技术领域
本申请涉及保暖服技术领域,例如,涉及一种空气保暖服。
背景技术
传统的保暖服是利用棉花或者羽绒这类填充物来达到御寒保暖的目的,虽然此类保暖服也具有一定的保暖性,但是存在如下缺点:保暖效果不能调节。
针对上述情况出现了一种空气保暖服,该空气保暖服内具有若干的空气层区域,相邻的空气层区域之间是独立的。并且每个空气层区域设置有进气口和出气口。调节含气量的时候,需要通过进气口和出气口对各个空气层区域分别调节。因此,现有的空气保暖服存在调节含气量不便的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种空气保暖服,以解决含气量调节不便的问题。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种空气保暖服,包括由保暖组合布制作而成的保暖服本体;所述保暖组合布依次包括外层布、第一内衬层、第二内衬层和内层布,所述外层布、所述第一内衬层、所述第二内衬层和所述内层布叠合后通过热粘合连接并形成若干个图形区;所述第一内衬层与所述第二内衬层之间形成空气层,且相邻的所述图形区之间的空气通过热粘合形成的通气口相互连通;所述保暖服本体上还设置有与所述空气层连通的双向气体调节阀。
可选地,在上述的空气保暖服中,所述双向气体调节阀设置于所述保暖服本体的腰摆处。
可选地,在上述的空气保暖服中,所述双向气体调节阀与所述内层布连接。
可选地,在上述的空气保暖服中,所述双向气体调节阀通过热粘合的方式固定于所述外层布或者所述内层布。
可选地,在上述的空气保暖服中,所述第一内衬层和所述第二内衬层均为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体TPU者热塑性弹性体TPE薄膜。
可选地,在上述的空气保暖服中,所述第一内衬层和所述第二内衬层的厚度均为1.5毫米-3.5毫米。

本申请的空气保暖服的有益效果在于:由于相邻的图形区之间的空气通过热粘合形成的通气口相互连通,从而通过单独的双向气体调节阀就能够实现:增加或者减少整个空气保暖服的空气层的含气量。因此,本实施例的空气保暖服的含气量调节方便。

如图1-图3所示,本实施例公开了一种空气保暖服1,包括由保暖组合布10制作而成的保暖服本体。
传统的保暖服是利用棉花或者鹅毛、鸭毛等填充物来达到御寒保暖的目的,虽然此类保暖服也具有一定的保暖性,但是存在如下缺点:保暖效果不能调节。目前,由于多种原因导致气候多变,人们穿上保暖服后,常常感到太热或者保暖不足。因此,传统的保暖服保暖效果不能调节的问题显得尤为突出。
针对上述保暖效果不能调节的问题,出现了一种空气保暖服,该空气保暖服内具有多个空气层区域,相邻的空气层区域之间是独立的。并且每个空气层区域设置有进气口和出气口。可以通过进气口和出气口来调节空气保暖服的含气量,从而达到调节空气保暖服保暖效果的目的。但是,在调节含气量的时候,需要通过进气口和出气口对各个空气层区域分别调节。因此,现有的空气保暖服存在调节含气量不便的问题。
本实施例为了解决空气保暖服的含气量调节不便的问题,采用的措施是:保暖组合布10包括从外向内依次叠合的外层布11、第一内衬层12、第二内衬层13和内层布14,外层布11、第一内衬层12、第二内衬层13和内层布14叠合后通过热粘合进行连接并由粘合连接线17形成若干个图形区16。第一内衬层12与第二内衬层13之间形成空气层15,且相邻的图形区16之间的空气通过具有热压缺口的热粘合形成的通气口(图中未显示)相互连通。保暖服本体还连接有用于调节空气层15含气量的双向气体调节阀20。双向气体调节阀20与空气层15连通。
本实施例的空气保暖服的有益效果在于:
第一:由于相邻的图形区16之间的空气通过热粘合形成的通气口相互连通,从而通过单独的双向气体调节阀20就能够实现:增加或者减少整个空气保暖服 1的空气层15的含气量,进而增加或者降低保暖效果。因此,本实施例的空气保暖服1的含气量调节方便。
第二:空气层15实现热绝缘,降低人体和外界的热对流,维持人体的温度。本实施例的空气保暖服1保暖效果好且环保、轻便。
第三:在收纳的时候,可以通过双向气体调节阀20将空气层15的气体排出,从而减小占用空间,且方便收纳以及携带。
第四:相对于传统的采用棉花或者鹅毛、鸭毛等填充物的保暖服,本实施例的空气保暖服1不易导致过敏的情况,也不易传播细菌。
第五:由于本实施例通过可充气或者放气的空气层15来实现保暖,从而在清洗空气保暖服1后,不会影响空气保暖服1的保暖性能。
具体地,在加工空气保暖服1的时候,先对外层布11,第一内衬层12,第二内衬层13和内层布14进行叠合,然后将由外层布11,第一内衬层12,第二内衬层13和内层布14形成的保暖组合布10整体送入热压机。热压机的模具升温至预定温度后,对保暖组合布10整体进行热粘合加工。其中,热压机的热压温度在120度-180度之间,例如,热压温度为120度、130度、150度、160度或者180度。一实施例中,热压温度为145度。
上述热压机的模具的作用是:形成图形区16。形成若干个图形区16使得本实施例的空气保暖服1不易膨胀、舒适性好且美观。在热压机的模具上可以设置一个热压缺口,从而在热压之后,热压缺口对应位置的第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13之间不会粘合以形成通气口,使得相邻的图形区16的空气相互连通。
如图1和图2所示,一实施例中,双向气体调节阀20设置于保暖服本体的腰摆处,使得人手容易触及,方便人操作双向气体调节阀20。根据空气保暖服1类型的不同,腰摆处的位置会发生变化。以图1中的空气保暖服1的类型为例,距离空气保暖服1底边h范围内的都可以认为是腰摆处。其中,h的数值可以为3厘米-15厘米。例如,h的数值可以为3厘米、8厘米、12厘米或者15厘米。
继续如图1和图2所示,一实施例中,双向气体调节阀20与内层布14连接。因此,从外部看不到双向气体调节阀20,从而使得本实施例的空气保暖服1更加美观。一实施例中,双向气体调节阀20通过热粘合的方式固定于内层布14。因此,本实施例加工图形区16和安装双向气体调节阀20可以在同一个工序上完成或者通过同一台设备完成,有利于提高生产效率以及降低成本。在其它的实施例中,双向气体调节阀20可以通过热粘合的方式固定于外层布11,且与空气层15连通。
本实施例的双向气体调节阀20的直径为8厘米-15厘米。其中,双向气体 调节阀20的直径为10厘米位最佳。双向气体调节阀20可以采用黑色或者其他颜色。双向气体调节阀20也可以采用端面形状为矩形或者三角形等形状的阀门,来匹配内层布14的颜色和设计。
现有的保暖服采用的布料为聚氨酯和纺织物聚氨酯复合膜,属于橡胶制品,严重影响了保暖服的舒适性。一实施例中,本实施例的第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13均为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)或者热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic elastomer,TPE)薄膜。TPU或者TPE薄膜不仅能够维持空气层15的含气量,还能够提高空气保暖服1的舒适性。一实施例中,第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13的厚度均为1.5毫米-3.5毫米。例如,第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13的厚度均为1.5毫米、2毫米或3.5毫米。一实施例中,第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13的厚度均为2毫米。此时,空气保暖服1能够较好地维持空气层15的含气量且舒适性好。在其它的实施例中,第一内衬层12和第二内衬层13可以采用其它材质的薄膜。
一实施例中,外层布11为弹性面料且具有防水防风涂层。具体地,外层布11还具有防刺、防切割的特性。例如,外层布11采用超细涤纶长丝织造,克重在120克每平米-180克每平米。本实施例的外层布11颜色可以为深色,例如,颜色为黑色或者灰色。在其它的实施例中,外层布11可以采用棉麻梭织或者针织面料。
一实施例中,内层布14为含有莱赛尔纤维的磨毛面料。莱赛尔纤维比例不低于10%,磨毛面料优先为短绒磨毛或者超细涤纶摇粒绒面料。在其它的实施例中,内层布14可以采用各种纺织材料制成的梭织和针织面料。
现有的保暖服的定型区域和空气层区域间隔排列,导致空气层的占用面积较小,且保暖服容易撕裂。本实施例的空气层15的分布面积大于保暖服本体面积的90%。本实施例的图形区16连续且相邻设置,使得本实施例的空气层15的占用面积较大。另外,本实施例的空气保暖服1定型区域小,不易撕裂。
一实施例中,图形区16的形状为几何图形。一实施例中,图形区16可以为心形。本实施例的图形区16也可以为其它形状,例如,如图1和图2所示,图形区16的两条长边均为锯齿状结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气保暖服,包括由保暖组合布(10)制作而成的保暖服本体;所述保暖组合布(10)包括依次叠合的外层布(11)、第一内衬层(12)、第二内衬层(13)和内层布(14),所述外层布(11)、所述第一内衬层(12)、所述第二内衬层(13)和所述内层布(14)依次叠合后通过热粘合进行连接并形成多个图形区(16);所述第一内衬层(12)与所述第二内衬层(13)之间形成空气层(15),且相邻的所述图形区(16)之间的空气通过热粘合形成的通气口相互连通;所述保暖服本体上还设置有与所述空气层(15)连通的双向气体调节阀(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述双向气体调节阀(20)设置于所述保暖服本体的腰摆处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述双向气体调节阀(20)与所述内层布(14)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述双向气体调节阀(20)通过热粘合的方式固定于所述外层布(11)或者所述内层布(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述第一内衬层(12)和所述第二内衬层(13)均为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体TPU者热塑性弹性体TPE薄膜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述第一内衬层(12)和所述第二内衬层(13)的厚度均为1.5毫米-3.5毫米。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述外层布(11)为弹性面料且具有防水防风涂层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述内层布(14)为含有莱赛尔纤维的磨毛面料。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述空气层(15)的分布面积大于所述保暖服本体面积的90%。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的空气保暖服,其中,所述图形区(16)的形状为心形。
