下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的一种较佳实施方式提供一种面板测试治具,请参阅图2和图3,包括调节组件100和限位组件200,所述调节组件100至少部分安装于所述限位组件200中,其中,所述限位组件200包括第一表面210和与第一表面210相背的第二表面220,所述第一表面210上设有挡块203,且开设有多个贯通所述第一表面210和所述第二表面220的条形孔201,多个所述条形孔201沿第一方向延伸;所述调节组件100包括多个滑动件121,所述多个滑动件121可移动设于所述多个条形孔201中,且伸出所述第一表面210,调整所述多个滑动件121在所述第一表面210上沿所述第一方向相对移动,所述多个滑动件121和所述挡块203所限定的区域面积改变,用于固定不同尺寸的面板。
本实施方式中的面板测试治具可用于固定OLED器件、液晶面板等,并安装于现有工作台面上。本实施方式中的限位组件的第一表面210为平面,在其他实施方式中,第一表面210也可以根据待测面板的形状进调整,例如对弧形面板进行固定时,可以为弧面。挡块203的形状为长条形,挡块203还可以具有倒角,具有倒角的一面与面板接触,使面板在倒角处可以向外滑出,可以减少固定时用力过大造成面板被挤压破坏。多个条形孔201在第一表面210上间隔布置,例如,布置为“三”字型或2组平行的“三”字型,第一方向为面板的宽度方向。多个滑动件121成对设置,即滑动件121和滑动件122为一对,滑动件123和滑动件124为一对,其中,滑动件121、滑动件122、滑动件123和滑动件124可以具有相同的结构,本实施方式中以滑动件121统称各 个滑动件,当然,在其他实施方式中,各个滑动件的结构也可以不同。滑动件121伸出第一表面210以限位挡块,多个滑动件121的相对移动的方式为成对的滑动件相对移动,即滑动件121和滑动件122相对移动、滑动件123和滑动件124相对移动,以改变多个滑动件所限定的区域面积,结合挡块可用于固定不同尺寸的面板。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图3和图5,所述调节组件100包括第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106,所述第一传动杆102与所述第二传动杆106沿所述第一方向同轴固接,且所述第一传动杆102与所述第二传动杆106的传动方向相反,并分别与其中一个滑动件121连接。
本实施方式中,通过第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106的的传动方向相反,当转动第一传动杆102时,第二传动杆106与第一传动杆102具有相同的转动方向,由于传动方向相反,使连接在第一传动杆102上的滑动件121和连接在第二传动杆106上的滑动件122可相对移动,即相向移动或相背移动,从而使滑动件121和122之间的距离变化,使其在第一表面210上限定的区域面积改变,可用于固定不同尺寸的面板。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图2至图4,所述第二表面220开设有与所述多个条形孔201对应的多个条形槽221,所述条形槽221不贯穿所述第一表面210,且宽度大于所述条形孔201的宽度,以使所述条形槽221与所述条形孔201的横截面形成凸字形状,所述第一传动杆102和所述第二传动杆106安装于所述条形槽210的空间内。
本实施方式中,通过设置条形槽221,并使第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106安装于条形槽221中,使本治具可以将限位组件200和调节组件100装配为一体的结构,提高了治具的实用性。条形槽的宽度大于条形孔201的宽度,使条形槽具有充足的空间以安装第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106,并且使安装于第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106的滑动件121可以穿过条形孔以伸出第一表面210。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图2至图5,所述第二表面220还开设第一连接槽2221和第二连接槽2222,所述第一连接槽2221和所述第二连接槽2222联通所述多个条形槽221,且所述第一连接槽2221和第二连接槽2222沿第二方 向延伸,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向;所述调节组件100还包括第一连接杆111和第二连接杆112,所述第一连接杆111设于所述第一连接槽2221中且连接至所述第一传动杆102,所述第二连接杆112设于所述第二连接槽2222中且连接至所述第二传动杆106,多个所述滑动件121分别对应连接至所述第一连接杆111和所述第二连接杆112。
本实施方式中,条形槽221包括条形槽2211、条形槽2212、条形槽2213、条形槽2214、条形槽2215和条形槽2216,以上各个条形槽用于容纳多个滑动件121等。
本实施方式中,请参阅图2至图5,设置第一连接槽2221和第二连接槽2222,以用于容纳第一连接杆111和第二连接杆112,第一连接槽2221连接条形槽2211、条形槽2212和条形槽2213;第二连接槽2222连接条形槽2216、条形槽2215和条形槽2214,使第一连接杆111和第二连接杆112可以与设于条形槽中的多个滑动件连接。第一连接杆111和第二连接杆112与第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106连接,更为具体的,第一连接杆111与第一传动杆102上的滑动件121连接,第二连接杆112与第二传动杆106上的滑动件122连接,以使滑动件121和滑动件122在相对移动的过程中,带动第一传动杆111和第二传动杆112相对移动,使设于第一连接杆上的滑动件124和设于第二连接杆上的滑动件123相对移动,使滑动件121和滑动件122、滑动件123和滑动件124同步相对移动,使本申请的治具可以同步调整多个滑动件121所限定的区域的面积大小,以更快的固定面板。当然,第一连接杆111和第二连接杆112上还可以设多个滑动件,使用于固定的滑动件的数量更多,使固定面板更为牢固,也更适于固定面积较大的面板。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图2至图4,所述限位组件200还具有第三表面230,所述第三表面230与所述第一表面210和所述第二表面220相交且与所述第一方向相交,所述第三表面230开设有通孔2223联通至所述条形槽221,所述调节组件100还包括控制旋钮101,所述控制旋钮101设于所述第三表面230并通过所述通孔2223与第一传动杆102连接,通过旋转所述控制旋钮101可使所述第一传动杆102旋转,进而使所述第二传动杆106旋转,带动所述第一连接杆111和所述第二连接杆112相向或相背运动,实现所述多个滑动件 121的同步移动。
本实施方式中,控制旋钮101可以为圆形,也可以为其他形状,控制旋钮101表面可以设置防滑的花纹,以便于手动操作;当然,控制旋钮101也可以与驱动机构(图中未示出)连接,以通过驱动机构的驱动使控制旋钮101转动,从而带动调节组件100的运动,实现本申请的治具的固定面板的目的。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图5,所述滑动件121包括抵持杆121(此处为了便于描述,抵持杆的标号采用滑动件的标号,应当理解,应结合附图之描述以充分理解本标号的含义,而不应只看字面意义)、支撑杆125和传动件103,所述抵持杆121位于所述第一表面210,用于固定所述面板,所述传动件103与所述第一传动杆102配合,所述支撑杆125连接在所述抵持杆121和所述传动件103之间,且所述支撑杆125的横截面尺寸小于所述条形孔201的宽度。其他滑动件的结构与滑动件121类似,即滑动件122包括传动件105、支撑杆125和抵持杆122,滑动件123包括传动件108、支撑杆125和抵持杆123,滑动件124包括传动件110、支撑杆125和抵持杆124。传动件103/105/108/110结构相同,均包括与第一传动杆102传动的通孔,具体的,可参见传动件123的通孔107和传动件124的通孔109,应当理解的,通孔内设有与第一传动杆102配合的配合部,例如,当第一传动杆102为丝杠时,该配合部为螺纹。
本实施方式中,通过传动件103与第一传动杆102的传动配合,带动支撑杆125及抵持杆121移动,支撑杆121的横截面的尺寸小于条形孔201的宽度,使支撑杆125可以穿过条形孔201。本实施方式中的传动件103、支撑杆125和抵持杆121之间可以设置为可拆卸结构,以便于安装。应当理解的,其他滑动件的结构与滑动件121的结构类似,其结构参考滑动件121即可。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图3至图4,所述第二表面220还开设有弧形槽2224,所述第一传动杆102与所述第二传动杆106之间通过联轴器104连接,所述联轴器104设于所述弧形槽2224内。
本实施方式中,通过设置联轴器104,使第一传动杆102和第二传动杆106连接更为稳固。
一种实施方式中,请参阅图2至图4,所述第一表面210还开设有沿所述第二方向的第一连接孔202和第二连接孔204,所述第一连接孔202与所述第 一连接槽2221对应设置,所述第二连接孔204与所述第二连接槽2222对应设置,以使所述滑动件121可在所述第一连接孔202和所述第二连接孔204内沿所述第二方向移动。
本实施方式的第一连接孔202和第二连接孔204的形状、尺寸和条形孔201类似,参照条形孔201的形状和尺寸即可。通过设置滑动件212可以在第二方向上移动,使本申请的治具的适用范围更为广泛,可应用于更多尺寸的面板的固定。
本实施方式中,请参阅图5,所述第一传动杆102与所述第二传动杆106为旋向相反的丝杆,所述传动件103包括与丝杆配合的螺纹,所述传动件103还包括与所述第一连接杆111连接的连接孔(图中未标号)。本实施方式的传动件103与第一连接杆111可相对滑动,
一种实施方式中,请参阅图2至图5,所述第一连接杆111上设有限位扣(未图示),用于限制所述传动件103在所述第一连接杆111上的滑动位移。限位扣可以采用卡环、卡扣、螺纹螺母等,本申请不限制其具体结构。应当理解的,第二连接杆112上也可以具有类似的限位扣。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请一种较佳实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方式的全部或部分流程,并依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种面板测试治具,其中,包括调节组件和限位组件,所述调节组件至少部分安装于所述限位组件中,其中,所述限位组件包括第一表面和与第一表面相背的第二表面,所述第一表面上设有挡块,且开设有多个贯通所述第一表面和所述第二表面的条形孔,多个所述条形孔沿第一方向延伸;所述调节组件包括多个滑动件,所述多个滑动件可移动设于所述多个条形孔中,且伸出所述第一表面,调整所述多个滑动件在所述第一表面上沿所述第一方向相对移动,所述多个滑动件和所述挡块所限定的区域面积改变,用于固定不同尺寸的面板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述调节组件包括第一传动杆和第二传动杆,所述第一传动杆与所述第二传动杆沿所述第一方向同轴固接,且所述第一传动杆与所述第二传动杆的传动方向相反,并分别与其中一个滑动件连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第二表面开设有与所述多个条形孔对应的多个条形槽,所述条形槽不贯穿所述第一表面,且宽度大于所述条形孔的宽度,以使所述条形槽与所述条形孔的横截面形成凸字形状,所述第一传动杆和所述第二传动杆安装于所述条形槽的空间内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第二表面还开设第一连接槽和第二连接槽,所述第一连接槽和所述第二连接槽联通所述多个条形槽,且所述第一连接槽和第二连接槽沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向;所述调节组件还包括第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆设于所述第一连接槽中且连接至所述第一传动杆,所述第二连接杆设于所述第二连接槽中且连接至所述第二传动杆,多个所述滑动件分别对应连接至所述第一连接杆和所述第二连接杆。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述限位组件还具有第三表面,所述第三表面与所述第一表面和所述第二表面相交且与所述第一方向相交,所述第三表面开设有通孔联通至所述条形槽,所述调节组件还包括控制旋钮,所述控制旋钮设于所述第三表面并通过所述通孔与第一传动杆连接,通过旋转所述控制旋钮可使所述第一传动杆旋转,进而使所述第二传动杆旋转,带 动所述第一连接杆和所述第二连接杆相向或相背运动,实现所述多个滑动件的同步移动。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述滑动件包括抵持杆、支撑杆和传动件,所述抵持杆位于所述第一表面,用于固定所述面板,所述传动件与所述第一传动杆配合,所述支撑杆连接在所述抵持杆和所述传动件之间,且所述支撑杆的横截面尺寸小于所述条形孔的宽度。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第二表面还开设有弧形槽,所述第一传动杆与所述第二传动杆之间通过联轴器连接,所述联轴器设于所述弧形槽内。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第一表面还开设有沿所述第二方向的第一连接孔和第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔与所述第一连接槽对应设置,所述第二连接孔与所述第二连接槽对应设置,以使所述滑动件可在所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔内沿所述第二方向移动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第一传动杆与所述第二传动杆为旋向相反的丝杆,所述传动件包括与丝杆配合的螺纹,所述传动件还包括与所述第一连接杆连接的连接孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的面板测试治具,其中,所述第一连接杆上设有限位扣,用于限制所述传动件在所述第一连接杆上的滑动位移。
