Description

应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置 技术领域
本发明涉及于一般建筑物楼顶所安装的吊挂器械,特别有关一种应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置。
背景技术
目前建筑物外墙的清洗、修缮等维护作业,多半利用建筑物楼顶所安装的吊挂装置,以缆绳悬吊维修平台或洗墙机等垂直升降于各楼层的外墙间。其中,维修平台可供洗墙工人或维修人员站立,以便于实施外墙的清洗或修缮的工作;而洗墙机则可藉其附设的自动刷轮对墙面进行滚洗作业。此外,又例如建筑物各楼层之间,亦可利用上述安装于楼顶的吊挂装置垂降缆绳至地面,而后吊挂重物至所需楼层的窗孔,以利重物的搬运。
此外,基于防盗保全上的考虑,一般建筑物顶楼地面都尽量不固定安装上述附有升降线缆的吊挂装置,而是于需求对外墙进行清洗或修缮前,才将附有升降线缆的吊挂装置搬运至建筑物的楼顶进行安装;于安装时,一般会依靠楼顶地面所延伸的女儿墙作撑持,而且可在楼顶地面上水平移动,以利于变换被吊挂物(例如维修平台、洗墙机或其它重物等)于外墙的水平位置,因此吊挂装置一般都制成可推移型式;但是,以目前已见公开的吊挂装置技术而言,其虽可推移,但却不利于展收安装,乃至于包括在车载搬运上,以及利用建筑物有限的电梯空间载运至楼顶的过程中,皆百般艰辛,且窒碍难行。
现有的吊挂装置,有例如中国台湾专利公告第M444373案及第M507929案,分别揭露出呈现L型架体的吊挂结构,且概略上皆是由一可移动式载台上设置垂立支架,并由该垂立支架上架设可展缩长度的水平支架组构而成。这些吊挂结构的L型架体均属利用螺丝等锁固的型式,体积大,且结构复杂,并不利于模块安装及拆卸;特别是该垂直支架、水平支架可展缩的作用,仅限于控制缆绳、水管及电线展伸至女儿墙外的距离,对于缩减吊挂结构于上述车载搬运及梯间搬运时的体积,并无助益,因此更不利于搬运。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的,旨在改善传统吊挂装置或结构欠缺模块化的展收及装卸机能,乃至于不利车载搬运及梯间搬运的问题。
为了实现上述目的并解决问题,本发明特别采用了模块化的载重箱并结合展缩式吊臂的创意,来改善吊挂装置不利于车载搬运及梯间搬运的问题。
为此,本发明的一较佳实施例,系提供一种应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其技术特征包括:一吊臂,呈可双轴向伸展及缩回的倒L形体;一载重箱,由多个各自独立且能移动摆放于楼顶地面的控制箱相互并列模块而成,且所述多个控制箱的一侧端墙分别模块所述吊臂挺立;其中,所述多个控制箱内分别配置有一绕线转盘,且各该绕线转盘所捆附的管线能经由各该控制箱所模块固定的吊臂的导引而延伸至建筑物楼顶的一侧女儿墙外进行升降。其中,该绕线转盘可以是附具动力的卷扬机。
在进一步实施上,所述多支吊臂分别由一垂框和一横框相互一体连接而成,各该吊臂经由垂框而模块固定于各该控制箱的端墙,且所述垂框和横框分别由多节可调伸缩长度的架杆组成。其中:
所述垂框上配置有至少一水平伸缩式的止挡件接触女儿墙的墙面。所述垂框、横框上配置有多个导引绕线转盘所捆附的管线的自由滑轮。所述多个控制箱包含一缆线控制箱、一水管控制箱及一电线控制箱。
更进一步的还包括:上述缆线控制箱的横框一端延伸形成一远离缆线控制箱的垂支架,该垂支架的近底部还枢设一水平向的滚筒,该缆线控制箱内的绕线转盘所捆附的缆线依序经由所述自由滑轮及滚筒的导引而于女儿墙外进行升降。其中,该垂支架与垂框相互平行。
另一实施上,所述多个控制箱的双侧面分别设有一扣耳及一扣环,所述多个控制箱经由扣耳及扣环的相互扣组而相互并列模块成该载重箱。此外,所述控制箱的端侧设有一用于挂附配重块的挂耳。
依据上述实施内容,本发明的技术效果在于:吊挂装置的载重箱是由多个内载绕线转盘的控制箱模块而成,具有利于快速拆解搬运及模块安装的方便性,且各个控制箱上所模块的展收式吊臂,除了具有展伸及收合的机能外,也利于缩减各个附挂有吊臂的控制箱的体积,因此特别合适于梯间搬运及车载搬运。
在此所揭露的各实施例的特征及技术效果,将呈现于下方的描述与图示中。

具体实施方式
首先,请合并参阅图1至图3,揭露本发明所提供的一种展收式吊挂装置的较佳实施形态。其中,图1揭露出该吊挂装置包括有一个呈现中空矩形的控制箱10,且控制箱10的一侧端墙上模块有一吊臂20呈挺立状。图2揭露出由多个模块有吊臂20的控制箱10相互并列模块成一载重箱30的形式。图3揭露该吊臂20具备双轴向伸展及缩回的机能,且于展伸时能伸探至女儿墙41外进行重物W的吊挂作业。
由图1及图3可以见悉该吊臂20系制成呈可双轴向伸展及缩回的倒L形体;更详细的说,该吊臂20是由一垂框21和一横框22相互一体连接而成,使该垂框21一体固定于各该控制箱10的端墙,且所述垂框21和横框22可以分别由多节可调伸缩长度的架杆21a、21b、22a、22b组套而成;其中,垂框21的架杆21a、21b之间设有可对位的栓孔21c,且横框22的架杆22a、22b之间也设有可对位的栓孔22c,该等栓孔21c、22c乃有利于架杆21a、21b及架杆22a、22b之间调整展伸后的对位长度,并于调整好所需长度的后于既定的栓孔21c、22c内穿套栓件加以定位,使得所述垂框21和横框22具备可展伸及缩回的机能。
图1还可见悉所述控制箱10底部皆设有多个脚轮11,使所述控制箱10能自由的在建筑物的梯间或楼顶地面40移动,且所述控制箱10内皆载置有一绕线转盘12,该绕线转盘12捆附有管线13。在图2中进一步揭露该等绕线转盘12所捆附的管线13可以是缆线13a、水管13b或电线13c,所述管线13皆能经 由绕线转盘12的卷绕而控制其荷重下的出线量;其中,所述多个控制箱10内的绕线转盘12可以全部或选择其一的实施成是附具马达动力的卷扬机,或者是实施成是内载有弹簧或阻尼器来控制出线量的绕线转盘。图2中还可以进一步见悉所述管线13能经由吊臂20的导引而垂降至建筑物楼顶地面40的女儿墙41外,并且经由绕线转盘12控制管线13在荷重下的升降长度。更细微的说,构成该吊臂20的所述垂框21和横框22间配置有多个导引绕线转盘所捆附的管线13的自由滑轮14;所述管线13是经由吊臂20上自由滑轮14的导引而垂降至建筑物楼顶地面40的女儿墙41外(如图3或图4所示)。
在上述实施中,当吊挂装置所欲吊挂的对象为自动洗墙机时,如图2所示,所述多个控制箱10包含有一缆线控制箱10a、一水管控制箱10b及一电线控制箱10c;其中,该缆线控制箱10a内的绕线转盘12所捆附的管线为缆线13a,水管控制箱10b内的绕线转盘12所捆附的管线为水管13b,且电线控制箱10c内的绕线转盘12所捆附的管线为电线13c。
此外,图2中所示缆线控制箱10a、水管控制箱10b及电线控制箱10c拼组成载重箱30的模块方式,可以凭借如图1所示中,于各个控制箱10的双侧面分别设有一扣耳15a及一扣环15b,使缆线控制箱10a、水管控制箱10b及电线控制箱10c之间经由扣耳15a及扣环15b的相互扣组而相互并列模块成该载重箱30。由于,吊挂洗墙机时需仰赖缆线控制箱10a内绕线转盘12所捆附的缆线13a来进行吊挂,因此缆线13a所必须承受的洗墙机荷重远大于水管13b及电线13c,基于维持载重箱30载重后的稳定性及平均荷重的需求,使于拼组载重箱30时,该缆线控制箱10a最好是并列于水管控制箱10b与电线控制箱10c之间。
另外,当于建筑物楼顶地面40拼组完成载重箱30时(如图2),该载重箱30是邻近于女儿墙41,使得各垂框21能平行贴靠或尽量平行贴近于女儿墙41;由于,垂立于地表的女儿墙41的表面轮廓并非特定,因此,在一附加实施上,可于所述垂框21上配置至少一水平伸缩式的止挡件42,该止挡件42能由一螺栓杆的端部结合有橡胶垫制成,使该止挡件42经由螺栓杆旋锁于垂框21上调整适当水平长度,而令止挡件42的橡胶垫能推抵接触女儿墙41的内侧墙面(如图3),以便吊挂装置于荷重吊挂的操作过程中能具备良好的支撑强度。
再者,由图2可见悉所述任一或全部控制箱10的端侧可设有一用于挂附配重块50的挂耳16,在图2所示实施中,举例揭示于该缆线控制箱10a的端侧来设置挂耳16用以挂附配重块50,该配重块50可以是法码、沙包或水箱等。

综上所陈,应当不难理解,由于所述多个内载有绕线转盘的控制箱10之间可以相互并列扣组式的模块成一体化的载重箱30,且每一控制箱10上模块的吊臂20也便于伸展及收合,因此当要移动本发明的吊挂装置至需求进行清洗或修缮的建筑物顶楼时,特别是在车载搬运及大楼梯间搬运时,本发明的吊挂装置提供了极为方便的快速拆解机能,因此在本发明所属技术领域中,理当已对先前技术作出贡献。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一吊臂,呈可双轴向伸展及缩回的倒L形体;
    一载重箱,由多个各自独立且能移动摆放于楼顶地面的控制箱相互并列模块而成,且所述多个控制箱的一侧端墙分别模块所述吊臂挺立;
    其中,所述多个控制箱内分别配置有一绕线转盘,且各该绕线转盘所捆附的管线能经由各该控制箱所模块固定的吊臂的导引而延伸至建筑物楼顶的一侧女儿墙外进行升降。
  2. 如权利要求1所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述多支吊臂分别由一垂框和一横框相互一体连接而成,各该吊臂经由垂框而模块固定于各该控制箱的端墙,且所述垂框和横框分别由多节可调伸缩长度的架杆组成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述垂框上配置有至少一水平伸缩式的止挡件接触女儿墙的墙面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述垂框、横框上配置有多个导引绕线转盘所捆附的管线的自由滑轮。
  5. 如权利要求2所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述多个控制箱包含一缆线控制箱、一水管控制箱及一电线控制箱。
  6. 如权利要求5所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,该缆线控制箱的横框一端延伸形成一远离缆线控制箱的垂支架,该垂支架的近底部还枢设一水平向的滚筒,该缆线控制箱内的绕线转盘所捆附的缆线依序经由所述自由滑轮及滚筒的导引而于女儿墙外进行升降。
  7. 如权利要求6所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,该垂支架与垂框相互平行。
  8. 如权利要求1所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述多个控制箱的双侧面分别设有一扣耳及一扣环,所述多个控制箱经由扣耳及扣环的相互扣组而相互并列模块成该载重箱。
  9. 如权利要求1所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,所述控制箱的端侧设有一用于挂附配重块的挂耳。
  10. 如权利要求1所述应用于建筑物楼顶地面的模块式吊挂装置,其特征在于,该绕线转盘为附具动力的卷扬机。
