请同时参照图1及图4,各个所述第二限位单元80分别设置于各个所述水袋吊挂杆50的第一端53,以分别限位各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40,且各个所述第二限位单元80分别具有一第二滑动单元81,分别滑动于各个所述第一滑轨42;换言之,通过各个所述第二滑动单元81的设置,使各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40顺畅地移动于各个所述第二限位单元80。
各个所述水袋吊挂部90分别设置于各个所述水袋吊挂杆50的第二端54,用于吊挂至少一配重水袋100,且所述配重水袋100可拆装地挂设于所述水袋吊挂部90的至少一个上。
所述多个滚轮110设置于所述框架本体10的底部,利于移动所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000。
如图1所示,各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40及各个所述水袋吊挂杆50对称设置,且各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40的第一端43对应各个所述水袋吊挂杆50的第二端54,故当各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40及各个所述水袋吊挂杆50分别朝所述第一方向D1及所述第二方向D2移动时,各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆40及各个所述水袋吊挂杆50相对所述框架本体10的中央水平向外展开。
请同时参照图1至图5,并配合以下叙述来说明所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000如何吊挂所述洗墙机结构并配合不同厚度的女儿墙W1,W2。
如前述及图1可知,所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000的各组件是通过螺丝组装,故易于拆装,方便收纳与装设。
首先,将所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000的各组件在大楼楼顶组装。
接着,当决定所要用的洗墙机结构的尺寸,并通过所述多个缆线L吊挂所述洗墙机结构后,将二个配重水袋100分别挂设于所述水袋吊挂部90,并装填水来增加重量以对应所述洗墙机结构的重量,由于所述配重水袋100与所述洗墙机结构相对于所述框架本体10的中央是对称吊挂,故可防止所述框架本体10倾斜而翻倒。
接着,将所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000靠近大楼楼顶的女儿墙W1后,通过所述吊挂杆驱动装置30调整所述洗墙机吊挂杆40伸缩以对应所述女儿墙W1的厚度,从而使所述洗墙机结构能顺利地清洗墙面;并且,由于所述吊挂杆驱动装置30的设置,使得所述洗墙机吊挂杆40被伸缩的同时,所述水 袋吊挂杆50也被伸缩,所述配重水袋100与所述洗墙机结构相对于所述框架本体10的中央仍呈现对称吊挂,故可防止所述框架本体10倾斜而翻倒。
此外,由图1及图3可知,通过所述第一限位单元60的设置,当所述洗墙机结构挂设于所述洗墙机吊挂部70而产生向下的力量时,所述第一限位单元60与所述水袋吊挂杆50相互限位,以避免所述洗墙机吊挂杆40产生变形;同时,通过所述第一限位单元60与所述水袋吊挂杆50相互限位,可使所述洗墙机结构挂设于所述洗墙机吊挂部70而产生向下的力量与所述配重水袋100挂设于所述水袋吊挂部90而产生向下的力量相互抵消,从而避免所述水袋吊挂杆50变形。
接着,如图5所示,当所述女儿墙W2的厚度大于所述女儿墙W1的厚度时,通过所述吊挂杆驱动装置30调整所述洗墙机吊挂杆40伸长,从而使所述洗墙机结构能顺利地清洗墙面。由此可知,通过上述结构,可应用于各种厚度的女儿墙W1,W2。
综上所述,本发明的洗墙机吊挂结构通过所述吊挂杆驱动装置、所述洗墙机吊挂杆及所述水袋吊挂杆的设置,可应用于各种厚度的女儿墙、各种尺寸的洗墙机结构,有效防止所述洗墙机吊挂结构倾斜而翻倒;此外,由于结构简单且不用锁固于所述女儿墙,故易于拆装、移动与收纳。
接着,如图6所示,当图未示的洗墙机结构的尺寸与重量较大时,通过增加所述多个配重水袋100的数量来达到平衡,此外,所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000还包含一水袋吊挂辅助杆120,其两端分别连接于各个所述水袋吊挂杆50的第二端54;借此,增加所述多个配重水袋100所能挂设的位置。
此外,所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000还包含至少一框架本体驱动装置130,可分离地设置于所述框架本体10的底部,以驱动所述框架本体10移动;借此,让所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000自动横向移动,从而变更所述洗墙机结构清洗所述墙面的位置。
再者,各个所述配重水袋100还分别具有一排水部101,用于排水,故当使用者清洗完墙面而将所述洗墙机结构与所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000分离后,通过将所述配重水袋100中的水排出,以减轻所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000的重量,以利于使用者移动与收纳所述洗墙机吊挂结构1000。
由图6及图7可知,当所述女儿墙W3,W4的厚度不同时,通过所述吊 挂杆驱动装置30调整所述洗墙机吊挂杆40伸长,从而使所述洗墙机结构能顺利地清洗墙面。由此可知,通过上述结构,可应用于各种厚度的女儿墙W1,W2,W3,W4。
综上所述,本发明的洗墙机吊挂结构通过所述吊挂杆驱动装置、所述洗墙机吊挂杆及所述水袋吊挂杆的设置,可应用于各种厚度的女儿墙、各种尺寸的洗墙机结构,有效防止所述洗墙机吊挂结构倾斜而翻倒;此外,由于结构简单且不用锁固于所述女儿墙,故易于拆装、移动与收纳。
本发明在上文中已以较佳实施例公开,然而本领域的技术人员应理解的是,所述实施例仅用于描绘本发明,而不应解读为限制本发明的范围。应注意的是,举凡与所述实施例等效的变化与置换,均应设为涵盖于本发明的范畴内。因此,本发明的保护范围当以权利要求所界定者为准。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种洗墙机吊挂结构,其特征在于,包含:
    一框架本体;
    一缆线控制装置,可分离地设置于所述框架本体;
    一吊挂杆驱动装置,设置于所述框架本体,并具有一驱动马达、一第一齿轮单元、一第二齿轮单元及一连动杆,所述连动杆连接所述第一齿轮单元及所述第二齿轮单元,所述驱动马达驱动所述第一齿轮单元转动,当所述第一齿轮单元转动时,通过所述连动杆带动所述第二齿轮单元同步转动;
    二个洗墙机吊挂杆,分别通过一排齿轮对应齿啮合于所述第一齿轮单元及所述第二齿轮单元,各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆相对各个所述齿轮对应齿的一侧分别具有一第一滑轨,且各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆分别具有一第一端及一第二端,当所述第一齿轮单元及所述第二齿轮单元转动时,分别带动各个所述齿轮对应齿,以使所述洗墙机吊挂杆朝一第一方向移动,所述第一方向水平于一地面;
    二个水袋吊挂杆,分别通过一排齿轮对应齿啮合于所述第一齿轮单元及所述第二齿轮单元,各个所述水袋吊挂杆相对各个所述齿轮对应齿的一侧分别具有一第二滑轨,且各个所述水袋吊挂杆分别具有一第一端及一第二端,当所述第一齿轮单元及所述第二齿轮单元转动时,分别带动各个所述齿轮对应齿,以使所述水袋吊挂杆朝一第二方向移动,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相差180°;
    二个第一限位单元,分别设置于各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆的第一端,以分别限位各个所述水袋吊挂杆,且各个所述第一限位单元分别具有一第一滑动单元,分别滑动于各个所述第二滑轨;
    二个洗墙机吊挂部,分别设置于各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆的第二端;
    二个第二限位单元,分别设置于各个所述水袋吊挂杆的第一端, 以分别限位各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆,且各个所述第二限位单元分别具有一第二滑动单元,分别滑动于各个所述第一滑轨;
    二个水袋吊挂部,分别设置于各个所述水袋吊挂杆的第二端;
    至少一配重水袋,可拆装地挂设于所述水袋吊挂部的至少一个上;及
    多个滚轮,设置于所述框架本体的底部;
    其中,各个所述洗墙机吊挂杆的第一端对应各个所述水袋吊挂杆的第二端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗墙机吊挂结构,其特征在于,还包含一水袋吊挂辅助杆,其两端分别连接于各个所述水袋吊挂杆的第二端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗墙机吊挂结构,其特征在于,还包含至少一框架本体驱动装置,可分离地设置于所述框架本体的底部,以驱动所述框架本体移动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的洗墙机吊挂结构,其特征在于,还包含至少一框架本体驱动装置,可分离地设置于所述框架本体的底部,以驱动所述框架本体移动。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的洗墙机吊挂结构,其特征在于,所述配重水袋具有一排水部。
