在具体实现中,VTM在客户身份信息验证成功时,在显示界面提示客户进行密码信息变更,例如:输入重置的密码或确定挂失密码;并在接收到客户输入的密码信息后,为客户办理密码信息变更业务。
本实施例在办理密码信息变更业务时,通过远程视频柜员机来实现,能够降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力,充分利用银行网点的设备资源,避免客户等待时间过长,提高客户体验。
参考图2,图2为本申请密码信息变更实现方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述第一实施例,本实施例提出的密码信息变更方法中,所述步骤S20可具体包括:
步骤S201:所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,分别对处于空闲状态的柜员进行评分,获得各柜员的评分结果;
为了提高客户业务办理体验,避免客户长时间等待。本实施例中,所述服务器在接收到业务办理指令时,会查找当前时刻处于空闲状态(即未处理业务)的柜员,并分别对处于空闲状态的柜员进行评分,获得各柜员的评分结果。
进一步地,为能够优先选取服务更好、效率更高并兼顾地区口音的柜员为客户进行服务,同时避免部分柜员过于劳累。本实施例中,可根据预设评分公式为处于空闲状态的柜员进行评分;所述预设评分公式可以是:S=a*x+b*y+c*z-d*w;其中,S为评分值,a、b、c、d为权值,x为柜员服务平均分,y表征柜员业务办理平均速度,z表征柜员所属地区与所述远程视频柜员机所属地区的匹配程度,w为当天办理业务次数。根据所述预设评分公式即可计算出每个柜员对应的评分值,例如柜员A的服务平均分x=95,业务办理平均速度y=12件/小时,所属地区与所述远程视频柜员机所属地区的匹配程度z=88%,当天办理业务次数w=5次,权值a=0.6、b=0.2、c=0.05、d=0.15,则该柜员A对应的评分值S=0.6*95+0.2*12+0.05*88%-0.15*5=58.7。本实施例中,a、b、c、d对应的权值可根据实际情况设定,本实施例对此不加以限制。
步骤S202:所述服务器按从高到低的顺序对所述评分结果进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机。
所述服务器在计算出每个空闲状态的柜员对应的评分值后,根据评分结果,按从高到低的顺序对各柜员的评分值进行排序,然后从中选出评分最高的柜员作为所述目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至发送所述业务办理指令的VTM,从而为客户办理相应的业务。
在具体实现中,服务器在确定目标柜员后,还会将所述业务办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备。
本实施例服务器通过查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,分别对处于空闲状态的柜员进行评分,获得各柜员的评分结果;然后按从高到低的顺序对所述评分结果进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机,从而保证了服务质量,提高了银行网点的业务办理效率,避免了客户办理业务时长时间等待情况的发生。
参考图3,图3为本申请密码信息变更实现方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述各实施例,本实施例提出的密码信息变更实现方法中,所述步骤S50可具体包括:
步骤S501:所述远程视频柜员机对客户输入的证件信息进行验证,在验证通过时,通过显示界面展示输入目标银行卡号提示;
需要说明的是,VTM在接收到身份信息验证请求后,会在显示界面提示客户进行身份信息输入。本实施例中,所述身份信息可包括证件信息和影像信息;所述证件信息可以是身份证信息,所述影像信息可以是客户当前照片或人脸图像信息。所述目标银行卡号为客户需要进行密码挂失与重置的银行卡对应的卡号。
在具体实现中,为了对客户的身份信息进行真实性验证,从而防止客户通过伪造证件来办理业务,本实施例中所述步骤S501可具体包括:所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的证件信息,并将所述证件信息发送至公安系统进行联网验证;所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述证件信息对应的客户照片,并展示输入目标银行卡号提示;所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈。
本步骤中,所述公安系统将系统内预存的该客户的证件信息与VTM发送的证件信息进行比对验证;在验证成功时,反馈与所述身份信息对应的客户照片。当然,所述公安系统对证件信息验证不通过时,会反馈验证不通过的提醒信息。
步骤S502:所述远程视频柜员机在获取到所述目标银行卡号后,采集客户的影像信息,进行影像信息验证;
可以理解的是,为了保证来办理银行密码信息变更业务的客户为目标银行卡的持卡人,VTM在接收到客户输入的目标银行卡号后,通过集成在VTM上的摄像头来采集客户当前的影像信息,并进行影像信息验证。
在本步骤中,具体的影像信息验证过程可以是:在获取所述目标银行卡号后,所述远程视频柜员机通过摄像头采集客户的影像信息;确定所述影像信息和客户照片的脸部轮廓线,根据所述脸部轮廓线分别提取所述影像信息中的第一人脸图像和客户照片中的第二人脸图像;对所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像进行调整,以使所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像的大小相同;对所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像分别进行特征点提取,并将提取的特征点进行匹配验证。
可理解的是,一般情况下公安系统内预存的客户照片为客户早期办理身份证件或其他证件时拍摄的客户照片,随着年龄的增长,客户的相貌可能会发生改变。因此,在对提取的特征点进行匹配验证时,可预设一个匹配阈值来对当前获取的特征点的匹配度进行判断。例如:VTM对客户的第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像分别进行特征点提取,在将提取的特征点进行匹配后,得到的匹配度为85%,超过了预先设定的匹配阈值75%,则可判定当前客户与身份证件对应的客户为同一人。当然,本实施例中,所述匹配阈值可以根据实际情况设定,本实施例对此不加以限制。
本实施例中,VTM还可以对所述目标银行卡的正面进行扫描,从扫描的图片中提取对应的银行卡卡号,并将提取到的银行卡卡号与客户输入的目标银行卡号进行匹配,然后根据匹配结果来判断是否进行目标银行卡号重新输入,从而防止客户因手误输入错误的目标银行卡号
步骤S503:所述远程视频柜员机在影像信息验证成功时,展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,以实现密码信息变更。
在具体实现中,VTM在对证件信息和影像信息验证成功时,通过显示界面展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,例如:客户输入的新密码,以实现密码信息变更。
本实施例中,远程视频柜员机通过对获取的客户的证件信息和影像信息进行匹配验证,在验证成功时,提示客户输入待变更的密码信息或指令,并根据接收到的密码信息或指令为客户实现银行密码信息变更。在保证客户顺利办理密码信息变更业务的情况下,增加了业务办理的安全性。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种银行密码信息变更实现设备,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的银行密码信息变更实现程序,所述银行密码信息变更实现程序配置为实现如上实施例所述的银行密码信息变更实现方法的步骤。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种存储介质,所述存储介质上存储有银行密码信息变更实现程序,所述银行密码信息变更实现程序被处理器执行时实现如上实施例所述的银行密码信息变更实现方法的步骤。
参考图4,图4为本申请密码信息变更实现系统第一实施例的结构框图。
如图4所示,本实施例提出的密码信息变更实现系统包括:远程视频柜员机101、服务器102以及终端设备103;
其中,所述远程视频柜员机101,设置为响应客户输入的密码信息变更指令,向所述服务器102发送业务办理指令;
可理解的是,所述远程视频柜员机101、服务器102以及终端设备103之间相互连接,且可进行数据交互。它们之间的连接方式可以是有线连接,也可以是无线连接,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,为便于客户进行业务触发,在VTM的显示界面中,一般会设置不同业务的触发按钮,在客户需要办理密码信息变更业务时,可在VTM的显示界面中通过触摸屏点击密码信息变更业务(密码挂失与重置)对应的触发按钮,VTM响应于客户输入的密码信息变更业务触发指令,向服务器102发送业务办理指令。下面以银行卡密码挂失与重置业务为例对本实施例进行说明。
所述服务器102,设置为响应于所述业务办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机101分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述业务办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备103;
可理解的是,所述服务器102在接收到VTM发送的业务办理指令后,响应于该业务办理指令,并为该VTM分配一个处于空闲状态的目标柜员,为当前使用VTM的客户办理相关业务。本实施例中,所述目标柜员可以是从当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员中随机选择一个柜员进行分配,也可以是其他的分配方式,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,在确定目标柜员后,所述服务器102将所述业务办理指令发送至该目标柜员对应的终端设备103。
所述终端设备103,设置为根据所述业务办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机101;
需要说明的是,所述终端设备103可以是银行柜员进行业务办理的操作平台,例如个人电脑、笔记本电脑等,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,为了提高柜员的工作效率,该目标柜员对应的终端设备103在接收到业务指令后,会根据所述业务办理指令进入密码挂失与重置业务的业务界面,而无需询问客户后再进入到该业务界面。在所述终端设备103进入到业务界面后,所述目标柜员通过在所述终端设备103上点选身份验证按钮,生成身份信息验证请求,并将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机101,以验证客户的身份信息。
所述远程视频柜员机101,还设置为根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,以实现密码信息变更。
在具体实现中,为了对客户的身份信息进行验证,VTM,还设置为在接收到所述身份信息验证请求时,在显示界面提示客户进行身份信息的输入,所述身份信息可以是能够证明客户个人身份的信息,例如身份证信息、生物特征信息、和/或影像信息等。VTM可通过自身集成的信息读取装置来对客户的身份信息进行录入,所述信息读取装置可包括:指纹/虹膜识别仪、身份证信息读取器、摄像头等,本实施例对此不加以限制。
可理解的是,VTM在对录入的身份信息进行验证时,可以在本地进行验证,也可以将录入的信息发送至服务器102,由服务器102进行验证,然后再反馈验证结果至VTM。
在具体实现中,VTM在客户身份信息验证成功时,在显示界面提示客户进行密码信息变更,例如:输入重置的密码或确定挂失密码;并在接收到客户输入的密码信息后,为客户办理密码信息变更业务。
本实施例在办理密码信息变更业务时,通过远程视频柜员机来实现,能够降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力,充分利用银行网点的设备资源,避免客户等待时间过长,提高客户体验。
本申请密码信息变更实现系统的其他实施例或具体实现方式可参照上述各方法实施例,此处不再赘述。

    所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述业务办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备根据所述业务办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
    所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,以实现密码信息变更。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器响应于所述业务办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,包括:

    所述远程视频柜员机在获取到所述目标银行卡号后,采集客户的影像信息,进行影像信息验证;
    所述远程视频柜员机在影像信息验证成功时,展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,以实现密码信息变更。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机对客户输入的证件信息进行验证,在验证通过时,通过显示界面展示输入目标银行卡号提示,包括:
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的证件信息,并将所述证件信息发送至公安系统进行联网验证;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述证件信息对应的客户照片,并展示输入目标银行卡号提示;所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机在获取到所述目标银行卡号后,采集客户的影像信息,进行影像信息验证,包括:
    在获取所述目标银行卡号后,所述远程视频柜员机通过摄像头采集客户的影像信息;
    所述远程视频柜员机确定所述影像信息和客户照片的脸部轮廓线,根据所述脸部轮廓线分别提取所述影像信息中的第一人脸图像和客户照片中的第二人脸图像;

    所述服务器,用于响应于所述业务办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述业务办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备,用于根据所述业务办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,展示密码信息变更提示,并接收客户输入的密码信息,以实现密码信息变更。

  9. 一种银行密码信息变更实现设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的银行密码信息变更实现程序,所述银行密码信息变更实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
