- the correction coefficient ⁇ related to the inflow and outflow of nitrogen gas is calculated through Equation 1 below.
- Methane conversion (X: conversion,%) is calculated through the following equation (2).
- the process temperature was 510 °C
- the conversion of the reactants and the selectivity of the product is shown in Table 1 below.
- the selectivity of the target product CO was excellent, with 98% or more. This is a result of reacting the reaction gas sufficiently when the supported amount of palladium is 2 to 5 wt%, and also maintaining the number of active points in the catalyst as appropriate. Most preferably, when the supported amount of palladium is 4wt% or 5wt%, the selectivity of CO is close to 100%, the selectivity of other by-products is close to 0%, and the conversion of methane is high.
- the selectivity of each product according to the amount of palladium supported is shown in FIG.
- the x-axis shows the supported amount of palladium of the catalyst prepared in each preparation example
- the y-axis shows the selectivity of the generated gas.
- the catalyst the catalyst of Preparation Example 3 was used. That is, the amount of palladium supported on the catalyst was 5 wt%.
- the optimum process temperature varies depending on the amount of palladium supported.
- the supported amount of palladium is 4wt% or 5wt%, unlike by the case where the supported amount is 2wt%, almost no by-products are generated even at a low temperature of 480 ° C.
- the supported amount of palladium is 5wt%, it was confirmed that the selectivity of CO was close to about 100%. This is because when the supported amount of palladium is 5wt%, the number of active sites of the catalyst is sufficiently secured while the palladium is evenly dispersed on the surface of the carrier.
- the experimental results are shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.

<제조예 1>

CH4, CH3Cl, CH2Cl2, CHCl3의 농도는 FID(Flame Ionization Detector)를 통해 측정하였고, CH4, N2, O2, CO2 및 CO의 농도는 TCD(Thermal Conductivity Detector)를 통해 측정하였다.
<실험예 2>
<실험예 3>
CO2 | CO | ||
480℃ | X | 71 | 29 |
510℃ | X | 56 | 44 |
480℃ | O | 0.8 | 99.2 |
510℃ | O | 0.7 | 99.3 |
<실험예 4>
