背景技术

机身;和
集尘盒,所述集尘盒设置在所述机身;所述集尘盒包括:
盒体,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口;
设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞;
用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧;和
过滤件,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。

请一并参阅图1至图3,本申请实施方式的集尘盒10用于扫地机器人100。集尘盒10包括盒体12、设置于盒体12内的过滤支架14、用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构16和过滤件18。盒体12形成有进风口122和出风口124。过滤支架14的侧面形成有孔洞142。分离结构16设置于盒体12内并位于孔洞142的进风侧。过滤件18设置于过滤支架14并位于孔洞142的出风侧。
本申请实施方式的集尘盒10,可先通过分离结构16阻挡大部分灰尘,然后空气经孔洞142进入过滤件18,空气再经过滤件18分离空气和少量灰尘,使得排出的空气得到有效净化。另外,由于只有少量灰尘能够到达过滤件18,因此,这样延长了过滤件18的使用寿命,用户也无需频繁更换或清洁过滤件18,给用户使用带来便利。
可以理解,扫地机器人100工作时,机器内部形成真空,在内外压差的作用下,灰尘随空气通过进风口122被吸入到盒体12内。灰尘随空气进入到盒体12后,大部分灰尘,尤其是较大颗粒的灰尘被分离结构16阻挡掉落在盒体12的底部,只有少量的细小的灰尘可以随空气通过孔洞142到达过滤件18。此时灰尘被过滤件18过滤,空气与灰尘得到有效分离,排出的空气得到有效净化。如此,避免从集尘盒10中排出的空气质量差而造成二次污染。在图2中,集尘盒10中带箭头的直线表示空气气流。分离结构16位于孔洞142的进风侧,也即是说,分离结构16可以位于空气气流进入孔洞142之前的任意位置,或者说,相对于 分离结构16,孔洞142处于集尘盒10内空气流动方向的下游。这样可保证空气进入孔洞142前,会先遇到分离结构16。
在某些实施方式中,分离结构16为过滤支架14的底部斜面141。
可以理解,分离结构16为过滤支架14的底部斜面141,即分离结构16与过滤支架14同体。如此,避免占用盒体12过多的空间。分离结构16可为朝向盒体12底部的斜面141,斜面141与进风口122相对,对带灰尘的空气气流有一个导向作用,可以让灰尘掉落到盒体12的底部。当然,分离结构16也可以不与过滤支架14同体,可以在盒体12内的其它位置另设一个分离结构16。分离结构16可为具有斜面、球形面、非球面等导向面的结构件。
在某些实施方式中,过滤件18包括过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网中的任意一种或多种。
可以理解,过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网均可以用于过滤灰尘。过滤件18可以是过滤海帕、过滤海绵或活性炭过滤网。当然,过滤件18也可以是过滤海帕和过滤海绵的组合、过滤海帕和活性炭过滤网的组合或过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网的组合。过滤件18还可以是过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网的组合。过滤件18可以是一个,也可以是多个,可以根据过滤需求选择。
请一并参阅图4-图8,在某些实施方式中,过滤支架14包括底板144和侧板146。侧板146连接在底板144并与底板144共同形成容置空间148。过滤件18至少部分地位于容置空间148。底板144包括与进风口122相对的斜面141。斜面141形成分离结构16,孔洞142的进风侧背向进风口122。
可以理解,与进风口122相对的斜面141形成分离结构16,利于分离结构16阻挡随空气进入盒体12的大部分灰尘,同时,也减少集尘盒10内部的结构件,使得集尘盒10内收集灰尘的空间更大化。孔洞142的进风侧背向进风口122,分离结构16位于孔洞142的进风侧。如此,孔洞142尽量远离进风口122,带灰尘的空气气流先经过分离结构16使得分离结构16阻挡大部分灰尘,然后空气气流通过孔洞142再经过滤件18使得过滤件18分离空气和少量灰尘,从而使得空气与灰尘得到进一步有效分离,排出的空气得到进一步有效净化。
在本实施方式中,过滤件18基本位于容置空间148内,也就是说,过滤件18的顶面与过滤支架14的顶面基本齐平,这样可减少过滤件18和过滤支架14的整体厚度,保证集尘盒10的集尘空间时,也利于保持集尘盒10的小型化。在其它实施方式中,过滤件18部分地位于容置空间148,也就是说,过滤件可相对于过滤支架14的顶面凸出,在这样的实施方式中,容置空间148的深度可设计得较小,或凸出的过滤件18的部位还可用于定位安装在过滤件18或过滤支架14上的其它部件。
可以理解,为了保证过滤效果,当过滤件18收容在容置空间148时,允许过滤件18有一定的变形使过滤件18更好地固定在过滤支架14。当然,也可利用辅助的连接件,如扣件,螺钉等将过滤件18固定在过滤支架14。
在某些实施方式中,过滤支架14包括支撑板143。支撑板143位于容置空间148并连接底板144和侧板146,过滤件18支撑在支撑板143上。
如此,支撑板143支撑过滤件18,使得过滤件18设置在过滤支架14上时位置相对稳定,不容易发生偏移,更有效过滤通过孔洞142的空气气流,有效分离灰尘和空气。
本实施方式中,支撑板143的数量是多个,多个支撑板143间隔设置在容置空间148,这样可对过滤件18更有效的支撑,避免过滤件18因受力不均匀而导致位置发生偏移,影响过滤效果。
请再次参阅图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,进风口122和出风口124设置于盒体12的同一侧面,进风口122位于出风口124的下方。
如此,在扫地机器人100工作时,进风口122和出风口124之间形成气流,灰尘随着气流从进风口122进入盒体12内,经过过滤后,灰尘被阻挡向出风口124流动而留在盒体12中,过滤后的空气经出风口124排出。当然,进风口122和出风口124可以设置于盒体12的不同侧面。当进风口122和出风口124设置于盒体12的同一侧面,也可以是出风口124位于进风口122的下方。
请参阅图9,在某些实施方式中,盒体12的底部形成有排尘口126。集尘盒10包括下盖11,下盖11可转动连接盒体12并用于打开或关闭排尘口126。
可以理解,通过下盖11打开或关闭盒体12的底部的排尘口126,方便将清除盒体12内的灰尘。
在某些实施方式中,下盖11包括相背的第一侧部112和第二侧部114。第一侧部112与盒体12转动地连接,在下盖11关闭排尘口126时,第二侧部114通过卡扣结构13与盒体12扣合连接。
可以理解,卡扣结构13方便下盖11打开或关闭排尘口126。在下盖11关闭排尘口126时,第二侧部114通过卡扣结构13与盒体12扣合连接更可靠。具体地,在清除扫地机器人100内的灰尘时,先将集尘盒10从扫地机器人100内取出,然后解除下盖11和盒体12之间的扣合关系,使得下盖11可以转动后打开排尘口126,从而使得承载在下盖11上的灰尘随着下盖11的转动流出至盒体12外,这样在清除灰尘时,无需取出盒体12内的过滤件18和过滤支架14,清洁过程方便。
进一步地,第一侧部112与盒体12转动地连接可以通过以下方式实现:例如,第一侧部112设置有转动轴,盒体12上形成有转接孔,转动轴收容于转接孔中从而使得第一侧部 112与盒体12转动地连接。
需要指出的是,底部方向为图9中所示向下的方向,顶部方向为图9中所示向上的方向。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒10包括按钮15。按钮15包括转轴152,按钮15通过转轴152转动地设置在盒体12上。卡扣结构13包括形成在按钮15一端的卡勾132和形成在第二侧部114的卡扣部134。按钮15可相对于盒体12在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动。在第一位置时,卡勾132与卡扣部134扣合以使下盖11关闭排尘口126。在第二位置时,卡勾132与卡扣部134脱离以使下盖11打开排尘口126。
如此,在按下按钮15后,卡勾132和卡扣部134脱离,使得下盖11转动打开排尘口126以将灰尘排出,排尘方式简单。具体地,卡勾132包括朝向上的卡合面1322,卡扣部134包括卡条1342,在第一位置时,卡条1342抵持卡合面1322,如图2所示。
在某些实施方式中,按钮15包括按板154,转轴152固定在按板154的中间部位。按板154包括分别位于转轴152相背的两侧的第一摆动端1542和第二摆动端1544。卡勾132形成于第一摆动端1542,第一摆动端1542向远离盒体12的方向摆动,第二摆动端1544向靠近盒体12的方向摆动。盒体12形成有供第二摆动端1544摆动的避让空间。当第一摆动端1542向远离盒体12的方向摆动时,卡勾132与卡条1342脱离,进而打开下盖11。
如此,避让空间可以防止按钮15在转动的过程与盒体12干涉。
另外,在按板154与盒体12相对的表面上设置有弹性件1546,在常规状态下,弹性件1546可与盒体12的表面接触或不接触。接触时,弹性件1546可不产生弹力或可产生的弹力。在有弹力产生时,所产生的弹力将第二摆动端1544向远离盒体12的方式驱动,如此,使得卡勾132与下盖11的扣合更紧密。
当第二摆动端1544被外力压向盒体12时,弹性件1546被压缩,第一摆动端1542向远离盒体12方向摆动,使得卡勾132与卡条1342脱离,下盖11得以打开。当外力撤消时,弹性件1546驱动第二摆动端1544向远离盒体12方向摆动,而使得第一摆动端1542复位。
在本实施方式中,弹性件1546为按板154上的弹性板。在其它实施方式中,弹性件1546可以为弹簧、弹性块等其它弹性件。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒10包括可拆卸地设置在盒体12顶部的上盖17。
如此,在拆卸上盖17后,方便将过滤支架14、分离结构16、过滤件18等元件从盒体12内取出或装入。具体地,上盖17可以通过卡扣卡合的方式、螺钉连接的方式、过盈配合的方式与盒体12可拆卸地连接。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒10包括密封件19,密封件19设置于集尘盒10的部件连接处。
可以理解,集尘盒10内的部件连接处气密性较差,在部件连接处设置密封件19可以保 证集尘盒10的气密性,从而利于扫地机器人100吸尘。密封件19可以是密封圈或密封条。具体地,在本申请的实施方式中,上盖17与盒体12顶部之间设置有一密封圈,过滤支架14与盒体12内壁之间设置有一密封圈,下盖11与盒体12底部之间设置有一密封圈。
请参阅图10,本申请实施方式的扫地机器人100,包括机身20和上述任一实施方式的集尘盒10,集尘盒10设置在机身20。
本申请实施方式的扫地机器人100,集尘盒10可先通过分离结构16阻挡大部分灰尘,然后空气经孔洞142进入过滤件18,空气再经过滤件18分离空气和少量灰尘,使得排出的空气得到有效净化。另外,由于只有少量灰尘能够到达过滤件18,因此,这样延长了过滤件18的使用寿命,用户也无需频繁更换或清洁过滤件18,给用户使用带来便利。
较佳地,集尘盒10可拆卸地设置在机身20,例如通过卡扣、螺钉、粘合等的方式可拆卸地设置在机身20。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种集尘盒,用于扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括:
    盒体,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口;
    设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞;
    用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧;和
    过滤件,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述分离结构为所述过滤支架的底部斜面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤件包括过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网中的任意一种或多种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧板连接在所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于所述容置空间并连接所述底板和所述侧板,所述过滤件支撑在所述支撑板上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述进风口和所述出风口设置于所述盒体的同一侧面,所述进风口位于所述出风口的下方。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括下盖,所述下盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述下盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮包括转轴,所述按钮通过所述转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述下盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述下盖打开所述排尘口。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括可拆卸地设置在所述盒体顶部的上盖。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述集尘盒的部件连接处。
  12. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括:
    机身;和
    集尘盒,所述集尘盒设置在所述机身;所述集尘盒包括:
    盒体,所述盒体形成有进风口和出风口;
    设置于所述盒体内的过滤支架,所述过滤支架的侧面形成有孔洞;
    用于阻挡灰尘的分离结构,所述分离结构设置于所述盒体内并位于所述孔洞的进风侧;和
    过滤件,所述过滤件设置于所述过滤支架并位于所述孔洞的出风侧。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述分离结构为所述过滤支架的底部斜面。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤件包括过滤海帕、过滤海绵和活性炭过滤网中的任意一种或多种。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括底板和侧板,所述侧板连接在所述底板并与所述底板共同形成容置空间,所述过滤件至少部分地位于所述容置空间,所述底板包括与所述进风口相对的斜面,所述斜面形成所述分离结构,所述孔洞的进风侧背向所述进风口。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括支撑板,所述支撑板位于所述容置空间并连接所述底板和所述侧板,所述过滤件支撑在所述支撑板上。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述进风口和所述出风口设置于所述盒体的同一侧面,所述进风口位于所述出风口的下方。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口,所述集尘盒包括下盖,所述下盖可转动连接所述盒体并用于打开或关闭所述排尘口。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述下盖包括相背的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮包括转轴,所述按钮通过所述转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述下盖关闭所述排尘口,在所述第二位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部脱离以使所述下盖打开所述排尘口。
  21. 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括可拆卸地设置在所述盒体顶部的上盖。
