Abstract

La présente invention concerne une impureté de disaccharide d'azacitidine, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. Le composé de formule III, selon l'invention est obtenu par réaction d'un composé représenté par la formule IV en tant que matière première de départ avec un ribose tétraacétyl sous une catalyse d'un acide de Lewis, et le composé de formule III est hydrolysé pour obtenir un composé de formule II. Le composé de formule II préparé selon l'invention peut être utilisé en tant que référence pour la détection de matériaux apparentés à l'azacitidine, et est utilisé pour des applications de contrôle de qualité de l'azacitidine et des préparations associées de celle-ci.
