Description

一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置 技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备领域,尤其是一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置。
背景技术
砂纸冲切作业生产过程中,砂纸因为打卷不齐,造成材料浪费,不良率高,现在绝大部分厂家都是生产过程中反复人工注意,反复人工纠偏,效率低。现有技术中也有通过机械设备来进行纠偏的,但是现有的纠偏机构效率低下,准确率低。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有多层上下分布的纠偏机构,所述的纠偏机构包括光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹、移动夹以及出料滚筒;所述的光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹设置在机架的进料端;所述的移动夹以及出料滚筒设置在机架的出料端;砂纸穿料通过光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹、移动夹、出料滚筒,进入送料部分;所述的移动夹通过滑轨设置在移动夹安装座上,移动夹可在所述的移动夹安装座上左右移动,并与设置在移动夹安装座上的伺服纠偏执行器连接,通过伺服纠偏执行器带动移动夹左右移动进行纠偏;所述的移动夹安装座通过导轨安装在所述的机架上,导轨在机架上为沿着进料出料的方向前后设置,移动夹安装座可在所述的导轨上前后移动,当移动夹夹紧时,移动夹安装座在砂纸送料作用力下向前移动送料,所述的移动夹安装座还通过导绳以及滑轮连接有配重,当移动夹松开时,移动夹安装座处于自由状态下,移动夹安装座在配重的作用下复位。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的固定夹的前端还设置有第一托料钣金,所述的第一托料钣金设置在机架上。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的移动夹的前端还设置有第二托料钣金。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的固定夹包括夹片以及气缸,所述的夹片设置有两个,分别设置在机架的左右端,夹片通过气缸连接,气缸的活塞杆上升带动夹片上升将固定夹松开,气缸的活塞杆下降带动夹片下降从而将固定夹夹紧。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的移动夹包括夹片以及气缸,所述的夹片设置有两个,分别设置在机架的左右端,夹片通过气缸连接,气缸的活塞杆上升带动夹片上升将移动夹松开,气缸的活塞杆下降带动夹片下降从而将移动夹夹紧。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的机架上设置有5层上下分布的纠偏机构。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的机架的进料端还设置有光电开关固定管,所述的光电纠偏传感器设置在所述的光电开关固定管上。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,通过光电纠偏传感器检测砂纸边缘,实时反馈信号给控制器,控制器控制伺服纠偏执行器实时控制移动夹的左右移动,且移动夹在左右移动的过程中还能够随着砂纸运动向前继续送料,能够实现砂纸送料过程准确纠偏。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1到图4所示的一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,包括机架1,在所述的机架1上设置有多层上下分布的纠偏机构,在本实施例中,采用的是5层纠偏机构。
所述的纠偏机构包括光电纠偏传感器6、进料滚筒5、固定夹7、移动夹9以及出料滚筒11。所述的光电纠偏传感器6、进料滚筒5、固定夹7设置在机架1的进料端,在本实施例中,所述的机架的进料端还设置有光电开关固定管,所述的光电纠偏传感器设置在所述的光电开关固定管上。所述的移动夹9以及出料滚筒11设置在机架1的出料端。砂纸穿料通过光电纠偏传感器6、进料滚筒5、固定夹7、移动夹9、出料滚筒11,进入送料部分。
所述的移动夹9通过滑轨设置在移动夹安装座14上,移动夹9可在所述的移动夹安装座14上左右移动,并与设置在移动夹安装座14上的伺服纠偏执行器3连接,通过伺服纠偏执行器3带动移动夹9左右移动进行纠偏。
所述的移动夹安装座14通过导轨13安装在所述的机架1上,导轨在机架上为沿着进料出料的方向前后设置,移动夹安装座14可在所述的导轨13上前后移动,当移动夹9夹紧时,移动夹安装座14在砂纸送料作用力下向前移动送料。所述的移动夹安装座14还通过导绳以 及滑轮15连接有配重2,当移动夹松开时,移动夹安装座14处于自由状态下,移动夹安装座14在配重的作用下向后移动复位。
进一步地,在所述的固定夹7的前端还设置有第一托料钣金8,所述的第一托料钣金8设置在机架1上。在所述的移动夹9的前端还设置有第二托料钣金10。通过第一托料钣金8以及第二托料钣金10能够在砂纸传动过程中进行托料。
所述的固定夹包括夹片以及气缸4,所述的夹片设置有两个,分别设置在机架的左右端,夹片通过气缸4连接,气缸的活塞杆上升带动夹片上升将固定夹松开,气缸的活塞杆下降带动夹片下降从而将固定夹夹紧。
同样的所述的移动夹包括夹片以及气缸4,所述的夹片设置有两个,分别设置在机架的左右端,夹片通过气缸连接,气缸的活塞杆上升带动夹片上升将移动夹松开,气缸的活塞杆下降带动夹片下降从而将移动夹夹紧。
本发明的纠偏装置的工作流程如下:
首先,将砂纸穿料通过光电纠偏传感器6、进料滚筒5、固定夹7、第一托料钣金8、移动夹9、第二托料钣金10、出料滚筒11,进入送料部分。
在动作时,通过气缸动作将移动夹9夹紧,此时固定夹7松开,光电纠偏传感器6检测砂纸边缘,实时反馈信号给控制器,控制器控制伺服纠偏执行器3实时控制移动夹9的左右移动,在移动夹9的左右移动的同时,移动夹安装座14跟随着砂纸向前移动。
当移动夹安装座14运动到最前端时,固定夹7夹紧,移动夹9松开,移动夹安装座14在配重2的作用下向后移动的初始位置进行复位,复位后接着移动夹9夹紧,固定夹7松开如此反复。
本发明提供的一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,通过光电纠偏传感器检测砂纸边缘,实时反馈信号给控制器,控制器控制伺服纠偏执行器实时控制移动夹的左右移动,且移动夹在左右移动的过程中还能够随着砂纸运动向前继续送料,能够实现砂纸送料过程准确纠偏。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,其特征在于:包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有多层上下分布的纠偏机构,所述的纠偏机构包括光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹、移动夹以及出料滚筒;所述的光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹设置在机架的进料端;所述的移动夹以及出料滚筒设置在机架的出料端;砂纸穿料通过光电纠偏传感器、进料滚筒、固定夹、移动夹、出料滚筒,进入送料部分;所述的移动夹通过滑轨设置在移动夹安装座上,移动夹可在所述的移动夹安装座上左右移动,并与设置在移动夹安装座上的伺服纠偏执行器连接,通过伺服纠偏执行器带动移动夹左右移动进行纠偏;所述的移动夹安装座通过导轨安装在所述的机架上,导轨在机架上为沿着进料出料的方向前后设置,移动夹安装座在所述的导轨上前后移动,当移动夹夹紧时,移动夹安装座在砂纸送料作用力下向前移动送料,所述的移动夹安装座还通过导绳以及滑轮连接有配重,当移动夹松开时,移动夹安装座处于自由状态下,移动夹安装座在配重的作用下复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,其特征在于:在所述的固定夹的前端还设置有第一托料钣金,所述的第一托料钣金设置在机架上。

  4. 根据权利要求要求1所述的一种多层砂纸过程纠偏装置,其特征在于:所述的固定夹包括夹片以及气缸,所述的夹片设置有两个,分别设置在机架的左右端,夹片通过气缸连接,气缸的活塞杆上升带动夹片上升将固定夹松开,气缸的活塞杆下降带动夹片下降从而将固定夹夹紧。
