技术问题
现有的用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置使用中发现,由于第一切刀仅受液压缸单向力运动,剪切运动路径经常容易受外力影响造成偏移,同时第一切刀直接对手机触摸屏四周进行剪切,由于手机触摸屏中心位置无受力作用,导致手机触摸屏受力不均匀,容易破碎,从而成品率底,使用可靠性较低;并且工作台硬度较高,剪切生硬,同样导致剪切失败,从而影响工作效率,使用局现象较高。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种剪切运动路径不易受外力影响,受力均匀,防止破碎,提高成品率,提高使用可靠性;并且工作台可以进行缓冲,防止因生硬导致剪切失败,提高工作效率,降低使用局限性的用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置。

与现有技术相比本实用新型的有益效果为:通过上述设置,可以通过固定刀套的固定限制,同时通过固定刀套与滑动刀架之间的滑动配合,再通过四组限位导杆与四组导套之间对滑动刀架的限位设置,使剪切运动路径不易受外力影响,同时可以通过压块、橡胶软压板和第一缓冲弹簧之间的配合,对手机触摸屏的中心部位进行软按压,使手机触摸屏受力均匀,防止破碎,提高成品率,提高使用可靠性;并且工作台可以通过支撑块、四组第二缓冲弹簧、左滑板和右滑板之间的配合作用,使工作台具有缓冲作用,防止因工作台生硬导致剪切失败,提高工作效率,降低使用局限性。

  1. 一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,包括底板(1)、后侧板(2)、顶板(3)、液压缸(4)、电控箱(5)、液压站(6)和工作台(7),后侧板(2)的底端与底板(1)的顶端后侧连接,顶板(3)的后端与后侧板(2)的前端上部连接,液压缸(4)的顶端与顶板(3)的底端连接,液压缸(4)的底部伸缩杆的底端设置有夹刀装置,电控箱(5)安装在后侧板(2)的前端左侧顶部,并且电控箱(5)内部设置有切片开关,电控箱(5)的下方设置有液压站(6),并且液压站(6)的后端与后侧板(2)的前端连接,液压缸(4)与液压站(6)通过液压油管连通,并且液压缸(4)与切片开关电连接,工作台(7)垂直位于第一切刀的下方,并且工作台(7)设置在底板(1)的顶端;其特征在于,包括固定刀套(8)、滑动杆(9)、四组限位导杆(10)、滑动刀架(11)、压块(12)、橡胶软压板(13)、第二切刀(14)和第一缓冲弹簧(15),所述固定刀套(8)位于顶板(3)的下方,并且固定刀套(8)的后端与后侧板(2)的前端连接,所述固定刀套(8)的内部设置有第一滑腔,并且固定刀套(8)的底端设置有第一滑动口,所述第一滑动口与第一滑腔相通,所述固定刀套(8)的顶端设置有活塞口,所述活塞口与第一滑腔相通,所述滑动刀架(11)的左端与右端分别纵向设置有左第一滑块和右第一滑块,并且第一滑腔的左侧内壁和右侧内壁上分别纵向设置有左第一滑槽与右第一滑槽,所述滑动刀架(11)位于第一滑腔内部,并且左第一滑块与左第一滑槽滑动配合,第二滑块与第二滑槽滑动配合,所述滑动杆(9)的底端与滑动刀架(11)的顶端中部连接,并且滑动杆(9)的顶端穿过活塞口并伸出至固定刀架顶端外部与所述液压缸(4)底部伸缩杆底端的夹刀装置底端连接,并且滑动杆(9)与活塞口滑动配合,所述固定刀套(8)顶端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧分别设置有四组导套,并且四组导套均与所述第一滑腔相通,所述四组限位导杆(10)的底端分别与滑动刀架(11)顶端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接,并且四组限位导杆(10)的顶端分别穿过四组导套的内部并伸出至固定刀套(8)的顶端外界,所述滑动刀架(11)的内部设置有第二滑腔,并且滑动刀架(11)的底端设置有第二滑动口,所述第二滑动口与第二滑腔相通,所述压块(12)的左端与右端分别设置有左第二滑块与右第二滑块,所述第二滑腔的左侧内壁与右侧内壁分别纵向设置有左第二滑槽与右第二滑槽,所述压块(12)位于第二滑腔内部,并且左第二滑块与左第二滑槽滑动配合,右第二滑块与右第二滑槽滑动配合,所述第一缓冲弹簧(15)位于第二滑腔的内部,并且第一缓冲弹簧(15)位于压块(12)的上方,所述第一缓冲弹簧(15)的顶端与第二滑腔的内顶壁连接,第一缓冲弹簧(15)的底端与压块(12)的顶端连接,所述橡胶软压板(13)的顶端与压块(12)的底端连接,所述第二切刀(14)设置在滑动刀架(11)的底端;还包括支撑块(16)、四组第二缓冲弹簧(17)、左滑板(18)和右滑板,所述工作台(7)的顶端设置有与第二切刀(14)箱对应的刀槽,所述左滑板(18)的顶端与工作台(7)的底端左侧连接,所述右滑板的顶端与工作台(7)的底端右侧连接,所述支撑块(16)位于工作台(7)的下方,并且支撑块(16)的底端与所述底板(1)的顶端中部连接,所述支撑块(16)的左端和右端分别设置有左第三滑块与右第三滑块,所述左滑板(18)的右端纵向设置有左第三滑槽,所述左第三滑块与左第三滑槽滑动配合,所述右滑板的左端纵向设置有右第三滑槽,所述右第三滑块与右第三滑槽滑动配合,所述四组第二缓冲弹簧(17)的底端分别与支撑块(16)顶端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接,并且四组第二缓冲弹簧(17)的顶端分别与工作台(7)底端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括左传送装置(19)、右传送装置、步进电机(20)、第一转轴(21)、第二转轴、第三转轴、旋转支臂(22)、橡胶吸盘(23)和上滚珠轴承(24),所述左传送装置(19)安装在工作台(7)的左侧,并且左传送装置(19)的底端与底板(1)的顶端连接,所述右传送装置安装在工作台(7)的右侧,并且传送装置的底端与底板(1)的顶端连接,所述底板(1)的顶端中部设置有通孔,并且通孔位于所述支撑块(16)的前侧,所述通孔的顶端设置有上放置槽,所述上滚珠轴承(24)安装在上放置槽内部,所述第一转轴(21)的底端穿过上滚珠轴承(24)的内部伸出至通孔的底端外界,并且第一转轴(21)的顶端与所述第二转轴的底端连接,所述第二转轴位于底板(1)的顶端,所述第三转轴的底端与所述第二转轴的顶端连接,所述旋转支臂(22)的底端左侧与第三转轴的顶端连接,所述橡胶吸盘(23)的顶端与旋转支臂(22)的底端右侧连接,并且橡胶吸盘(23)的顶端设置有吸泵,所述吸泵安装在旋转轴支臂的右端,所述步进电机(20)位于第一转轴(21)的右侧,并且底板(1)的顶端设置有工作槽,并且步进电机(20)安装在工作槽内部,所述步进电机(20)的底部输出端设置有主动齿轮,所述第一转轴(21)的底端设置有从动齿轮,并且主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,所述电控箱(5)内部设置有步进程序和吸放料程序,所述步进电机(20)与吸泵分别与电控箱(5)内部的步进程序和吸放料程序电连接,所述左传送装置(19)与右传送装置的传送方向相反,左传送装置(19)右前向后传送,右传送装置由后向前传送,并且电控箱(5)内部设置有传送程序,所述左传送装置(19)与右传送装置均与传送程序电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括四组滑套(25)、四组滑杆(26)、支撑板(27)和四组卡位头(28),所述四组滑套(25)的顶端分别与所述底板(1)底端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右侧后连接,并且四组滑套(25)的底端分别设置有四组第三滑腔,所述四组滑杆(26)的顶端分别插入至四组第三滑腔内部,并且四组滑杆(26)与所述四组第三滑腔滑动配合,所述四组滑杆(26)的左侧均设置有多组卡位槽,所述四组滑套(25)的左端分别横向设置右四组安装通孔,所述四组卡位头(28)分别横向设置在四组安装通孔内部,所述支撑板(27)位于底板(1)的下方,并且四组滑杆(26)的底端分别与支撑板(27)顶端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括四组限位板(29)、四组拉杆(30)、四组刚性弹簧(31)、四组套筒(32),所述四组套筒(32)安装在所述四组滑套(25)的四组安装通孔内部,并且四组套筒(32)内部设置有空腔,所述四组套筒(32)的左端与右端分别设置有左滑口与右滑口,所述四组限位板(29)分别位于四组套管内部的空腔中,所述四组卡位头(28)的左端分别穿过右滑口伸入至空腔内部与所述四组限位板(29)的右端连接,所述四组滑杆(26)的右端分别穿过左滑口伸入至空腔内部与所述四组限位板(29)的左端连接,所述四组刚性弹簧(31)分别位于四组滑套(25)的空腔内部,并且四组刚性弹簧(31)分别套装在四组拉杆(30)上,所述四组刚醒弹簧的左端分别与空腔的左侧内壁连接,并且四组刚醒弹簧的右端分别与四组限位板(29)的左端连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括左限位滑块(33)、左限位挡块(34)、左螺纹管(35)、左螺纹杆(36)、左滚珠轴承(37)、右限位滑块、右限位挡块、右螺纹管、右螺纹杆和右滚珠轴承,所述左限位滑块(33)位于左滑板(18)的左侧,并且左限位滑块(33)的底端设置有左第四滑块,所述底板(1)的顶端设置有左第四滑槽,并且左第四滑块与第四滑槽滑动配合,所述右限位滑块的底端设置有右第四滑块,所述底板(1)的顶端设置有右第四滑槽,并且右第四滑块与第四滑槽滑动配合,所述左螺纹杆(36)的右端与左限位滑块(33)的左端中部连接,所述左限位挡块(34)位于左限位滑块(33)的左侧,并且左限位挡块(34)的底端与底板(1)的顶端连接,所述左限位挡块(34)的右端设置有左安装槽,所述左滚珠轴承(37)安装在左安装槽内部,所述左螺纹管(35)的左端插入至左滚珠轴承(37)内部,所述左螺纹杆(36)的左端插入并螺装至左螺纹管(35)的右端内部,所述右螺纹杆的左端与右限位滑块的右端中部连接,所述右限位挡块位于右限位滑块的右侧,并且右限位挡块的底端与底板(1)的顶端连接,所述右限位挡块的左端设置有右安装槽,所述右滚珠轴承安装在右安装槽内部,所述右螺纹管的右端插入至右滚珠轴承内部,所述右螺纹杆的右端插入并螺装至右螺纹管的左端内部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括四组滚轮(38),所述四组滚轮(38)的顶端分别与支撑板(27)底端的左前侧、左后侧、右前侧和右后侧连接,并且四组滚轮(38)上均设置有刹车结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种用于手机触摸屏的切片冲压装置,其特征在于,还包括升降弹簧(39),所述升降弹簧(39)位于底板(1)的底端中部,并且升降弹簧(39)的顶端与底板(1)的顶端中部连接,并且升降弹簧(39)的底端与支撑板(27)的顶端中部连接。
