卡读写设备,用于部署在试衣间区域入口处,通过读取所述目标用户携带的电子标识卡的信息,确定用户身份标识信息,并从所述服务器获得待试穿衣物信息,将该用户身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给所述第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述电子标识卡中还带有短距离信号发射设备,用于在写入目标用户的身份标识信息后,发射携带有所述身份标识信息的信号;
    所述门店系统中还包括:
    短距离信号接收设备,用于分散部署于所述门店的多个位置,根据所述电子标识卡 发射的信号,对所述目标用户进行室内定位,所述室内定位信息用于对用户在门店内的行为习惯信息进行分析。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16任一项所述的门店系统,其特征在于,所述门店系统还包括:
    第三终端设备,用于部署在所述试衣间内,确定进入所述试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息,并根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息,并输出到所述试衣间内的第一显示屏进行展示。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于:确定正在试穿的衣物,提供该衣物的可选颜色和/或尺码信息,以及用于更换颜色和/或尺码的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到请求后,将更换信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行重新备货并送入试衣间。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于:确定正在试穿的衣物,提供所述门店内可与该衣物进行搭配的衣物的推荐信息,在所述推荐的衣物被选中后,将被选中衣物的信息提供给所述第一终端设备,由后仓进行备货并送入试衣间。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于:确定正在试穿的衣物,提供所述目标用户的历史已购买的衣物中能够与该衣物进行搭配的推荐信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一显示屏为镜面屏,用于呈现目标用户对衣物的试穿效果;
    所述第三终端设备还用于:确定所述推荐信息中被选中的搭配衣物,获得该搭配衣物的展示素材信息,根据所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,以及所述搭配衣物的类型,对所述展示素材进行展示,以提供对所述搭配衣物的虚拟试穿效果。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述试衣间内的地面上设有位置标记信息;
    所述第三终端设备还用于:接收到虚拟试穿请求后,提供提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标用户站到试衣间内标记的位置处,以用于确定所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,并确定所述搭配衣物对应的图片所需展示的位置。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于,提供可选的场景信息,对选中的场景信息关联的信息投射到第一显示屏中进行展示。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于,获得所述目标用户的体貌特征信息,根据所述体貌特征信息对所述试衣间内的灯光进行调节。
  25. 根据权利要求17所述的门店系统,其特征在于,
    所述第三终端设备还用于,提供对选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。
  26. 根据权利要求1所述的门店系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    多人试衣间,用于在预约时间内授权多位用户进出。
  27. 一种试衣间,其特征在于,
    所述试衣间包括第一门体以及第二门体,所述第一门体用于目标用户进出所述试衣间,第二门体用于将所述目标用户对应的待试穿衣物从门店的后仓区送入所述试衣间。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的试衣间,其特征在于,所述试衣间内还包括:
    第三终端设备,用于部署在所述试衣间内,确定进入所述试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息,并根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息,并输出到试衣间内的第一显示屏进行展示。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的试衣间,其特征在于,
    所述第一显示屏包括镜面屏,所述镜面屏还用于呈现目标用户对衣物的试穿效果。
  30. 根据权利要求27所述的试衣间,其特征在于,
    所述试衣间的门口处还包括第二显示屏,用于显示试衣间的状态信息。
  31. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端设备获得目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息;
    根据所述对应关系信息提供备货提示信息,以用于为所述目标用户进行备货,并将所述待试穿衣物通过试衣间的第二门体投放入试衣间,所述试衣间还包括第一门体,用于用户进出所述试衣间。
  32. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二终端设备通过接收陈列区的衣物关联的短距离信号发生器发出的通知信号,所述通知信号用于提示关联的衣物发生移动;
    对最近接收到的发生移动的衣物标识进行缓存;
    确定目标用户,并提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表;
    根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表,包括:
    在所述衣物信息列表中提供各衣物的缩略图信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    在其中一衣物被选中后,提供该衣物的详情信息,所述详情信息包括该衣物的放大图片信息,价格和/或优惠方式信息。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物,包括:
    针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供用于加入待试穿衣物集合的操作选项;
    通过该操作选项接收到添加请求后,提供可选的颜色和/或尺码信息,将被选中的衣物以及颜色和/或尺码信息添加到待试穿衣物信息中。
  35. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    针对所述衣物信息列表中被选中的衣物,提供推荐的搭配信息。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述搭配信息中包括门店内可与所述被选中的衣物进行搭配的衣物。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的方法,其特征在于,
    提供搭配衣物在门店内陈列位置的地图信息。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述搭配信息中包括可与所述被选中的衣物进行搭配的历史已购买的衣物。
  39. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提供对所选中的衣物进行结算的操作选项,通过该操作选项接收到结算操作请求时,向关联的服务器请求获得用于支付的图形码信息,以便所述目标用户通过所述服务器关联的客户端对所述图形码进行扫码的方式进行支付。
  40. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述目标用户提交的进入试衣间的请求,将所述目标用户的身份标识以及待试穿衣物信息提供给门店后仓的第一终端设备,以便所述后仓进行备货。
  41. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述目标用户的身份标识与待试穿衣物之间的对应关系提交到服务器进行保存。
  42. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第三终端设备确定进入试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息;
    根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息;
    通过显示屏对所述待试穿衣物信息进行展示。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向门店后仓的第一终端设备查询获得所述目标用户对应的备货状态信息,如果备货 未完成,则提供等待备货提示信息。
  44. 根据权利要求42所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定正在试穿的衣物,提供该衣物的可选颜色和/或尺码信息,以及用于更换颜色和/或尺码的操作选项;
    通过该操作选项接收到请求后,将更换信息提供给门店后仓的第一终端设备,由后仓进行重新备货并送入试衣间。
  45. 根据权利要求42所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定正在试穿的衣物,提供门店内可与该衣物进行搭配的衣物的推荐信息;
    在所述推荐的衣物被选中后,将被选中衣物的信息提供给门店后仓的第一终端设备,由后仓进行备货并送入试衣间。
  46. 根据权利要求42所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定正在试穿的衣物,提供所述目标用户的历史已购买的衣物中能够与该衣物进行搭配的推荐信息。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述推荐信息中被选中的搭配衣物;
    获得该搭配衣物的展示素材;
    根据所述目标用户在镜面屏中的成像位置,以及所述搭配衣物的类型,对所述展示素材进行展示,以提供对所述搭配衣物的虚拟试穿效果。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收到虚拟试穿请求后,提供提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标用户站到试衣间内标记的位置处,以用于确定所述目标用户在所述镜面屏中的成像位置,并确定所述搭配衣物对应的图片所需展示的位置。
  49. 根据权利要求47所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获得所述目标用户的体貌特征信息,以用于根据所述体貌特征信息确定所述搭配衣物对应图片信息的所需展示的大小。
  50. 一种衣物信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器获得目标用户的用户标识与在目标门店中选择的待试穿衣物之间的对应关系;
    接收到所述目标门店试衣间中的第三终端设备提交的用户标识信息时,返回对应的待试穿衣物信息,以用于通过所述第三终端设备的显示屏进行展示。
  51. 根据权利要求50所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述第三终端设备提交的生成订单的请求,所述请求中包括目标衣物标识信息,以及取货方式信息;
    根据所述请求生成订单。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述取货方式信息包括门店内取货,或配送到指定收货地址。
  53. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第一终端设备,包括:
    对应关系获得单元,用于获得目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系信息;
    提示信息提供单元,用于根据所述对应关系信息提供备货提示信息,以用于为所述目标用户进行备货,并将所述待试穿衣物通过试衣间的第二门体投放入试衣间,所述试衣间还包括第一门体,用于用户进出所述试衣间。
  54. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第二终端设备,包括:
    通知信号接收单元,用于通过接收陈列区的衣物关联的短距离信号发生器发出的通知信号,所述通知信号用于提示关联的衣物发生移动;
    缓存单元,用于对最近接收到的发生移动的衣物标识进行缓存;
    信息提供单元,用于确定目标用户,并提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表;
    信息确定单元,用于根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物。
  55. 一种待试穿衣物信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第三终端设备,包括:
    身份标识信息确定单元,用于确定进入试衣间的目标用户的身份标识信息;
    衣物信息获得单元,用于根据所述身份标识信息,从服务器请求获得所述目标用户关联的待试穿衣物信息;
    衣物信息展示单元,用于通过显示屏对所述待试穿衣物信息进行展示。
  56. 一种衣物信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    对应关系获得单元,用于获得目标用户的用户标识与在目标门店中选择的待试穿衣物之间的对应关系;
    衣物信息提供单元,用于接收到所述目标门店试衣间中的第三终端设备提交的用户标识信息时,返回对应的待试穿衣物信息,以用于通过所述第三终端设备的显示屏进行展示。
  57. 一种计算机系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    通过接收陈列区的衣物关联的短距离信号发生器发出的通知信号,所述通知信号用于提示关联的衣物发生移动;
    对最近接收到的发生移动的衣物标识进行缓存;
    确定目标用户,并提供最近发生移动的衣物信息列表;
    根据所述目标用户对所述列表中衣物执行的操作信息,确定待试穿衣物,建立目标用户与待试穿衣物信息之间的对应关系,所述对应关系用于提供给门店后仓的第一终端设备进行备货,备货结果用于通过试衣间的第二门体投放进试衣间内。
