参阅图 1 , 图 1是本发明的支付系统的结构示意说明图, 图 1 中示出 的系统包括有 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) 、 设有各顾客的银行卡帐户的各 发卡银行( 2 ) 、 设置于各商户的 P0S 机( 3 ) 、 移动电话网络( 4 ) , 其 中, 所述的 P0S机( 3 )通过移动电话网络(4 )接入 P0S机交易处理中心
( 1 ) , P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )设有信货额数据库(5 ) , P0S机交易处 理中心 (1 ) 与各发卡银行(2 )相数据链路连接, 以及, 信货额数据库
( 5 )设有各顾客的预先授权信货额, 每一预先授权信货额与该顾客的一 个银行卡帐户相关联, 以及, 顾客在商户进行支付时, 商户通过 P0S 机
( 3 )取得顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号码, 然后将包含该帐户号码和支付 金额的交易信息传送到 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) , P0S 机交易处理中心 ( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权信货额, 核对该预先授权信 货额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交 易, 并在该预先授权信货额中减去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S 机(3) 支付成功; 结算时 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡 银行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取支付金额的钱, 在扣除手续费和佣金等费用 后存入到商户的 艮行帐户。
在本发明中, 由 POS 机交易处理中心 (1 )提供支付网络服务, 各发 卡银行 (2)除了需要与 P0S 机交易处理中心(1 )相数据链路连接, 还须 要预先在信货额数据库 ( 5 )设置该发卡银行( 2 ) 的银行卡帐户的预先授 权信货额, 这预先授权信货额由 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) 和发卡银行
(2)双方管理, P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) 于每次支付交易后就会自动在 预先授权信货额中扣减支付金额, 而发卡银行(2 )可根据客户的最新状 况随时修改这预先授权信货额, 例如于结算后发卡银行(2 ) 可以立即将 预先授权信货额增加至预定水平, 让顾客可继续进行支付交易。
在设置方面, P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) 需要通过互联网连接移动电话 网络(4)与各 P0S机(3)相通讯, 为了加快 P0S机交易处理中心(1 ) 与 P0S 机(3)双方通讯的响应速度, 最理想是将 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1)设置在移动电话网络(4 ) 中, 这样 P0S 机(3)就可以通过移动电 话网络(4)直接连接 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) , 将两者之间的通讯路径 尽量缩短, 从而加快双方通讯的响应速度。 此外, 可以按地域分区设置 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) , 例如每一省市设置一 P0S 机交易处理中心 ( 1 )服务该省市范围内的 P0S机( 3 ) , 又例如每一国家设置一 P0S机交 易处理中心 (1 )服务该国家范围内的 P0S机(3) , 又例如可以按移动电 话网络来分区, 每一移动电话网络设置一个 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) , 最理想当然是按移动电话网络来分区设置 P0S 机交易处理中心(1 ) , 这 样让 POS机交易处理中心 ( 1 )与 P0S机( 3 )之间的通讯达到最快的响应 速度。
继续参阅图 1 , 图 1示出的 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )除了与移动电话 网络( 4 )和各发卡银行 ( 2 )相数据链路连接外, 还会连接其他支付网 络, 例如 VISA信用卡网络、 万事达信用卡网络、 中国银联网絡等等一些 现有的信用卡支付网络, 让本发明的系统可以完全兼容现有一般的信用卡 支付网络。 当顾客使用的银行卡并没有在信货额数据库 (5 )设置相关联 的预先授权信货额时, 例如顾客使用一些外地信用卡进行支付, P0S 机交 易处理中心 (1 )会将该支付交易信息传送至其他支付网络, 以现有一般 的刷卡支付的方式进行支付过程。 由于这部分是现有技术, 并非本发明的 主要内容, 所以本说明书中没有作更进一步详细描述。
参阅图 2 , 图 2是本发明的支付系统方法的步驟示意说明图, 图 1 中 示出的包 ϋ置 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) , P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )设 有信货额数据库 ( 5 ) , 信货额数据库 ( 5 )设有各顾客的预先授权信货 额, 每一预先授权信货额与该顾客的一个银行卡帐户相关联, 以及, 顾客 在商户进行支付时, 商户通过 P0S 机(3 )取得顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户 号码, 然后将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S机交易处 理中心 (1 ) , P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预 先授权信货额, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S 机 交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信赞额中减去该 支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机( 3 ) 支付成功。 此外, 在结算时, P0S机交 易处理中心 (1 )根据支付交易, 从顾客在发卡银行(2 )的银行卡帐户收 取支付金额的钱, 在扣除手续费和佣金等费用后存入到商户的银行帐户, 而发卡银行(2 )可以在结算后, 根据客户的状况增加该客户的预先授权 信货额至客户进行支付交易前的水平, 让顾客可继续进行支付交易。 在本 发明的系统中, POS 机交易处理中心 (1 )可以在交易完成后立即进行结 算, 让商户可以即时收到交易所得的资金。
参阅图 3, 图 3 是本发明的支付系统方法的第一实施例的步骤示意说 明图, 图 3中示出的实施例包括如下 A组步骤:
A1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡(6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S 码;
A2. P0S机(3 )将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
A3. P0S机交易处理中心( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货 额中减去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机(3 ) 支付成功; A4. 结算时 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行( 2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
在本说明书中, 有关 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )从顾客的银行卡帐户 收取支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐户的描述中, P0S 机交易处理中心 ( 1 )和发卡银行(2 )会扣除各项交易手续费和佣金等费用后才将资金存 入到商户的银行帐户, 这些都是一般现有支付系统处理交易中的收费, 为 了方便说明, 本说明书的各实施例的描述中省略了有关这部分内容的详细 说明。
参阅图 4, 图 4 是本发明的支付系统方法的第二实施例的步骤示意说 明图, 第二实施例是本发明的进一步改进, 增加了顾客输入密码确认支付 的功能。 在本实施例中, 顾客须预先在 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )设置用 于确认支付的确认密码即样本密码, 进行支付时顾客须使用这确认密码来 确认支付。 继续参阅图 4 , 图 4中示出的实施例包括如下的 B组步骤:
B1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡(6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S 码, 以及, 顾客在 P0S机( 3 )输入确认密码;
B2. P0S机(3 )将包含该帐户号码、 密码和支付金额的交易信息传送 到 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
B3. P0S机交易处理中心( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额和样本密码, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付及 该顾客输入的确认密码与样本密码一致无误后, P0S 机交易处理 中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货额中减去该 支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机( 3 ) 支付成功;
B4. 结算时 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
参阅图 5, 图 5 是本发明的支付系统方法的第三实施例的步骤示意说 明图, 本实施例与第二实施例相比, 主要不同之处在于顾客采用他自己的 手机(7 ) 来确认支付。 在本实施例中, 顾客除了须预先在 P0S 机交易处 理中心 ( 1 )设置用于确认支付的确认密码外, 还须要登记顾客的手机电 话号码, 进行支付时 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )通过这电话号码与顾客通 讯来接收确认密码。 继续参阅图 5, 图 5示出的实施例包括如下的 C组步 骤:
C1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡(6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S C2. POS机(3)将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
C3. P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额及顾客的手机电话号码, 然后呼叫该顾客的手机电话号 码;
C4. 顾客从该呼叫的来电号码知道是 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) 的来 电呼叫, 顾客接听来电后 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )通过电脑语 音播放出支付金额给顾客核对, 顾客同意支付就在通话中通过手 机(7)输入密码确认支付, 如不同意支付就不输入密码确认; C5. P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )接收到顾客输入的密码后, 核对密码无 误后核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货额中减去该支付金 额, 以及通知该 P0S机 ( 3) 支付成功;
C6. 结算时 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
在本说明书中所述的银行卡 (6 ) 包括信用卡、 借记卡等等由银行或 金融机构发行用于支付的卡, 包括带有磁带的银行卡, 或者是带有智能卡 芯片的接触式智能卡, 或者是带有智能卡芯片的非接触式智能卡, 银行卡 ( 6 ) 除了可以采用实体卡外, 还可以是用来代表银行卡的标识, 例如一 组帐户号码或是载有帐户号码的条码、 二维条码、 QR码等, 只要在支付时 向商户出具这标识, 商户就可将帐户号码输入 P0S机(3) , 或通过扫描 器读取条码来输入帐户号码到 P0S机( 3 ) 。 如果银行卡( 6 )是采用带有 智能卡芯片的卡, 卡内的智能卡芯片一般会储存有用于认证身份的密钥和 用于加密认证资料的程序, 当采用这些带有智能卡芯片的银行卡 (6 ) 时, 所述的信货额数据库(5 )还需要记录有用于认证顾客的银行卡 (6 ) 的认证密钥, 这认证密钥需要与银行卡 (6) 内的密钥相配对, P0S机交易 处理中心 (1 )核准支付交易时利用所述的认证密钥来认证顾客的银行卡 (6) , 认证无误后 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )才继续处理该笔支付交易, 否则 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )拒绝该笔支付交易。
参阅图 6, 图 6 是本发明的支付系统方法的第四实施例的步骤示意说 明图, 在本实施例中, 所采用的方法还包括通过顾客的设有近场通讯的手 机(8 )来认证顾客身份的步骤, 所述的信货额数据库 (5 ) 与所述的手机 ( 8 )分别设有用于认证顾客身份的电子证书 , 所述的手机( 8 )还储存有 付认证软件通过电子证书对传送给 P0S机(3) 的银行卡帐户的帐户号码 进行加密认证, 在本实施例中, 顾客须预先在 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) 设置用于确认支付的确认密码即样本密码, 并在手机(8 ) 中设置用于认 证身份的电子证书, 该电子证书与顾客在发卡银行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户相 关联, 以下是有关本实施例的 D组步骤:
D1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 在手机(8 ) 的支付认证软件输入确认 密码, 然后将手机( 8 )放到商户的 P0S 机( 3 ) , 手机( 8 )将 包含所储存的银行卡帐户的帐户号码的身份信息和确认密码经电 子证书加密后通过近场通讯方式传送给 P0S机(3) ;
D2. P0S机(3)将包含该身份信息和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
D3. P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )通过电子证书认证该身份信息无误后, 解密还原出顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号码和确认密码, 根据该帐 户号码找出相关联的预先授权信货额和样本密码, 核对该预先授 权信货额足够进行该笔支付及该确认密码与样本密码一致无误 后, P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授 权信货额中减去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S 机 ( 3 ) 支付成 D4. 结算时 POS机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
本发明的更进一步改进, 是在支付后通知顾客有关支付的内容, 即 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )核准支付交易后, 通过移动电话网络(4 )发信 息给顾客的手机, 通知该顾客有关支付交易的内容, 让顾客可即时知晓支 付有没有出错, 而且更可保障他的银行卡帐户不会被人盗用, 如果顾客没 有进行支付而收到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )发来有关支付的信息, 表示 可能有人盗用他的银行卡帐户, 就可以立即行动避免损失。
此外, 在本发明中, 所述的 P0S机(3 )设有用于与 P0S机交易处理 中心 ( 1 )进行数据通讯的两个手机模组, 其中一个手机模组用于将信息 从 P0S机( 3 )传送给 P0S机交易处理中心( 1 ) , 另一个手机模组用于接 收由 P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )传送给 P0S机( 3 )的信息。 这样将 P0S机 交易处理中心 (1 ) 与 P0S 机 (3 )之间的通讯, 分成两个手机模组来进 行, 两个手机模组可以采用不同移动电话网络, 可有效防止通讯被人截 取。
以上已经详细说明本发明的主要特征, 虽然本发明以上述的实施例加 以说明, 但是本发明并不仅限于此, 在不离开本发明的精神和所附权利要 求书的范围的情况下, 可以作多种改变和变化。
本发明的快速支付系统和相应方法, 整个支付过程可以在一秒内完 成, 与目前一般的银行卡刷卡支付过程相比, 速度快十倍以上, 彻底解决 了目前银行卡刷卡支付速度慢的问题。 本发明的实施, 会带来良好的经济 和社会效益。

权 利 要 求
1. 一种支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述的系统包括有 P0S机交易处理中心
( 1 ) 、 设有各顾客的银行卡帐户的各发卡银行( 2 ) 、 设置于各商户 的 P0S机(3 ) 、 移动电话网络(4 ) , 其中, 所述的 P0S机(3 )通 过移动电话网络(4 )接入 P0S机交易处理中心(1 ) , P0S机交易处 理中心 ( 1 )设有信货额数据库 ( 5 ) , P0S机交易处理中心( 1 )与各 发卡银行 ( 2 )相数据链路连接, 以及, 信货额数据库( 5 )设有各顾 客的预先授权信货额, 每一预先授权信货额与该顾客的一个银行卡帐 户相关联, 以及, 顾客在商户进行支付时, 商户通过 P0S机(3 )取 得顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号码, 然后将包含该帐户号码和支付金额 的交易信息传送到 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 ) , P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权信货额, 核对该预先授 权信赞额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该 笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货额中减去该支付金额, 以及通知该
P0S机(3 ) 支付成功。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述的 P0S机( 3 )设 有用于与 P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )进行数据通讯的两个手机模组, 其中一个手机模组用于将信息从 P0S机( 3 )传送给 P0S机交易处理 中心( 1 ) , 另一个手机模组用于接收由 P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )传 送给 P0S机(3 ) 的信息。
3. 一种支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法包括设置 P0S机交易处 理中心 ( 1 ) , P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )设有信货额数据库( 5 ) , 信 货额数据库(5 )设有各顾客的预先授权信赞额, 每一预先授权信货 额与该顾客的一个银行卡帐户相关联, 以及, 顾客在商户进行支付 时, 商户通过 P0S机( 3 )取得顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号码, 然后 将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 ) , P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先 授权信货额, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货额中 减去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机(3 )支付成功。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法还包括 如下 A组步骤:
A1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡 (6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S 机(3 )取得顾客的银行卡卡号即顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号 码;
A2. P0S机( 3 )将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
A3. P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付无误后, P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货 额中减去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机(3 ) 支付成功;
A4. 结算时 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行(2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法还包括 如下的 B组步骤: Bl. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡(6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S 机(3 )取得顾客的银行卡卡号即顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号 码, 以及, 顾客在 P0S机( 3 )输入确认密码;
B2. P0S机(3 )将包含该帐户号码、 密码和支付金额的交易信息传送 到 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 );
B3. P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额和样本密码, 核对该预先授权信货额足够进行该笔支付及 该顾客输入的确认密码与样本密码一致无误后, P0S机交易处理 中心 (1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授权信货额中减去该 支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机( 3 ) 支付成功;
B4. 结算时 P0S机交易处理中心 ( 1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行( 2 ) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。
6. 如权利要求 3所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法还包括 如下的 C组步骤:
C1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 将银行卡(6 ) 交给商户, 商户通过 P0S 机(3 )取得顾客的银行卡卡号即顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号 码;
C2. P0S机( 3 )将包含该帐户号码和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
C3. P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )根据该帐户号码找出相关联的预先授权 信货额及顾客的手机电话号码, 然后呼叫该顾客的手机电话号 码;

7. 如权利要求 3所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法还包括 通过顾客的设有近场通讯的手机 ( 8 ) 来认证顾客身份的步骤, 所述 的信货额数据库( 5 )与所述的手机 ( 8 )分别设有用于认证顾客身份 的电子证书, 所述的手机( 8 )还储存有顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号 码资料及用于处理支付的支付认证软件, 该支付认证软件通过电子证 书对传送给 P0S机( 3 ) 的银行卡帐户的帐户号码进行加密认证, 以 及, 所述的方法还包括如下的 D组步骤:
D1. 顾客在商户进行支付时, 在手机(8 )的支付认证软件输入确认 密码, 然后将手机
( 8 )放到商户的 P0S机( 3 ) , 手机( 8 )将 包含所储存的银行卡帐户的帐户号码的身份信息和确认密码经电 子证书加密后通过近场通讯方式传送给 P0S机 ( 3 ) ;
D2. P0S机( 3 )将包含该身份信息和支付金额的交易信息传送到 P0S 机交易处理中心 (1 ) ;
D3. P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )通过电子证书认证该身份信息无误后, 解密还原出顾客的银行卡帐户的帐户号码和确认密码, 根据该帐 户号码找出相关联的预先授权信货额和样本密码, 核对该预先授 权信货额足够进行该笔支付及该确认密码与样本密码一致无误 后, POS机交易处理中心(1 )核准该笔支付交易, 并在该预先授 权信货额中減去该支付金额, 以及通知该 P0S机( 3 ) 支付成 功;
D4. 结算时 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )从该帐户号码所对应的发卡银 行(2) 的银行卡帐户收取该笔支付交易的钱存到商户的银行帐 户。 如权利要求 3至 6任一项所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 信货额数据库(5)还记录有用于认证顾客的银行卡(6) 的认证密 钥, P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )核准支付交易时利用所述的认证密钥来 认证顾客的银行卡(6) , 认证无误后 P0S机交易处理中心(1 ) 才继 续处理该笔支付交易, 否则 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )拒绝该笔支付 交易。
9. 如权利要求 3至 7任一项所述的支付系统方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 方法还包括 P0S机交易处理中心 (1 )核准支付交易后, 通过移动电 话网络(4 )发信息给顾客的手机, 通知该顾客有关支付交易的内
