作为优选方案,胶合结点3的形状为正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形和菱形中的一种。进一步地,胶合结点的胶为湿气固化反应型聚氨酯胶。利用湿气固化反应型聚氨酯胶在180℃~250℃不等高温的温度条件、模具压力以及6~8S 不等时间条件,将面层与底层相互粘合,保证粘合牢度>18N。
作为优选方案,第一聚氨酯膜层11与第二聚氨酯膜层23的厚度均为0.01~0.05mm,例如第一聚氨酯膜层11与第二聚氨酯膜层23的厚度均为0.01mm、0.02mm、0.03mm、0.04mm、0.05mm。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层21的厚度为0.01~0.02mm,例如聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层的厚度为0.01mm、0.012mm、0.015mm、0.016mm、0.018mm、0.02mm。更进一步地,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层21的微孔的直径为1~20nm,例如聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层21的微孔的直径为1nm、2nm、3nm、4nm、5nm、6nm、7nm、8nm、9nm、10nm、11nm、12nm、13nm、14nm、15nm、16nm、17nm、18nm、19nm、20nm。
其中,第一基布层11与第二基布层22均为针织布或梭织布,可以增加面料的舒适度。
更优选地,第一聚氨酯膜层11与第一基布层12之间、第二基布层22与第二聚氨酯膜层23之间均设置有防静电层,防静电层的设计可以有效避免面料在穿着时产生静电带来的不适感。优选地,防静电层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm,例如防静电层的厚度为0.01mm、0.02mm、0.03mm、0.04mm、0.05mm。
承上,本实用新型的胶合结点3上设置有若干透气孔,透气孔的设置使面料更加透气,可有效排出产生的湿气,透气孔的的直径为5~10nm,例如透气孔的的直径为5nm、6nm、7nm、8nm、9nm、10nm。
综上所述,本实用新型的充气防水保暖面料,轻便舒适,具有优良的防水、透气、保暖性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,包括面层(1)和底层(2),所述面层(1)包括由上至下依次设置的第一聚氨酯膜层(11)、第一基布层(12)和竹炭纤维层(13),所述底层(2)包括由上至下依次设置的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(21)、第二基布层(22)和第二聚氨酯膜层(23),所述竹炭纤维层(13)与所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(21)之间形成一夹层空间,所述竹炭纤维层(13)与所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(21)通过若干胶合结点(3)连接,相邻的所述胶合结点(3)将所述夹层空间分隔成相互导通的空气通道(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述胶合结点(3)的形状为正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形和菱形中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述第一聚氨酯膜层(11)与所述第二聚氨酯膜层(23)的厚度均为0.01~0.05mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(21)的厚度为0.01~0.02mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(21)的微孔的直径为1~20nm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述第一基布层(11)与所述第二基布层(22)均为针织布或梭织布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述第一聚氨酯膜层(11)与第一基布层(12)之间、所述第二基布层(22)与第二聚氨酯膜层(23)之间均设置有防静电层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述防静电层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述胶合结点(3)上设置有若干透气孔,所述透气孔的的直径为5~10nm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的充气防水保暖面料,其特征在于,所述胶合结点(3)的胶为湿气固化反应型聚氨酯胶。
