- the user of the elevator is a visually impaired person, the user can smoothly arrive at the landing of the corresponding elevator by being guided by the guidance sound B.
- the hall control panel 2 is installed with a distance set in advance from the car A. As a result, it is possible to reduce the possibility that a user who is searching for the installation position of the hall control panel 2 may contact another user who is waiting for the arrival of the unit A.
- the B machine is installed at the back of the A machine. Therefore, it is necessary for the user B who gets on the unit B to move away from the user A waiting for the arrival of the unit A. As a result, the user B may lose track of the landing position of the vehicle B while moving. Therefore, conventionally, the elevator No. 2 assigned to the visually impaired person is only the A nearest to the hall control panel 2.
- the guidance sound B is issued at the landing of the B-th car. As a result, the user B does not lose track of the landing position of the vehicle B while moving. Therefore, in the first embodiment, even if the user is a visually impaired person, allocation to B to F units other than A unit is also possible, and the operation efficiency of the entire elevator system can be improved.
- the guidance sound B may be issued only when the operation mode of the elevator is a specific mode set in advance. In that case, it is also possible to cause the guidance sound B to be issued only when a specific user uses the elevator. In that case, since the frequency of the announcement of the guiding sound B decreases, it is possible to reduce the mixture of sound sources at the landing.
- the specific mode set in advance includes, for example, a mode exclusively for visually impaired persons, a mode exclusively for other language users, and the like. A user who wants to switch to a specific mode operates the mode switching button provided on the hall control panel 2 to switch to a specific mode.
- the guiding sound A and the guiding sound B described in the above-mentioned first embodiment are constituted by sine sounds.
- the signature sound is an artificial sound used for the purpose of providing some information to the user.
- sign sounds are used, for example, for operation confirmation sounds of consumer products such as home appliances, and for example, arrival and arrival sounds of trains in public spaces such as station homes.
- the sine sound forming the guiding sound A and the sine sound forming the guiding sound B may be set to the same type of sine sound, but are set to different types of sine sounds. May be Since the signature sound is difficult to be mixed with the voice of the user because of its characteristic, the user can easily hear it. As a result, even when the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are generated at a small volume, for example, at the time of congestion, the user can easily distinguish those sounds and reduce the user's discomfort due to difficulty in listening. it can. Moreover, unlike the speech by language, the signature sound can be used universally. The other configurations and operations are the same as those of the first embodiment described above, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
- both the guiding sound A and the guiding sound B are formed of sine sounds. Therefore, the user can easily sense the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B, and the guidance sound can be made common to users of all languages.
- the notification period of the guidance sound A and the notification period of the guidance sound B according to the second embodiment are set to be different from each other. That is, the notification period of the guiding sound A is set to T1 seconds. As a result, the guiding sound A is issued periodically every T1 seconds. On the other hand, the notification period of the guiding sound B is set to T2 seconds. Here, T2 seconds is a value different from T1 seconds. As a result, the guiding sound B is issued periodically every T2 seconds.
- the trigger period T1 of the guiding sound A and the emitting period T2 of the guiding sound B can be different from each other. Therefore, mixing of the guiding sound A and the guiding sound B can be reduced. Further, it is more preferable to set the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B to different types of sounds in preparation for the case where the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are simultaneously notified.
- the other configurations and operations are the same as those of the above-described first and second embodiments, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
- the notification period T1 of the guidance sound A and the notification period T2 of the guidance sound B are set to be different from each other. Therefore, the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are less likely to be issued simultaneously. In addition, even when the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are simultaneously reported, it is possible to provide a timing at which at least the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are not simultaneously reported, so that the user can easily hear.
- the notification period T1 of the guidance sound A and the notification period T2 of the guidance sound B in the second embodiment become the same.
- the case of setting will be described.
- one of the start timings is shifted by a fixed time so that the start timing of the alert cycle T1 of the guiding sound A and the start timing of the alert cycle T2 of the guiding sound B do not coincide.
- the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B will not be triggered simultaneously.
- the start timing of the guiding sound A is shifted with respect to the starting timing of the guiding sound B by T / 2 seconds.
- the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are alternately triggered and not simultaneously.
- the user moves from the hall control panel 2 to the hall of the elevator 4 assigned to the user, it becomes easy to grasp the positional relationship between the user's current location and the destination.
- the other configurations and operations are the same as those of the above-described first and second embodiments, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
- the notification period of the guidance sound A and the notification period of the guidance sound B are set to be the same period, and the start timings of the guidance sound B and the start timing of the guidance sound B are different from each other. Therefore, since the guidance sound A and the guidance sound B are not simultaneously notified, it is easy for the user to hear.
- the guiding sound B generated from the guiding sound generating device 3 is configured by a voice message. That is, as the guidance sound B, for example, a voice message is generated from the guidance sound generation device 3 as in “Please use the machine B”.
- the guiding sound B is configured by a combination of a guiding sound including a sine sound and the like and a voice message. This makes it easier for the user to understand the purpose of the guidance sound B being uttered. If the elevator car name assigned to the hall call registration is issued by the guidance sound B, the user can simultaneously understand the elevator car name and the corresponding elevator car landing position.
- the guidance sound A is a sine sound. The other configurations and operations are the same as those in any of the first to fourth embodiments, and thus the description thereof is omitted here.
- the guiding sound B generated from the guiding sound generation device 3 is configured by a voice message.
- the guiding sound B is a voice message
- the user can easily understand the purpose of emitting the guiding sound B.
- the user can simultaneously understand the name of the elevator and the landing position of the corresponding elevator.
- the hall control panel 2 operates under the control of the group management device 43, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, a CPU may be provided in the hall control panel 2, and the hall control panel 2 may start and stop the announcement of the guidance sound A under the control of the CPU. In that case, when there is an operation input from the user, the hall control panel 2 stops the announcement of the guidance sound A, and then restarts the announcement of the guidance sound A after a predetermined period of time. .
- the guidance sound B issued from the guidance sound generator 3 may be different from one elevator car to another.
- the elevators are changed to different sounds by changing the notification pattern for emitting the sine sound or adjusting the amplitude or frequency of the sound.
- the volume can be increased, and by increasing the frequency of sound, the height of sound can be increased. Therefore, for example, as the elevator No. 2 installed at a position farther from the hall control panel 2 increases the frequency of the guidance sound B reported from the guidance sound generator 3 to increase the amplitude, the hall control panel 2 It is possible to make it easy for the user who is near to hear the guidance sound B that has been reported at a distant landing.
- the induction sound B at the landing spot of the F unit is greater in amplitude and higher in volume than the induction sound B of the C unit.
- the elevator No. 3 installed at a position farther from the hall control panel 2 increases the volume of the guiding sound B reported from the guiding sound generator 3 to increase the frequency and amplitude so that the sound becomes higher. You may set suitably.

Abstract
