  1. 一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,包括基座,基座上设置有卷扬机,所述基座上直立设置有两根立柱,基座上与立柱一一对应设有铰座,其特征在于:所述铰座上可转动地连接有转臂,转臂上设置有第一导轮、第二导轮和第三导轮,转臂下侧设有作业平台,作业平台两侧的框架上设置有第四导轮和第五导轮,所述第一导轮、第三导轮、第五导轮与第四导轮的中心连线呈矩形,第二导轮位于第一导轮和第三导轮之间,立柱上设有上换向轮、下换向轮和锚固件,一钢索的一个端头与锚固件相固定,钢索的另一端依次绕过下换向轮、第二导向轮、第一导向轮、第四导向轮、第五导向轮、第三导向轮及上换向轮后,再绕装在卷扬机的辊筒上;所述基座侧面设有支撑件,当转臂处于水平位置时,支撑件恰好支撑在转臂下侧。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:转臂下侧设有两个上扶正轮,框架两侧分别设有下扶正轮,所述上扶正轮位于第一导轮、第三导轮下方,下扶正轮分别位于第四导轮、第五导轮上侧,上扶正轮、下扶正轮的轮槽分别卡设在钢索外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述上扶正轮、下扶正轮的轴线与第一导轮的轴线相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述作业平台下侧设有平衡配重。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述作业平台两侧设有用于测试水平度的平衡传感器,通过水平传感器控制卷扬机启停动作。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述第三导轮侧面设有外限位轮,钢索穿过第三导轮和外限位轮之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述框架上侧设有扶手。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述框架上侧与转臂之间设有下避碰垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述立柱上设有压在钢索上的限位开关,当钢索松脱时,限位开关发出信号停止卷扬机工作。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种收放式楼宇外墙作业平台,其特征在于:所述立柱上设有上避碰垫,当转臂收起时,上避碰垫恰好抵触在转臂上。
