信用卡转开户业务实现方法、设备、系统及存储介质
本申请要求于2018年1月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810071042.2、发明名称为“信用卡转开户业务实现方法、设备、系统及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种信用卡转开户业务实现方法、设备、系统及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,客户在办理银行业务时大多通过人工柜台进行办理,当个别客户需要一同办理借记卡和信用卡时,单个客户办理业务的耗时较长,当其他客户发现排队办理业务的等待人数较多或等待时间较长时,往往容易选择放弃或到其它银行办理,一方面造成了潜在客户的流失,另一方面也增加了柜员的工作量以及业务压力。而事实上,大多数银行网点都设有远程视频柜员机(Virtual Teller Machine,VTM)这种通过远程视频方式来办理一些柜台业务的机电一体化设备,因此,如何充分利用银行网点的现有VTM机缓解人工柜面的压力,是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种信用卡转开户业务实现方法、设备、系统及存储介质,其可降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力,充分利用银行网点的设备资源,提高客户的业务办理体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种信用卡转开户业务实现方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
所述终端设备根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种信用卡转开户业务实现系统,所述系统包括:远程视频柜员机、服务器以及终端设备;
其中,所述远程视频柜员机,用于响应客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
所述服务器,用于响应所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
所述终端设备,用于根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
所述远程视频柜员机,还用于根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户;在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如上文所述的信用卡转开户业务实现方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的信用卡转开户业务实现方法的步骤。
本申请在客户需要办理信用卡或借记卡开户业务时,通过远程视频柜员机来实现,能够降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力,充分利用银行网点的设备资源,避免了客户等待时间过长,提高了客户体验。

参照图1,图1为本申请信用卡转开户业务实现方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述远程视频柜员机是一种通过远程视频方式来办理一些柜台业务的机电一体化设备,多应用在银行、小贷公司等金融系统。所述服务器可以是与远程视频柜员机(以下简称VTM)连接并进行数据信息交互的网络服务器。
在具体实现中,为便于客户进行业务触发,在VTM的显示界面中,一般会设置不同业务的触发按钮,在客户需要办理信用卡申请业务时,可在VTM的显示界面中通过触摸屏点击信用卡申请对应的触发按钮,VTM响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
进一步地,为了方便客户办理信用卡后进行信用卡领取,在本实施例中,所述VTM在客户点击信用卡申请按钮后,会在显示界面展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式可包括:在线领卡和寄送等方式,当然也还可以包括其他的领卡方式,本实施例对此不加以限制。VTM接收到客户输入的信用卡领取指令后,会向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
步骤S20:所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
可理解的是,所述服务器在接收到VTM发送的信用卡办理指令后,响应于该业务办理指令,并为该VTM分配一个处于空闲状态的目标柜员,为当前使用VTM的客户办理相关业务。本实施例中,所述目标柜员可以是从当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员中随机选择一个柜员进行分配,也可以是其他的分配方式,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,在确定目标柜员后,所述服务器将所述信用卡办理指令发送至该目标柜员对应的终端设备。
步骤S30:所述终端设备根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
需要说明的是,所述终端设备可以是银行柜员进行业务办理的操作平台,例如个人电脑、笔记本电脑等,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,为了提高柜员的工作效率,该目标柜员对应的终端设备在接收到业务指令(例如,信用卡办理指令)后,会根据所述业务办理指令进入信用卡办理的业务界面,而无需询问客户后再进入到该业务界面。在所述终端设备进入到业务界面后,所述目标柜员通过在所述终端设备上点选身份验证按钮,生成身份信息验证请求,并将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机,以验证客户的身份信息。
步骤S40:所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
可理解的是,为了对客户的身份信息进行验证,VTM在接收到所述身份信息验证请求时,在显示界面提示客户进行身份信息的输入,所述身份信息可以是能够证明客户个人身份的信息,例如身份证信息、生物特征信息、和/或影像信息等。
在具体实现中,VTM可通过自身集成的信息读取装置来对客户的身份信息进行录入,所述信息读取装置可包括:指纹/虹膜识别仪、身份证信息读取器、摄像头等,本实施例对此不加以限制。
可理解的是,VTM在对录入的身份信息进行验证时,可以在本地进行验证,也可以将录入的信息发送至所述服务器,由所述服务器进行验证,然后再反馈验证结果至VTM。
步骤S50:所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
在具体实现中,VTM在对客户的身份信息验证成功时,会继续检测所述客户在本行是否开通过借记卡,即检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,当检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,在显示界面上展示预设的借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的确认指令后,为客户进行借记卡办理。相应地,在客户完成借记卡办理后,VTM会提示客户进行信用卡的办理,具体的,所述VTM可通过将客户先前办理信用卡申请的界面挂起,然后在借记卡办理完成后将挂起的信用卡申请界面展示给客户以方便客户继续进行信用卡办理。
本实施例在客户需要办理借记卡时,通过远程视频柜员机来响应客户输入的信用卡办理指令,并检测客户是否为本行的借记卡用户,在客户不是本行借记卡用户时,为客户进行借记卡办理,能够降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力,充分利用银行网点的设备资源,避免客户等待时间过长,提高客户体验。
参考图2,图2为本申请信用卡转开户业务实现方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述第一实施例,本实施例提出的信用卡转开户业务方法中,所述步骤S20可具体包括:
步骤S201:所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;
为了提高客户业务办理体验,避免客户长时间等待。本实施例中,所述服务器在接收到业务办理指令时,会查找当前时刻处于空闲状态(即未处理业务)的柜员,并获取处于所述空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度。所述用户满意度可以根据该柜员近段时间(例如:1个月、2个月或半年)内客户对柜员服务的满意程度进行打分后获得的分值。
进一步地,为实现对处于空闲状态的柜员的满意度进行快速查找。本实施例中,所述步骤S201可具体包括:所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的身份标识;所述服务器根据所述身份标识在映射关系中查找处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度,所述映射关系中存有柜员的身份标识与用户满意度之间的对应关系。其中,所述身份标识可以是柜员的身份证号码,又或是柜员的工号,还可以是其他能够辨别柜员身份的标识信息,本实施例对此不加以限制。
步骤S202:所述服务器按从高到低的顺序对所述用户满意度进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机。
所述服务器获取每个处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度后,按从高到低的顺序对各柜员的用户满意度进行排序,然后从中选出用户满意度最高或排名相对靠前的柜员作为所述目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至发送所述业务办理指令的VTM,从而为客户办理相应的业务。
在具体实现中,服务器在确定目标柜员后,还会将所述业务办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备。
本实施例所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;按从高到低的顺序对所述用户满意度进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机,从而保证了服务质量,提高了银行网点的业务办理效率,避免了客户办理业务时长时间等待情况的发生。
参考图3,图3为本申请信用卡转开户业务实现方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述各实施例,本实施例提出的信用卡转开户业务实现方法中,所述步骤S50可具体包括:
步骤S501:所述远程视频柜员机将所述身份信息发送至公安系统进行联网验证;
需要说明的是,VTM在接收到身份信息验证请求后,会在显示界面提示客户进行身份信息输入。本实施例中,所述身份信息可包括证件信息,所述证件信息可以是身份证信息。
本步骤中,所述公安系统将系统内预存的该客户的证件信息与VTM发送的证件信息进行比对验证;在验证成功时,反馈与所述身份信息对应的客户照片。当然,所述公安系统对证件信息验证不通过时,会反馈验证不通过的提醒信息。
步骤S502:所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈;
可以理解的是,为了避免他人代办的情况发生,本实施例中,所述步骤S502可包括:所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片;采集客户影像信息,将所述客户影像信息与所述客户照片进行匹配,在匹配成功时检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户。具体的VTM可通过集成在VTM上的摄像头来采集客户当前的影像信息,并进行影像信息验证。
在本实施例中,具体的影像信息与客户照片的匹配过程可以是:所述远程视频柜员机通过摄像头采集客户的影像信息;确定所述影像信息和客户照片的脸部轮廓线,根据所述脸部轮廓线分别提取所述影像信息中的第一人脸图像和客户照片中的第二人脸图像;对所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像进行调整,以使所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像的大小相同;对所述第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像分别进行特征点提取,并将提取的特征点进行匹配验证。
可理解的是,一般情况下公安系统内预存的客户照片为客户早期办理身份证件或其他证件时拍摄的客户照片,随着年龄的增长,客户的相貌可能会发生改变。因此,在对提取的特征点进行匹配验证时,可预设一个匹配阈值来对当前获取的特征点的匹配度进行判断。例如:VTM对客户的第一人脸图像和第二人脸图像分别进行特征点提取,在将提取的特征点进行匹配后,得到的匹配度为85%,超过了预先设定的匹配阈值75%,则可判定当前客户与身份证件对应的客户为同一人。当然,本实施例中,所述匹配阈值可以根据实际情况设定,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,当VTM在对客户进行身份信息验证通过时,会检测该客户在本行是否有开通过借记卡。
步骤S503:在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
VTM在检测到客户之前未在本行办理过借记卡,即所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,在显示界面上展示借记卡办理提示,以提示客户先办理本行借记卡再办理本行的信用卡;因此,VTM在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现方法在所述步骤S502之后,还包括:所述远程视频柜员机在检测到所述客户为本行借记卡用户时,展示信用卡申请信息输入提示;接收所述客户输入的信用卡申请信息,根据所述信用卡申请信息进行个人征信核查,在所述个人征信核查通过时,为所述客户进行信用卡办理。
本实施例中,远程视频柜员机通过对获取的客户的身份信息进行验证,在验证成功时,检测客户是否为本行借记卡用户;在客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理;在客户为本行借记卡用户时,展示信用卡申请信息输入提示,接收所述客户输入的信用卡申请信息,根据所述信用卡申请信息进行个人征信核查,在所述个人征信核查通过时,为所述客户进行信用卡办理,能够优化客户的业务办理体验,避免用户排队等待,节约用户时间。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种信用卡转开户业务实现设备,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如上实施例所述的信用卡转开户业务实现方法的步骤。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序被处理器执行时实现如上实施例所述的信用卡转开户业务实现方法的步骤。

如图4所示,本实施例提出的信用卡转开户业务实现系统包括:远程视频柜员机101、服务器102以及终端设备103;
其中,所述远程视频柜员机101,用于响应客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器102发送信用卡办理指令;
可理解的是,所述远程视频柜员机101、服务器102以及终端设备103之间相互连接,且可进行数据交互。它们之间的连接方式可以是有线连接,也可以是无线连接,本实施例对此不加以限制。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述远程视频柜员机101是一种通过远程视频方式来办理一些柜台业务的机电一体化设备,多应用在银行、小贷公司等金融系统。所述服务器102可以是与远程视频柜员机101(以下简称VTM)连接并进行数据信息交互的网络服务器。
在具体实现中,为便于客户进行业务触发,在VTM的显示界面中,一般会设置不同业务的触发按钮,在客户需要办理信用卡申请业务时,可在VTM的显示界面中通过触摸屏点击信用卡申请对应的触发按钮,VTM响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器102发送信用卡办理指令。
进一步地,为了方便客户办理信用卡后进行信用卡领取,在本实施例中,所述VTM,还用于在客户点击信用卡申请按钮后,会在显示界面展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式可包括:在线领卡和寄送等方式,当然也还可以包括其他的领卡方式,本实施例对此不加以限制,相应地,所述VTM在接收到客户输入的信用卡领取指令后,会向服务器102发送信用卡办理指令。
所述服务器102,用于响应所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机101分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备103;
可理解的是,所述服务器102在接收到VTM发送的信用卡办理指令后,响应于该业务办理指令,并为该VTM分配一个处于空闲状态的目标柜员,为当前使用VTM的客户办理相关业务。本实施例中,所述目标柜员可以是从当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员中随机选择一个柜员进行分配,也可以是其他的分配方式,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,在确定目标柜员后,所述服务器102将所述信用卡办理指令发送至该目标柜员对应的终端设备103。

在具体实现中,为了提高柜员的工作效率,该目标柜员对应的终端设备103在接收到业务指令(例如,信用卡办理指令)后,会根据所述业务办理指令进入信用卡办理的业务界面,而无需询问客户后再进入到该业务界面。在所述终端设备103进入到业务界面后,所述目标柜员通过在所述终端设备103上点选身份验证按钮,生成身份信息验证请求,并将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述VTM,以验证客户的身份信息。
所述远程视频柜员机101,还用于根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户;在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
可理解的是,为了对客户的身份信息进行验证,VTM在接收到所述身份信息验证请求时,在显示界面提示客户进行身份信息的输入,所述身份信息可以是能够证明客户个人身份的信息,例如身份证信息、生物特征信息、和/或影像信息等。
在具体实现中,VTM可通过自身集成的信息读取装置来对客户的身份信息进行录入,所述信息读取装置可包括:指纹/虹膜识别仪、身份证信息读取器、摄像头等,本实施例对此不加以限制。
可理解的是,VTM在对录入的身份信息进行验证时,可以在本地进行验证,也可以将录入的信息发送至所述服务器102,由所述服务器102进行验证,然后再反馈验证结果至VTM。
进一步地,VTM在对客户的身份信息验证成功时,会继续检测所述客户在本行是否开通过借记卡,即检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,当检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,在显示界面上展示预设的借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的确认指令后,为客户进行借记卡办理。相应地,在客户完成借记卡办理后,VTM会提示客户进行信用卡的办理,具体的,所述VTM可通过将客户先前办理信用卡申请的界面挂起,然后在借记卡办理完成后将挂起的信用卡申请界面展示给客户以方便客户继续进行信用卡办理。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种信用卡转开户业务实现方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
    所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
    所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令,具体包括:
    所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式包括在线发卡和寄送;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的信用卡领取指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,具体包括:
    所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;
    所述服务器按从高到低的顺序对所述用户满意度进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度,具体包括:
    所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的身份标识;
    所述服务器根据所述身份标识在映射关系中查找处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度,所述映射关系中存有柜员的身份标识与用户满意度之间的对应关系。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,具体包括:
    所述远程视频柜员机将所述身份信息发送至公安系统进行联网验证;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,具体包括:
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片;
    所述远程视频柜员机采集客户影像信息,将所述客户影像信息与所述客户照片进行匹配,在匹配成功时检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述远程视频柜员机在检测到所述客户为本行借记卡用户时,展示信用卡申请信息输入提示;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述客户输入的信用卡申请信息,根据所述信用卡申请信息进行个人征信核查,在所述个人征信核查通过时,为所述客户完成信用卡办理。
  8. 一种信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现系统包括:远程视频柜员机、服务器以及终端设备
    其中,所述远程视频柜员机,用于响应客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
    所述服务器,用于响应所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备,用于根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户;在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述远程视频柜员机,还用于响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式包括在线发卡和寄送;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于接收客户输入的信用卡领取指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述服务器,还用于查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;
    所述服务器,还用于按从高到低的顺序对所述用户满意度进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述服务器,还用于查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的身份标识;
    所述服务器,还用于根据所述身份标识在映射关系中查找处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度,所述映射关系中存有柜员的身份标识与用户满意度之间的对应关系。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述远程视频柜员机,还用于将所述身份信息发送至公安系统进行联网验证;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述远程视频柜员机,还用于接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于采集客户影像信息,将所述客户影像信息与所述客户照片进行匹配,在匹配成功时检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的信用卡转开户业务实现系统,其中,所述远程视频柜员机,还用于在检测到所述客户为本行借记卡用户时,展示信用卡申请信息输入提示;
    所述远程视频柜员机,还用于接收所述客户输入的信用卡申请信息,根据所述信用卡申请信息进行个人征信核查,在所述个人征信核查通过时,为所述客户完成信用卡办理。
  15. 一种信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
    所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
    所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
  16. 如权利要求15的所述信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式包括在线发卡和寄送;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的信用卡领取指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
  17. 如权利要求15的所述信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;

    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片,并检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,所述客户照片为所述公安系统对所述证件信息联网验证通过时反馈。
  20. 如权利要求19的所述信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述公安系统反馈的与所述身份信息对应的客户照片;
    所述远程视频柜员机采集客户影像信息,将所述客户影像信息与所述客户照片进行匹配,在匹配成功时检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户。
  21. 如权利要求20的所述信用卡转开户业务实现设备,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述远程视频柜员机在检测到所述客户为本行借记卡用户时,展示信用卡申请信息输入提示;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收所述客户输入的信用卡申请信息,根据所述信用卡申请信息进行个人征信核查,在所述个人征信核查通过时,为所述客户完成信用卡办理。
  22. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有信用卡转开户业务实现程序,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令;
    所述服务器响应于所述信用卡办理指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一处于空闲状态的目标柜员,并将所述信用卡办理指令发送至所述目标柜员对应的终端设备;
    所述终端设备根据所述信用卡办理指令生成身份信息验证请求,将所述身份信息验证请求发送至所述远程视频柜员机;
    所述远程视频柜员机根据所述身份信息验证请求,展示身份信息输入提示,并接收客户输入的身份信息;
    所述远程视频柜员机对所述身份信息进行验证,在身份信息验证成功时,检测所述客户是否为本行借记卡用户,在检测到所述客户不为本行借记卡用户时,展示借记卡办理提示,并在接收到客户输入的借记卡申请指令时为客户进行借记卡办理。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的存储介质,其中,所述信用卡转开户业务实现程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的信用卡申请指令,展示信用卡领取方式选择提示,所述信用卡领取方式包括在线发卡和寄送;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的信用卡领取指令,向服务器发送信用卡办理指令。
