请参阅图3,盒体10形成有进风口12和出风口13,进风口12和出风口13可以位于盒体10的同一侧面。进风口12位于盒体10的下部,出风口13位于盒体10的上部。盒体10内设置有过滤装置40,过滤装置40位于进风口12和出风口13之间。在扫地机器人200工作时,进风口12和出风口13之间形成气流,灰尘等污染物随着气流从进风口12进入盒体10内,由于过滤装置40的过滤作用,污染物被阻挡向出风口13流动而留在盒体10中,从而实现除尘的效果。
第一侧部21与盒体10转动地连接可以通过以下方式实现:例如,第一侧部21设置在转动轴,盒体10上形成有转接孔,转动轴收容于转接孔中从而使得第一侧部21与盒体10转动地连接。
需要指出的是,底部方向为图2中所示向下的方向,顶部方向为图2中所 示向上的方向。
请再次参阅图1及图2,在某些实施方式中,下盖20包括底壁23和自底壁23的边缘延伸的侧壁24,底壁23与侧壁24围成有凹槽25,在下盖20关闭排尘口11时,盒体10的底部伸入凹槽25中,侧壁24包围盒体10的底部。
如此,侧壁24包围盒体10的底部使得排尘口11被覆盖得更加严实,防止污染物在收集灰尘等污染物的过程中从排出口流出而污染扫地机器人200的内部零件,从而提高了扫地机器人200的寿命。
在某些实施方式中,盒体10形成有与排尘口11连通的集尘腔室14,下盖20包括固定在底壁23上且收容于凹槽25内的凸块26,在下盖20关闭排尘口11时,凸块26伸入集尘腔室14中并填塞集尘腔室14的底部。如此,凸块26可以进一步提高排尘口11的密封性,防止污染物从盒体10内流出。
在某些实施方式中,盒体10包括外周面15和连接外周面15的底面16,外周面15与底面16的连接处形成有收容槽17,在下盖20关闭排尘口11时,侧壁24收容于收容槽17中,外周面15与侧壁24的外侧面平滑过渡。如此,下盖20和盒体10平滑过渡连接,使得集尘盒100的外周较光滑,有利于集尘盒100装入扫地机器人200内或从扫地机器人200内取出。
在某些实施方式中,集尘盒100包括按钮50,按钮50包括转轴51,按钮50通过转轴51转动地设置在盒体10上,第一卡扣结构30包括形成在按钮50一端的卡勾31和形成在第二侧部22的卡扣部32,按钮50可相对于盒体10在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,其中,在第一位置时,卡勾31与卡扣部32扣合以使下盖20关闭排尘口11。另外,在第二位置时,卡勾31与卡扣部32脱离,使得下盖20可以相对于盒体10转动。
如此,在按下按钮50后,卡勾31和卡扣部32脱离,使得下盖20转动打开排尘口11以将污染物排出,排尘方式简单。
具体地,卡勾31包括朝向上的卡合面311,卡扣部32包括卡条321,在第 一位置时,卡条321抵持卡合面311。
在某些实施方式中,按钮50包括按板52,转轴51固定在按板52的中间部位,按板52包括分别位于转轴51相背的两侧的第一摆动端521和第二摆动端522,卡勾31形成于第一摆动端521,第一摆动端521向远离盒体10的方向摆动,第二摆动端522向靠近盒体10的方向摆动,盒体10形成有供第二摆动端522摆动的避让空间18。
如此,避让空间18可以防止按钮50在转动的过程与盒体10干涉。
在某些实施方式中,盒体10的顶部形成有与排尘口11连通的开口,集尘盒100还包括可拆卸地设置在盒体10的顶部且封盖开口的上盖60。
如此,在拆卸上盖60后,容易将过滤装置40从盒体10内取出及将滤网装置装入盒体10内。
在某些实施方式中,上盖60通过第二卡扣结构70与盒体10连接。如此,上盖60容易拆卸。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种集尘盒,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体的底部形成有排尘口;和
    下盖,所述下盖包括相对的第一侧部和第二侧部,所述第一侧部与所述盒体转动地连接以使所述下盖打开或关闭所述排尘口,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述第二侧部通过第一卡扣结构与所述盒体扣合连接,所述下盖用于承载污染物。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述下盖包括底壁和自所述底壁的边缘延伸的侧壁,所述底壁与所述侧壁围成有凹槽,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述盒体的底部伸入所述凹槽中,所述侧壁包围所述盒体的底部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体形成有与所述排尘口连通的集尘腔室,所述下盖包括固定在所述底壁上且收容于所述凹槽内的凸块,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述凸块伸入所述集尘腔室中并填塞所述集尘腔室的底部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体包括外周面和连接所述外周面的底面,所述外周面与所述底面的连接处形成有收容槽,在所述下盖关闭所述排尘口时,所述侧壁收容于所述收容槽中,所述外周面与所述侧壁的外侧面平滑过渡。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述集尘盒包括按钮,所述按钮包括转轴,所述按钮通过所述转轴转动地设置在所述盒体上,所述第一卡扣结构包括形成在所述按钮一端的卡勾和形成在所述第二侧部的卡扣部,所述 按钮可相对于所述盒体在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动,其中,在所述第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡扣部扣合以使所述下盖关闭所述排尘口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述卡勾包括朝向上的卡合面,所述卡扣部包括卡条,在所述第一位置时,所述卡条抵持所述卡合面。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述按钮包括按板,所述转轴固定在所述按板的中间部位,所述按板包括分别位于所述转轴相背的两侧的第一摆动端和第二摆动端,所述卡勾形成于所述第一摆动端,所述第一摆动端向远离所述盒体的方向摆动,所述第二摆动端向靠近所述盒体的方向摆动,所述盒体形成有供所述第二摆动端摆动的避让空间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述盒体的顶部形成有与所述排尘口连通的开口,所述集尘盒还包括可拆卸地设置在所述盒体的顶部且封盖所述开口的上盖。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集尘盒,其特征在于,所述上盖通过第二卡扣结构与所述盒体连接。
  10. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于包括:
    壳体;和
    权利要求1-9任一项所述的集尘盒,所述集尘盒设置在所述壳体内。
