需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种烹饪器具,该烹饪器具同时设有第一控制面板和第二控制面板,从而能够方便用户使用、避免用户误操作。
在本发明一实施例中,如图2和图3所示,该烹饪器具10包括锅体总成、锅盖总成300、第一控制面板400、第二控制面板500和称重传感器,其中,锅体总成包括外壳罩100和设于所述外壳罩100内的内锅200;锅盖总成300可开合地封盖所述内锅200;所述第一控制面板400设置在所述锅盖总成300上;所述第二控制面板500设置在所述外壳罩100上;所述称重传感器与所述第二控制面板500电连接,所述第二控制面板500用于控制所述称重传感器测量所述内锅200内的食材重量,并显示所述食材重量。
具体地,烹饪器具10可以包括例如电饭煲、电压力锅等,以电饭煲为例,由于第二控制面板500设置在外壳罩100上,因此,当打开锅盖总成300添加食材或加水时,第二控制面板500不会随锅盖总成300一起翻至后侧,烹饪器具10处于开盖状态时第二控制面板500仍可以正常使用,从而可以通过第二控制面板500控制称重传感器检测内锅200内部食材的重量信息,并显示食材的重量信息,从而能够方便用户使用电饭煲的称重功能。
此外,由于本专利提出的电饭煲在锅盖总成300上设置有第一控制面板400,在外壳罩100上设置有第二控制面板500,第一控制面板400和第二控制面板500上分别设置有不同功能的控制按键,因此,本专利提出的电饭煲能够充分使用电饭煲的外壳空间,增大控制界面的面积,使得控制界面容易操控和识别,从而能够避免用户出现误操作。
进一步地,为了避免食材的汤汁损坏第二控制面板500,本专利一实施例中,所述外壳罩100的顶部设有凸台,所述第二控制面板500固设于所述凸台的顶面。由于第二控制面板500设置在凸台的顶面,使得第二控制面板500远高于内锅200,从而能够避免食材的汤汁以及冷凝水等损坏第二控制面板500,因此,能够提高第二控制面板500的使用寿命。此外,将第二控制面板500设置在外壳罩100的凸台的顶面还能够方便用户观察和操控第二控制面板500。
然本专利的设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述第二控制面板500还可以设置在外壳罩100的外周壁,例如前侧壁等。
进一步地,为了使得电饭煲的外型更为美观,本专利一实施例中,所述第一控制面板400与所述第二控制面板500呈平齐设置。具体地,所述第一控制面板400设于所述锅盖总成300的顶面,第二控制面板500设于凸台的顶面,在合盖状态下,所述第一控制面板400与所述第二控制面板500呈平齐设置,由于第一控制面板400和第二控制面板500呈平齐设置,因此,电饭煲的整体造型十分美观。
进一步地,本专利提出的电饭煲还具有提示加水量的功能。具体地,所述第二控制面板500上设有计量按键510和显示区520,所述计量按键510用于触发称重传感器,所述显示区520用于显示食材的重量和加水量。
所述烹饪器具10还包括第一信号处理器,所述第一信号处理器与所述第二控制面板500电连接,所述第一信号处理器根据被放入食材的烹饪器具10的当前实际重量和所述烹饪器具10的初始重量计算所述烹饪器具10内食材的重量,并根据所述食材的重量、所述食材的种类和烹饪功能确定所述食材的目标加水量,所述第一信号处理器通过所述显示区520显示所述食材的目标加水量。如此,当用户按下计量按键510后,第一信号处理器可以计算出目标加水量,所述显示区520可以显示所述目标加水量。
具体地,以煮粥为例对第一信号处理器计算目标加水量的原理进行说明。首先,称重传感器测量出烹饪器具10的初始重量;然后,向内锅200中加入适量的米,用户按下计量按键510,称重传感器测量出被放入食材的烹饪器具10的当前实际重量,第一信号处理器根据当前实际重量和初始重量计算出烹饪器具10内食材的重量;最后,第一信号处理器根据烹饪器具10内米的重量,熬粥功能单位重量米所对应的加水量,即可计算出目标加水量。
在此需要说明的是,熬粥功能单位重量米所对应的加水量是通过实验测得的,测得的数据存储在第一信号处理器内,从而在煮粥功能下计算加水量时可以直接调用;同理,煮饭功能、熬稀饭功能、以及不同种类米的单位重量对应的加水量都是通过上述过程经实验测得并可直接调用。
进一步地,为了使得用户的加水量更为准确,本专利一实施例中,所述烹饪器具10还包括用于提示加水量的第一提示器。所述第一提示器与所述第一信号处理器电连接,当实际加水量与所述目标加水量相等时,所述第一信号处理器控制所述第一提示器工作。
具体地,当实际加水量等于目标加水量时,所述第一提示器工作,提示用户目标加水量合适。作为一种优选方式,本专利另一实施例中,所述实际加水量与所述目标加水量还可以具有一定偏差,当实际加水量与目标加水量的差值小于预设阈值时,即可控制第一提示器工作,提示用户加水量合适。容易理解地,第一信号处理器具有比较模块,该比较模块可用于比较目标加水量和实际加水量,从而根据比较结果控制第一提示器工作。
进一步地,本专利提出的电饭煲还具有提示食材热量的功能。具体地,所述第二控制面板500上设有热量计算键530。
所述烹饪器具10还包括第二信号处理器,所述第二信号处理器与所述第二控制面板500和所述第一信号处理器电连接,所述第二信号处理器根据所述食材的重量、所述食材的种类和烹饪功能确定所述食材的热量,所述第二信号处理器通过所述显示区520显示所述食材的热量。如此,当用户按下热量计算键530后,第二信号处理器可以计算食材的热量,所述显示区520可以显示食材的热量。
具体地,以煮粥为例对第二信号处理器计算粥的热量的原理进行说明。首先,第二信号处理器与第一信号处理器相连以获得烹饪器具10内米的重量;然后,第二信号处理器根据烹饪器具10内米的重量,熬粥功能单位重量米所对应的热量,即可计算出米熬成粥之后的粥的热量。
在此需要说明的是,熬粥功能单位重量米所对应的热量是通过实验测得的,测得的数据存储在第二信号处理器内,从而在煮粥功能下计算粥的热量时可以直接调用;同理,煮饭功能、熬稀饭功能、以及不同种类米的单位重量对应的热量都是通过上述过程经实验测得并可直接调用。
进一步地,为了使得用户可以摄入合适的热量,从而保持身体健康,所述烹饪器具10还包括用于提示食材热量是否超标的第二提示器。所述第二提示器与所述第二信号处理器电连接,当所述食材的热量大于预设热量阈值时,所述第二信号处理器控制所述第二提示器工作。
具体地,所述预设热量阈值是根据用户的自身需要而设定的,例如想减肥的A用户,预设热量阈值设置为300cal,当他在加米之后,第二信号处理器会根据米的重量计算出实际热量值,若实际热量值高出300cal,第二信号处理器就会触发第二提示器工作,提示用户热量值超标,从而使得用户能够减少米量,从而保持身体健康。
容易理解地,第二信号处理器具有比较模块,该比较模块可用于比较预设热量阈值和食材的实际热量值,从而根据比较结果控制第二提示器工作。
进一步地,请参照图2,所述第一控制面板400上设有烹饪功能键410和功能显示区420。由于第一控制面板400用于在合盖状态下工作,因此,所述烹饪功能键410用于控制烹饪器具10在合盖状态下的烹饪功能,例如所述烹饪功能按键可以为煮粥功能、煮饭功能、蒸煮功能、定时功能等;相应地,所述第一控制面板400上的功能显示区420可用于显示烹饪时间。
第二控制面板500用于在开盖状态下工作,第二控制面板500上设置有计量按键510、热量计算键530和显示区520,如此,在电饭煲的开盖状态下即可实现提示加水量的功能和提示食材热量的功能,从而提高电饭煲使用的方便性。
进一步地,考虑到第二控制面板500主要用于在烹饪器具10处于开盖状态下工作,第一控制面板400主要用于在烹饪器具10处于合盖状态下工作,为了节省烹饪器具10的电量消耗,本专利一实施例中,第一控制面板400和第二控制面板500均单独工作。
具体地,所述烹饪器具10还包括控制器、第一控制电路和第二控制电路,所述第一控制面板400通过所述第一控制电路连接所述控制器,所述第二控制面板500通过第二控制电路连接所述控制器;当所述烹饪器具10处于合盖状态时,所述控制器接通所述第一控制电路并断开所述第二控制电路;当所述烹饪器具10处于开盖状态时,所述控制器接通所述第二控制电路并断开所述第一控制电路,如此,烹饪器具10处于开盖状态时,仅有第二控制电路工作;烹饪器具10处于合盖状态时,仅有第一控制电路工作,因此能够节省烹饪器具10的耗电量。
然本专利的设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述第一控制面板400和第二控制面板500还可以同时工作。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    锅体总成,包括外壳罩和设于所述外壳罩内的内锅;
    锅盖总成,可开合地封盖所述内锅;
    第一控制面板,设置在所述锅盖总成上;
    第二控制面板,设置在所述外壳罩上;以及,
    称重传感器,所述称重传感器与所述第二控制面板电连接;所述第二控制面板用于控制所述称重传感器测量所述内锅内的食材重量,并显示所述食材重量。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述外壳罩的顶部设有凸台,所述第二控制面板固设于所述凸台的顶面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一控制面板设于所述锅盖总成的顶面,且在合盖状态下,所述第一控制面板与所述第二控制面板呈平齐设置。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二控制面板上设有计量按键和显示区;
    所述烹饪器具还包括:第一信号处理器,所述第一信号处理器与所述第二控制面板电连接,所述第一信号处理器用于根据被放入食材的烹饪器具的当前实际重量和所述烹饪器具的初始重量计算所述烹饪器具内食材的重量,根据所述食材的重量、所述食材的种类和烹饪功能确定所述食材的目标加水量,并通过所述显示区显示所述目标加水量。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具还包括:第一提示器,所述第一提示器与所述第一信号处理器电连接,所述第一信号处理器用于在实际加水量与所述目标加水量相等时控制所述第一提示器工作。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二控制面板上还设有热量计算键;
    所述烹饪器具还包括:第二信号处理器,所述第二信号处理器与所述第二控制面板电连接,所述第二信号处理器用于根据所述食材的重量、所述食材的种类和烹饪功能计算所述食材的热量,并通过所述显示区显示所述食材的热量。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具还包括:第二提示器,所述第二提示器与所述第二信号处理器电连接,所述第二信号处理器用于在所述食材的热量大于预设热量阈值时控制所述第二提示器工作。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一控制面板上设有烹饪功能键和功能显示区。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具还包括控制器、第一控制电路和第二控制电路,所述第一控制面板通过所述第一控制电路连接所述控制器,所述第二控制面板通过第二控制电路连接所述控制器;
    所述控制器用于在所述烹饪器具处于合盖状态时接通所述第一控制电路并断开所述第二控制电路;所述控制器还用于在所述烹饪器具处于开盖状态时,接通所述第二控制电路并断开所述第一控制电路。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲或电压力锅。
