现有技术中,当患者当前的病情不需要在当前诊疗机构继续治疗时,需要进行转诊,或者病情严重,需要转入更高级别的医院,或者病情缓解,需要转入基层医院进行长期观察和护理。目前的做法是医生为患者开具转诊单,转诊单上简单写明了病情以及转诊建议,由患者自行联系其他诊疗机构进行转诊,此过程需要患者及其家属花费大量的时间和精力去完成,无法根据患者的需求,基于互联网技术快速的确定转诊诊疗机构,有时因为病情严重,导致贻误病情。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法和网络医院平台,旨在解决现有技术中不能根据患者的需求,基于互联网技术及时确定转诊诊疗机构而导致贻误病情的技术缺陷。

本发明实施例基于电子诊疗单和网络医院平台,电子诊疗单是指医生终端根据患者的病情生成的带有医生数字签名的可以在网络医院平台上传输的电子诊疗单。数字签名代表了医生的身份和级别,能够提高电子诊疗单在其他医疗机构的可信度,方便进行下一步诊疗。
在本实施例中,所述基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法包括:
S10:接收医生终端发送的电子诊疗单,所述电子诊疗单包括患者基本信息、病情信息和医师身份信息,所述病情信息包括疾病类型和疾病程度,所述患者基本信息包括住址信息;
具体地,网络医院平台接收医生终端发送的电子诊疗单,医生终端根据患者的既往病史以及当前病症信息生成电子诊疗单,所述电子诊疗单包括患者基本信息、病情信息和医师身份信息。患者的基本信息包括患者的姓名、性别、年龄、家庭住址以及联系方式等。病情信息包括患者所患疾病类型和疾病程度。医生终端在生成电子诊疗单时,可以按照预设的病情信息数据库选择确定患者的病情信息。例如,医生在确定患者病情信息时,医生终端提供疾病类型和疾病程度的界面供医生选择确定。疾病类型可以是按照身体部位分类的疾病,例如头部->眼睛->结膜炎,便于网络医院平台根据疾病类型自动匹配对应的科室;疾病程度可以是按照严重程度和紧急程度两个维度形成的一个疾病程度的确定,例如轻度紧急、轻度非紧急、重度紧急、重度非紧急等疾病程度级别,便于网络医院平台根据疾病程度自动匹配对应的诊疗机构。医师身份信息包括带有医生姓名和执业医师证书编号,也可以包括其他能够唯一确定医师身份的信息。

具体地,网络医院平台首先解析上述电子诊疗单中疾病程度,本发明所述电子诊疗单为规范的根据医生终端中获取的以“患者基本信息”、“病情信息”以及“医师身份信息”为关键词而形成的电子诊疗单,该电子诊疗单属于结构性数据,网络医院平台能够提取该电子诊疗单中的病情信息关键字下的疾病程度关键字对应下的具体信息,即该电子诊疗单对应的患者的疾病程度。本发明涉及的诊疗机构数据库中预先存储了不同级别疾病程度与诊疗机构信息之间的对应关系,该诊疗机构数据库位于网络医院平台中。网络医院平台根据该电子诊疗单中患者的疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配该疾病程度对应的诊疗机构信息集A。根据患者的疾病程度自动匹配诊疗机构信息集A能够为患者自动提供符合要求的可选的诊疗机构。
S30:根据所述住址信息从所述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择;
具体地,为了便于患者康复,本发明网络医院平台根据患者的住址信息进一步从上述匹配的符合疾病程度要求的诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B供用户选择。例如可以设置预设距离为以患者的住址信息为中心,方圆10公里或者更近的距离,又或者需要跨城市治疗时,可以设置预设距离为以患者的住址信息为中心,所在城市周边城市。设置预设距离的方式可以通过网络医院平台为用户提供电子地图,电子地图中显示上述诊疗机构信息集A的分布地点,用户可以根据电子地图中诊疗机构信息集A的分布地点设置预设距离。网络医院平台根据患者的住址信息从所述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择。用户可根据按照预设距离内匹配的诊疗机构信息集B选择自己从侧面了解的且认可的诊疗机构和/或患者医保卡绑定的诊疗机构作为确定的诊疗机构。
S40:获取并确定用户从诊疗机构信息集B选择的诊疗机构信息作为满足所述电子诊疗单需求的确定诊疗机构信息。
具体地,网络医院平台获取上述用户选择的诊疗机构信息为满足上述电子诊疗单需求的确定的诊疗机构信息。本发明所述的诊疗机构信息中包括了对应诊疗机构在网络医院平台上注册的ID号及其地址信息。
本发明实施例通过网络医院平台接收医生终端发送的电子诊疗单,先根据电子诊疗单中的疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A,再根据电子诊疗单中患者的住址信息从上述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择,最后获取并确定用户从诊疗机构信息集B选择的诊疗机构信息作为满足所述电子诊疗单需求的确定诊疗机构信息。本发明实施例基于电子诊疗单和网络医院平台,通过电子诊疗单中的疾病程度以及患者住址信息在网络医院平台上自动匹配符合患者病情信息的诊疗机构信息,能够根据患者的需求及时完成转诊诊疗机构的确定,避免了病情贻误。

具体地,为了确保生成的电子诊疗单的合法性,本发明实施例步骤S50首先获取医师身份信息,然后判断所述医师身份信息是否存在于医师认证数据库中,若存在于医师认证数据库中,说明开具该电子诊疗单的医师的身份合法,网络医院平台才执行步骤S20。若不存在于医师认证数据库中,说明该医生的医师身份信息还未登记于医师认证数据库中或者该医师身份信息为非法的医师身份信息,此时,生成提醒信息并发送至医生终端,供医生终端重新生成电子诊疗单,提醒医师先进行身份登记和认证,然后重新生成电子诊疗单。
本发明实施例通过对医师身份信息的认证,确保了电子诊疗单的合法性和权威性,以免对下级医疗机构或者患者造成不必要的损失和麻烦。

具体地,进一步地,为了便于患者康复,第二匹配模块30根据患者的住址信息进一步从上述匹配的符合疾病程度要求的诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B供用户选择。例如可以设置预设距离为以患者的住址信息为中心,方圆10公里或者更近的距离,又或者需要跨城市治疗时,可以设置预设距离为以患者的住址信息为中心,所在城市周边城市。设置预设距离的方式可以通过网络医院平台为用户提供电子地图,电子地图中显示上述诊疗机构信息集A的分布地点,用户可以根据电子地图中诊疗机构信息集A的分布地点设置预设距离。网络医院平台根据患者的住址信息从所述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择。用户可根据按照预设距离内匹配的诊疗机构信息集B选择自己从侧面了解的且认可和/或患者医保卡绑定的诊疗机构的诊疗机构作为确定的诊疗机构。
确定模块40,用于获取并确定用户从诊疗机构信息集B选择的诊疗机构信息作为满足所述电子诊疗单需求的确定诊疗机构信息。
具体地,确定模块40获取上述用户选择的诊疗机构信息为满足上述电子诊疗单需求的确定的诊疗机构信息。本发明所述的诊疗机构信息中包括了对应诊疗机构在网络医院平台上注册的ID号及其地址信息。
本发明实基于电子诊疗单和网络医院平台,通过电子诊疗单中的疾病程度以及患者住址信息在网络医院平台上自动匹配符合患者病情信息的诊疗机构信息,能够根据患者的需求及时完成转诊诊疗机构的确定,避免了病情贻误。
参照图8,图8为本发明网络医院平台第二实施例功能模块图。
基于上述网络医院平台的第一实施例,在本实施例中,,所述网络医院平台还包括:
验证模块50,用于根据所述医师身份信息验证所述电子诊疗单的合法性;
处理模块51,用于在所述电子诊疗单通过合法性验证时根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A;在所述电子诊疗单未通过合法性验证时,生成提醒信息并发送至医生终端,供医生终端重新生成电子诊疗单。
具体地,为了确保生成的电子诊疗单的合法性,本发明实施例验证模块50首先获取医师身份信息,然后判断所述医师身份信息是否存在于医师认证数据库中,在所述医师身份信息存在于医师认证数据库中时,说明开具该电子诊疗单的医师的身份合法,处理模块51根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A。若不存在于医师认证数据库中,说明该医生的医师身份信息还未登记于医师认证数据库中或者该医师身份信息为非法的医师身份信息,此时,处理模块51生成提醒信息并发送至医生终端,供医生终端重新生成电子诊疗单,提醒医师先进行身份登记和认证,然后重新生成电子诊疗单。
本发明实施例通过对医师身份信息的认证,确保了电子诊疗单的合法性和权威性,以免对下级医疗机构或者患者造成不必要的损失和麻烦。
参照图9,图9为本发明网络医院平台第三实施例功能模块图。
优选地,所述网络医院平台还包括:
发送模块60,用于发送所述电子诊疗单至所述确定诊疗机构信息对应的诊疗机构终端,供所述诊疗机构终端生成转诊计划。
确定模块40在获取并确定用户选择的诊疗机构信息后,发送模块60发送所述电子诊疗单至确定模块40确定的诊疗机构信息对应的诊疗机构终端,供诊疗机构终端提前根据电子诊疗单中患者的病情信息计划转诊事宜,便后患者后续转诊手续的办理以及转诊治疗。
参照图10,图10为本发明第一匹配模块的较佳实施例功能模块图。
优选地,所述第一匹配模块20包括:
第一匹配子模块201,用于根据疾病程度与医院级别映射表从诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的医院级别;
具体地,本发明所述疾病程度与医院级别映射表指预先存储在诊疗机构数据库中的代表了不同的疾病程度与医院级别的映射关系表,例如轻度紧急对应一甲医院、轻度非紧急对应社康医院、重度紧急对应三甲医院、重度非紧急对应二甲医院,还可以根据实际需要重新调整疾病程度与医院级别的映射关系。第一匹配子模块201根据疾病程度与医院级别映射表从诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的医院级别。
第二匹配子模块202,用于根据医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表从对应的诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的诊疗机构信息集A。
具体地,本发明所述医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表是指预先存储在诊疗机构数据库代表了医院级别与诊疗机构信息之间对应关系的关系表,例如,三甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,二甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,一甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,社康医院对应的诊疗机构信息集等,按照不同医院级别分别建立了映射关系表。第二匹配子模块202根据上述匹配的医院级别再结合医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表从对应的诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的诊疗机构信息集A。
本发明实施例网络医院平台首先根据患者疾病程度确定所要转诊的医院级别,再根据医院级别匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集,从而缩小查询范围,做到快速精确匹配。
参照图11,图11为本发明网络医院平台第四实施例功能模块图。
优选地,所述网络医院平台还包括:
数据库构建模块70,用于建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
根据网络医院平台的需求,数据库构建模块70预先建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中,所述疾病程度与医院级别映射表代表了不同的疾病程度与医院级别的映射关系表,例如轻度紧急对应一甲医院、轻度非紧急对应社康医院、重度紧急对应三甲医院、重度非紧急对应二甲医院;所述医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表代表了医院级别与诊疗机构信息之间对应关系的关系表,例如,三甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,二甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,一甲医院对应的诊疗机构信息集,社康医院对应的诊疗机构信息集等。在本实施例可选方案中,网络医院平台提供疾病程度与医院级别映射表以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表的设置操作,包括上述映射表中映射关系的添加、删除、修改等操作,并为诊疗机构信息的匹配提供及时全面的诊疗机构数据库。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法包括步骤:
    接收医生终端发送的电子诊疗单,所述电子诊疗单包括患者基本信息、病情信息和医师身份信息,所述病情信息包括疾病类型和疾病程度,所述患者基本信息包括住址信息;
    根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A;
    根据所述住址信息从所述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择;
    获取并确定用户从诊疗机构信息集B选择的诊疗机构信息作为满足所述电子诊疗单需求的确定诊疗机构信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    根据所述医师身份信息验证所述电子诊疗单的合法性;
    若所述电子诊疗单通过合法性验证,则根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A;
    若所述电子诊疗单未通过合法性验证,则生成提醒信息并发送至医生终端,供医生终端重新生成电子诊疗单。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    发送所述电子诊疗单至所述确定诊疗机构信息对应的诊疗机构终端,供所述诊疗机构终端生成转诊计划。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A的步骤包括:
    根据疾病程度与医院级别映射表从诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的医院级别;
    根据医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表从对应的诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的诊疗机构信息集A。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于电子诊疗单的诊疗机构识别方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  9. 一种网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台包括:
    获取模块,用于接收医生终端发送的电子诊疗单,所述电子诊疗单包括患者基本信息、病情信息和医师身份信息,所述病情信息包括疾病类型和疾病程度,所述患者基本信息包括住址信息;
    第一匹配模块,用于根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A;
    第二匹配模块,用于根据所述住址信息从所述诊疗机构信息集A中匹配预设距离内的诊疗机构信息集B,供用户选择;
    确定模块,用于获取并确定用户从诊疗机构信息集B选择的诊疗机构信息作为满足所述电子诊疗单需求的确定诊疗机构信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    数据库构建模块,用于建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    验证模块,用于根据所述医师身份信息验证所述电子诊疗单的合法性;
    处理模块,用于在所述电子诊疗单通过合法性验证时根据所述疾病程度从诊疗机构数据库中匹配对应的诊疗机构信息集A,在所述电子诊疗单未通过合法性验证时,生成提醒信息并发送至医生终端,供医生终端重新生成电子诊疗单。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    数据库构建模块,用于建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    发送模块,用于发送所述电子诊疗单至所述确定诊疗机构信息对应的诊疗机构终端,供所述诊疗机构终端生成转诊计划。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述第一匹配模块包括:
    第一匹配子模块,用于根据疾病程度与医院级别映射表从诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的医院级别;
    第二匹配子模块,用于根据医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表从对应的诊疗机构数据库中匹配所述疾病程度对应的诊疗机构信息集A。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    数据库构建模块,用于建立疾病程度与医院级别映射表,以及医院级别与诊疗机构信息映射表,并存储于诊疗机构数据库中。
