每个机头2a、2b包括用于分别在口袋上缝制一道缝线的机针,每个所述机头2a、2b还分别包括用于压紧布料以带动布料沿对应的一道缝线轨迹移动的压料板。其中,机头2a的压料板由外压板20a和内压板21a组成,机头2b的压料板由外压板20b和内压板21b组成。机架1具有用于承载布料的工作面10,当布料被输送到机头2a或2b处后,压料内压板21a、20b21b将布料压紧在工作面10上,外压板20a、20b压紧并带动布料外圈缝线70a或内圈缝线70b的轨迹移动,以便机针缝纫完成各道缝线。本实施例中,压料外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b优选为可沿上下方向且可沿水平面内的x轴和y轴方向移动地设于所述机架1上,x轴和y轴构成水平面内的直角坐标系。具体为,机架1上设有沿上下方向延伸的立杆,外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b分别压料板20a、20b通过连接件可滑动地套设在立杆上,从而可以相对立杆上下滑动,外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b压料板20a、20b还可相对连接件水平移动从而实现沿缝线轨迹移动。每个机头2a及2b还包括用于驱动外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b压料板20a、20b上下滑动的驱动机构,如气缸或电机。
所述双机头贴袋机还包括设于所述两个的机头2a及2b之间的用于将布料自前侧机头2a移动至后侧机头2b的第一送料装置3,所述第一送料装置3包括可沿前后方向相对所述机架1滑动的第一送料板30,所述第一送料板30位于所述工作面10的上方。所述双机头贴袋机具有送料状态,在所述送料状态时,所述第一送料板30处于其最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面10之间的布料移动至后侧机头2b处。第一送料板30具有与内压板21a、21b相配合的镂空区域, 从而使得内压板21a、21b具有能够容纳在第一送料板30的镂空区域处的位置,在该位置下,布料被内压板21a、21b压紧,第一送料板50可自机头处移出。
具体到本实施例中,所述第一送料装置3包括沿前后方向延伸的第一导轨、设于所述第一导轨并与第一导轨前后滑动配合的第一滑块,所述第一送料板30可沿上下方向滑动地设于所述第一滑块上。所述双机头贴袋机还具有缝纫状态,在所述缝纫状态时,所述外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b分别处于其最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面之间的布料沿对应的缝线轨迹分别移动;在所述送料状态时,所述外压板20a、20b以及内压板21a、21b高于所述送料板以允许第一送料板20进入压料板下方将布料移出。
所述第一送料装置3还包括用于驱动所述第一送料板30前后移动的第一驱动机构以及用于驱动所述第一送料板30上下移动的第二驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构和/或所述第二驱动机构为气缸或电机。
折边装置4设于机头之前用于对口袋布片进行折边。所述双机头贴袋机还包括设于用于将层叠在一起的折边后的口袋布片以及衣服面料送至前侧的机头2a第二送料装置5。第二送料装置5包括可相对机架1沿前后方向滑动的第二送料板50,第二送料板50也位于工作面10的上方,在所述送料状态时,第二送料板50也处于最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面之间的布料移动至最前侧的机头2a处。具体地,第二送料装置5包括沿前后方向延伸的第二导轨51、设于第二导轨51上并与第二导轨51前后滑动配合的第二滑块52,第二送料板50可沿上下方向滑动地设于第二滑块52上。折边装置4包括可沿上下方向移动的折边板40,多机头贴袋机还具有折边状态,在折边状态时,所述折边板40处于其最低位置以进行折边;在所述送料状态时,所述折边板40高于所述第二送料板50以允许第二送料板50进入折边板40下方将布料移出。需要说明的是:本文中述及被运送的布料是指层叠在一起的口袋布片和衣服面料。
所述第二送料装置5还包括用于驱动所述第二送料板50前后移动的第三驱动机构以及用于驱动所述第二送料板50上下移动的第四驱动机构,所述第三驱动机构和/或所述第四驱动机构为气缸或电机。实现自动化送料。
所述双机头贴袋机还包括设于机架1的对应最后侧机头2b处的收料装置6,所述收料装置6包括可相对所述工作面10的外缘上下滑动地送料滚轮60,所述送料滚轮60设于所述工作面10的上方。参照附图4所示,所述收料装置6还 包括传动轮61以及活塞杆沿上下方向往复运动的驱动气缸63,所述送料滚轮60设于传动轮61的正下方,所述传动轮61和所述送料滚轮60上绕设有皮带62,所述驱动气缸63的活塞杆和所述皮带62连接以带动所述皮带62上下移动。相比传统的电机驱动送料滚轮转动的方式,本申请采用气缸驱动送料滚轮转动,转速易控。
此外,机头2a及2b、折边装置4、收料装置均通过电机或气缸驱动自动运行,实现自动贴袋。
所述的双机头贴袋机的工作过程大体如下:
口袋布片在折边装置4处被进行折边然后层叠在衣服面料上(具体放置在衣服面料的需要缝纫口袋的区域);
折边板40抬升,第二送料板50沿第二导轨51后移至折边装置4处并位于折边装置下方,接着第二送料板50下降至其最低位置将布料压紧工作面,随后第二送料板50继续沿第二导轨51后移一段距离,在后移的过程中,第二送料板50始终处于其最低位置从而带动布料移动至前侧机头2处;
布料进入前侧机头2a处后,内压板21a先下降至压紧布料,第二送料板50上升并沿第二导轨51退回至初始位置,然后外压板20a再下降压紧布料并带动布料沿外圈缝线70a的轨迹移动,在移动的过程中,机针同步进行缝纫,直至完成外圈缝线70a;
外圈缝线70a完成后,前侧机头2a的外压板20a抬升,第一送料板30前移到前侧机头2a处并位于外压板20a的下方,然后再向下移动并将布料压紧后,将内压板21a抬升以释放布料,第一送料板30后移,带动布料向后移动至后侧机头2b处,此时,后侧机头2b的外压板20b和内压板21b应处于高位以便第一送料板30带动布料进入其下方;
后侧机头2b的内压板21b先压下将布料压紧,随后第一送料板30抬升并移开,后侧的外压板20b再下降至将布料压紧在工作面10上,进行内圈缝线70b的缝纫;
缝纫完成后,后侧机构的外压板20b和内压板21b抬起,通过送料滚轮60的作用布料被收料装置6收在工作面10下方。
所述缝纫状态和所述折边状态同步进行。其中,折边装置4、第二送料装置5、机头2a、第一送料装置3、机头2b同步动作流水线作业,举例来说,当某 一布料在机头2a处完成外圈缝线缝制,待第一送料装置3将布料移出并送至机头2b的过程中,机头2a立即开始对下一布料进行缝纫,与此同时,折边装置4同步开始对另一后续布料进行处理,同步顺序进行,提高效率。
由于每个机头至缝制一道缝线,使得单个口袋的缝制时间缩短,提高了效率。而且多道缝线分别采用对应的机头独立缝制,互不干涉,因而便于采用不同规格的缝线(如不同颜色的缝线)缝制,且不会增加机头复杂度。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,是一种优选的实施例,其目的在于熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多机头贴袋机,包括机架、设于所述机架上的机头,其特征在于:所述机头的数量为两个或两个以上,两个或两个以上的所述机头沿前后方向间隔设置,每个机头分别包括用于在口袋上缝制一道缝线的机针,所述多机头贴袋机还包括设于所述两个或两个以上的机头之间的用于将布料自前侧机头移动至后侧机头的第一送料装置,所述第一送料装置包括可沿前后方向相对所述机架滑动的第一送料板,所述机架具有用于承载布料的工作面,所述第一送料板位于所述工作面的上方,所述多机头贴袋机具有送料状态,在送料状态时,所述第一送料板处于其最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面之间的布料移动至后侧机头处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述第一送料装置包括沿前后方向延伸的第一导轨、设于所述第一导轨上并与所述第一导轨前后滑动配合的第一滑块,所述第一送料板可沿上下方向滑动地设于所述第一滑块上,每个所述机头还包括用于压紧布料以带动布料沿对应的一道缝线轨迹移动的压料板,所述多机头贴袋机还具有缝纫状态,在缝纫状态时,所述压料板处于其最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面之间的布料沿对应的缝线轨迹移动;在所述送料状态时,所述压料板高于所述第一送料板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述第一送料装置还包括用于驱动所述第一送料板前后移动的第一驱动机构以及用于驱动所述第一送料板上下移动的第二驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构和/或所述第二驱动机构为气缸或电机。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述压料板可沿上下方向且可沿水平方向移动地设于所述机架上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述压料板由外压板和内压板组成,所述第一送料板具有与所述内压板相配合的镂空区域,所述内压板具有能够容纳在第一送料板的镂空区域处的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述多机头贴袋机还包括用于对口袋布片进行折边的折边装置,所述多机头贴袋机还包括用于将折边后的口袋布片送至位于前侧的所述机头的第二送料装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所示的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述折边装置设于所述机头的前侧,所述第二送料装置包括可沿前后方向相对所述机架滑动的第二送料板,所述第二送料板位于所述工作面的上方,在所述送料状态时,所 述第二送料板处于最低位置以带动位于其和所述工作面之间的布料移动至最前侧的机头处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述第二送料装置包括沿前后方向延伸的第二导轨、设于所述第二导轨上并与所述第二导轨前后滑动配合的第二滑块,所述第二送料板可沿上下方向滑动地设于所述第二滑块上,所述折边装置包括可沿上下方向移动的折边板,所述多机头贴袋机还具有折边状态,在折边状态时,所述折边板处于其最低位置以进行折边;在所述送料状态时,所述折边板高于所述第二送料板。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述多机头贴袋机还包括设于机架的对应最后侧机头处的收料装置,所述收料装置包括可相对所述工作面的外缘上下滑动地送料滚轮,所述送料滚轮设于所述工作面的上方。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多机头贴袋机,其特征在于:所述收料装置还包括传动轮以及驱动气缸,所述传动轮和所述送料滚轮上绕设有皮带,所述驱动气缸的活塞杆和所述皮带连接以带动所述皮带移动。
