本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参考图1至图6,如图1所示的一种手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,包括:上胶装置5、切断装置8、手提袋输送机构3、伸缩式手柄吸头25、伸缩式开袋吸嘴44、负压装置和收集装置,所述上胶装置5为手腕条涂胶,所述切断装置8将手腕条切断成单个手柄,所述手提袋输送机构3实现半成品袋体7的定位输送,所述负压装置与所述伸缩式手柄吸头25相配合,所述伸缩式手柄吸头25的上下两面实现单个手柄的拾取,再通过凸轮式轨道送入所述半成品袋体7内贴合,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44实现所述袋体7的张开和粘贴动作,所述收集装置实现成品袋体7的自动收集,所述上胶装置5、切断装置8、手提袋输送机构3、伸缩式手柄吸头25、伸缩式开袋吸嘴44、负压装置和收集装置相配合实现手提袋手柄的自动粘贴工作,本发明提供的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统生产成本较低,无需增加手工粘贴手柄的大量人工,且具有很高的生产效率。
如图3所示,所述手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统还包括手柄输送机构2,所述手柄输送机构2包括链轮一21、链轮二22和链条一23,所述链条一23套设在所述链轮一21和链轮二22的外侧,多个伸缩式手柄吸头25等间距设置在所述链条一23上,多个伸缩式手柄吸头25的下端均具有吸气接口251,所述伸缩式手柄吸头25将所述切断装置8切断的单个手柄分别吸在所述伸缩式手柄吸头25的上、下两面,所述伸缩式手柄吸头25随同所述链条一23一起运动。
如图4所示,所述手提袋输送机构3的手提袋输送带31上等间距设置有实现袋体7精确定位的推规311。
如图2所示,所述负压装置包括负压仓1,所述负压仓1给所述伸缩式手柄吸头25提供负压吸力,所述负压仓1包括同步齿型带13、负压风机一10和风仓15,所 述同步齿型带13上具有吸风孔131,所述负压风机一10为所述风仓15提供负压吸力。
如图2所示,所述风仓15内设置带轮一12和带轮二14,所述同步齿型带13套设在所述带轮一12和带轮二14的外侧,所述同步齿型带13上具有与所述吸气接口251连接的吸风孔131,所述吸风孔131与所述吸气接口251一一对应,在所述带轮二14运动过程中,所述吸风孔131与所述吸气接口251一对一同步运转。
如图1所示,所述负压风机一10为所述风仓15提供负压吸力,使得所述风仓15在所述伸缩式手柄吸头25需要吸风的范围内,一直保持给所述伸缩式手柄吸头25提供稳定的吸力。
如图5所示,所述负压装置还包括负压配气盘43,所述负压配气盘43包括固定盘和转动盘,所述固定盘上开有吸气槽和放气槽,所述转动盘上开有吸风孔,所述转动盘与所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44同步转动,转动过程中每个吸风孔会依次通过所述固定盘上的吸气槽和放气槽与所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44导通,从而实现每个伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的吸气和放气。
所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的数量与所述吸风孔的数量相等。
所述伸缩式手柄吸头25由导轨24将吸头推出或收回,具体的,所述伸缩式手柄吸头25在运动过程中可根据需要由所述导轨24推出或收回;当然伸出、或收回动作之一也可以由弹簧实现。
所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44在运动中通过凸轮轨道实现升降,来控制所述袋体7的吸开和闭合,在所述伸缩式手柄吸头25与手柄完全进入袋体7后,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44闭合袋体7实现手柄粘贴,手柄粘贴完成后,所述负压仓1的吸力撤除、所述伸缩式手柄吸头25撤回。
如图5所示,所述手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统还包括所述开袋负压机构4,所述开袋负压机构4包括负压风机二45、第二传输装置41和弹簧气管42,所述负压风机二45为所述负压配气盘43提供负压吸力,多个伸缩式开袋吸嘴44等间距设置在所述第二传输装置41上,所述固定盘上的吸气槽和放气槽与多个伸缩式开袋吸嘴44之间均通过所述弹簧气管42连接,在所述转动盘与所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44同步转动过程中,每个吸风孔会依次通过所述固定盘上的吸气槽和放气槽与所 述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44导通,从而实现每个伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的吸气和放气。
所述第二传输装置41包括链条二411和多个链轮三412,所述链条二411套设在多个链轮三412的外侧,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44等间距设置在所述链条二411上。
具体的,所述链轮三412的个数为4个。
相邻两个伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的间距和相邻两个推规311的间距、以及相邻两个伸缩式手柄吸头25的间距均相等。
所述链条一23、手提袋输送带31和所述链条二411保持同步运动,三条线同步等节拍运动,在各节点上动作自动配合,从而实现了粘贴手柄的高速自动化生产,解决了半自动机后道的手工作业难题,与半自动机相结合后取得了超过全自动机的效果,从而开辟了一条环保手提袋生产的全新的路径。
如图6所示,所述上胶装置5有两个,两个上胶装置5为手柄机加工出的上手腕条91和下手腕条92分别涂胶,所述上胶装置5包括相互配合的上胶辊51和转胶辊52。
所述切断装置8有两个,两个切断装置8分别将所述上手腕条91和下手腕条92切断成单个手柄。
如图3所示,手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统还包括机架,所述链轮一21和链轮二22安装在机架上。
所述伸缩式手柄吸头25的上下两面实现单个手柄的拾取,通过预设的凸轮式轨道送入所述半成品袋体7内贴合。
所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44可延伸到所述袋体7内,实现所述袋体7的开合。
优选的,所述袋体7为纸质袋体。
半成品手提袋的袋体7在发料处被按一定的节拍发放到所述手提袋输送带31上,具体的,所述手提袋输送带31可以是皮带,也可以是链条。
所述负压配气盘43可实现所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的吸气控制和放气控制,在所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44随同所述链条二411顺时针运动的过程中,所述袋体7依次经过袋子吸开A、手柄进入B、手柄贴合C、开袋D、撤除吸力E过程,其中,袋子吸开A、手柄进入B、手柄贴合C、开袋D的过程中,所述负压配气盘43一直为 所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44提供吸力,之后经过撤除吸力E过程。
所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44在随同所述链条二411顺时针运动的过程中,通过凸轮轨道按需要实现所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44的升降控制,与所述负压配气盘43配合可实现所述袋体7的吸开和闭合。
上、下两面吸附着手柄的伸缩式手柄吸头25在所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44吸开袋体7时插入到袋体7里边,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44会在所述伸缩式手柄吸头25与手柄完全进入所述袋体7内的时候闭合袋子实现手柄粘贴,所述伸缩式收集装置手柄吸头25撤回,贴手柄动作完成,成品手提袋进入收集装置进行收集,因此,本发明提供的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统很好地解决了传统的半自动机存在的人工粘贴手柄的问题,又可用较低的成本获得比全自动机更高的效率和稳定性。
所述负压风机一10为所述风仓15提供负压吸力,所述风仓15为所述伸缩式手柄吸头25提供负压吸力,在所述伸缩式手柄吸头25吸附着手柄随同所述链条一23运动中,所述手提袋输送带31输送着所述袋体7与所述链条一23同步运动,同时,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44随同所述链条二411与所述手提袋输送带31同步运动,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44实现所述袋体7的吸开和闭合,与附着手柄的伸缩式手柄吸头25配合完成手柄粘贴动作,所述收集装置实现成品袋体7的自动收集,本发明提供的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统可以自动完成半自动手提袋机所制半成品纸袋的手柄粘贴工作,结构简单,无需增加全自动机昂贵的设备费用,它与半自动手提袋机配合可实现比目前全自动机更高效率的生产,无需增加手工粘贴手柄的大量人工,可以较低的生产成本达到手提袋的高效生产,市场发展前景广阔。
作为本实施例的另一实施方式,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44可由负压吸风皮带代替,目的同样是实现所述袋体7的张开和闭合。
作为本实施例的另一实施方式,所述负压仓1和所述负压配气盘43可相互替换,都可以实现为所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴44和所述伸缩式手柄吸头25负压供气。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,包括:上胶装置(5)、切断装置(8)、手提袋输送机构(3)、伸缩式手柄吸头(25)、伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)、负压装置和收集装置,所述上胶装置(5)为手腕条涂胶,所述切断装置(8)将手腕条切断成单个手柄,所述手提袋输送机构(3)实现半成品袋体(7)的定位输送,所述负压装置与所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)相配合,在所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)的上、下两面实现单个手柄的拾取,再通过凸轮式轨道送入所述半成品袋体(7)内贴合,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)实现所述袋体(7)的张开和粘贴动作,所述收集装置实现成品袋体(7)的自动收集,所述上胶装置(5)、切断装置(8)、手提袋输送机构(3)、伸缩式手柄吸头(25)、伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)、负压装置和收集装置相配合实现手提袋手柄的自动粘贴工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述手提袋输送机构(3)的手提袋输送带(31)上等间距设置有实现袋体(7)精确定位的推规(311)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述负压装置包括负压仓(1),所述负压仓(1)给所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)提供负压吸力,所述负压仓(1)包括同步齿型带(13)、负压风机一(10)和风仓(15),所述同步齿型带(13)上具有吸风孔(131),所述负压风机一(10)为所述风仓(15)提供负压吸力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述负压装置还包括负压配气盘(43),所述负压配气盘(43)包括固定盘和转动盘,所述固定盘上开有吸气槽和放气槽,所述转动盘上开有吸风孔,所述转动盘与所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)同步转动,转动过程中每个吸风孔会依次通过所述固定盘上的吸气 槽和放气槽与所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)导通,从而实现每个伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)的吸气和放气。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)的数量与所述吸风孔的数量相等。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)由导轨(24)将吸头推出或收回。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)在运动中通过凸轮轨道实现升降,来控制所述袋体(7)的吸开和闭合,在所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)与手柄完全进入袋体(7)后,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)闭合袋体(7)实现手柄粘贴,手柄粘贴完成后,所述负压仓(1)的吸力撤除、所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)撤回。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述上胶装置(5)有两个,两个上胶装置(5)为手柄机加工出的上手腕条(91)和下手腕条(92)分别涂胶。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述切断装置(8)有两个,两个切断装置(8)分别将所述上手腕条(91)和下手腕条(92)切断成单个手柄。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)可由负压吸风皮带代替,目的同样是实现所述袋体(7)的张开和闭合。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的手提袋手柄自动粘贴系统,其特征在于,所述负压仓(1)和所述负压配气盘(43)可相互替换,都可以实现为所述伸缩式开袋吸嘴(44)和所述伸缩式手柄吸头(25)负压供气。
