随后电池输送至清洗机构11的下方后,通过气缸六11r带动支撑板11a下行,随后通过同步轮一11k和同步轮二11m带动活动块11j移动,从而实现了活动轨11h的移动,带动活动辊组11f向固定辊组二11e移动,随后通过导向辊一11b和导向辊二11c转动,从而带动无尘布11p转动,通过无尘布11p滚动,实现极耳的清洗。
随后电池输送至电池极耳整平机构二12,通过气缸七12a带动连接板十一12e下行,随后通过气缸八12h推动活动滚针组二12k,当达到下限后,通过气缸七12a泄压,通过弹簧二12p的弹力,使活动滚针组合二12k和固定滚针组二12n靠拢,随后气缸八12h带动连接板十一12e上行,通过滚针三12k3和滚针四12n3对极耳进行整平,实现了多组电池极耳的同时整平。
随后电池输送至料回收装置13通过步进电机三13m带动同步带二13j转动,从而实现了拖链二13e沿着导轨四13b的方向往复运动,实现了将夹紧装置14往复推送作业,实现电池的沿着X,Y轴向运动,而通过气缸九13f带动侧架二13g上下移动实现了夹紧装置14的上下移动,将电池夹起上行和下行,实现Z轴的径向运动,而减速电机14b带动旋转架14d的旋转,实现了电池转运是方向的调整,进一步满足了转运要求,同时通过气缸十二14e推动联动架14f,从而实现了活动侧夹14g的移动,向固定侧夹14h移动,实现了电池的夹紧,放置在另一个作业的机器上,通过光电限位开关二13d的设置,实现了拖链二13e轴向位移的限位。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明通过极耳整形机的设置,实现了电池极耳的自动化上料,检测,拉拨,整平和清洗,提高了生产效率,同时也对电池的极耳进行了检测,提高了产品质量。

    所述的检测机构二包括:安装板四,侧板二,三轴气缸二,光电槽型开关二,边板二,顶板二,底板三,其特征在于:所述的安装板四两侧设有侧板二,所述的侧板二上安装有光电槽型开关二,所述的三轴气缸二安装在安装板四上,所述的三轴气缸二上安装有导杆四,所述的三轴气缸二一侧设有顶板二,所述的顶板二与边板二连接,所述的底板三与边板二连接,所述的光电槽型开关二安装在电眼安装板二上,所述的三轴气缸二下方设有气缸安装板三,所述的侧板二上阵列有多组光电槽型开关二。
    所述的电池极耳勾起机构包括:安装架二,导轨二,联轴器二,气缸三,步进电机二,气缸座,整理钩座,整理钩,筋板,丝杆,丝杆螺母座,电机座,其特征在于:所述的电机座安装在安装架二上,所述的步进电机二安装在电机座上,所述的联轴器二与步进电机二连接,所述的丝杆螺母座与联轴器二连接,所述的丝杆与丝杆螺母座连接,所述的丝杆与筋板连接,所述的安装架二一侧安装有导轨二,所述的筋板安装在导轨二上,所述的筋板下方安装有气缸三,所述的气缸三安装在气缸座上,所述的整理钩座与气缸三连接,所述的导轨二 下方设有限位块,所述的导轨二一侧设有导轨光电槽型开关,所述的筋板上设有移动感应片,所述的移动感应片与导轨光电槽型开关配合,所述的导轨光电槽型开关安装在光纤安装板上;
    所述的电池极耳整平机构一包括:气缸四,侧板三,连接板六,连接板七,连接板八,导杆五,气缸安装座一,气缸五,滚针安装架一,活动滚针组一,滚针安装架二,固定滚针组一,弹簧一,导向柱一,固定架一,其特征在于:所述的连接板六,连接板七,连接板八安装在侧板三上,所述的气缸四安装在连接板六上,所述的气缸四安装座在连接板八的下方,所述的气缸五安装在气缸安装座一上,所述的气缸五与活动滚针组一连接,所述的固定滚针组一安装在活动滚针组一的一侧,所述的弹簧一与活动滚针组一连接,所述的弹簧一安装在导向柱一上,所述的导向柱一安装在固定架一上,所述的导杆五安装有套杆二,所述的套杆二安装在连接板七。
    所述的极耳清洗机构包括:支撑板,导向辊一,导向辊二,固定辊组一,固定辊组二,活动辊组,导轨三,活动轨,活动块,同步轮一,同步轮二,同步带,无尘布,其特征在于:所述的导向辊一和导向辊二安装在支撑板的上方,所述的固定辊组一在导向辊一和导向辊二的下方,所述的导轨三安装在固定辊组一的下方,所述的活动轨安装在导轨三上,所述的活动辊组与活动轨连接,所述的活动辊组一侧设有固定辊组二,所述的活动块一端与活动轨连接,所述的活动块安装在同步带上,所述的同步带安装在同步轮一和同步轮二上,所述的无尘布绕在导向辊一,导向辊二,固定辊组一,固定辊组二,活动辊组上,所述的同步轮一上设有调节螺母,所述的同步轮二下方设有气缸六。
    所述的电池极耳整平机构二包括:气缸七,侧板四,连接板九,连接板十,连接板十一,导杆六,气缸安装座二,气缸八,滚针安装架三,活动滚针组二, 滚针安装架三,固定滚针组二,弹簧二,导向柱二,固定架二,其特征在于:所述的连接板九,连接板十,连接板十一装在侧板四上,所述的气缸七安装在连接板九上,所述的气缸安装座二在连接板十一的下方,所述的气缸八安装在气缸安装座二上,所述的气缸八与活动滚针组二连接,所述的固定滚针组二安装在活动滚针组二的一侧,所述的弹簧二与活动滚针组二连接,所述的弹簧二安装在导向柱二上,所述的导向柱二安装在固定架二上,所述的导杆六安装有套杆三,所述的套杆三安装在连接板十上,
    所述的料回收装置包括:安装架四,导轨四,光电槽二,光电限位开关二,拖链二,气缸九,侧架二,导杆七,同步带二,张紧轮二,步进电机三,所述的导轨四安装在安装架四上,所述的侧架二安装在导轨四,所述的光电槽二在导轨四的下方,所述的光电限位开关二安装在光电槽二上,所述的侧架二上安装有连接板十二,连接板十三和连接板十四,所述的导杆七安装在连接板十二,连接板十三之间,所述的连接板十三安装在导杆七上,所述的连接板十二安装在连接板十三上,所述的气缸九与夹紧装置连接,所述的同步带二安装在张紧轮二上,所述的张紧轮二安装在导轨四的两侧,所述的张紧轮二安装在移动电机架二上,所述的步进电机三安装在移动电机架二的一侧,所述的连接板十三上安装有套杆四,所述的套杆四安装在导杆七上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的连接板二上安装有套杆一,所述的套杆一安装在导杆一上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的夹紧装置包括连接架,减速电机,联轴器一,旋转架,气缸十二,联动架,活动侧夹,固定侧夹,所述的减速电机安装在连接架上,所述的联轴器一与减速电机连接,所述的连接架与旋转架连接,所述的气缸十二安装在旋转架上,所述的活动侧夹和固定侧 夹安装在旋转架的下方,所述的联动架与活动侧夹连接,所述的气缸十二与联动架连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的联轴器一通过轴承座固定在旋转架上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的气缸定位板下方安装有液压缓冲器二。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的整理钩阵列在整理钩座的下方,所述的气缸座上安装有液压缓冲器三。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的筋板上设有加强筋。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的活动滚针组一包括定位架一,滚轴一,滚针一,所述的滚轴一安装在定位架一的下方,所述的滚针一安装在滚轴一上,所述的固定滚针组一包括定位架二,滚轴二,滚针二,所述的滚轴二安装在定位架二的下方,所述的滚针二安装在滚轴二上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的活动滚针组二包括定位架三,滚轴三,滚针三,所述的滚轴三安装在定位架三的下方,所述的滚针三安装在滚轴三上,所述的固定滚针组二包括定位架四,滚轴四,滚针四,所述的滚轴四安装在定位架四的下方,所述的滚针四安装在滚轴四上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的极耳整形机,其特征在于:所述的拉拨极耳装置包括:支架,气缸十,导杆三,气缸十一,安装板三,气缸定位板,承接板,角度板,拨叉座固定板,拨叉座,拨叉,所述的气缸定位板安装在支架上,所述的气缸十安装在气缸定位板上,所述的导杆三一端与安装板三连接,所述的导杆三另一端与承接板连接,所述的承接板安装有角度板,所述的角度板内侧安装有气缸十一,所述的气缸十一与拨叉固定板连接,所述的拨叉座安装在拨叉固定板 上,所述的拨叉安装在拨叉座上;
