背景技术
随着信息技术的发展和经济水平的提高,越来越多依靠人力进行的重复劳动被智能终端代替,但在银行业务处理时,由于涉及到金融资产结算的问题,还没有得到普及。现阶段在银行办理个人账户挂失或解挂失业务时,还是需要在人工柜台排队办理,并经由有权限的银行工作人员授权得以完成个人账户的挂失和解挂失业务。这种现象往往导致银行人工柜台业务繁忙,用户办理业务等待时间长。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法、银行账户解挂失业务处理系统、自助终端及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决银行人工柜台业务繁忙,用户办理挂失或解挂失业务等待时间长的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的一种自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,包括以下步骤:
响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种自助终端,所述自助终端与远程坐席终端通信连接,包括显示单元、输入单元以及发卡单元,所述自助终端还包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序;所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如上所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的步骤。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的步骤。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种银行挂失业务处理系统,包括自助终端和与所述自助终端通信连接的远程坐席终端,其中,所述自助终端包括:
响应模块,用于响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
反馈模块,用于接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
查询模块,用于在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
提交模块,用于根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
采用本申请中的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,自助终端与远程坐席终端通信连接,所述自助终端与用户进行交互,并接收用户输入的挂失或解挂失所需的信息,所述远程坐席终端将根据用户提交的信息进行审核。在用户身份审核通过的前提下,根据用户提交的用户身份信息获取用户的账户信息,待所述用户选定需要挂失或解挂失的账户后,将用户选定的需要挂失或解挂失的账户信息提交至远程坐席终端,供远程坐席审核。由于用户所有的操作都在自助终端上执行,再配合远程坐席终端办理账户的挂失或解挂失操作,能够将银行人工柜台需要办理的挂失/解挂失业务分流一部分至自助终端,从而缓解了银行人工柜台业务繁忙,用户办理业务等待时间长的情况。此外,由于能根据用户身份信息自主获取并供用户选择需要挂失的银行账户,也方便从众多的个人账户中直观快捷地找到需要挂失或解挂失的账户。

所述银行挂失业务处理系统100中包括自助终端110和远程坐席终端120,自助终端110可以分布在各个银行机构,远程坐席终端120的数量可以有多台,所述远程坐席终端120用于从自助终端110获取需要审核的信息,帮助远程坐席审核用户请求办理的业务。用户可以向自助终端110发起业务办理请求,自助终端110响应用户发起的业务办理请求,并根据需要办理的业务类型与远程坐席终端120建立通信连接,所述通信连接的方式可以是各种有线或者无线的直接通讯连接的方式,也可以是所述自助终端110与所述远程坐席终端120通过无线局域网、互联网相互通信连接。
图2为本申请各个实施例的所述自助终端110的硬件结构模块示意图,所述自助终端10包括显示单元11、输入单元12、存储器13、处理器14以及电源15等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的自助终端10还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中,所述输入单元12覆盖于显示单元11上,所述输入单元12也可以不覆盖于显示单元11上,可以以实体按键或模块的形式设置在显示单元11附近,用于检测用户在输入单元12上或附近的输入操作,并将所述输入操作传送给处理器14以确定输入事件的类型,随后处理器14根据输入事件的类型在显示单元11上提供相应的视觉输出。
所述自助终端10还可以包括发卡单元,用于在办卡业务完成时或解挂业务完成时,根据处理器的指令给用户发放卡片或存折类的账户凭证。所述自助终端10还可以包括信息录入单元,所述信息录入单元可以集成到输入单元12中,所述信息录入单元还可以包括实体键盘、指纹识别装置和/或身份证件读取装置等。
基于上述硬件结构,提出一种自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法。
参见图3,在本申请自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的第一实施例中,所述方法包括步骤:
步骤S10,响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
自助终端通过显示单元显示存储器中存储的银行业务办理界面,用户可以靠近自助终端,通过输入自助终端的输入单元产生输入指令选择需要办理的银行业务,自助终端接收到用户的输入指令后,将响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂失请求。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,主要强调的办理的银行业务是银行个人账户挂失业务和解挂失业务。其中,个人账户挂失是指用户遗失账户凭证后,为了有效避免资金损失,提供有效身份信息,例如姓名、开户时间、账号及住址等有关情况,在其开户机构办理的个人账户非临时挂失业务;个人账户解挂失是指在用户已经办理了挂失业务后,为了支取存储金或者补领新的账户凭证等的手续,其中解挂失可以理解为解除挂失之意。
此外,自助终端与远程坐席终端建立通信连接的条件可以是随机的,即是可以随机为用户分配远程坐席终端,可以按照办理业务类型的不同为自助终端分配不同的远程坐席终端,还可以一台自助终端固定一台远程坐席终端,还可以根据远程坐席终端的忙闲程度为自助终端进行匹配。
步骤S20,接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
远程坐席终端在与自助终端建立通信连接后,将接收到用户确定的需要办理的业务,但在所有的业务办理之前,为了保证信息的安全以及收集到业务办理所需的基础材料,需要所述远程坐席终端向自助终端发送身份验证数据获取请求,自助终端响应该请求时,将通过自助终端的显示单元向用户提示需要准备的身份验证数据。用户将根据自助终端的提示,通过自助终端的信息录入单元输入身份验证数据,其中所述身份验证数据一定会包括用户身份信息。
可选地,所述用户身份信息可以是用户姓名、用户的证件号码、用户居住地址和用户证件使用期限等。除了用户身份信息,所述身份验证数据还可以包括用户的指纹信息,用户在使用自助终端时的实时面部图像信息,用户的证件扫描图像等。
自助终端的处理器接收到用户输入的身份验证数据时,将该身份验证数据反馈给远程坐席终端进行审核,远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席将验证比对用户身份信息的准确性。
步骤S30,在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
步骤S40,根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
当远程坐席终端验证用户身份信息成功后,将发送用户身份核查通过指令给自助终端。自助终端将根据用户身份信息查询用户在该银行开设账户的账户信息,并通过自助终端的显示单元显示被查询到的账户信息。
需要说明的是,所述账户信息的内容可以根据实际需要进行设置,可以包括账户号,账号凭证类型,账号状态,账号凭证开户网点,账号开户时间,账号签约授权状态,账号交易信息等。
所述账号凭证类型可以包括凭证类型,可以是银行卡、存单、或者是存折,可以是IC卡或者闪付卡、磁条卡,可以是借记卡或信用卡;所述账号凭证类型还可以包括凭证等级,所述凭证等级可以包括普卡、金卡、铂金卡及钻石卡等;账号凭证类型还可以包括银行卡类型,例如平安标准卡、平安车主卡及平安购物卡。
可选地,所述账户信息还可以包括银行卡的特殊标记或者银行卡图案信息,例如,通过显示单元将用户所有的账户信息,按照账户凭证办理时的凭证图案进行显示,这种方式相比用户根据卡号和卡内余额进行选择,更容易让用户快速选择和确定需要挂失或解挂失的账户凭证。
进一步地,账号签约授权状态是指用户通过银行的个人账户作为付款账户的授权支付协议签约状态,可以包括微信支付签约状态,第三方存管签约状态,基金账户存管签约状态,支付宝快捷支付签约状态,银联快捷支付签约状态以及网银签约状态等。
在用户根据显示单元显示的被查询到的账号信息,确认需要挂失或解挂的账户后,将需要挂失或解挂失的账户信息提交给远程坐席终端,使远程坐席对用户需要挂失或解挂失的账户信息进行复核,待复核成功后进行挂失或解挂业务。

步骤S50,在所述用户发起个人账户挂失请求时,通过所述自助终端显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型;
当用户发起的是个人账户挂失请求时,自助终端的显示单元将在需要挂失的账户信息提交至远程坐席终端,且由远程坐席复核成功后,显示挂失业务对应的挂失类型,其中所述挂失类型可以包括账户凭证挂失以及账户凭证和用户身份验证码挂失。
步骤S60,当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,通过所述自助终端提示用户输入用户身份验证码;
当用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,所述自助终端将通过显示单元提示用户输入用户身份验证码,所述用户身份验证码可以是根据用户账户绑定的手机号码,随机获取的验证码,也可以是用户取款密码或用户账户查询密码。
步骤S70,将所述用户输入的用户身份验证码和选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述用户身份验证码和所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
在用户输入了相应的用户身份验证码后,所述自助终端将用户身份验证码以及选择的需要挂失的挂失类型反馈给所述远程坐席终端;当所述远程坐席根据所述远程坐席终端接收到的信息,确定挂失业务办理完成时,挂失业务办理结束,可选地,还可以在挂失业务办理结束之后,通过自助终端的显示单元显示挂失业务办理完成的提示信息给用户。
可选地,参见图5,在所述步骤S50之后可以包括:
步骤S80,当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失时,将所述用户选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
当用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失时,仅需要将需要挂失的挂失类型提交至远程坐席终端进行审核即可。其中,当用户身份验证码是手机终端的随机验证码时,可能由于用户的账户凭证和手机终端一起遗失了,无法获取随机验证码,此时可以选择账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失类型,可选地,在选择此种挂失类型的同时,自助终端也可以请求用户输入账户查询密码或账户取款验证密码。或者,当用户身份验证码是用户的取款密码或查询密码时,可能由于用户忘记取款密码或查询密码,同时遗失了账户凭证,此时也可以选择账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失类型,可选地,在选择此种挂失类型的同时,自助终端也可以请求用户输入随机验证码。在将需要挂失的挂失类型提交给所述远程坐席终端,并待所述远程坐席审核成功后即完成了账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失业务流程。可选地,还可以在挂失流程业务办理结束之后,通过自助终端的显示单元显示挂失业务办理完成的提示信息给用户。
通过上述挂失类型的自主选择以及账户凭证挂失所需材料的提交,完善了整个个人账户挂失业务办理流程,方便用户针对自身情况进行操作,且详细地说明了用户、自助终端与远程坐席终端的执行过程。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,在上述银行账户的挂失业务流程结束之后,还可以通过自助终端提示用户办理解挂业务,并通过自助终端响应用户发起的个人账户解挂请求。可以理解的是,由于不同银行发行机构的规定,有的银行机构只能在账户挂失之日起的若干工作日之后才能解挂,而有的银行机构可以在账户挂失之后立即办理解挂业务,此时可以在挂失业务办理后提示用户办理解挂业务,并在用户发起个人账户解挂请求后响应用户的个人账户解挂请求。
进一步地,参见图6,基于本申请自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的第一实施例提出本申请自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述步骤S40之后还包括:
步骤S90,在所述用户发起个人账户解挂失请求时,通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
在本实施例中,主要是对解挂失业务的进一步说明。虽然在前述实施例中需要对办理业务的用户进行身份验证,但主要是为了安全保证,并且得到业务办理所需的基本材料,但是实际在办理解挂失业务时,可能还需要进一步单独提供其他信息材料,例如身份证正反面的扫描件、用户签署的解挂声明和/或用户拟转账资金卡片的扫描件等。因此,在个人需要解挂失的账户信息经由远程坐席审核完成后,还将通过自助终端的显示单元提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并由信息录入单元录入该信息。
步骤S100,当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
当自助终端的信息录入单元将解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至远程坐席终端,并由所述远程坐席核查完成时,自助终端的处理器获取解挂失业务对应的解挂路径,其中所述解挂路径包括销户路径和挂失换卡路径。需要说明的是,由于银行卡的便携性和安全性要比存折更高,因此在解挂失后以新办理的账户凭证为银行卡进行举例说明,对于存折等账户凭证的解挂失处理可以参照执行,在此不进行赘述。
步骤S110,根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
当用户确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端。其中,录入需要的销户材料信息是指为了将用户挂失账户中的存储金从挂失账户中转移或结算所涉及到的材料。用户可以通过输入单元查询自己在该银行发行机构开通的其他账户,并将存储金转移至用户本人的其他账户中,或者还可以选择将挂失账户中的存储金转移至他人账户中。
当用户确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。如果用户选择的是挂失换卡路径时,可以填写收件地址,将卡片通过邮件送达,还可以通过自助终端的发卡模块实时换发新卡。进一步地,为了提升用户粘合度或保证挂失账户中资金的安全,还可以限定用户解挂路径的权限,例如当用户在办理挂失业务选择的挂失类型是账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失时,仅限选择挂失换卡路径;例如用户填写的地址信息与原账户办理的地址信息不一致时,仅限选择挂失换卡路径。
通过上述方案,完善了个人账户业务挂失后的解挂失业务方案,也为用户提供了多种解挂路径,方便用户选择。
可选地,在结束挂失换卡业务之后,还可以通过自助终端的显示模块提示用户为新办理的账户凭证办理包括微信支付签约业务,第三方存管签约业务,基金账户存管签约业务,支付宝快捷支付签约业务,银联快捷支付签约业务和/或网银签约业务的账户授权签约业务,还可以提示用户办理存款转账等业务。通过在结束挂失换卡业务之后,提示用户办理其他业务,能增强自助终端的指导服务能力,给用户的操作提供指向。再者,通过为挂失后更换的新办理的账户凭证提供账户授权签约服务,能帮助恢复原账户的使用流动性,提高用户粘性。

显示模块115,用于显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型;
第一提示模块116,用于当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,通过所述自助终端110提示用户输入用户身份验证码;
所述反馈模块112,还用于将所述用户输入的用户身份验证码和选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端120,以在所述远程坐席复核所述用户身份验证码和所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。

进一步地,基于本申请银行账户挂失业务处理系统100的第一实施例提出本申请银行账户挂失业务处理系统的第三实施例,参见图8,在本实施例中,所述自助终端110还包括:
第二提示模块117,用于提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息;
所述反馈模块112,还用于将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端120,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
获取模块118,用于当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
处理模块119,用于根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
当用户确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端110提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端120。当用户确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端110换发新卡给所述用户。
本申请还提供一种自助终端,在一实施例中,包括显示单元、输入单元、以及发卡单元,所述自助终端还包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序;所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如上任一实施例所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的步骤。
本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法的全部步骤。
通过以上的实施例的描述,本领域技术人员可以清楚了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台或硬件的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个计算机可读存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,包括步骤:
    响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
    接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
    在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
    根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,在所述用户发起个人账户挂失请求时,所述根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂的步骤之后,还包括:
    通过所述自助终端显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型;
    当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,通过所述自助终端提示用户输入用户身份验证码;
    将所述用户输入的用户身份验证码和选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述用户身份验证码和所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,在所述用户发起个人账户解挂失请求时,所述根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂的步骤之后,还包括:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径的步骤包括:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;
    当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径的步骤包括:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户的步骤之后还包括:
    通过自助终端提示用户办理新卡的账户签约授权业务,其中,所述账户签约授权业务包括微信支付签约业务,第三方存管签约业务,基金账户存管签约业务,支付宝快捷支付签约业务,银联快捷支付签约业务和/或网银签约业务。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述挂失类型还包括账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失;所述通过所述自助终端显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型的步骤之后,还包括:
    当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失时,将所述用户选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,在所述用户发起个人账户解挂失请求时,所述根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂的步骤之后,还包括:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径的步骤包括:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;
    当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端;
    或者,
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,在所述用户发起个人账户解挂失请求时,所述根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂的步骤之后,还包括:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径的步骤包括:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;
    当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径的步骤包括:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的自助终端的银行账户解挂失业务处理方法,其中,所述通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户的步骤之后还包括:

  14. 一种自助终端,所述自助终端与远程坐席终端通信连接,包括显示单元、输入单元以及发卡单元,其中,所述自助终端还包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序;所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
    响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
    接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
    在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
    根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    通过所述自助终端显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型;
    当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,通过所述自助终端提示用户输入用户身份验证码;
    将所述用户输入的用户身份验证码和选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述用户身份验证码和所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;
    当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端;
    或者,
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证与用户身份验证码挂失时,将所述用户选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的自助终端,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是销户路径时,通过所述自助终端提醒用户录入需要的销户材料信息;
    当接收到用户录入的销户材料信息,将用户录入的销户材料信息提交至所述远程坐席终端;
    或者,
    当根据用户的输入指令确定的解挂路径是挂失换卡路径时,保存用户录入的换卡地址信息或通过所述自助终端换发新卡给所述用户。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
    接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
    在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
    根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    通过所述自助终端显示挂失业务的挂失类型,以供所述用户选择需要的挂失类型;
    当所述用户选择的挂失类型是账户凭证挂失时,通过所述自助终端提示用户输入用户身份验证码;
    将所述用户输入的用户身份验证码和选择的挂失类型反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核所述用户身份验证码和所述选择的挂失类型后完成所述银行账户的挂失。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现以下步骤:
    通过自助终端提示用户输入解挂失业务所需的信息,并将所述解挂失业务所需的信息反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席核查所述信息;
    当所述解挂失业务所需的信息核查通过后,获取并显示所述解挂失业务对应的解挂路径;
    根据用户的输入指令,确定并执行用户选择的解挂路径。

  26. 一种银行账户解挂失业务处理系统,其中,包括自助终端和与所述自助终端通信连接的远程坐席终端,其中,所述自助终端包括:
    响应模块,用于响应用户发起的个人账户挂失或解挂请求,根据预设的条件与远程坐席终端建立通信连接;
    反馈模块,用于接收远程坐席终端发送的身份验证数据获取请求,根据所述身份验证数据获取请求提示用户输入相应的身份验证数据,并将用户输入的身份验证数据反馈至所述远程坐席终端,以供所述远程坐席终端对应的远程坐席根据所述身份验证数据核查用户身份;其中,所述身份验证数据包括用户身份信息;
    查询模块,用于在接收到所述远程坐席终端发送的用户身份核查通过指令时,根据所述用户身份信息,查询所述用户的账户信息,并通过所述自助终端显示所述被查询得到的账户信息;
    提交模块,用于根据用户的输入指令确定用户选择的挂失或解挂账户,并将所述用户选择的需要挂失或解挂的账户信息提交至所述远程坐席终端,以在所述远程坐席复核成功后对所述银行账户进行挂失或解挂。
