本发明公开的是全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,包括机架,其特征在于所述机架上设有手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构,所述手挽切料机构包括切纸刀,所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源传动连接,所述切纸刀与切料动力源传动连接,所述手挽送料机构与切纸刀相互配合进行切料。切料时所述手挽送料机构停止送料,切料完成后所述手挽送料机构继续送料,提高手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构的配合度。所述手挽切料机构与切料动力源连接,所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源连接,两者分别由各自的动力源进行传动,可以分开进行控制,且调机更加方便。

全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及全自动制袋机械,特别涉及一种全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置。
背景技术
传统的制袋机包括用于传送手挽材料的副机和传送手提袋的袋体与手挽材料进行粘合的主机,制作工艺:手挽原材料需要先进行纵向切割,一分为二分开传送,再由切纸刀横向切断分成一个个手挽材料,最后将手挽材料输送去与袋体进行粘合。副机用于传送手挽材料的动力装置以及切断手挽材料的动力装置均和主机的动力装置传动连接,当主机需要调试或者无法送袋时,但主机的动力装置仍在运转,因此传送手挽材料的动力装置和切断手挽材料的动力装置也能正常工作,继续向主机送来手挽材料切断,造成手挽材料大量报废,成本大大提高;而且手挽材料在传送过程中在传送的过程中通过打定位孔的方式进行定位传送,破坏了手挽材料的美观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种独立传动的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,容易控制,方便调机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,包括机架,其特征在于所述机架上设有手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构,所述手挽切料机构包括切纸刀,所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源传动连接,所述切纸刀与切料动力源传动连接,所述手挽送料机构与切纸刀相互配合进行切料。
切料时所述手挽送料机构停止送料,切料完成后所述手挽送料机构继续送料,提高手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构的配合度。
所述切纸刀相对设有用于感应切纸刀转动的第一传感器,所述手挽送料机构的出料端设有用于感应手挽送料的第二传感器,所述第一传感器、第二传感器与切料动力源连接,所述第一传感器发送启动送料的信号,所述第二传感器发送暂停送料的信号。
所述手挽送料机构包括夹持送料的第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带,第一送料皮带与第二送料皮带夹持送料,替代现有技术中打孔定位的方式,保证手挽材料的美观性,所述第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带均与主动轮传动连接,且由主动轮带动同步传送,所述主动轮与送料动力源传动连接,保证第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带传送的一致性和同步性。
所述切纸刀下方相对设有托料板,所述手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构之间通过托料板衔接。
所述托料板由切纸刀切纸处延伸至第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带的夹持贴合处始端,由于皮带宽度小于手挽材料,因此,托料板能够托住手挽材料与皮带配合进行运送,防止手挽材料在运送过程中出现折痕,所述托料板开设有通孔,所述第二传感器安装在托料板的通孔下方,便于第二传感器感应。
所述切纸刀朝来料方向倾斜设置,有利于提高切纸刀切断手挽材料的切割力。
所述切料动力源为切料用电机,所述送料动力源为送料用电机。
所述机架上还设有压纸机构,所述压纸机构包括压纸板、传动杆和复位弹簧,所述刀轴串联有凸轮,所述凸轮与设置在传动杆上的轴承接触,所述传动杆与压纸板连接,且所述传动杆带动压纸板上下运动,所述复位弹簧与传动杆连接,所述压纸板设于手挽切料机构的出料口上方。
本发明的有益效果是:所述手挽切料机构与切料动力源连接,所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源连接,两者分别由各自的动力源进行传动,可以分开进行控制,且调机更加方便;
第一传感器、第二传感器均与切料动力源连接,第二传感器能够感应手挽材料是否送料,第一传感器能够感应切纸刀,所述第一传感器能够给切料动力源发送启动送料的信号,所述第二传感器能够给切料动力源发送暂停送料的信号,采用传感器感应更加灵敏精确;
压纸机构的作用是手挽材料被切断送出后由压纸板对手挽材料进行压平。

具体实施方式
参照附图,全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,包括机架1,所述机架1上设有手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构,所述手挽切料机构包括切纸刀2,所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源连接,所述切纸刀与切料动力源4连接,手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构分别由各自的动力源带动相互配合进行送料和切料工作,也就是说可以对手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构可以分别进行控制,可控性高。
在本实施例中,切料时所述手挽送料机构停止送料,切料完成后所述手挽送料机构继续送料,提高手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构的配合度。切纸刀作圆周运动切割力最强,结构更加合理。
所述切料动力源4为切料用电机,所述送料动力源为送料用电机。在本实施例中,所述切料动力源和送料动力源可以采用伺服电机,因为伺服电机自带编码器,精度更高,更容易调节,运行更加稳定,当然也可以采用步进电机。
所述切纸刀2朝来料方向倾斜设置在刀轴上,倾斜的刀面能提升切纸刀的切力,使得切纸刀切断手挽材料更加顺利。所述刀轴3与切料动力源4传动连接,即刀轴3与伺服切料用电机传动连接,而两者之间是通过皮带5和皮带轮6的组合传动连接,伺服切料用电机带动刀轴3匀速转动,刀轴3带动切纸刀2匀速转动进行切料。
为了使手挽送料机构与手挽切料机构进行切料的配合度更高,所述切纸刀2相对设有第一传感器连接12,即第一传感器设置在刀轴相对面,用来感应刀轴3转动,所述手挽送料机构的出料端设有第二传感器13,第二传感器13是用来感应手挽材料的传送,所述第一传感器12、第二传感器13均与送料用电机连接,所述第一传感器发送启动送料的信号,所述第二传感器发送暂停送料的信号。工作原理:第二传感器13感应到手挽材料到达指定位置时,传递信号给送料用电机,送料用电机暂停,送料暂停,切纸刀正好转到准备切料点,在送料暂停的期间切纸刀进行切料,当第一传感器感12应到切纸刀2已经完成切料工作,立即传递信号给送料用电机,送料用电机启动,继续送料。
所述手挽送料机构包括夹持送料的第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9,所述第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9与一主动轮10传动连接,且由主动轮10带动同步传送,所述主动轮10通过电机传动轮7与送料用电机传动连接,所述主动轮10与电机传动轮7通过啮合的方式进行传动,送料用电机带动主动轮10转动,主动轮10带动第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9同步传送。在本实施例中,所述第一送料皮带8绕设于主动轮10和第一皮带轮组上,由第一皮带轮组与主动轮10张紧第一送料皮带8,所述第二送料皮带9绕设于主动轮10和第二皮带轮组上,由第二皮带轮组与主动轮10张紧第二送料皮带9,所述第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9在与切纸刀2切纸水平面上具有相互贴合段,该贴合段用于夹持着手挽材料向切纸刀方向进行送料。
所述切纸刀2下方相对设有托料板11,即手挽材料从托料板和切纸刀之间穿过,切纸刀转到最底端进行切纸,所述手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构之间通过托料板11衔接,在本实施例中,所述托料板11由切纸刀切纸处延伸至第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9的贴合段始端,手挽材料从第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带贴合段始端开始由第一送料皮带和第二送料皮带夹持着一直传送到切纸刀切纸处,由于皮带宽度小于手挽材料,因此,托料板2能够托住手挽材料与第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9配合进行运送,防止手挽材料在运送过程中出现折痕。
所述托料板11开设有通孔14,所述第二传感器13安装在托料板的通孔14下方,该通孔位于托料板中部,即在第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9贴合段,当手挽材料被第一送料皮带8和第二送料皮带9夹持传送经过该通孔14时,所述第二传感器13能够穿过该通孔感应到手挽材料。
所述机架1上还设有压纸机构,所述压纸机构包括压纸板15、传动杆16和复位弹簧17,所述压纸板15位于托料板11出料口的上方,所述刀轴3串联有凸轮18,刀轴3转动的同时带动凸轮18转动,所述凸轮18与设置在传动杆16上的轴承19接触,所述复位弹簧17与传动杆16连接,当凸轮18转动最高点与轴承19接触时,会抬高传动杆16,当凸轮18转动最高点离开轴承19时,所述复位弹簧17的弹力能够给传动杆16施加向下压的力,传动杆16下降,所述传动杆16与压纸板15连接,且所述传动杆16带动压纸板15上下运动进行压纸。在本实施例中,所述传动杆16与连杆20铰接,所述连杆20与机架1铰接。当手挽材料被切纸刀切断后从托料板上送出后,凸轮正好转到最低点与轴承接触,传动杆下降,压纸板进行压纸,当手挽材料还未被送至压纸板下方时,凸轮正好转到最高点与轴承接触时,压纸板上升。

Claims (9)

1.全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,包括机架(1),其特征在于所述机架(1)上设有手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构,所述手挽切料机构包括切纸刀(2),所述手挽送料机构与送料动力源传动连接,所述切纸刀(2)与切料动力源(4)传动连接,所述手挽送料机构与切纸刀(2)相互配合进行切料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于切料时所述手挽送料机构停止送料,切料完成后所述手挽送料机构继续送料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述切纸刀(2)相对设有用于感应切纸刀转动的第一传感器(12),所述手挽送料机构的出料端设有用于感应手挽送料的第二传感器(13),所述第一传感器(12)、第二传感器(13)与送料动力源(4)连接,所述第一传感器发送启动送料的信号,所述第二传感器发送暂停送料的信号。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述手挽送料机构包括夹持送料的第一送料皮带(8)和第二送料皮带(9),所述第一送料皮带(8)和第二送料皮带(9)均与主动轮(10)传动连接,且由主动轮(10)带动同步传送,所述主动轮(10)与送料动力源传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述切纸刀(2)下方相对设有托料板(11),所述手挽送料机构和手挽切料机构之间通过托料板(11)衔接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述托料板(11)由切纸刀切纸处延伸至第一送料皮带(8)和第二送料皮带(9)的夹持贴合处始端,所述托料板(11)开设有通孔(14),所述第二传感器(13)安装在托料板的通孔(14)下方。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述切纸刀(2)朝来料方向倾斜设置。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述切料动力源(4)为切料用电机,所述送料动力源为送料用电机。
9.根据权利要求1所述的全自动制袋机手挽送料切料装置,其特征在于所述机架(1)上还设有压纸机构,所述压纸机构包括压纸板(15)、传动杆(16)和复位弹簧(17),所述刀轴(3)串联有凸轮(18),所述凸轮(18)与设置在传动杆(16)上的轴承(19)接触,所述传动杆(16)与压纸板(15)连接,且所述传动杆(16)带动压纸板(15)上下运动,所述复位弹簧(17)与传动杆(16)连接,所述压纸板设于手挽切料机构的出料口上方。
