传统的柱面装饰石材采用干挂和湿贴的方法,而常见柱面石材干挂的方法有两种,第一种方法是通过在结构柱上安装L型连接件,再安装竖向钢龙骨和横向钢龙骨,然后将石材通过连接件固定在横向钢龙骨上,此种方法存在缺点如下:(1)结构柱与L型连接件是通过锚栓固定,对结构柱有一定的破坏性;(2)L型连接件安装时碰到柱内钢筋的可能性较大,所以在安装上存在一定的不便捷性,而且,碰到钢筋时也可能造成锚栓偏斜或锚固深度不够,对安装质量存在一定的影响;(3)L型连接件与竖向龙骨的连接、竖向龙骨与横向龙骨的连接大多都是现场通过焊接或螺栓连接的方式安装,施工上较为繁琐,工作量较大。第二种方法是在结构柱上预埋钢板,再将竖向龙骨通过连接件固定在预埋钢板上,然后再安装横向龙骨,最后再将石材 通过一些连接件固定在横向钢龙骨上,此种方法存在如下缺点:(1)在结构柱上预埋钢板,在预埋过程中需对预埋的质量进行控制,此工作较为繁琐,且预埋工作量较大;(2)预埋钢板与连接件的连接、连接件与竖向龙骨的连接、竖向龙骨与横向龙骨的连接大多是现场通过焊接或螺栓连接的方式安装,施工中需要切料、打磨等辅助工作,施工上较为繁琐,且工作量较大;(3)由于施工过程中存在大量的焊接工作,所以,焊接完后的焊缝处理工作也相应增加,施工成本也相应增加,并且在焊接过程中给施工环境也带来一定的污染。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种柱面干挂石材抱箍式连接装置,具有安拆简便、缩短工期、节约成本、可重复使用的优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种柱面干挂石材抱箍式连接装置,主要包括两个半圆式抱箍10、水平挂板20和组合连接挂件30组成。为方便描述,本实施例定义靠近半圆式抱箍10的一侧为内侧,远离半圆式抱箍10的一侧为外侧。下文结合图1-5和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述。
如图1-3所示,半圆式抱箍10包括半圆形的箍板11和箍板11两端向外延伸的安装耳12,两个半圆式抱箍10相互对接形成一个圆,其两对安装耳12相互拼接后通过紧固螺栓固定;在每对安装耳的相互拼接处垫设有柔性垫片,在每个安装耳12与箍板11之间焊接连接有两片横向第一加劲板41。两个半圆式抱箍10通过紧固螺栓紧紧抱箍在结构柱上,通过紧固螺栓来使半圆式抱箍与结构柱之间产生压力,以此半圆式抱箍与结构柱产生的摩擦力来承载干挂石材板所有的荷载。
在每个半圆式抱箍的箍板11外壁焊接有与其垂直的圆弧状的水平挂板20,每个水平挂板20上安装有间距排布的铝合金材质的组合连接挂件30,进一步地,每个水平挂板20的两端和中间各安装一个组合连接挂件30,组合连接挂件30通过螺栓安装在水平挂板20上。在水平挂板20的底面与箍板11之间焊接连接有多个间距排布的竖向第二加劲板42,尤其是,每个组合连接挂件30的两侧各设置一个第二加劲板42。

上层挂件32内侧的开口朝下的内钩部挂置在连接件的上挂钩312内,其外侧的开口朝上的外挂钩用于钩置上层石材板71的下插槽,固定上层石材板;进一步地,在上层挂件32的顶部上下贯穿地螺纹连接有调节螺丝80,调节螺丝80的下端部顶置在连接件上挂钩312的顶端面,通过调节螺丝与连接件上挂钩的相互作用,实现改变上层挂件的高度,从而调整上层石材板的高度和水平度。下层挂件33内侧的开口朝下的内钩部挂置在下挂钩313内,其外侧的开口朝上的外挂钩用于钩置下层石材板72的上插槽,固定下层石材板。使用组合连接挂件安装石材板,操作方便,安全稳固。
