胎圈钢丝是车胎的重要组成部分,通常由胎圈钢丝生产厂商生产并供货给轮胎厂商。为防止胎圈钢丝氧化,胎圈钢丝在下线后需要严格的密封包装,钢丝裸露于空气会导致钢丝氧化、变色、生锈等现象,降低钢丝的抗拉强度和扭转等性能,进而导致钢丝与橡胶的粘合,钢丝的附胶率降低,影响钢丝品质。目前,胎圈钢丝采用工字轮包装已经成为一种趋势,然而这项工作主要依靠人工手动进行。但是,人工进行包装导致胎圈钢丝包装质量交差,而且工作效率低。因而研制专用的工字轮胎圈钢丝包装设备已成业界的共同要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种胎圈钢丝包纸装置及包纸方法,以提高胎圈钢丝包装效率、改善胎圈钢丝包装质量。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其包括机架主体,所述机架主体上设有:
卷绕装置,所述卷绕装置包括第一卷绕轴和第二卷绕轴;
工字轮组件,所述工字轮组件包括工字轮和驱动所述工字轮转动的驱动装置;
剪纸机构,所述剪纸机构用于切断由所述卷绕装置直接或间接送来的薄膜材料;
引纸机构,所述引纸机构包括运动机构,所述运动机构被适配成可在第一方向和第二方向往复运动,其中第一方向为靠近和远离所述工字轮的方向,第二方向为垂直方向,所述运动机构上设有吸附组件和压附组件,所述吸附组件用于通过负压吸附薄膜材料并在运动机构的作用下将薄膜材料切断后的末端送向工字轮,所述压附组件用于在运动机构的作用下运动至工字轮并压紧薄膜材料;
施胶装置,所述施胶装置用于向工字轮上的薄膜材料贴设胶条。
本发明的胎圈钢丝包纸装置结构简单易操作,可实现自动包纸,降低人工劳动力,提高胎圈钢丝包装效率、改善胎圈钢丝包装质量。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述运动机构包括十字滑台滑座,所述十字滑台滑座沿所述第二方向设置,且所述十字滑台滑座底部与所述机架主体相连;
与所述十字滑台滑座相连的导轨,所述导轨沿所述第一方向设置,且所述导轨上设有一滑块。滑块可在第一方向和第二方向上进行滑动,调节运动机构与工字轮之间的相对位置。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述吸附组件和所述压附组件通过连接杆连接,所述连接杆滑设于所述导轨上,且所述连接杆与所述滑块相连。滑块的运动带动连接杆的运动,从而带动吸附组件和压附组件的运动,从而保证吸附组件可通过负压吸附薄膜材料并在运动机构的作用下将薄膜材料切断后的末端送向工字轮,保证压附组件可在运动机构的作用下运动至工字轮并压紧薄膜材料。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述剪纸机构包括气动裁纸刀,所述气动裁纸刀设于所述剪纸机构内部;

压头,其与所述压纸杆另一端相连,所述压头用于将薄膜材料压紧在所述工字轮上。压头将纸斗送出的薄膜材料压紧在工字轮上,在驱动装置带动下压纸机构与工字轮同步转动,将薄膜材料卷绕包装在工字轮上,对工字轮上的胎圈钢丝进行包纸。

料盘,所述料盘设于所述施胶装置一侧,料盘用于收卷用于施胶的胶条卷料;
收卷盘,其设于所述施胶装置的底部,收卷盘用于对使用后的胶条底料进行回收收卷;
Z轴方向调整手摇,其设于所述施胶装置的顶端,所述Z轴方向调整手摇用于调节所述施胶装置竖直方向上靠近和远离所述工字轮;
X轴方向调整手摇,其垂直于所述Z轴方向调整手摇,所述X轴方向调整手摇用于调节所述施胶装置沿所述工字轮轴向的移动,经过Z轴方向和X轴方向调整后的施胶装置能正好对工字轮上的薄膜材料进行施胶;
压胶杆,其与所述料盘相对设置于所述施胶装置的另一侧,所述压胶杆底部设有剥胶板,所述剥胶板在所述压胶杆的作用下将胶条贴 设于所述工字轮上的薄膜材料,压胶杆向下运动驱动剥胶板将胶条贴设在工字轮上的薄膜材料上;
牵引机构,其设于所述压胶杆与所述收卷盘之间,所述牵引机构用于牵引胶条底料至所述收卷盘,胶条底料回收后重复使用,节约材料成本。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述机架主体上设有至少一纠偏系统,所述纠偏系统包括纠偏传感器,所述纠偏传感器用于检测由所述卷绕装置直接或间接送来的薄膜材料的位置;
与所述纠偏传感器相连的纠偏驱动装置,所述纠偏驱动装置用于驱动薄膜材料沿薄膜材料的宽度方向移动。纠偏系统解决了薄膜材料在传送过程中容易跑偏的问题,控制精度高,并可保证薄膜材料收卷后结实而不易散开。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述机架主体上设有两个纠偏系统,两个所述纠偏系统分别与所述第一卷绕轴和所述第二卷绕轴匹配设置,且两个所述纠偏系统沿所述机架主体高度方向上间隔设置。每个卷绕轴分别对应一个纠偏系统,使得用于胎圈钢丝包纸的薄膜材料都能进行纠偏,进一步保证不同薄膜材料对胎圈钢丝进行包装后不易散开,保证包装质量和精度。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述纠偏系统与所述卷绕装置之间设有两组导纸辊组,两组所述导纸辊组分别与所述第一卷绕轴和所述第二卷绕轴匹配设置,两组所述导纸辊组沿所述机架主体高度方向上间隔设置。每个卷绕轴与纠偏系统之间分别对应一组导纸辊组,两组导纸辊组可分别将第一卷绕轴和第二卷绕轴上的薄膜材料传送到对应的纠偏系统,且两组导纸辊互不干扰。
在上述技术方案的基础上,每个所述纠偏系统连接有送纸辊组, 所述送纸辊组沿所述机架主体高度方向上间隔设置,且所述送纸辊组用于传送所述纠偏系统送来的薄膜材料至所述剪纸机构。送纸辊组与纠偏系统相连,将纠偏后的薄膜材料分别送至剪纸机构的两个进纸口,两种薄膜材料之间相互隔开且互不干扰。

卷绕装置,其设于所述机架主体的一端,所述卷绕装置包括第一卷绕轴和第二卷绕轴,所述第一卷绕轴和第二卷绕轴沿并排间隔设置;
施胶装置,其与所述卷绕装置相对设于所述机架主体的另一端;
工字轮组件,其设于所述施胶装置的下方,所述工字轮组件包括工字轮和驱动所述工字轮转动的驱动装置;
剪纸机构,其设于所述卷绕装置的斜下方,且靠近所述工字轮组件设置;
引纸机构,其顶部与所述剪纸机构相连,所述引纸机构底部与所述机架主体的底部相连,且所述引纸机构包括运动机构,所述运动机构顶部与所述剪纸机构相连,且所述运动机构上设有吸附组件和压附组件。
使用本发明的胎圈钢丝包纸装置对胎圈钢丝进行包纸以提高胎圈钢丝包装效率、改善胎圈钢丝包装质量。
一种胎圈钢丝的包纸方法,其使用上述所述胎圈钢丝包纸装置对胎圈钢丝包纸。整个胎圈钢丝的包纸方法过程简单、精确度高、效率高,不仅改善了胎圈钢丝包装的质量,包装后的薄膜材料缠绕结实不易散开而且能对胎圈钢丝进行两种薄膜材料的包装,包装过程中互不干扰,且工作流程快速高效,实现自动化操作,节省人工劳动力。

(2)本发明的一种胎圈钢丝包纸装置的主机架上设有纠偏系统,解决薄膜材料在传送过程中容易跑偏的问题,控制精度高,并可保证薄膜材料收卷后结实而不易散开。

其中纠偏系统7与卷绕装置2之间设有两组导纸辊组8,两组导纸辊组8分别与第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22匹配设置,两组导纸辊组8沿机架主体1高度方向上间隔设置。每个卷绕轴与纠偏系统7之间分别对应一组导纸辊组8,两组导纸辊组8可分别将第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22上的薄膜材料传送到对应的纠偏系统7,且两组导纸辊组8互不干扰。
而且每个纠偏系统7连接有送纸辊组9,送纸辊组9沿机架主体1高度方向上间隔设置,且送纸辊组9用于传送纠偏系统7送来的薄膜材料至剪纸机构4。送纸辊组9与纠偏系统7相连,将纠偏后的薄膜材料分别送至剪纸机构4的两个进纸口421,两种薄膜材料之间相互隔开且互不干扰。
本发明实施例提供一种胎圈钢丝的包纸装置,优选的,胎圈钢丝包纸装置包括机架主体1,机架主体1上设有:卷绕装置2,其设于机架主体1的一端,卷绕装置2包括第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22,第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22分别卷绕不同的薄膜材料,用于对胎圈钢丝进行两层包装;第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22并排间隔设置,两种薄膜材料之间相互隔开,在传送过程中互不干扰;施胶装置6,其与卷绕装置2相对设于机架主体1的另一端,施胶装置6用于向工字轮31上的薄膜材料贴设胶条。;工字轮组件3,其设于施胶装置6的下方,便于施胶装置6对工字轮31进行施胶,工字轮组件3包括 工字轮31和驱动工字轮31转动的驱动装置32;剪纸机构4,其设于卷绕装置2的斜下方,且靠近工字轮组件3设置,剪纸机构4用于切断由所述卷绕装置2直接或间接送来的薄膜材料;引纸机构5,其顶部与剪纸机构4相连,引纸机构5底部与机架主体1的底部相连,且引纸机构5包括运动机构51,运动机构51顶部与剪纸机构4相连,运动机构51可靠近和远离工字轮运动,在本发明实施例中为水平方向,或在垂直方向上运动,在本发明实施例中为竖直方向;且运动机构51上设有吸附组件52和压附组件53,其中吸附组件52用于通过负压吸附薄膜材料并在运动机构51的作用下将薄膜材料切断后的末端送向工字轮31,压附组件53用于在运动机构51的作用下运动至工字轮31并压紧薄膜材料。使用本发明的胎圈钢丝包纸装置对胎圈钢丝进行包纸以提高胎圈钢丝包装效率、改善胎圈钢丝包装质量。
本发明实施例提供一种胎圈钢丝的包纸方法,其使用上述胎圈钢丝包纸装置对胎圈钢丝包纸,其步骤包括:
S1、第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22上分别卷绕两种不同的薄膜材料,其中与第一卷绕轴21对应的导纸辊组8将一种薄膜材料传送到与第一卷绕轴21相对应的纠偏系统7,与第二卷绕轴22对应的导纸辊组8将另一种薄膜材料传送到与第二卷绕轴22相对应的纠偏系统7;每个卷绕轴与纠偏系统7之间分别对应一组导纸辊组8,两组导纸辊组8可分别将第一卷绕轴21和第二卷绕轴22上的薄膜材料传送到对应的纠偏系统7,且两组导纸辊组8互不干扰。
S2、两个纠偏系统7分别采集对应的两种薄膜材料的偏移的方向并输出相应的偏移信号分别传递给对应的纠偏传感器71,纠偏驱动装置72根据纠偏传感器71的偏移信号控制对应的纠偏驱动装置72动作,带动薄膜材料沿薄膜材料宽度方向移动进行纠正;每个卷 绕轴分别对应一个纠偏系统7,两种薄膜材料都能进行纠偏,进一步保证不同薄膜材料对胎圈钢丝进行包装后不易散开,保证包装质量和精度。
S3、再将纠正后的两种薄膜材料输送至与纠偏系统7相连的送纸辊组9,对应的送纸辊组9分别将两种薄膜材料输送下方的剪纸机构4,两种薄膜材料通过两个进纸口421进入剪纸机构4,其中一种薄膜材料先从剪纸机构4下方输送出来至工字轮31的外圆面上;先对工字轮31用一种薄膜材料进行包装,另一种薄膜材料进入一个进纸口421备用,两种薄膜材料互不干涉,保证工作效率和包装质量。
S4、启动驱动装置32,驱动装置32驱动压纸机构33工作,压纸杆331带动压头332将工字轮31外圆面上的一种薄膜材料压到工字轮31上的胎圈钢丝表面上,压纸机构33与工字轮31在驱动装置32带动下同步旋转,将一种薄膜材料缠绕在工字轮31上的胎圈钢丝表面;压头332辅助工字轮31将薄膜材料贴紧在工字轮31上,确保薄膜材料不易在工字轮31上脱落,保证包装的顺利进行。
S5、工字轮31转到一定位置后,气动裁纸刀41工作裁断薄膜材料;气动裁纸刀41用于裁断薄膜材料,能快速整齐的裁断薄膜材料。
S6、引纸机构5上的滑块513在水平和竖直方向上进行滑动,调节运动机构51与工字轮31之间的相对位置,滑块513的运动带动连接杆54的运动,从而带动吸附组件52和压附组件53的运动,吸附组件52通过负压吸附薄膜材料将薄膜材料切断后的末端送向工字轮31,压附组件53运动至工字轮31并压紧薄膜材料;引纸机构5能顺利高效地将切断后的薄膜材料末端送至工字轮31,为后续的施胶工作的顺利完成做好准备。
S6、调节施胶装置6上的Z轴方向调整手摇63和X轴方向调整 手摇64,使施胶装置6上的剥胶板66正对着薄膜材料切断后的末端,料盘61将胶条输送至剥胶板66,剥胶板66在压胶杆65的作用下将胶条贴设于工字轮31上的薄膜材料,牵引机构67牵引胶条底料至收卷盘62,此时一种薄膜材料就成功包装在胎圈钢丝上。
S7、另一种薄膜材料再从剪纸机构4下方输送出来至工字轮31的外圆面上,重复步骤S4-S6,完成另一种薄膜材料对胎圈钢丝的包装。
整个胎圈钢丝的包纸方法过程简单、精确度高、效率高,不仅改善了胎圈钢丝包装的质量,包装后的薄膜材料缠绕结实不易散开而且能对胎圈钢丝进行两种薄膜材料的包装,包装过程中互不干扰,且工作流程快速高效,实现自动化操作,节省人工劳动力。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其包括机架主体(1),其特征在于,所述机架主体(1)上设有:
    卷绕装置(2),所述卷绕装置(2)包括第一卷绕轴(21)和第二卷绕轴(22);
    工字轮组件(3),所述工字轮组件(3)包括工字轮(31)和驱动所述工字轮(31)转动的驱动装置(32);
    剪纸机构(4),所述剪纸机构(4)用于切断由所述卷绕装置(2)直接或间接送来的薄膜材料;
    引纸机构(5),所述引纸机构(5)包括运动机构(51),所述运动机构(51)被适配成可在第一方向和第二方向往复运动,其中第一方向为靠近和远离所述工字轮(31)的方向,第二方向为垂直方向,所述运动机构(51)上设有吸附组件(52)和压附组件(53),所述吸附组件(52)用于通过负压吸附薄膜材料并在运动机构(51)的作用下将薄膜材料切断后的末端送向工字轮(31),所述压附组件(53)用于在运动机构(51)的作用下运动至工字轮(31)并压紧薄膜材料;
    施胶装置(6),所述施胶装置(6)用于向工字轮(31)上的薄膜材料贴设胶条。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述运动机构(51)包括十字滑台滑座(511),所述十字滑台滑座(511)沿所述第二方向设置,且所述十字滑台滑座(511)底部与所述机架主体(1)相连;
    与所述十字滑台滑座(511)相连的导轨(512),所述导轨(512)沿所述第一方向设置,且所述导轨(512)上设有一滑块(513)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述吸附组件(52)和所述压附组件(53)通过连接杆(54)连接,所述连接杆(54)滑设于所述导轨(512)上,且所述连接杆(54)与所述滑块(513)相连。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述剪纸机构(4)包括气动裁纸刀(41),所述气动裁纸刀(41)设于所述剪纸机构(4)内部;
    固定于所述气动裁纸刀(41)上部的纸斗(42),所述纸斗(42)包括两个进纸口(421),两个所述进纸口(421)分别与所述第一卷绕轴(21)和所述第二卷绕轴(22)相匹配设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述驱动装置(32)上设有压纸机构(33),所述压纸机构(33)在所述驱动装置(32)驱动下随所述工字轮(31)同步转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于,所述压纸机构(33)包括:
    压纸杆(331),其一端与所述驱动装置(32)相连;
    压头(332),其与所述压纸杆(331)另一端相连,所述压头(332)用于将薄膜材料压紧在所述工字轮(31)上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于,所述施胶装置(6)包括:
    料盘(61),所述料盘(61)设于所述施胶装置(6)一侧;
    收卷盘(62),其设于所述施胶装置(6)的底部;
    Z轴方向调整手摇(63),其设于所述施胶装置(6)的顶端,所述Z轴方向调整手摇(63)用于调节所述施胶装置(6)竖直方向上靠近和远离所述工字轮(31);
    X轴方向调整手摇(64),其垂直于所述Z轴方向调整手摇(63), 所述X轴方向调整手摇(64)用于调节所述施胶装置(6)沿所述工字轮(31)轴向的移动;
    压胶杆(65),其与所述料盘(61)相对设置于所述施胶装置(6)的另一侧,所述压胶杆(65)底部设有剥胶板(66),所述剥胶板(66)在所述压胶杆(65)的作用下将胶条贴设于所述工字轮(31)上的薄膜材料;
    牵引机构(67),其设于所述压胶杆(65)与所述收卷盘(62)之间,所述牵引机构(67)用于牵引胶条底料至所述收卷盘(62)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述机架主体(1)上设有至少一纠偏系统(7),所述纠偏系统(7)包括纠偏传感器(71),所述纠偏传感器(71)用于检测由所述卷绕装置(2)直接或间接送来的薄膜材料的位置;
    与所述纠偏传感器(71)相连的纠偏驱动装置(72),所述纠偏驱动装置(72)用于驱动薄膜材料沿薄膜材料的宽度方向移动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述机架主体(1)上设有两个纠偏系统(7),两个所述纠偏系统(7)分别与所述第一卷绕轴(21)和所述第二卷绕轴(22)匹配设置,且两个所述纠偏系统(7)沿所述机架主体(1)高度方向上间隔设置。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述纠偏系统(7)与所述卷绕装置(2)之间设有两组导纸辊组(8),两组所述导纸辊组(8)分别与所述第一卷绕轴(21)和所述第二卷绕轴(22)匹配设置,两组所述导纸辊组(8)沿所述机架主体(1)高度方向上间隔设置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置,其特征在于:
    每个所述纠偏系统(7)连接有送纸辊组(9),所述送纸辊组(9)沿所述机架主体(1)高度方向上间隔设置,且所述送纸辊组(9)用于传送所述纠偏系统(7)送来的薄膜材料至所述剪纸机构(4)。
  12. 一种胎圈钢丝的包纸装置,其特征在于,所述胎圈钢丝包纸装置包括机架主体(1),所述机架主体(1)上设有:
    卷绕装置(2),其设于所述机架主体(1)的一端,所述卷绕装置(2)包括第一卷绕轴(21)和第二卷绕轴(22),所述第一卷绕轴(21)和第二卷绕轴(22)沿并排间隔设置;
    施胶装置(6),其与所述卷绕装置(2)相对设于所述机架主体(1)的另一端;
    工字轮组件(3),其设于所述施胶装置(6)的下方,所述工字轮组件(3)包括工字轮(31)和驱动所述工字轮(31)转动的驱动装置(32);
    剪纸机构(4),其设于所述卷绕装置(2)的斜下方,且靠近所述工字轮组件(3)设置;
    引纸机构(5),其顶部与所述剪纸机构(4)相连,所述引纸机构(5)底部与所述机架主体(1)的底部相连,且所述引纸机构(5)包括运动机构(51),所述运动机构(51)顶部与所述剪纸机构(4)相连,且所述运动机构(51)上设有吸附组件(52)和压附组件(53)。
  13. 一种胎圈钢丝的包纸方法,其特征在于,其使用权利要求1所述的胎圈钢丝包纸装置对胎圈钢丝包纸。
