W2 :所述业主端验证并通过所述授权申请,录入授权期限,并提交授权确认,并将所述开卡记录索引编号发送至所述云平台;
W3 :所述云平台从所述开卡记录索引编号取出所述身份信息、所述授权期限、所述证件序列号及服务器标识,并发送至所述门禁平台;
W4 :所述门禁平台将所述证件序列号存入所述身份信息中,并反馈开卡成功信息至所述租客端;

  实施本发明的有益效果是:本发明的门禁管理方法及系统由业主端和租客端自行完成申请和授权操作,减少了管理成本,提高了管理效率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图 1 示出了本发明一些实施例中的 门禁管理方法 ,用于进行门禁系统管理。如图 2 所示,业主端 2 和租客端 3 分别通过通讯网络连接云平台 1 ,云平台 1 通过通讯网络连接门禁平台 4 。其中,门禁平台 4 包括数个门禁服务器 5 ,每个门禁服务器 5 控制数个门。可以理解地,通讯网络包括了互联网、局域网或其他方式组成的通讯网络。
该方法包括步骤 S1 至 S3 。结合图 1 和图 2 所示,首先,在步骤 S1 中, 生成一识别码,识别码包括业主端 2 所选定拟授权门 6 的选定信息 。该步骤中,在业主与租客签了租赁合同后, 业主登录手机客户端选择要授权的门,生成识别码。该识别码优选为二维码,作为选择,识别码的形式不限于二维码,也可以为其他形式,例如网页链接等。
具体地,本步骤中, 还 可 包括如下步骤:
T1 步骤, 业主端 2 登陆云平台 1 。即业主与租客签了租赁合同后, 业主通过手机客户端 登陆云平台 1 。
T2 步骤, 云平台 1 进行身份验证,若验证通过,则 从一门禁平台 4 获取业主端 2 对应的门禁信息,并 将门禁信息发送至业主端 2 ,门禁信息包括 业主端 2 具有授权权限的所有 可授权门的门标识和门名称 。其中, 身份验证 包括对业主的账号、密码的匹配性进行验证。门标识为门在所有门禁平台 4 的唯一标识。
T3 步骤, 业主端 2 根据门禁信息 选定拟授权门 6 及 生成选定信息,并将选定信息发送至云平台 1 。其中,选定信息包括门标识,即 业主端 2 把门标识传给云平台 1 。结合图 3 所示,拟授权门 6 包括读卡器及控制器 61 ,读卡器用于读取租客的证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识;控制器 61 用于将读取到的证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识处理并传送至门禁服务器 5 ,在第一 实施方式中, 同一控制器 61 可同时管理两个以上的读卡器。或者,如图 4 所示,在第二 实施方式中, 每一控制器 61 管理唯一读卡器。作为选择,结合图 5 所示,在第三 实施方式中, 拟授权门 6 中的控制器 61 还可包括主控制器 611 和分控制器 612 ,进一步实现对读卡器的细节控制。
T4 步骤, 云平台 1 根据选定信息确定拟授权门 6 在门禁平台 4 中 所对应的服务器标识,云平台 1 根据选定信息及服务器标识 生成识别码 并 发送至业主端2。 其中, 服务器标识即为对应门禁平台4的服务器唯一标识 ,即门禁服务器5的标识。 云平台1 根据 门标识、服务器标识生成一条索引 编号 ,再把索引 编号 生成一个 识别码,优选为 二维码图片, 之后 把二维码图片地址传给业主手机。
然后, 在步骤 S2 中, 租客端 3 读取识别码,并提交授权申请 。可以理解地, 授权申请包括识别码以及租客端 3 的身份信息 。该步骤中, 租客可通过用手机进行扫描识别码,从而进入提交个人信息的界面,在该界面输入个人信息,以申请授权。 该步骤中,租客提交个人信息后,进入发卡界面,然后在业主指定的门读卡器上刷身份证,上传卡号,提交授权申请。优选地,在业主未确认租客信息前,租客可以通过手机对业主所选择的门进行远程开门,即租客只在一个很短的时间可以开门,一般是 3-7 天,可根据具体情况进行配置。优选地, 业主端 2 所生成的二维码在租客端 3 扫描一次后就失效,其他人再扫描这个二维码,也不能获得租客的手机开门权限,起到了提高安全性的作用。作为选择,若租客没有支持智能操作的智能手机,也可以由业主代为进行信息登记。
具体地,本步骤中, 还 可 包括如下步骤:
P1 步骤,租客端 3 读取识别码,并根据识别码解析出选定信息及服务器标识。可以理解地, 租客用 租客端 3 扫描业主端 2 的识别码,优选为二维码图片,从而解析出二维码中的索引 编号 。
P2 步骤,租客端 3 将身份信息、选定信息及服务器标识发送至云平台 1 ,云平台 1 将租客端 3 对应的云账号与门标识及服务器标识进行绑定并保存。即租客端 3 将 手机标识和索引编号传给云平台 1 ,以供云平台 1 判断此 租客端 3 有没有注册过云帐号。
P7 步骤,云平台 1 判断租客端 3 是否已有云账号,若是,则执行步骤 P8 ;若否,则执行步骤 P9 。
P8 步骤,将云账号与选定信息及服务器标识进行绑定并保存。该步骤中, 如果租客注册过云帐号,租客端 3 把二维码中的索引编号传给云平台 1 ,通过索引编号取出门标识、服务器标识,取出后删除该索引编号,且把云帐号与门标识和服务器标识建立关联关系并保存。
P9 步骤,云平台 1 反馈一注册界面至租客端 3 ,租客端 3 上传注册信息至云平台 1 ;云平台 1 进行身份验证,若验证通过,则将注册信息通过接口上传至流动人口管理系统 ,并判断是否接收到流动人口管理系统所反馈的、注册信息在黑名单列表内,若是,则反馈报警信息至业主端 2 ,若否,则创建一云账号,之后执行步骤 S8 。
即如果此租客端 3 没有注册过云账号,则云平台 1 返回信息给租客端 3 ,并向租客端 3 显示注册界面,之后,租客填写个人信息,包括手机号、姓名、身份证号、身份证照片、登录密码、验证码等信息,其中,验证码用于进行手机验证。作为选择,姓名、身份证号、身份证照片等信息可以通过手机 OCR 识别自动识别和填写,也可以通过手动输入来实现。租客在填写完个人信息后,将个人信息进行体检,租客端 3 将以上个人信息传给云平台 1 。云平台 1 先确认验证码,若验证通过,则通过公安系统的专用接口,把租客个人信息传给公安部门的流动人口管理系统,确认租客是否被通辑人员,如果是被通辑人员,发给报警信息给业主端 2 ,并向辖区警务人员发送报警信息。如果不是被通辑人员,则云平台 1 创建租客云帐号,云帐号信息包括手机号、姓名、身份证号、身份证照片、登录密码等信息,且云平台 1 通过索引编号取出门标识和服务器标识,取出后删除该条索引编号,之后执行步骤 S8 。
作为选择,此处的 P7 至 P9 步骤,可以设置,也可以不设置,可根据实际情况进行选择。
P3 步骤,云平台 1 将租客端 3 对应的身份信息及选定信息发送至门禁平台 4 中与服务器标识相对应的门禁服务器 5 。
P4 步骤,门禁服务器 5 对租客端 3 对应的门禁账号进行终端临时开门授权。;门禁服务器 5 通过身份证号判断租客端 3 是否已经有门禁账号,若是,则对门禁账号相对应的拟授权门 6 进行终端临时开门授权,即找到对应的门完成终端临时开门授权;若否,则先创建帐号再完成终端临时开门。其中,终端临时开门授权为后台设置的默认的临时授权期限,一般为 3-7 天,作为选择,默认临时授权期限可根据具体情况具体配置。
P5 步骤,门禁服务器 5 向云平台 1 反馈终端临时开门授权成功信息。
P6 步骤,云平台 1 向租客端 3 反馈与云账号相对应的选定信息,使得租客端 3 显示具有权限的门列表,并具有终端临时开门权限。即 云平台 1 把与该云帐号有权限的门标识、门名称及路径返回给租客端 3 ,从而租客端 3 可以显示有权限的门列表,并可以通过手机进行开门操作,实现终端临时开门授权。
作为选择,步骤 S2 中还可包括如下步骤:
Q1 步骤,租客提交个人信息后,租客端 3 提示租客到指定的门刷身份证,租客到指定的门后,点击确认发卡,使得 租客端 3 向拟授权门 6 确认发卡,且租客端 3 发送一监控命令至云平台 1 ,监控命令包括选定信息及一监控有效时间。可以理解地,该监控命令命令要求监视门禁平台 4 下端指定的门的未注册的刷卡信息。
Q2 步骤,租客在接收时间内在指定的门读卡器上刷卡, 拟授权门 6 在监控有效时间内读取租客的证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识,并发送至门禁服务器 5 ,刷卡时间由拟授权门 6 的控制器 61 产生。读卡器通过内部控制器 61 把读到的身份证序列号和刷卡时间、门标识传给门禁平台 4 ,上传路径根据设备组结构,可以是:读卡器 -> 分控制器 612 -> 主控制器 611 -> 门禁平台 4 、读卡器 -> 控制器 61 -> 门禁平台 4 。
Q3 步骤, 门禁服务器 5 判断是否是拟授权门 6 ,若是,则将证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至云平台 1 ,之后,云平台 1 将证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至租客端 3 。
Q4 步骤, 租客端 3 将证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至云平台 1 ,云平台 1 生成一开卡申请记录,并将云帐号、门标识及服务器标识关联绑定,之后,将开卡申请记录的索引编号发至业主端 2 ;同时云平台 1 向对应的门禁服务器 5 发送创建人员命令。其中, 租客 通过 手机把租客云帐号、门标识、身份证序列号传给云平台 1 , 云平台 1 根据收到的信息 生成开卡申请记录, 并 把租客云帐号、门标识、服务器标识关联起来,把开卡申请记录的索引编号发给业主端 2 ;同时云平台 1 向对应的门禁平台 4 发送创建人员命令,信息包括门标识和租客个人信息 ,即 手机号、姓名、身份证号、身份证照片、身份证序列号 。
Q5 步骤, 门禁服务器 5 根据创建人员命令创建人员,并授权创建人员具有拟授权门 6 的证件临时开门权限。因而 在业主确认开卡申请前,租客可以通过手机开门。
最后,在步骤 S3 中, 业主端 2 验证并通过授权申请,并提交授权确认,云平台 1 根据授权确认完成授权。 其中,业主收到租客的授权申请,查看租客个人信息,确认申请并填上开卡有效期限。系统收到业主确认信息,自动完成授权。授权后,租客可以使用身份证刷卡和手机开门两种开门方式。
具体地,本步骤中,还包括如下步骤:
W1 步骤, 业主端 2 收到索引编号,并根据索引编号从云平台 1 取回身份信息、门标识及门名称。
W2 步骤, 业主端 2 查看信息,验证并通过授权申请,录入授权期限,并提交授权确认,并将开卡记录索引编号发送至云平台 1 。
W3 步骤, 云平台 1 从开卡记录索引编号取出身份信息、授权期限、证件序列号及服务器标识,并发送至门禁平台 4 。
W4 步骤, 门禁平台 4 将证件序列号存入身份信息中,按照授权期限进行授权,并把人员信息和授权信息下载到设备中,即主控制器 611 或控制器 61 中,并反馈开卡成功信息至租客端 3 。
W5 步骤, 租客端 3 显示开卡成功并提示信息,租客端 3 具有终端定期开门权限和 / 或证件定期开门权限。从而使得租客可通过证件和终端两种方式进行开门。可以理解地,证件可以为身份证、军官证、护照等表明个人身份的证件,终端可以为手机、平板电脑、智能手表等智能终端。
如图 2 至 5 示出了本发明一些实施例中的 门禁管理系统, 该系统 包括云平台 1 、门禁平台 4 、 门禁服务器 5 、 业主端 2 、租客端 3 及拟授权门 6 ,且本系统的工作原理为通过上述实施例中门禁管理方法的工作原理进行运行,此处不再赘述 。
本发明实施例中的 门禁管理方法及系统 与传统方式相比较的优势对比如下表:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门禁管理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1 :生成一识别码,所述识别码包括业主端( 2 )所选定拟授权门( 6 )的选定信息;
    S2 :租客端( 3 )读取所述识别码,并提交授权申请;所述授权申请包括所述识别码以及所述租客端( 3 )的身份信息;
    S3 :所述业主端( 2 )验证并通过所述授权申请,并提交授权确认,云平台( 1 )根据所述授权确认完成授权。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S1 中,还包括如下步骤:
    T1 :所述业主端( 2 )登陆所述云平台( 1 );
    T2 :所述云平台( 1 )进行身份验证,若验证通过,则 从一门禁平台( 4 )获取所述业主端( 2 )对应的门禁信息,并 将 所述 门禁信息发送至所述业主端( 2 ),所述门禁信息包括 所述业主端( 2 )具有授权权限的所有 可授权门的门标识和门名称;
    T3 :所述业主端( 2 ) 根据所述门禁信息 选定所述拟授权门( 6 ) 及 生成所述选定信息,并将所述选定信息发送至所述云平台( 1 );
    T4 :所述云平台( 1 )根据所述选定信息确定所述拟授权门( 6 ) 在所述门禁平台( 4 )中 所对应的服务器标识,所述云平台( 1 )根据所述选定信息及所述服务器标识 生成 所述 识别码 并 发送至所述业主端(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述识别码为二维码。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S2 中,还包括如下步骤:
    P1 :所述租客端( 3 )读取所述识别码,并根据所述识别码解析出所述选定信息及所述服务器标识;
    P2 : 所述租客端(3) 将 所述身份信息、 所述 选定信息 及所述服务器 标识 发送至所述云平台( 1 ),所述云平台( 1 )将所述租客端( 3 )对应的云账号与所述门标识及所述服务器标识进行绑定并保存;
    P3 :所述云平台( 1 )将所述租客端( 3 )对应的所述 身份 信息及所述 选定信息 发送至 所述 门禁平台( 4 ) 中 与所述服务器标识相对应 的门禁服务器( 5 ) ;
    P4 :所述门禁服务器( 5 ) 对 所述租客端( 3 )对应的门禁账号进行 终端临时开门 授权;
    P5 :所述门禁服务器( 5 )向所述云平台( 1 )反馈 终端临时开门 授权成功信息;
    P6 :所述云平台( 1 )向所述租客端( 3 )反馈与所述云账号相对应的 选定信息 ,使得所述租客端( 3 )显示 具有权限的门列表,并具有 终端临时 开门权限。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S2 中,还包括如下步骤:
    P7 :所述云平台( 1 )判断所述租客端( 3 )是否已有云账号,若是,则执行步骤 P8 ;若否,则执行步骤 P9 ;
    P8 :将所述云账号与所述 选定信息 及所述服务器标识进行绑定并保存;
    P9 :所述云平台( 1 )反馈一注册界面至所述租客端( 3 ),所述租客端( 3 )上传注册信息至所述云平台( 1 );所述云平台( 1 )进行身份验证,若验证通过,则将所述注册信息 通过接口 上传至流动人口管理系统,并判断是否接收到流动人口管理系统所反馈的、所述注册信息在黑名单列表内,若是,则反馈报警信息至所述业主端( 2 ),若否,则创建一云账号,之后执行所述步骤 S8 。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S2 中,还包括如下步骤:
    所述 门禁服务器( 5 )判断所述租客端( 3 )是否已有门禁账号,若是,则对所述门禁账号相对应的所述拟授权门( 6 )进行 终端临时开门 授权;若否,则创建一门禁账号后进行 终端临时开门 授权。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S2 中,还包括如下步骤:
    Q1 :所述租客端( 3 )向所述拟授权门( 6 )确认发卡,且所述租客端( 3 )发送一监控命令至所述云平台( 1 ),所述监控命令包括所述 选定信息 及一监控有效时间;
    Q2 :所述拟授权门( 6 ) 在所述 监控有效时间 内 读取租客的证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识,并发送至所述门禁服务器( 5 ) ,所述 刷卡时间 由 所述拟授权门( 6 ) 的控制器( 61 )产生 ;
    Q3 :所述门禁服务器( 5 )判断是否是拟授权门( 6 ),若是,则将所述证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至所述云平台( 1 ),之后,所述云平台( 1 )将所述证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至所述租客端( 3 );
    Q4 :所述租客端( 3 )将所述证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识发送至所述云平台( 1 ),所述云平台( 1 )生成一开卡申请记录,并将所述云帐号、所述门标识及所述服务器标识关联绑定,之后,将所述开卡申请记录 的 索引编号发至所述业主端( 2 );同时所述云平台( 1 )向对应的所述门禁服务器( 5 )发送创建人员命令;
    Q5 :所述门禁服务器( 5 )根据所述创建人员命令创建人员,并授权所述创建人员具有所述拟授权门( 6 )的 证件临时 开门权限。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述拟授权门( 6 )包括读卡器及控制器( 61 ),所述读卡器用于读取租客的证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识,所述控制器( 61 )用于将读取到的所述证件序列号、刷卡时间及门标识处理并传送至所述门禁服务器( 5 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 7 所述的门禁管理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 S3 中,还包括如下步骤:
    W1 :所述业主端( 2 )根据 所述 索引编号 从所述云平台( 1 )取回所述身份信息、所述门标识及所述门名称;
    W2 :所述业主端( 2 )验证并通过所述授权申请,录入授权期限,并提交授权确认,并将所述开卡记录索引编号发送至所述云平台( 1 );
    W3 :所述云平台( 1 )从所述开卡记录索引编号取出所述身份信息、所述授权期限、所述证件序列号及服务器标识,并发送至所述门禁平台( 4 );

    W5 :所述租客端( 3 )显示开卡成功 并 提示信息 ,所述租客端( 3 )具有终端定期开门权限和 / 或证件定期开门权限 。
  10. 一种门禁管理系统,其特征在于,包括云平台( 1 )、门禁 平台( 4 ) 、 门禁服务器( 5 )、 业主端( 2 )、租客端( 3 )及拟授权门( 6 ),使用权利要求 1 至 9 任一项所述的门禁管理方法。
