技术领域
本申请属于有机电致发光器件领域,具体地说,涉及一种有机电致发光器件的搭接区布局的改进。
背景技术
对于现有的显示装置而言,有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,简称OLED)作为一种电流型发光器件,因其所具有自发光、快速响应、宽视角和可制作在柔性基板上等多种特点而越来越多地被应用于高性能显示领域当中。
随着OLED应用于显示领域的拓展,对于OLED显示器屏体亮度的要求也相应增加,然而在显示器与引线搭接的区域,往往因为忽略布局混乱所造成的影响,而在高分辨率屏体的要求下,搭接区的布局混乱或不一至进而影响了搭接区的开口率,造成显示器亮度不均匀的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是有机电致发光器件的在阴极搭接区开口率不足,造成屏体亮度不均匀的问题,本申请提供一种有机电致发光器件、显示器及其应用的移动通信设备。
本申请的上述目的是通过如下技术方案予以实现的:
一种有机电致发光器件,具有搭接区,所述搭接区位于非显示区的边缘, 其包括:
第一电极,设置在所述搭接区的平坦化层上;
像素界定层,设置在所述第一电极上,所述像素界定层还包括复数个像素界定块;
隔离层,设置在所述像素界定层上,所述支撑块分别处于所述复数个像素界定块上;
第二电极,在所述搭接区中覆盖于所述第一电极、所述复数个像素界定块以及所述复数个支撑块,所述第二电极与所述第一电极搭接。
其中,在所述搭接区中,所述隔离层的所述复数个支撑块的垂直投影位置与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的垂直投影位置相同。
其中,所述复数个像素界定块中的任一个的面积大于与其相应支撑块的面积。
其中,本申请的有机电致发光器件的所述第一电极在所述搭接区中还包括复数个开孔,所述复数个开孔的排布方式与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的排布方式相同。
其中,在所述搭接区中,所述第一电极的所述复数个开孔的垂直投影位置与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的垂直投影位置相同。
其中,所述像素界定层的所述像素界定块填设并覆盖于所述第一电极的所述复数个开孔。

与现有技术相比,本申请的有机电致发光器件可以藉由支撑块与像素界 定块的排布方式或垂直投影位置相同,减少阴极搭接区的遮蔽,提升阴极搭接区的开口率,降低Vss引线电压降,从而改善屏体亮度不均匀的问题。
本申请的有机电致发光器件还可以藉由支撑块的排布方式与开孔的排布方式或垂直投影位置相同,减少阴极搭接区的遮蔽,提升阴极搭接区的开口率,降低Vss引线电压降,从而改善屏体亮度不均匀的问题。
本申请的有机电致发光器件更可以藉由本申请的堆叠方式,使得自基板底端至支撑块的厚度不论在搭接区或显示区都可以相同或接近,有利于提升有机电致发光器件的屏体抗冲击性能。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

具体实施方式
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
图1是本申请一实施例的有机电致发光器件结构示意图。如图1所示,基板1上包括显示区11和非显示区12。显示区11设于基板10上,非显示区12设于基板10上显示区11之外的区域。非显示区12还包括搭接区121以及驱动电路区122。搭接区121位于非显示区12的边缘,驱动电路区122位于搭接区121和显示区11之间。在本实施例中,搭接区121为阴极搭接区,但本申请不以此为限。
图2是本申请一实施例的有机电致发光器件结构的A-A’线剖视图。图2所示的A-A’线剖视图为图1非显示区12的搭接区121的剖视图。如图2所示,本申请的有机电致发光器件的搭接区121还包括平坦化层2、像素界定层、第一电极41、第二电极42以及隔离层。平坦化层2设置在基板1上,第一电极41设置在搭接区的平坦化层2上。像素界定层设置在第一电极41上,像素界定层还包括复数个像素界定块3。隔离层设置在像素界定层上,隔离层还包括复数个支撑块5。第二电极42在搭接区121中覆盖于第一电极41、复数个像素界定块3以及复数个支撑块5。第二电极42与第一电极41搭接。在本实施例中,第一电极41可以是有机电致发光器件工艺制程中的阳极层,第二电极42可以是有机电致发光器件工艺制程中的阴极层。第二电极42与第一电极41连接,是通过叠加的方式连接,这种方式又称为搭接。在本实施例中,第一电极41与第二电极42为透明电极,第二电极42还可以是一体性结构。在本实施例中,复数个像素界定块3与所述复数个支撑块5可以均为有机材料,但本申请不以此为限。
下述以图2所揭示的实施例为例进行详细说明,在搭接区121中,隔离层的复数个支撑块5的排布方式与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的排布方式相同。隔离层的复数个支撑块5的垂直投影位置与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的垂直投影位置相同。在本实施例中,在搭接区121中,像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的面积还可以大于隔离层的复数个支撑块5,但本申请不以此为限。
如图2所示,第一电极41在搭接区121中还包括复数个开孔410。复数个开孔410可以是圆柱形、方柱形或锥形体,但本申请不以此为限。复数个开孔410的排布方式与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的排布方式相同。在搭接区121中,第一电极41的复数个开孔410的垂直投影位置与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的垂直投影位置相同。在本实施例中,像素界定层的像素界定块3还可以是填设并覆盖于第一电极41的复数个开孔410。
图3是本申请一实施例的有机电致发光器件结构的搭接区放大示意图。图3所示的局部放大图为图1非显示区的搭接区121中M区域的俯视布局示意图。如图3所示,复数个支撑块5与像素界定块3重叠,在俯视布局图中,未示出的复数个开孔410实际上也是与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3重叠。对照图2的剖视图中可以理解,像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的垂直投影位置与第一电极41的复数个开孔410的垂直投影位置相同,又隔离层的复数个支撑块5的垂直投影位置与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的垂直投影位置相同,因此可以理解像素界定块3、开孔410以及支撑块5三者的垂直投影位置均可以相同。
请继续参阅图3,复数个支撑块5之间以及复数个像素界定块3之间都是采用间隔设置,间隔距离可以是等距、等差增加或等差减少,所以隔离层的复数个支撑块5的排布方式与像素界定层的复数个像素界定块3的排布方式相同。像素界定块3的面积可以大于或等于支撑块5的面积,视实际的设计需求进行适应性调整,本在本实施例的图示中以像素界定块3的面积大于支撑块5的面积呈现,但本申请不以此为限。在本申请的另一实施例中,像在搭接区121中像素界定块3与支撑块5的排布方式还可以与显示区11中像素界定块3与支撑块5的排布方式相同。本申请的有机电致发光器件可以藉由本申请的堆叠方式,使得自基板1底端至支撑块5的厚度不论在搭接区121或显示区11都相同或接近,有利于提升有机电致发光器件的屏体抗冲击性能。有机电致发光器件可通过质量检验的落球测试,对屏体抗冲击性能进行质量测试,本申请实施例的有机电致发光器件于落球测试的通过率明显高于现有技术,足以确认本申请实施例的有机电致发光器件可以有效提升屏体抗冲击性。本申请的有机电致发光器件可以藉由像素界定块3、支撑块5以及开孔410的排布方式或垂直投影位置相同,减少阴极搭接区的遮蔽,提升阴极搭接区的开口率,降低Vss引线电压降,从而改善屏体亮度不均匀的问题。
本申请在此基础上还提出一种有机电致发光显示器,包括柔性印刷线路 板(FPC)和电源接口,有机电致发光显示器应用了前述的有机电致发光器件。并同时提出一种移动通信设备,包括通信装置和显示装置,所述显示装置为前述的有机电致发光显示器。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种有机电致发光器件,具有搭接区,所述搭接区位于非显示区的边缘,其包括:
    第一电极,设置在所述搭接区的平坦化层上;
    像素界定层,设置在所述第一电极上,所述像素界定层还包括复数个像素界定块;
    隔离层,设置在所述像素界定层上,所述隔离层还包括复数个支撑块,所述复数个支撑块分别处于所述复数个像素界定块上;
    第二电极,在所述搭接区中覆盖于所述第一电极、所述复数个像素界定块以及所述复数个支撑块,所述第二电极与所述第一电极搭接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,在所述搭接区中,所述隔离层的所述复数个支撑块与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的排布方式相同。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,在所述搭接区中,所述隔离层的所述复数个支撑块的垂直投影位置与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的垂直投影位置相同。

  6. 如权利要求5所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,在所述搭接区中,所述第一电极的所述复数个开孔的垂直投影位置与所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块的垂直投影位置相同。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述像素界定层的所 述复数个像素界定块、所述第一电极的所述复数个开孔及所述隔离层的所述复数个支撑块的垂直投影位置相同。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述像素界定层的所述复数个像素界定块填设并覆盖于所述第一电极的所述复数个开孔。
  9. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述第一电极与所述第二电极为透明电极。
  10. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述第一电极是阳极层,所述第二电极是阴极层。
  11. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述第二电极是一体性结构。
  12. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,所述复数个像素界定块与所述复数个支撑块均为有机材料。
  13. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的有机电致发光器件,其中,位于所述有机电致发光器件的搭接区的像素界定块、支撑块和位于所述有机电致发光器件的显示区的像素界定块、支撑块的排布方式相同。
  14. 一种有机电致发光显示器,包括柔性印刷线路板和电源接口,还包括如权利要求1-13任一项所述的有机电致发光器件。
  15. 一种移动通信设备,包括通信装置和显示装置,所述显示装置为如权利要求14所述的有机电致发光显示器。
