Abstract

La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : une nouvelle composition cosmétique qui présente un effet d'amélioration de l'état de la peau suffisant qui est au moins comparable à une irradiation de lumière pulsée intense (LPI), en matière de blanchiment de la peau, d'effet anti-âge et similaire, et qui est facile à utiliser pour de nombreux utilisateurs ; et une nouvelle méthode cosmétique qui utilise celle-ci. Cette composition cosmétique comprend un agent qui présente une action de type irradiation de LPI. En outre, cette composition cosmétique présente un effet comparable à la photothérapie, et peut être utilisée comme alternative à l'irradiation de LPI. De plus, il est préférable que l'agent présentant une action de type irradiation de LPI dans cette composition cosmétique comprenne un extrait végétal comprenant des flavonoïdes, et/ou un extrait d'algue.
