一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,包括榨油箱体(1)、回油管(3)、毛油箱(5)、油脚箱(7)、干燥罐(9)和干燥内腔(19),榨油箱体的顶端一侧卡接有进料漏斗(13),顶部靠近进料漏斗的一侧套接有盐水箱(12),底端固定连接有支撑脚(2),底端中部位置卡接有回油管,回油管的一端卡接在毛油箱的一侧,榨油箱体的一侧通过第二导油管(11)套接有油脚箱,油脚箱的一侧底端卡接有油渣出口(14),在干燥罐的一端设有冷却罐(8),在干燥罐的一端连接有真空泵(17),能够将内部的空气抽出,提高干燥的效率。

Description

一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备 技术领域
本发明涉及浓香油制作设备技术领域,特别涉及一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备。
背景技术
香油,北方多称为芝麻油,麻油,是从芝麻中提炼出来的,具有特别香味,故称为香油。按榨取方法一般分为压榨法、压滤法和水代法,小磨香油为传统工艺水代法制作的香油。芝麻油根据香味特点分为两类:一是香油,具有浓郁或显著的芝麻油香味。芝麻中的特有成分经高温炒料工艺处理后,生成具有特殊香味的物质,致使芝麻油具有独特的香味,有别于其他各种食用植物油,故称香油。香油按加工工艺分为小磨香油和机制香油两种,目前,市面上出现的浓香油制作设备的结构和功能比较单一,制作过程比较麻烦,效率比较低,而且制作的效果不是很好。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,解决了现有的浓香油制作设备的的制造效果不好,使用效率比较低等问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,包括榨油箱体、回油管、毛油箱、油脚箱、干燥罐和干燥内腔,所述榨油箱体的顶端一侧卡接有进料漏斗,所述榨油箱体的顶部靠近进料漏斗的一侧套接有盐水箱,所述榨油箱体的底端固定连接有支撑脚,所述榨油箱体的底端中部位置卡接有回油管,所述回油管的一端卡接在毛油箱的一侧,所述榨油箱体的一侧通过第二导油管套接有油脚箱,所述油脚箱的一侧底端卡接有油渣出口,所述毛油箱的一侧通过第一导油管套接在干燥罐的顶端一侧,所述干燥罐的另一侧套接有冷却罐,所述干燥罐的内部干燥内腔,所述干燥内腔的底端卡接有过滤器,所述干燥内腔的一侧套接有真空泵。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述回油管与毛油箱的连接处卡接有控制阀,所述控制阀为单向控制阀。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述油脚箱的一侧设有分离器,所述分离器的一端卡接在毛油箱的一侧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述干燥罐的一侧设有温度传感器。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述干燥内腔与干燥罐之间套接有耐热层,所述耐热层为聚酸乙酯发泡类构件。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述冷却罐的内部一侧设有测温探头,所述测温探头与温度传感器电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述冷却罐的一侧卡接有鼓风机,所述冷却罐的另一侧套接有吸风机,所述吸风机与冷却罐的连接处设有除尘网。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明结构合理、使用简单,使得浓香油的制作效果好,通过在干燥罐的一端设有冷却罐,在干燥罐的一端连接有真空泵,真空泵能够将内部的空气抽出,提高干燥的效率,在冷却罐的一端上方连接有鼓风机,在冷却罐的低端一侧连接有西风机,并且西风机的一侧设有除尘网,避免空气中的杂质进入到冷却罐的内部,使得制作过程中质量更高。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,本发明一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,包括榨油箱体1、回油管3、毛油箱5、油脚箱7、干燥罐9和干燥内腔19,榨油箱体1的顶端一侧卡接有进料漏斗13,榨油箱体1的顶部靠近进料漏斗13的一侧套接有盐水箱12,榨油箱体1的底端固定连接有支撑脚2,榨油箱体1的底端中部位置卡接有回油管3,回油管3的一端卡接在毛油箱5的 一侧,榨油箱体1的一侧通过第二导油管11套接有油脚箱7,油脚箱7的一侧底端卡接有油渣出口14,毛油箱5的一侧通过第一导油管10套接在干燥罐9的顶端一侧,干燥罐9的另一侧套接有冷却罐8,干燥罐9的内部干燥内腔19,干燥内腔19的底端卡接有过滤器16,干燥内腔19的一侧套接有真空泵17。
进一步,回油管3与毛油箱5的连接处卡接有控制阀4,控制阀4为单向控制阀。
进一步,油脚箱7的一侧设有分离器6,分离器6的一端卡接在毛油箱5的一侧。
进一步,干燥罐9的一侧设有温度传感器15,对内部的温度进行检测,提高使用的效果。
进一步,干燥内腔19与干燥罐9之间套接有耐热层18,耐热层18为聚酸乙酯发泡类构件,具有很好的耐热效果。
进一步,冷却罐8的内部一侧设有测温探头20,测温探头20与温度传感器15电性连接。
进一步,冷却罐8的一侧卡接有鼓风机23,冷却罐8的另一侧套接有吸风机21,吸风机21与冷却罐8的连接处设有除尘网22。
本发明工作原理:在使用的过程中,将材料通过进料漏斗13进入到榨油箱体1中,在榨油箱体1中进行初步的处理后,在油泵的作用下,通过第二导油管11进入到油脚箱7中,然后在分离器6的作用下,可以将油脚箱7内部的油渣通过油渣出口14排出,用油渣箱进行回收,二次处理后进入到毛油箱5中,毛油箱5对其进行再次处理,然后在油泵的作用下,通过第一导油管11进入到干燥罐9中,干燥罐9一侧的温度传感器15对内部的温度进行检测,而且在干燥罐9的另一侧设有真空泵17,对内部的空气进行抽取,提高干燥的效率,然后通过出料管进入到冷却罐8中,而且冷却罐8的一侧设有鼓风机23,另一侧设有吸风机21,吸风机21将冷空气通过除尘网22进入到冷却罐8中,对内部的香油进行冷却,提高制作的质量和效率。

  1. 一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,包括榨油箱体(1)、回油管(3)、毛油箱(5)、油脚箱(7)、干燥罐(9)和干燥内腔(19),其特征在于,所述榨油箱体(1)的顶端一侧卡接有进料漏斗(13),所述榨油箱体(1)的顶部靠近进料漏斗(13)的一侧套接有盐水箱(12),所述榨油箱体(1)的底端固定连接有支撑脚(2),所述榨油箱体(1)的底端中部位置卡接有回油管(3),所述回油管(3)的一端卡接在毛油箱(5)的一侧,所述榨油箱体(1)的一侧通过第二导油管(11)套接有油脚箱(7),所述油脚箱(7)的一侧底端卡接有油渣出口(14),所述毛油箱(5)的一侧通过第一导油管(10)套接在干燥罐(9)的顶端一侧,所述干燥罐(9)的另一侧套接有冷却罐(8),所述干燥罐(9)的内部干燥内腔(19),所述干燥内腔(19)的底端卡接有过滤器(16),所述干燥内腔(19)的一侧套接有真空泵(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述回油管(3)与毛油箱(5)的连接处卡接有控制阀(4),所述控制阀(4)为单向控制阀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述油脚箱(7)的一侧设有分离器(6),所述分离器(6)的一端卡接在毛油箱(5)的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述干燥罐(9)的一侧设有温度传感器(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述干燥内腔(19)与干燥罐(9)之间套接有耐热层(18),所述耐热层(18)为聚酸乙酯发泡类构件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述冷却罐(8)的内部一侧设有测温探头(20),所述测温探头(20)与温度传感器(15)电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种浓香油车间全自动化制作设备,其特征在于,所述冷却罐(8)的一侧卡接有鼓风机(23),所述冷却罐(8)的另一侧套接有吸风机(21),所述吸风机(21)与冷却罐(8)的连接处设有除尘网(22)。
