Description

一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人 技术领域
本发明涉及航天工程地面支撑设备,具体的说是一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人。
背景技术
我国正在稳步推进载人空间站的建设,空间站的主要用途就是为人类提供一个可长期在轨运行的空间科学实验室。空间科学实验柜作为主要的实验设备,为实验载荷提供标准的机、电、热和环境接口,便于实验项目的统一控制和管理。
科学实验柜在研制过程中,需要在不同场所进行频繁拆装和测试工作,同时实验柜外形尺寸较大,重量较重,并且实验柜具有多种结构状态、质心多变、可操作接口少等特点,这些都给其在地面装配测试过程中的运输、装配、翻转、停放等操作带来了很大的挑战。传统地面装配测试过程中,采用脚轮或运输车搬运、天车吊装、人工或双天车翻转等,整个操作过程繁琐,工艺复杂,配套工装和操作人员占用过多。这样以来,不仅使得操作效率非常低,而且装配精度差可靠性低,同时,操作过程也存在很大的安全隐患。因此,急需一种装配测试集成化装置满足空间站实验柜地面装配测试过程中安全、可靠、高效的操作需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,以实现空间站实验柜在地面装配测试过程中的运输、翻转、装配、停放的一体化操作功能,达到空间站实验柜安全、高效、准确的装配测试目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,包括移动升降平台、综合监控系统、旋转夹紧机构、多功能适配器及科学实验柜,其中,所述移动升降平台用于调节科学实验柜的水平位置和高度位置,实现实验柜装配和运输功能;所述旋转夹紧机构安装在所述移动升降平台上,用于实现对科学实验柜的夹紧及回转功能;所述多功能适配器安装在所述旋转夹紧机构上,用于承载 科学实验柜;所述综合监控系统用于实时监控科学实验柜的装配状态。
所述移动升降平台包括行走机构和升降机构,其中升降机构设置于所述行走机构的前端,所述旋转夹紧机构设置于所述升降机构上。
所述升降机构包括升降支撑架、链条传动机构及钢丝绳传动机构,其中升降支撑架与所述行走机构连接,所述升降支撑架上设有竖直轨道,所述旋转夹紧机构与所述竖直轨道滑动连接,所述链条传动机构和所述钢丝绳传动机构分别设置于所述升降支撑架的下端和上端,所述钢丝绳传动机构与所述链条传动机构和所述旋转夹紧机构连接,所述链条传动机构用于驱动所述钢丝绳传动机构中钢丝绳的收放,所述钢丝绳传动机构用于驱动所述旋转夹紧机构的升降。
所述旋转夹紧机构包括固定基板、回转机构、回转基板、夹紧机构及承载叉,其中固定基板与所述移动升降平台连接,所述回转机构设置于所述固定基板上,所述回转基板与所述回转机构连接,所述夹紧机构设置于所述回转基板上、且与两个承载叉连接,两个所述承载叉通过所述夹紧机构的驱动张开或闭合。

所述综合监控系统包括上部摄像机、接近开关a、角度传感器、接近开关b、距离传感器、下部摄像机、高度传感器、显示屏及控制系统,其中上部摄像机和下部摄像机设置于所述移动升降平台的顶部和底部,用于监控所述科学实验柜的装配角度和位置;所述接近开关a和所述接近开关b分别设置于所述旋转夹紧机构上的0°位置和90°位置上;所述距离传感器、高度传感器及角度传感器用于行走、升降及回转状态的实时监控;所述显示屏和控制系统设置于所述移动升降平台上,所述控制系统用于对各传感器的反馈参数进行处理、并发出控制指令,通过显示屏可对控制参数进行设置,同时实时显示各运动状态参数和过程视频,并实现限位报警与提示功能。
所述多功能适配器为“井”字型框架结构,所述“井”字型框架结构上设有用于装配所述科学实验柜的多个接口及用于与所述旋转夹紧机构插接的多个插槽。

3.工作更高效:本发明通过一种装置有限次数的操作,即可以完成多个操作流程中的不同操作工序,大大降低了人员和工装的使用频度,显著提高工作效率。
4.操作更精确:本发明通过控制系统实时反馈参数、视频监控辅助,可以实时反馈旋转角度、升降高度、移动位移,便于指导操作人员进行运输、翻转和装配精确操作。

如图1所示,本发明提供的一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,包括移动升降平台1、综合监控系统2、旋转夹紧机构3、多功能适配器4及科学实验柜5,其中,移动升降平台1用于调节科学实验柜5的水平位置和高度位置,实现实验柜装配和运输功能;旋转夹紧机构3安装在移动升降平台1上,用于实现对科学实验柜5的夹紧及回转功能;多功能适配器4安装在旋转夹紧机构3上,用于承载科学实验柜5;综合监控系统2用于实时监控科学实验柜5的装配状态。
移动升降平台1包括行走机构101和升降机构,其中升降机构设置于行走机构101的前端,旋转夹紧机构3设置于升降机构上。
本发明的实施例中,行走机构101为行走车。
升降机构包括升降支撑架102、链条传动机构103及钢丝绳传动机构104,其中升降支撑架102与行走机构101连接,升降支撑架102上设有竖直轨道,旋转夹紧机构3与竖直轨道滑动连接,链条传动机构103和钢丝绳传动机构104分别设置于升降支撑架102的下端和上端,钢丝绳传动机构104与链条传动机构103和旋转夹紧机构3连接,链条传动机构103用于驱动钢丝绳传动机构104中钢丝绳的收放,钢丝绳传动机构104用于驱动旋转夹紧机构3的升降。
钢丝绳传动机构104包括定上滑轮、下滑轮及钢丝绳,上滑轮安装在升降支撑架102的顶部,下滑轮设置于升降支撑架102的中部、且与链条传动机构103传动连接,钢丝绳的一端缠绕于下滑轮上另一端经过上滑轮与旋转夹紧机构3连接。
移动升降平台1主要提供XY平面内移动、绕Z轴转动以及沿Z轴方向滑动,共四个运动自由度,可以实现平台在平面内任意位置与角度调节、以及竖直方向的位置调节功能,满足实验柜运输、装配和升降需求。
如图3所示,旋转夹紧机构3包括固定基板301、回转机构302、回转基板303、夹紧机构304及承载叉305,其中固定基板301与移动升降平台1连接,回转机构设置于固定基板301上,回转基板303与回转机构连接,夹紧机构304设置于回转基板303上、且与两个承载叉305连接,两个承载叉305通过夹紧机构304的驱动张开或闭合。
旋转夹紧机构3还包括设置于夹紧机构304外侧的防护罩306。
夹紧机构304包括两个沿水平方向安装在回转基板303上液压缸,两个液压缸的杠杆分别与两个承载叉305连接、且输出方向相反。两个承载叉305通过两个液压缸的驱动张开或闭合。
回转机构302采用液压马达驱动减速器,再通过齿轮传动,带动回转支撑的转动支撑结构转动。回转支撑的转动支撑结构与回转基板303连接。回转基板303提供框架结构,用于安装夹紧机构304。夹紧机构304采用液压伸缩缸,端部分别连接两个承载叉,通过液压驱动伸缩杆运动实现承载叉的张开与夹紧操作。旋转夹紧机构可以实现360度回转和一定间距的展开与夹紧功能,回转与夹紧操作通过不同的液压回路操作,可以进行独立运动控制。
旋转夹紧机构3主要提供绕Y轴转动、沿X轴滑动两个运动自由度,可以实现机构绕Y轴360°回转和承载叉沿X轴的张开与夹紧操作,满足实验柜翻转、装夹操作需求。
如图2所示,综合监控系统2包括上部摄像机201、接近开关a202、角度传感器203、接近开关b204、距离传感器205、下部摄像机206、高度传感器207、显示屏208及控制系统209,其中上部摄像机201和下部摄像机206设置于移动升降平台1的顶部和底部,用于监控科学实验柜5的装配角度和位置;接近开关a202和接近开关b204分别设置于旋转夹紧机构3上的0°位置和90°位置上;距离传感器205、高度传感器207及角度传感器203用于行走、升降及回转状态的实时监控;显示屏208和控制系统209设置于移动升降平台1上,控制系统209用于对各传感器的反馈参数进行处理、并发出控制指令,通过显 示屏208可对控制参数进行设置,同时实时显示各运动状态参数和过程视频,并实现限位报警与提示功能。
综合监控系统2的工作原理是:
(1)在行走方向设置距离传感器205,在升降方向设置高度传感器207,在旋转夹紧机构的旋转马达上设置角度传感器203,实现行走、升降、回转状态的实时监控。
(2)为了保证操作过程可靠与安全,使操作过程可控,在升降机构的顶部和底部分别设置上部摄像机201和下部摄像机206,用于在不同视角观察插装角度和位置,并通过显示屏208实时显示操作画面。
(3)为了保证操作精度,分别在回转机构302的0°和90°位置设置接近传开关a202和接近开关b204,保证转动角度的准确性。
(4)在行走车的驾驶室前部设置控制系统209和显示屏208,控制系统209可对各器件的反馈参数进行处理,并发出控制指令。通过显示屏208可对控制参数进行设置,同时,实时显示各运动状态参数和过程视频,并实现限位报警与提示功能。
综合监控系统2主要提供人机操作界面、运动控制界面、视频监控界面、限位报警功能,满足操作运动可控、运动状态实时显示、操作过程安全可靠的目的。
如图4所示,多功能适配器4为“井”字型框架结构,“井”字型框架结构上设有用于装配科学实验柜5的多个接口及用于与旋转夹紧机构3插接的多个插槽。
进一步地,“井”字型框架结构上的插槽包括相互垂直设置的正翻插槽401和侧翻插槽402。“井”字型框架结构的正面设有实验柜转接口403,背面设有工装转接口404和停放支撑接口405。
多功能适配器4集多种功能于一体,可以提供载荷安装接口、装配转接口、测试接口、工装操作接口和停放接口。框架主体采用焊接方式,保证结构强度要求。安装接口设计成双层平行插槽结构,分别为正翻插槽和侧翻插槽,可以满足正翻和侧翻两个旋转方向的操作要求。在框架正面,设计实验柜安装口,在框架背面分别设计有运输工装转接口和停放支撑接口。
多功能适配器4主要提供实验柜安装接口、装配转接口、正翻与侧翻操作接口、停放接口等多种接口,满足实验柜不同操作功能需求。
科学实验柜5存在仰卧、立式、俯卧和侧卧四种位姿状态,三种质量状态:满载、半载、空载。工装需完成不同质量状态下实验柜工位间的移动和短途运输工作;完成不同完成位姿状态间的翻转操作;完成实验柜在运输工装、测试台上的装配与拆卸工作;以及多种状态下的停放工作。
如图5所示,本发明的具体操作流程是:
实验柜准备就位,操作装置接近实验柜,调整行走升降平台,使承载叉高度和水平方向与适配器插槽齐平,调整旋转夹紧机构角度和间距,对准插入适配器插槽,控制操作系统,使承载叉在插槽内叉装到位,调整夹紧机构夹紧适配器插槽,升降机构提升使实验柜离地至安全距离,驾驶平台行走运至下一工位或指定操作区,操作旋转夹紧机构使实验柜翻转90°或180°,升降机构下降使实验柜停放在地面上,驾驶平台移动90°从侧面插入插槽,平台提升至安全距离并转动90°,驾驶平台行走运至测试操作区,升降机构提升使实验柜处于测试台上方,操作控制系统使适配器与测试台对准,升降机构下降使实验柜停放在测试台上并连接,完成测试操作装置与适配器对接拆下实验柜,驾驶平台行走运至运输工装附近,升降机构提升使实验柜处于工装上方,控制调节平台高度与水平位置,使适配器与运输工装对准,适配器与运输工装连接后,松开叉夹并移走工装,工装复位,完成单次操作工序转入下一流程。
本发明提出的一种空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,首次应用于空间站实验柜地面装配测试领域,创新设计一体化装配测试集成化装置,不但解决了传统地面装配测试中安全性低、可靠性差、精度不高的问题,而且提供多工序一体化操作模式,大大提高了装配测试的效率,降低了工装设备和人员占用率,大大降低了测试试验的成本。因此,本发明在空间站实验柜地面装配测试具备很强的竞争力,符合专利发明要求具备的新颖性、创造性、实用性。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括升降支撑架(102)、链条传动机构(103)及钢丝绳传动机构(104),其中升降支撑架(102)与所述行走机构(101)连接,所述升降支撑架(102)上设有竖直轨道,所述旋转夹紧机构(3)与所述竖直轨道滑动连接,所述链条传动机构(103)和所述钢丝绳传动机构(104)分别设置于所述升降支撑架(102)的下端和上端,所述钢丝绳传动机构(104)与所述链条传动机构(103)和所述旋转夹紧机构(3)连接,所述链条传动机构(103)用于驱动所述钢丝绳传动机构(104)中钢丝绳的收放,所述钢丝绳传动机构(104)用于驱动所述旋转夹紧机构(3)的升降。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述旋转夹紧机构(3)包括固定基板(301)、回转机构(302)、回转基板(303)、夹紧机构(304)及承载叉(305),其中固定基板(301)与所述移动升降平台(1)连接,所述回转机构设置于所述固定基板(301)上,所述回转基板(303)与所述回转机构连接,所述夹紧机构(304)设置于所述回转基板(303)上、 且与两个承载叉(305)连接,两个所述承载叉(305)通过所述夹紧机构(304)的驱动张开或闭合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述夹紧机构(304)包括两个沿水平方向安装在所述回转基板(303)上液压缸,两个所述液压缸的杠杆分别与两个所述承载叉(305)连接、且输出方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述旋转夹紧机构(3)还包括设置于所述夹紧机构(304)外侧的防护罩(306)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述综合监控系统(2)包括上部摄像机(201)、接近开关a(202)、角度传感器(203)、接近开关b(204)、距离传感器(205)、下部摄像机(206)、高度传感器(207)、显示屏(208)及控制系统(209),其中上部摄像机(201)和下部摄像机(206)设置于所述移动升降平台(1)的顶部和底部,用于监控所述科学实验柜(5)的装配角度和位置;所述接近开关a(202)和所述接近开关b(204)分别设置于所述旋转夹紧机构(3)上的0°位置和90°位置上;所述距离传感器(205)、高度传感器(207)及角度传感器(203)用于行走、升降及回转状态的实时监控;所述显示屏(208)和控制系统(209)设置于所述移动升降平台(1)上,所述控制系统(209)用于对各传感器的反馈参数进行处理、并发出控制指令,通过显示屏(208)可对控制参数进行设置,同时实时显示各运动状态参数和过程视频,并实现限位报警与提示功能。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述多功能适配器(4)为“井”字型框架结构,所述“井”字型框架结构上设有用于装配所述科学实验柜(5)的多个接口及用于与所述旋转夹紧机构(3)插接的多个插槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述“井”字型框架结构上的插槽包括相互垂直设置的正翻插槽(401)和侧翻插槽(402)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的空间站实验柜装配测试操作机器人,其特征在于,所述“井”字型框架结构的正面设有实验柜转接口(403),背面设有工装 转接口(404)和停放支撑接口(405)。
