背景技术
现有的果汁机自动售卖机是通过对新鲜的水果进行榨汁装杯后现场售卖的,一般都是带皮进行榨汁的,这样势必会影响水果的卫生性和果汁的引用安全性,特别是对于橙子来说,更是这样;同时现有榨汁机还存在果箱过高,后续补果不便的问题,以及多余果汁处理不合理的问题,这些问题都需要进行合理的解决。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种自助削皮榨汁机。
本发明的技术方案是:一种自助削皮榨汁机,包括贮果提料装置、自适应水果削皮装置、榨汁装置、出杯装置,其特征是:
所述的贮果提料装置包括下部的贮存箱、位于贮存箱侧部的提升机构,

所述的贮存箱的其中一个侧面为从上到下为敞开的缺口,该缺口的宽度与上述的两个提升链条之间的宽度匹配,该缺口位于底面最低的部位;
在贮存箱的上方设有水果导入机构,该水果导出机构包括一个倾斜的导出板和倾斜的导出滑槽,导出滑槽的宽度与待榨汁的果子的直径匹配,在导出滑槽的下端设有表面带球形凹槽的导出辊;
所述的削皮装置包括夹持结构的送果组件和削皮组件,
所述的送果组件包括水平移动丝杠机构和竖向夹持丝杠机构,所述的水平移动丝杠机构包括下面的底座板和两端支撑在底座板上的水平丝杠,在水平丝杠上通过螺纹副套装有水平移动套,该水平移动套的下部与底座板之间通过与水平丝杠平行的滑动副连接,

所述的落果导引机构包括位于上述刀套管下部的导引槽板,该导引槽板的中部与从支撑板下部向下延伸的吊腿铰接,导引槽板的一端位于所述的两个夹持转轴的下面,另一端连接有电机驱动的曲柄连杆机构,导引槽板上设有落料口;
所述的榨汁装置包括进料口和出汁口;榨汁装置的进料口位于上述落料口下部,
所述的出杯装置包括外部的架体,在架体的顶板上安装有落杯器、落盖器、灌装及压盖机构,在架体的底板上面设有转盘,其特征是:所述的转盘上至少设有三个杯托,三个杯托的中心到转盘中心的连线在转盘上表面呈90度夹角分布,位于中间的杯托为废汁收集用杯托;其灌装及压盖机构含有包括有升降 杆、斗式下料料斗和杠杆式导料管,杠杆式导料管铰接在斗式下料料斗的下端,杠杆式导料管的尾部设有橙汁暂存仓,杠杆式导料管的另一端位于升降杆的下端,升降杆的升降驱动杠杆导料管做俯仰运动;所述的榨汁装置的出汁口位于下料料斗的正上方;在出杯装置的侧部设有防夹手门。
优选的,所述的提升托板包括与链条连接的竖向面和从竖向面上端向外翻折的横托板,该横托板的外边沿上扬一定的倾角,相邻的提升托板的竖向面首尾拼接覆盖两个提升链条之间的空隙,竖向面的两端的上部分别与左右链条的链节固定连接;所述的贮存箱的侧壁分别设有水果检测传感器,在导出滑槽的下端设有水果检测传感器。

所述的落果导引机构包括位于上述刀套管下部的导引槽板,该导引槽板的中部与从支撑板下部向下延伸的吊腿铰接,导引槽板的一端位于所述的两个夹持转轴的下面,另一端连接有电机驱动的曲柄连杆机构,导引槽板上设有落料口;
所述的榨汁装置包括进料口和出汁口;榨汁装置的进料口位于上述落料口下部,
送果组件能够将水果准确的送入到削皮组件的两个夹持转轴之间,并通过自适应的削皮机构对转动的水果进行削皮,这样就可以用削皮的果子进行榨汁,就能提升榨汁机的工作质量和出汁率,整个削皮过程中碗状刀头自动随果子的表面形状进行变化,这样就能提升削皮的质量。
所述的出杯装置包括外部的架体,在架体的顶板上安装有落杯器、落盖器、灌装及压盖机构,在架体的底板上面设有转盘,其特征是:所述的转盘上至少设有三个杯托,三个杯托的中心到转盘中心的连线在转盘上表面呈90度夹角分布,位于中间的杯托为废汁收集用杯托;其灌装及压盖机构含有包括有升降杆、斗式下料料斗和杠杆式导料管,杠杆式导料管铰接在斗式下料料斗的下端,杠杆式导料管的尾部设有橙汁暂存仓,杠杆式导料管的另一端位于升降杆的下端,升降杆的升降驱动杠杆导料管做俯仰运动;榨汁装置榨出的果汁经过导料管,导入到下面的杯托中的杯子中,若杯子中装满后,导料管的前端仰起来,果汁流入到后面的暂存仓内,这样能够短时间的存放多余的橙汁,这些多余的橙汁能够倒入下次购买者的杯子里,这样能实现节约的目的,在转盘上增加了废汁收集杯托,可以放入专用废汁收集杯,用于收集暂存时间过长的废汁,售卖机的管护人员可以定期取出该废汁收集杯,避免橙汁在售卖机内部留存,造成霉变和污染。
所述的榨汁装置的出汁口位于下料料斗的正上方;在出杯装置的侧部设有防夹手门。

在左夹持板和右夹持板上设有左右对称的削端头机构,该削端头机构包括位于夹持板内侧的削刀片和通过转轴驱动削刀片旋转的削端头电机;该削端头机构用于将削皮完成后的果子的两端与两个夹持转轴接触的部位从果子上削去,这一部分碗状刀头是无法削皮的,在削刀片削去该部分的同时也实现了果子与两个夹持转轴的脱离。
在左夹持板和右夹持板上分别设有结构对称的左侧挡板和右侧挡板,左侧挡板和右侧挡板的下部分别设有对称的挡皮板。

    所述的出杯装置包括外部的架体,在架体的顶板上安装有落杯器、落盖器、灌装及压盖机构,在架体的底板上面设有转盘,其特征是:所述的转盘上至少设有三个杯托,三个杯托的中心到转盘中心的连线在转盘上表面呈90度夹角分布,位于中间的杯托为废汁收集用杯托;其灌装及压盖机构含有包括有升降杆、斗式下料料斗和杠杆式导料管,杠杆式导料管铰接在斗式下料料斗的下端,杠杆式导料管的尾部设有橙汁暂存仓,杠杆式导料管的另一端位于升降杆的下端,升降杆的升降驱动杠杆导料管做俯仰运动;
    所述的榨汁装置的出汁口位于下料料斗的正上方;在出杯装置的侧部设有防夹手门。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助削皮榨汁机,其特征在于:所述的提升托板包括与链条连接的竖向面和从竖向面上端向外翻折的横托板,该横托板的外边沿上扬一定的倾角,相邻的提升托板的竖向面首尾拼接覆盖两个提升链条之间的空隙,竖向面的两端的上部分别与左右链条的链节固定连接;所述的贮存箱的侧壁分别设有水果检测传感器,在导出滑槽的下端设有水果检测传感器。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助削皮榨汁机,其特征在于:在左夹持板和右夹持板上设有左右对称的削端头机构,该削端头机构包括位于夹持板内侧的削刀片和通过转轴驱动削刀片旋转的削端头电机。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助削皮榨汁机,其特征在于:在左夹持板和右夹持板上分别设有结构对称的左侧挡板和右侧挡板,左侧挡板和右侧挡板的下部分别设有对称的挡皮板。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助削皮榨汁机,其特征在于:所述的水平移动套的两侧设有限制其行程的限位开关,所述的水平移动套上设有与上夹持套匹配的限位开关,所述的支撑板下表面设有与左或右夹持板匹配的限位开关。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助削皮榨汁机,其特征在于:所述出杯装置的升降杆的驱动通过其驱动电机和曲柄连杆机构实现升降。
