- An object of the present invention is to provide a printed brushed sheet which is less likely to cause a spot-like defect even when the fibers are reversed in the brushed sheet printed on the brushed surface.
- One aspect of the present invention includes a fabric having a raised surface, wherein the raised surface is printed, and the arithmetic average height (Sa) in the surface roughness measurement according to ISO 25178 is in the forward direction and in the reverse direction.
- the peak density (Spd) which is 30 ⁇ m or less in both directions of eye direction and has a height of 100 ⁇ m or more from the average height is 30/432 mm 2 or less in both forward direction and reverse direction and It is a raising brushing sheet with a print whose difference (absolute value) is 20/432 mm 2 or less.
- the fiber In the printed brushed sheet having such a brushed surface, it is difficult for the fiber to be raised from a fallen state to a certain height or more even if the brushed surface is rubbed in any of the forward direction and the reverse direction. Even if the printing surface is rubbed, it becomes a shadow at the time of printing, and it becomes difficult to expose a portion which is not colored with ink.
- the fabric preferably includes the first polymer elastic body attached to the raising surface.
- the fabric includes the second polymer elastic body applied after the formation of the raised surface, from the viewpoint that a raised surface having a lower surface roughness is easily formed.
- the fabric contains fibers having an average yarn toughness of 8 to 40 cN ⁇ %.
- the fibers on the raising surface are likely to be shortened by the raising treatment. Therefore, it is preferable from the point which can suppress generation
- the fabric contains polyester fibers having an average fineness of 0.01 to 0.5 dtex, and printing using a disperse dye ink is likely to form a napped surface with low surface roughness, and is excellent in color development. It is preferable from
- the cloth is a leather-like sheet including the third polymer elastic body provided inside thereof from the viewpoint of becoming a cloth having excellent form stability and a feeling of fullness.
- the fabric is colored with a pigment applied to the voids inside the fabric, from the viewpoint that it can be adjusted so as to be less noticeable even if spots are generated when the fibers on the raised surface are inverted.
- another aspect of the present invention includes a fabric having a raised surface, the raised surface being used for printing, and the arithmetic average height (Sa) being a surface roughness measurement according to ISO 25178.
- the peak density (Spd) is 20 ⁇ m or less in both forward and reverse directions and has a height of 100 ⁇ m or more from the average height, 20/432 mm 2 or less in both forward and reverse directions. It is a raised sheet for printing. When printing is performed on the raised surface of such a raised print sheet for printing, even if the fibers on the raised surface are turned upside down, a spot-like defect is less likely to occur.
- the raised sheet for printing and the raised sheet for printing of the present embodiment will be described in detail.
- the printed brushed sheet of the present embodiment includes a fabric having a brushed surface, the brushed surface is printed, and the arithmetic average height (Sa) is in the forward direction in the surface roughness measurement according to ISO 25178.
- the vertex density (Spd) having a height of not less than 30 ⁇ m in both directions of the eye direction and the average height to 100 ⁇ m or more is not more than 30/432 mm 2 in both the eye direction and the eye direction; It is a raising brushing sheet for printing whose difference (absolute value) is 20/432 mm 2 or less.
- Such a raised print sheet with printing is less likely to be raised from a fallen fiber to a certain height or more.
- Such a printed brushed sheet is manufactured by printing on the brushed surface of a brushed sheet (brushed sheet for printing) on which a brushed surface having a low surface roughness is formed.
- the fabric examples include non-woven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric and the like.
- the fineness of the fibers forming the fabric is an ultrafine fiber having an average fineness of 0.01 to 0.5 dtex, preferably 0.05 to 0.4 dtex, and particularly 0.1 to 0.35 dtex. It is preferable from the point which can form the precise
- the average fineness is a density of a resin which forms a fiber from 15 fiber diameters uniformly selected by photographing a cross section parallel to the thickness direction of the fabric at 3000 times with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) It is obtained as an average value calculated using. When the average fineness is too high, the fibers on the napped surface tend to be long or easily awake, and when the average fineness is too low, the coloration by printing tends to decrease.
- the fiber length of the fibers forming the fabric even staples intentionally cut at a predetermined length are not cut intentionally at a predetermined length after spinning so as to become a predetermined length.
- It may be a long fiber (filament) such as a fiber.
- long fibers are less likely to appear on the surface because the fibers are less likely to be pulled out by friction with the napped surface, and it is easy to fix the fibers so that they are less likely to be awakened from being laid. Long fibers are particularly preferred.
- polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyester elastic body or their modified products with isophthalic acid etc .; nylon 6, nylon 66, Nylon 610, nylon 12, aromatic nylon, semi-aromatic nylon, nylon such as polyamide elastic body or a modified product thereof; polyolefin such as polypropylene; polyurethane such as polyester based polyurethane etc. may be mentioned.
- polyester is preferable because it is easy to form a napped surface with low surface roughness, and by using a disperse dye ink or a cationic dye ink, printing with excellent color developability can be performed.
- the fabric is preferably a leather-like sheet such as an artificial leather provided with a polymeric elastic body (third polymeric elastic body) inside thereof in order to impart form stability and a feeling of fullness.
- the third polymer elastic body applied to the inside of the fabric is a method in which the resin liquid of the polymer elastic body is impregnated into the fabric before raising treatment by dip-nip method or the like, and the polymer elastic body is solidified. Granted by As the resin liquid, a solution in which a polymer elastic body is dissolved in a solvent, an emulsion in which a polymer elastic body is emulsified and dispersed, or a dispersion liquid in which a polymer elastic body is dispersed in an aqueous solvent is used.
- elastic bodies such as polyurethane, an acrylic resin, an acrylonitrile resin, an olefin resin, a polyester resin, are mentioned, for example.
- polyurethane is preferred.
- the content of the third polymer elastic body applied to the inside of the fabric is 0.1 to 60% by mass, further 0.5 to 50% by mass, particularly preferably 1 to 60% by mass, based on the total with the fabric. It is preferable that it is 30 mass% from the point by which the printing raising paper sheet which is excellent in balance of a fullness feeling, flexibility, etc. is obtained. When the content of the polymer elastic body is too high, the resulting raised print sheet becomes rubber-like and tends to be hard.
- a coloring agent such as a pigment, a coagulation regulator, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a fluorescent agent, a mildew agent, a penetrant, an antifoaming agent, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
- Lubricant, water repellent, oil repellent agent, thickener, extender, curing accelerator, foaming agent, water-soluble polymer compound such as polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose, inorganic fine particles, conductive agent, etc. a coloring agent such as a pigment, a coagulation regulator, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a fluorescent agent, a mildew agent, a penetrant, an antifoaming agent, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
- Lubricant, water repellent, oil repellent agent, thickener, extender, curing accelerator, foaming agent, water-soluble polymer compound such as polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose, inorganic fine particles, conductive agent, etc.
- the fabric has a raised surface.
- the napped surface is formed by buffing one side of the fabric with sandpaper or emery paper, preferably at 120-600, and more preferably at 320-600.
- first polymeric elastic body it is preferable to adhere a polymeric elastic body (first polymeric elastic body) to the raised surface in order to make it difficult for the raised fibers to be caused by friction.
- first polymeric elastic body By attaching a high molecular weight elastic body to the raised surface to fix the fibers, it is difficult to raise the fibers from a fallen state to a certain height or more, and a raised surface having a low surface roughness is easily formed.
- As a method of adhering the first polymer elastic body to the raising surface after applying the resin liquid containing the first polymer elastic body to the raising surface, it is dried to form the fibers raised on the raising surface.
- fixing a polymer elastic body By thus fixing the polymer elastic body to the fibers present on the raised surface, the napped fibers present on the raised surface are restrained and hardly caused by friction.
- the first polymer elastic body to be attached to the napped surface may be the same as the third polymer elastic body applied to the inside of the fabric, or may be different in type and molecular weight, Polyurethane is particularly preferred because it is easy to stick to the fibers.
- Gravure coating method, bar coating method, knife coating method, roll coating method as a method of applying the resin liquid containing the first polymer elastic body used for depositing the polymer elastic body on the raising surface Comma coating method, spray coating method and the like.
- the resin liquid a solution in which a polymer elastic body is dissolved in a solvent, an emulsion in which a polymer elastic body is emulsified and dispersed, or a dispersion liquid in which a polymer elastic body is dispersed in an aqueous solvent is used.
- the polymer elastic body may be dissolved in a solvent to improve the permeability in order to further improve the adhesion to the fibers.
- the content ratio (solid content) of the first polymer elastic body to be deposited on the napped surface is 1 to 10 g / m 2 , and further 2 to 8 g / m 2 with respect to the napped surface. It is preferable from the point which can fix a fiber firmly, without making a surface too hard.
- the raising surface of the raising sheet for printing of the present embodiment by the following process. For example, shortening the fibers to be napped on the raised surface suppresses the change in appearance due to the fibers moving in random directions when the raised surface is abraded. In order to shorten the fibers raised on the raising surface, it is preferable to use fibers in which the fibers on the raising surface are appropriately cut by buffing treatment and the raised fibers are likely to be short.
- the strength and rigidity of the fibers forming the fabric In order to make it easy to cut the fibers on the raising surface appropriately by buffing, it is preferable to adjust the strength and rigidity of the fibers forming the fabric. Specifically, for example, it is preferable to adjust the yarn toughness to an average of 8 to 40 cN ⁇ %, and more preferably 10 to 30 cN ⁇ %, which is an index indicating the level of toughness and rigidity per fiber. In the case where the yarn toughness is in such a range, it is difficult for the fallen and fixed fibers to occur because the fibers are not too hard.
- the yarn toughness is a tensile toughness per fiber, and is calculated as described later. If the yarn toughness is too high, the fibers on the raised surface tend to be long, and the surface roughness tends to be high.
- heat can be applied to the napped surface to heat-set the fibers on the napped surface while the fibers in the napped surface are appropriately laid, which can also prevent the fibers on the napped surface from being raised to a certain height or more.
- shrinkage processing can be mentioned.
- a fabric having a raised surface is mechanically shrunk in the vertical direction (the direction of progress of the production line or the direction of orientation of the fibers), heat-treated while heat shrinking the fibers, and heat set.
- the micro-waviness is formed in the fiber in a cross section parallel to the longitudinal direction which is the orientation direction.
- a contraction process for example, a fabric having a raised surface is brought into close contact with the surface of a thick elastic sheet (rubber sheet, felt, etc.) having a thickness of several cm or more and stretched in the longitudinal direction, and the surface of the elastic sheet
- a method of contracting the fabric having the raised surface in the direction of warp by elastically recovering the stretched state from the stretched state to the pre-stretched state.
- the fabric having a raised surface is subjected to itching and softening treatment to adjust the raised surface, or brushing reverse seal, antifouling treatment, hydrophilization treatment, lubricant treatment, softening agent treatment, antioxidant treatment,
- a finishing treatment such as an ultraviolet light absorber treatment, a fluorescent agent treatment, a flame retardant treatment or the like may be performed.
- the elastic polymer (second polymer elastic body) is further applied to the fabric after the raising processing, so that the movement of the napping fibers present on the raised surface is It is preferable from the point of being restrained and further difficult to wake up.
- the second polymer elastic body is preferably impregnated and applied by the same method as applying the third polymer elastic body to a fabric having a raised surface.
- the second polymer elastic body applied to the fabric after the raising treatment is also the same as the first polymer elastic body and the third polymer elastic body described above, or different in kind and molecular weight. Although it is good, polyurethane is particularly preferred in view of easy adhesion to fibers.
- the content of the second polymer elastic body applied to the fabric after the raising treatment is 0.1 to 1% by mass, and further 0.2 to 0.7% by mass with respect to the total with the fabric, In particular, the content is preferably 0.3 to 0.5% by mass.
- the fabric having the raising surface is colored with the pigment given to the internal void, so that it can be made inconspicuous even when spots are generated when the fibers on the raising surface are turned upside down.
- a pigment be fixed to the fiber by using the first polymer elastic body, the second polymer elastic body, or the third polymer elastic body as a binder.

Abstract
