背景技术
由于全科医生要执行全科医疗的卫生服务,一般以门诊形式处理常见病、多发病以及一般急症,因此全科医生要求具有综合性的医学知识、较高的应急能力、丰富的经验。但是有些医院的医疗条件毕竟有限,全科医生可能经验不足,难以应对门诊的各类疾病,如此就需要辅助诊疗系统协助全科医生进行医疗诊断。
发明内容
本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统及方法,旨在解决目前医疗卫生服务中,全科医生的医疗水平不足的问题,不但可以提高全科医生的医疗水平,而且避免了因全科医生的误诊而对患者造成的人身安全隐患。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,包括:
病历接收模块,用于接收电子病历;
病历匹配模块,用于将接收到的电子病历与病历模板库中的病历模板进行匹配,获得匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板;其中病历模板存储疾病类型及与疾病类型对应的病症信息;
辅助诊断模块,用于获取与所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,并输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以供全科医生参考。

以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
由于全科医生要执行全科医疗的卫生服务,一般以门诊形式处理常见病、多发病以及一般急症,因此全科医生要求具有综合性的医学知识、较高的应急能力、丰富的经验。但是有些医院的医疗条件毕竟有限,全科医生可能经验不足,难以应对门诊的各类疾病,如此就需要辅助诊疗系统协助全科医生进行医疗诊断。而本发明的核心思想就是提供这样一种全科医生辅助诊疗系统,借助强大的医疗数据库及网络的数据交互能力,解决目前医疗卫生服务中,全科医生的医疗水平不足的问题,不但可以提高全科医生的医疗水平,而且避免了因全科医生的误诊而对患者造成的人身安全隐患。
如图1所示,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统可设置于服务器100中。该服务器100可供各终端访问,例如各类医院的电脑终端、诊疗终端等等。各类医院可以通过网络200与服务器100进行通讯,该网络200可包括有线局域网、无线局域网、广域网、移动互联网等等。即该服务器100可以位于某医院的局域网中,并可供该医院下属的其他社区医院通过广域网或移动互联网进行访问。可以理解的是,若要访问服务器100,必须经过身份验证,只有通过身份验证的用户或终端才可以访问该服务器100。
服务器100还具有数据库访问功能,该数据库400用于存储各类数据,例如医学知识、患者诊断信息、医生的诊断经验等等。当服务器100接收到用户或终端的处理需求后,在必要时,将访问该数据库400,以调取数据库400中的资料,供医生使用。本实施例中,该数据库400可以位于服务器100中,便于服务器100访问。当然,另一实施例中,该服务器100还可以与数据库400之间分开设置,即将数据库400与服务器100形成隔离,只有授权的服务器100才能访问该数据库,如此可以提高数据库的数据安全。
如图2所示,上述服务器100可包括处理器101、存储器102、用户交互模块103、网络通讯模块104及通信总线105。通信总线105用于服务器100中各组成部件之间的通信,用户交互模块103用于接收用户输入的信息、指令等等,例如触摸屏、鼠标及键盘等。网络通讯模块104用于服务器100与外部进行互相通信,该网络通讯模块104可包括有线接口和无线接口,例如RS232模块、射频模块、WIFI模块等等。存储器102可以包括一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质,而且其不但包括内部存储器,还包括外部存储器。该存储器中存储有操作系统及全科医生辅助诊疗系统等等。处理器101用于调用存储器102中的全科医生辅助诊疗系统以及其他组件(例如,用户交互模块103、网络通讯模块104),为全科医生提供诊疗的辅助信息等等。
结合图2及图3所示,该基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统可包括:
病历接收模块110,用于接收电子病历;
病历匹配模块120,用于将接收到的电子病历与病历模板库中的病历模板进行匹配,获得匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板;其中病历模板存储疾病类型及与疾病类型对应的病症信息;
辅助诊断模块130,用于获取所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,并输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以供全科医生参考。
上述病历接收模块110通过网络通讯模块104接收上传至服务器100中的电子病历。然后该病历匹配模块120将接收到的电子病历与数据库400中的病历模板库的病历模板进行匹配,获得匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板。本实施例中,将设置匹配的病历模板最多为3种,若匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板时,将满足条件的病历模板按照匹配度从大到小进行排序,并获得排在最前面的3种病历模板。病历匹配模块120将所获得的病历模板发送至辅助诊断模块130。该辅助诊断模块130根据所接收到的病历模板,向数据库400中的辅助诊断信息库提取与该疾病类型对应的病症信息,并将所提取的病症信息通过网络通讯模块104返回至上传电子病历的终端。 上述病历模板库中包括:来自于循证医学的标准病历模板,其中包括300种全科常见病多发病,而且该病历模板库将定时更新。病历模板按疾病类型分类,每类疾病类型对应的病症信息可包括主诉、现病史、既往史、阳性体征及化验检查结果、影像检查结果等等。
本发明实施例提供的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,通过电子病历与病历模板库中的病历模板进行匹配,以获得满足匹配条件的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以辅助全科医生进行诊断。因此,本发明实施例解决了目前医疗卫生服务中,全科医生的医疗水平不足的问题,不但可以提高全科医生的医疗水平,而且避免了因全科医生的误诊而对患者造成的人身安全隐患。
进一步地,如图4所示,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统还可包括:
门诊病历模块140,用于提供门诊病历模板,以及接收全科医生在病历模板填写的病历信息,并根据接收到的病历信息生成门诊病历。
具体地,上述服务器100可以提供一访问网址或访问接口,全科医生利用电脑终端访问该访问网址或连接该访问接口。如图5所示,全科医生可以通过账号和密码登录全科医生辅助诊疗系统,当然其必须先在服务器100上注册,注册成功后才能登录。如图6所示,登录全科医生辅助诊疗系统后,门诊病历模块140根据用户的新建病历指令,提供门诊病历模板。当全科医生在社区医院门诊系统提供的病历模板上录入患者的相应信息后,点击“完成并上传”控件后,门诊病历模块140则接收全科医生在病历模板上输入的患者信息及患者的病历信息,并根据接收到的病历信息生成门诊病历。可以理解的是,门诊病历模板上还设有保存功能,即医生录入信息时,可以将其录入的信息先保存,以免中途病历信息录入时被中断而无法保存之前的录入信息。
进一步地,上述门诊病历模块140还可以提供语音录入功能,即门诊病历模块140调用语音识别功能,对语音采集装置所采集的语音信号进行识别,并将识别的语音信息转换为文本信息后,录入至门诊病历模板中的相应位置。
进一步地,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统可应用于社区医院,供社区医院的全科医生在诊断时起到辅助作用。如图7所示,社区医院门诊系统可包括门诊病历模块210及通讯模块220。其中门诊病历模块210用于提供门诊病历模板,以及接收全科医生在病历模板填写的病历信息,并根据接收到的病历信息生成门诊病历。然后通讯模块220将门诊病历模块210生成的门诊病历上传至全科医生辅助诊疗系统。上述全科医生辅助诊疗包括:病历转换模块150,用于接收全科医生的病历转换请求,并根据全科医生的病历转换请求,按照预置的转换规则,将该门诊病历转换为规范病历。
为了便于病历匹配模板120对电子病历的疾病类型匹配,病历模板库中的电子病历模板均为统一格式,而社区医院提供的门诊病历模板往往不是规范病历模板。因此,当全科医生在社区医院门诊系统提供的门诊病历模板中录入相应的病历信息后,社区医院门诊系统根据全科医生所录入的病历信息而生成门诊病历,然后全科医生登录全科医生辅助诊疗系统,将生成的门诊病历上传后,病历接收模块110则接收到该上传的门诊病历,并判断该上传的门诊病历是否为规范病历。若接收到的电子病历不是规范病历,则病历转换模块150按照预先设置的转换规则,将社区医院的电脑终端上传的门诊病历转换为规范病历。例如,从门诊病历中提取主诉、现病史、既往史、阳性体征、实验室检查、影像检查等关键词对应的描述,若描述规范则将所提取的描述直接转换为规范病历的对应项目,若描述不规范则对其进行近义转换。若规范病历中的项目信息无法在门诊病历中找到,则该对应的项目为空或填写“未查”等等。
进一步地,如图8所示,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统还可包括:
远程连接模块160,用于提供全科医生辅助诊疗系统与远程辅助系统通讯的外部接口,以及接收全科医生的远程访问请求,并根据该访问请求与远程辅助系统建立通讯,以进行远程在线辅助。
具体地,上述全科医生辅助诊疗系统还提供了远程在线辅助功能,即提供一与远程辅助系统通讯的外部接口。远程连接模块160将根据全科医生的远程访问请求,通过其提供的外部接口与远程辅助系统建立连接。本实施例中,全科医生通过全科医生辅助诊疗系统与该远程辅助系统建立连接后,全科医生可以远程求助远程辅助系统上的专业医生,求助方式可包括电话、视频等等。
进一步地,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统中的辅助诊断模块130还用于:在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,获取该疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生选择。
具体地,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统还提供了与疾病类型相应的诊疗辅助信息。如图9所示,上述辅助诊断模块130输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息后,该信息将显示在电脑终端的显示屏上,供全科医生进行查看。待全科医生根据显示的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,确定患者的疾病类型后,辅助诊断模块130则从数据库中获取该疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,例如该疾病应该进行的检查项目、诊疗流程、诊疗方案等等。
本实施例中,在全科医生根据所匹配的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,将提取该疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生参考,进一步地辅助全科医生进行诊断。另外,本实施例还可以生成该疾病类型对应的常规治疗方案。而且,上述全科医生辅助诊疗还可以连接打印机接口,以供全科医生辅助诊疗系统生成常规治疗方案后,将其打印,供全科医生查看。
进一步地,如图10所示,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统还可包括:

对应地,本发明还提供了一种基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法。如图11所示,示出了本发明基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法第一实施例。该第一实施例的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法可包括以下步骤:

为了便于基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统对电子病历的疾病类型匹配,病历模板库中的电子病历模板均为统一格式,而社区医院提供的门诊病历模板往往不是规范病历模板。因此,当全科医生辅助诊疗系统接收到社区医院门诊系统上传的门诊病历后,将判断该上传的门诊病历是否为规范病历。若接收到的电子病历不是规范病历,则按照预先设置的转换规则,将社区医院的电脑终端上传的门诊病历转换为规范病历。例如,从门诊病历中提取主诉、现病史、既往史、阳性体征、实验室检查、影像检查等关键词对应的描述,若描述规范则将所提取的描述直接转换为规范病历的对应项目,若描述不规范则对其进行近义转换。若规范病历中的项目信息无法在门诊病历中找到,则该对应的项目为空或填写“未查”等等。

具体地,上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统还提供了与疾病类型相应的诊疗辅助信息。上述基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息后,该信息将显示在电脑终端的显示屏上,供全科医生进行查看。待全科医生根据显示的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,确定患者的疾病类型后,全科医生辅助诊疗系统则从数据库中获取该疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,例如该疾病应该进行的检查项目、诊疗流程、诊疗方案等等。
本实施例中,在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,将提取该疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生参考,进一步地辅助全科医生进行诊断。另外,本实施例还可以生成该疾病类型对应的常规治疗方案。而且,上述全科医生辅助诊疗还可以连接打印机接口,以供全科医生辅助诊疗系统生成常规治疗方案后,将其打印,供全科医生查看。
另外,本实施例中,还将预设必选的辅助诊断项,表示医生在针对该类疾病时,必须检查的项目或必须经过的诊断步骤。因此,全科医生辅助诊疗系统将对全科医生选择辅助诊断项时,若预设的必选辅助诊断项未被全科医生选择,则发出提示信息。可以理解的是,全科医生辅助诊疗系统还可以在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,检查该电子病历中是否还存在未被检查的项目或未被诊断的流程,如果存在,也发出提示信息,以提示全科医生进行诊断。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗系统包括:
    病历接收模块,用于接收电子病历;
    病历匹配模块,用于将接收到的电子病历与病历模板库中的病历模板进行匹配,获得匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板;其中病历模板存储疾病类型及与疾病类型对应的病症信息;
    辅助诊断模块,用于获取所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,并输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以供全科医生参考。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗系统还包括:
    病历转换模块,用于若所接收到的电子病历为非规范病历,则按照预置的转换规则,将该电子病历转换为规范病历。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗系统还包括:
    远程连接模块,用于提供全科医生辅助诊疗系统与远程辅助系统通讯的外部接口,以及接收全科医生的远程访问请求,并根据该访问请求与所述远程辅助系统建立通讯,以进行远程在线辅助。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述辅助诊断模块还用于:
    在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,获取所确定的疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生参考。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗系统还包括:
    诊疗监测模块,用于在全科医生选择辅助诊断项时,若预设的必选辅助诊断项未被全科医生选择,则发出提示信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗系统还包括:
    门诊病历模块,用于提供门诊病历模板,以及接收全科医生在病历模板填写的病历信息,并根据接收到的病历信息生成门诊病历。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述门诊病历模块还用于:提供语音识别功能,以对所采集的语音信号进行识别,将识别的语音信息转换为文本信息,并录入至门诊病历模板中的相应位置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗系统,其特征在于,所述病历模板库中的病历模板为循证医学的标准病历模板。
  9. 一种基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗方法包括以下步骤:
    接收电子病历;
    将接收到的电子病历与病历模板库中的病历模板进行匹配,获得匹配度大于预设阈值的病历模板;其中病历模板存储疾病类型及与疾病类型对应的病症信息;
    获取所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,并输出所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以供全科医生参考。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述接收电子病历之后还包括:
    若所接收到的电子病历为非规范病历,则按照预置的转换规则,将该电子病历转换为规范病历。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述全科医生辅助诊疗方法还包括:
    接收全科医生的远程访问请求,并根据该访问请求与远程辅助系统建立通讯,以进行远程在线辅助。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述获取所匹配的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,并输出所匹配的疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息,以供全科医生参考之后还包括:
    在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,获取所确定的疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生参考。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述在全科医生根据所匹配的病历模板中疾病类型及疾病类型对应的病症信息确定患者的疾病类型后,获取所确定的疾病类型对应的辅助诊断项,供全科医生参考之后还包括:
    在全科医生选择辅助诊断项时,若预设的必选辅助诊断项未被全科医生选择,则发出提示信息。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述接收电子病历之前还包括:
    提供门诊病历模板,接收全科医生在病历模板填写的病历信息,并根据所述病历信息,生成门诊病历。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的基于网络医院的全科医生辅助诊疗方法,其特征在于,所述接收电子病历之前还包括:
    提供门诊病历模板,接收全科医生的语音信号,对所采集的语音信号进行识别,将识别的语音信息转换为文本信息,并录入至门诊病历模板中的相应位置,生成门诊病历。
