Description

贷款面签方法、系统、终端及计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2017年3月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710149824.9、发明名称为“贷款面签方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及金融技术领域,尤其涉及一种贷款面签方法、系统、终端及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在向金融机构借贷时,贷款人需要和金融机构进行面签。面签是指贷款人(连同共同还款人或担保人)携带合法有效证件原件、手章及贷款所需费用;到贷款银行交纳贷款所需费用并进行面谈及签字的手续。面签是向银行申请贷款必须的手续。
在现有的面签过程中,需要用户携带面签资料到各个相关机构的门店办理相应业务。如,用户在办理房贷过程中,可能需要去贷款银行、房地产商所在地以及房产交易所等地办理相应业务。导致面签时间过长,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种贷款面签方法、系统、终端及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有的面签效率低下的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种贷款面签方法,所述贷款面签方法包括步骤:
当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;
当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;
提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;
将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
第一终端根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种贷款面签系统,所述贷款面签系统包括第一终端和第二终端;
所述第一终端用于当侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;
所述第二终端用于当接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
所述第一终端还用于根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。

本发明通过当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;第一终端根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。实现了将面签过程中的所涉及终端对应的系统连接起来,只需用户携带面签所需资料到一个指定终端中,就可以完成面签,提高了面签效率。

本发明提供一种贷款面签方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明贷款面签方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,提供了贷款面签方法的实施例,需要说明的是,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
本申请的贷款面签方法应用于第一终端和第二终端,需要说明的是,第一终端所在系统为房产交易所所在系统,在本发明实施例中,房产交易所所在系统简称为房交所系统,第二终端为提供贷款的金融机构所在系统,可以理解为面签平台所在系统。可以理解的是,房交所系统和面签平台除了可以由终端来执行之外,也可以由服务器来执行,还可以由终端和服务器共同来执行。在本发明实施例中所提及的终端包括但不限于PC、手机、以及平板电脑等。
所述贷款面签方法包括:
步骤S10,当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端。
当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所获取的面签信息发送给通过预设接口与第一终端绑定的第二终端。面签信息包括但不限于主贷款人、共同贷款人、主贷款人配偶、以及共同贷款人配偶等的姓名、年龄和身份证号码等。面签请求可由第一终端对应的工作人员触发。
需要说明的是,为了保证面签平台的工作流程和房交所系统的工作流程一致,即为了保证第一终端的工作流程和第二终端的工作流程一致,通过预设接口绑定第一终端和第二终端。第一终端和第二终端之间流程节点的跳转和预设接口有紧密关系。当流程节点与第一终端和第二终端之间约定的节点一致时,表明第一终端和第二终端之间的流程是同步;当流程节点与第一终端和第二终端之间约定的节点不一致时,表明第一终端和第二终端之间的流程未同步。在本实施例中,预设接口为B2BI((Business to Business integration)接口。可以理解的是,预设接口为虚拟接口,预设接口对应的参数设置为常量,以使在修改预设接口参数名时,可直接修改常量类定义的参数常量,降低工作量。
进一步地,在第一终端对应的工作人员触发面签请求之前,第一终端对应的工作人员应先检查贷款人所带资料是否齐全。若贷款人所带资料不齐全,则应在第一终端中输入相应的信息,以使第一终端后续获取的面签信息为完整的面签信息。
进一步地,所述步骤S10包括:
步骤a,当所述第一终端侦测到所述面签请求时,通过绑定所述第一终端和所述第二终端的预设接口获取所述第二终端中处于空闲状态的坐席号;
步骤b,基于所述坐席号,通过所述预设接口获取所述第二终端中与所述面签请求对应的贷款订单号;
步骤c,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,将所述面签信息与所述贷款订单号绑定发送给所述第二终端。
当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,启动远程视频面签功能。可以理解的是,面签请求可由第一终端对应的用户点击远程视频面签按钮触发。当远程视频面签功能启动后,通过绑定第一终端和第二终端的预设接口获取第二终端中处于空闲状态的坐席号。其中,第一终端所获取的处于空闲状态的坐席号为一个或者多个。
第一终端基于所获取的坐席号,通过预设接口获取第二终端中与面签请求对应的贷款订单号。可以理解的是,面签请求对应的贷款人,而贷款订单号也对应着贷款人,因此,需要获取与面签请求对应的贷款订单号。
需要说明的是,当获取到坐席号之后,第一终端对应的工作人员通过视频通信与该坐席号对应的坐席进行通信,以触发第一终端和第二终端之间的信息交互。需要说明的是,当第一终端所获取的坐席号为多个时,第一终端对应的工作人员可与多个坐席号中任一坐席号对应的坐席进行通信。
当第一终端获取到贷款订单号后,将贷款订单号与所获取的面签信息绑定,发送给第二终端。
步骤S20,当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息。
当第二终端成功接收到第一终端发送的面签信息时,获取与面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息。其中,与面签信息对应用户的身份信息为主贷款人、主贷款人配偶、共同贷款人及其配偶、以及个人保证人的身份证明材料。面签过程中所需的合同信息包括但不限于收入证明材料、抵押物材料、购房材料、面谈面签材料、银行账户信息,公积金贷款材料等。第二终端所获取的身份信息和合同信息对应的材料的显示形式包括但不限于PDF(Portable Document Format,便携式文档格式)和bmp(Bitmap,图像文件格式)。
步骤S30,提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果。
步骤S40,将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端。
当获取到身份信息和合同信息时,第二终端输出提示信息,提示坐席审核身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果。需要说明的是,审核身份信息和合同信息的坐席可为第一终端所获取的坐席号对应的坐席,也可为其他坐席。提示信息包括但不限于语音提示信息、文字提示信息和指示灯提示信息。
当得到审核结果后,第二终端获取预存的贷款申请表,将审核结果和贷款申请表发送给第一终端。需要说明的是,第二终端发送给第一终端的贷款申请表中可为已填写相关信息的贷款申请表,如已填写贷款申请人的姓名、身份证号码、联系电话等信息,第一终端在接收到该贷款申请表后,由第一终端对应的工作人员提示贷款人在贷款申请表的相应区域签名即可;第二终端发送给第一终端的贷款申请表中也可为未填写相关信息的贷款申请表,第一终端在接收到贷款申请表后,由第一终端对应的工作人员,或者贷款人填写相关信息,并由贷款人在贷款申请表的相应区域签名。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,不管坐席审核身份信息和合同信息的审核结果如何,第二终端都会发送贷款申请表给第一终端。

进一步地,在其它实施例中,可设置为当身份信息和合同信息都真实信息时,即审核结果为审核通过时,第二终端才将预存的贷款申请表发送给第一终端。当身份信息和/或合同信息存在虚假信息时,即审核结果为审核未通过时,第二终端不将预存的贷款申请表发送给第一终端。
本实施例通过当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;第一终端根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。实现了将面签过程中的所涉及终端对应的系统连接起来,只需用户携带面签所需资料到一个指定终端中,就可以完成面签,提高了面签效率。

本申请的贷款面签系统100包括第一终端10和第二终端20,需要说明的是,第一终端10所在系统为房产交易所所在系统,在本发明实施例中,房产交易所所在系统简称为房交所系统,第二终端20为提供贷款的金融机构所在系统,可以理解为面签平台所在系统。可以理解的是,房交所系统和面签平台除了可以由终端来执行之外,也可以由服务器来执行,还可以由终端和服务器共同来执行。在本发明实施例中所提及的终端包括但不限于PC、手机、以及平板电脑等。
在本实施例中,所述贷款面签系统100包括第一终端10和第二终端20。
所述第一终端10用于当侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端10绑定的第二终端20,其中,所述第一终端10通过预设接口绑定所述第二终端20;
当第一终端10侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所获取的面签信息发送给通过预设接口与第一终端10绑定的第二终端20。面签信息包括但不限于主贷款人、共同贷款人、主贷款人配偶、以及共同贷款人配偶等的姓名、年龄和身份证号码等。面签请求可由第一终端10对应的工作人员触发。
需要说明的是,为了保证面签平台的工作流程和房交所系统的工作流程一致,即为了保证第一终端10的工作流程和第二终端20的工作流程一致,通过预设接口绑定第一终端10和第二终端20。第一终端10和第二终端20之间流程节点的跳转和预设接口有紧密关系。当流程节点与第一终端10和第二终端20之间约定的节点一致时,表明第一终端10和第二终端20之间的流程是同步;当流程节点与第一终端10和第二终端20之间约定的节点不一致时,表明第一终端10和第二终端20之间的流程未同步。在本实施例中,预设接口为B2BI((Business to Business integration)接口。可以理解的是,预设接口为虚拟接口,预设接口对应的参数设置为常量,以使在修改预设接口参数名时,可直接修改常量类定义的参数常量,降低工作量。
进一步地,在第一终端10对应的工作人员触发面签请求之前,第一终端10对应的工作人员应先检查贷款人所带资料是否齐全。若贷款人所带资料不齐全,则应在第一终端10中输入相应的信息,以使第一终端10后续获取的面签信息为完整的面签信息。
进一步地,所述第一终端10还用于当侦测到所述面签请求时,通过绑定所述第一终端和所述第二终端的预设接口获取所述第二终端20中处于空闲状态的坐席号;基于所述坐席号,通过所述预设接口获取所述第二终端20中与所述面签请求对应的贷款订单号;获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,将所述面签信息与所述贷款订单号绑定发送给所述第二终端20。
当第一终端10侦测到面签请求时,启动远程视频面签功能。可以理解的是,面签请求可由第一终端10对应的用户点击远程视频面签按钮触发。当远程视频面签功能启动后,通过绑定第一终端10和第二终端20的预设接口获取第二终端20中处于空闲状态的坐席号。其中,第一终端10所获取的处于空闲状态的坐席号为一个或者多个。
第一终端10基于所获取的坐席号,通过预设接口获取第二终端20中与面签请求对应的贷款订单号。可以理解的是,面签请求对应的贷款人,而贷款订单号也对应着贷款人,因此,需要获取与面签请求对应的贷款订单号。
需要说明的是,当获取到坐席号之后,第一终端10对应的工作人员通过视频通信与该坐席号对应的坐席进行通信,以触发第一终端10和第二终端20之间的信息交互。需要说明的是,当第一终端10所获取的坐席号为多个时,第一终端10对应的工作人员可与多个坐席号中任一坐席号对应的坐席进行通信。

当得到审核结果后,第二终端20获取预存的贷款申请表,将审核结果和贷款申请表发送给第一终端10。需要说明的是,第二终端20发送给第一终端10的贷款申请表中可为已填写相关信息的贷款申请表,如已填写贷款申请人的姓名、身份证号码、联系电话等信息,第一终端10在接收到该贷款申请表后,由第一终端10对应的工作人员提示贷款人在贷款申请表的相应区域签名即可;第二终端20发送给第一终端10的贷款申请表中也可为未填写相关信息的贷款申请表,第一终端10在接收到贷款申请表后,由第一终端10对应的工作人员,或者贷款人填写相关信息,并由贷款人在贷款申请表的相应区域签名。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,不管坐席审核身份信息和合同信息的审核结果如何,第二终端20都会发送贷款申请表给第一终端10。

在图1所示的终端结构示意图中,网络接口1004主要用于连接另一终端,与另一终端进行数据通信,如当该网络接口1004属于第一终端时,该网络接口1004主要用于连接第二终端,与第二终端进行数据通信;当该网络接口1004属于第二终端时,该网络接口1004主要用于连接第一终端,与第一终端进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于接收、以及侦测各种操作指令,如侦测面签请求。
当处理器1001为第一终端的处理器时,处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的贷款面签程序,并执行以下步骤:
当侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端,以供所述第二终端接收所述面签信息,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;并提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
接收所述第二终端发送的贷款申请表和审核结果,根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种贷款面签方法,其特征在于,所述贷款面签方法包括以下步骤:
    当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;
    当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;
    提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;
    将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
    第一终端根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的贷款面签方法,其特征在于,所述当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息的步骤包括:
    当所述第二终端接收到所述面签信息时,通过与所述第一终端之间的视频通信获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息;
    将所述面签信息和所述身份信息发送给公安系统,以供所述公安系统校验所述面签信息和所述身份信息,并返回校验结果;
    当根据所述校验结果确定所述面签信息和所述身份信息校验通过后,发送提示消息给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端根据所述提示消息发送面签过程中所需的合同信息给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端接收所述合同信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的贷款面签方法,其特征在于,所述贷款面签方法还包括:
    当所述第一终端和/或所述第二终端接收到调节视频画质和/或分辨率的调节指令时,根据所述调节指令对应调节所述视频画质和/或分辨率。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的贷款面签方法,其特征在于,所述将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端的步骤包括:
    所述第二终端发送预存的贷款申请表给所述第一终端;
    当所述第一终端接收到所述贷款申请表时,获取贷款人在所述贷款申请表中签名时的签名图片,并将所述签名图片发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端接收及存储所述签名图片,并将所述审核结果发送给第一终端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的贷款面签方法,其特征在于,所述当第一终端侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端的步骤包括:
    当所述第一终端侦测到所述面签请求时,通过绑定所述第一终端和所述第二终端的预设接口获取所述第二终端中处于空闲状态的坐席号;
    基于所述坐席号,通过所述预设接口获取所述第二终端中与所述面签请求对应的贷款订单号;
    获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,将所述面签信息与所述贷款订单号绑定发送给所述第二终端。
  6. 一种贷款面签系统,其特征在于,所述贷款面签系统包括第一终端和第二终端;
    所述第一终端用于当侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端;
    所述第二终端用于当接收到所述面签信息时,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的贷款面签系统,其特征在于,所述第二终端还用于当接收到所述面签信息时,通过与所述第一终端之间的视频通信获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息;将所述面签信息和所述身份信息发送给公安系统,以供所述公安系统校验所述面签信息和所述身份信息,并返回校验结果;当根据所述校验结果确定所述面签信息和所述身份信息校验通过后,发送提示消息给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于根据所述提示消息发送面签过程中所需的合同信息给所述第二终端;
    所述第二终端还用于接收所述合同信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的贷款面签系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端还用于当接收到调节视频画质和/或分辨率的调节指令时,根据所述调节指令对应调节所述视频画质和/或分辨率;
    所述第二终端还用于当接收到调节视频画质和/或分辨率的调节指令时,根据所述调节指令对应调节所述视频画质和/或分辨率。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的贷款面签系统,其特征在于,所述第二终端还用于发送预存的贷款申请表给所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于当接收到所述贷款申请表时,获取贷款人在所述贷款申请表中签名时的签名图片,并将所述签名图片发送给所述第二终端;
    所述第一终端还用于接收及存储所述签名图片,并将所述审核结果发送给第一终端。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的贷款面签系统,其特征在于,所述第一终端还用于当侦测到所述面签请求时,通过绑定所述第一终端和所述第二终端的预设接口获取所述第二终端中处于空闲状态的坐席号;基于所述坐席号,通过所述预设接口获取所述第二终端中与所述面签请求对应的贷款订单号;获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,将所述面签信息与所述贷款订单号绑定发送给所述第二终端。
  11. 一种第一终端,其特征在于,所述第一终端包括处理器、网络接口、存储器及通信总线;
    所述通信总线用于实现处理器、网络接口及存储器之间的连接通信;
    所述网络接口用于连接第二终端,与所述第二终端进行数据通信;
    所述处理器用于调用存储器中存储的贷款面签程序,以执行以下步骤:
    当侦测到面签请求时,获取面签过程中所需的面签信息,并将所述面签信息发送给通过预设接口与所述第一终端绑定的第二终端,以供所述第二终端接收所述面签信息,获取与所述面签信息对应用户的身份信息以及面签过程中所需的合同信息;并提示所述第二终端的坐席审核所述身份信息和合同信息,以得到审核结果;将所述审核结果和预存的贷款申请表发送给所述第一终端;
    接收所述第二终端发送的贷款申请表和审核结果,根据所接收的所述贷款申请表和所述审核结果完成面签流程。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于调用存储器中存储的贷款面签程序,以执行以下步骤:
    接收所述第二终端发送的提示消息;
    根据所述提示消息发送面签过程中所需的合同信息给所述第二终端。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于调用存储器中存储的贷款面签程序,以执行以下步骤:
    当接收到调节视频画质和/或分辨率的调节指令时,根据所述调节指令对应调节所述视频画质和/或分辨率。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于调用存储器中存储的贷款面签程序,以执行以下步骤:
    当接收到所述第二终端发送的所述贷款申请表时,获取贷款人在所述贷款申请表中签名时的签名图片,并将所述签名图片发送给所述第二终端,以供所述第二终端接收及存储所述签名图片,并返回所述审核结果。

    当根据所述校验结果确定所述面签信息和所述身份信息校验通过后,发送提示消息给所述第一终端,以供所述第一终端根据所述提示消息返回面签过程中所需的合同信息;
