发明内容
本发明提出的是一种输送装置,其目的旨在克服现有技术存在的缺陷,其主要优点:运载小车2在区域5全覆盖通行,区域5由若干层子区域5-1组成,通过升降装置8实现各层互通,增加物料的储存能力;行走时,工件吊挂在框架2-3的空腔内,不影响车2的运行。

所述的车2中的抓取装置2-2包括只旋转不升降的丝杆装置2-2-1和不旋转只升降的螺母装置2-2-2,丝杆装置2-2-1固定于框架2-3内,螺母装置2-2-2包括托住托盘6的爪2-2-2-1。
所述的托盘6在爪2-2-2-1接口处设有凸台或缺口,通过爪2-2-2-1的升降和平移实现抓取和放置托盘6。
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明
如图1~图3所示,输送装置1包括运载小车2、运载小车2运行的空中轨道3和立柱构件4,车2在区域5内运行,区域5由若干层子区域5-1组成,区域5-1内的构件4设有若干车2沿X方向运行的轨道3X和车2沿Y方向运行的轨道3Y;车2在区域5内运行,包括行走装置2-1、抓取装置2-2和框架2-3,行走装置2-1位于框架2-3的下部,抓取装置2-2位于框架2-3的上部,框架2-3是底部开口的空腔,抓取装置2-3将框架2-3下方的托盘6吊至框架2-3的空腔内,物品7放在托盘6内,托盘6底面高于轨道3的上平面,即不影响车2在轨道3上的运行;区域5内设有若干个升降装置8,装置8内包括车2运行的轨道38,通过装置8实现车2在不同层的子区域5-1之间的转换。
如图4所示,区域5-1轨道3下方仅放置一层物品7的托盘6。
如图5~图6所示,行走装置2-1包括A结构和B结构:
A结构:行走装置2-1包括沿X方向运行的行走装置2-1X、沿Y方向运行的行走装置2-1Y,切换装置2-1Z具有顶升功能,行走装置2-1X低于行走装置2-1Y时,行走装置2-1Y脱离轨道3Y,行走装置2-1X在轨道3X上运行,切换装置2-1Z动作,使行走装置2-1Y低于行走装置2-1X时,行走装置2-1X脱离轨道3X,行走装置3-1Y在轨道3Y上运行;
B结构:行走装置2-1包括行走装置2-1A和具有回转功能的切换装置2-1R,当装置2-1R回轨90度时,装置2-1从沿着X或Y方向运行回转至沿着Y或X方向运行。
如图7所示,轨道3内设有带升降装置的轨道3Z,通过轨道3Z实现车2在不同高度的轨道3之间的转换。
如图8~图9所示,装置2-1X或装置2-1Y的行走轮有不同的中心距,对应的轨道3 也有不同的轨间距。
如图10~图11所示,抓取装置2-2设有沿X或Y方向运行的夹爪2-2-1X或夹爪2-2-1Y,则框架2-3内设有沿Y方向或X运行的抓取装置2-2Y或抓取装置2-2X,通过调整夹爪2-2-1X或夹爪2-2-1Y不同的间距夹持不同尺寸的托盘,通过调整夹爪2-2-1X在X方向的中心距和抓取装置2-2Y在Y方向的中心距,或通过夹爪2-2-1Y在Y方向的中心距和抓取装置2-2X在X方向的中心距,夹持轨道3下方不同位置的托盘。
如图12~图15所示,轨道3X或轨道3Y下方,以及轨道3X和轨道3Y组成的网格下方,存储不同大小的托盘。
如图16所示,框架2-3的底部设有活动防护板2-4,当抓取装置2-2升降时,打开防护板2-4,车2水平运行时,关闭防护板2-4。
如图17所示,车2中的抓取装置2-2包括只旋转不升降的丝杆装置2-2-1和不旋转只升降的螺母装置2-2-2,丝杆装置2-2-1固定于框架2-3内,螺母装置2-2-2包括托住托盘6的爪2-2-2-1。
如图18~图21所示,托盘6在爪2-2-2-1接口处设有缺口,通过爪2-2-2-1的升降和平移实现抓取和放置托盘6。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种输送装置,其特征是输送装置(1)包括运载小车(2)、运载小车(2)运行的空中轨道(3)和立柱构件(4),车(2)在区域(5)内运行,区域(5)包括若干层子区域(5-1),区域(5-1)内的构件(4)设有若干车(2)沿X方向运行的轨道(3X)和车(2)沿Y方向运行的轨道(3Y);车(2)在区域(5)内运行,包括行走装置(2-1)、抓取装置(2-2)和框架(2-3),行走装置(2-1)位于框架(2-3)的下部,抓取装置(2-2)位于框架(2-3)的上部,框架(2-3)是底部开口的空腔,抓取装置(2-3)将框架(2-3)下方的托盘(6)或物品(7)吊至框架(2-3)的空腔内,托盘(6)或物品(7)底面高于轨道(3)的上平面,即不影响车(2)在轨道(3)上的运行;区域(5)内设有若干个升降装置(8),装置(8)内包括车(2)运行的轨道(38),通过装置(8)实现车(2)在不同层的子区域(5-1)之间的转换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的区域(5-1)轨道(3)下方仅放置一层托盘(6),物品(7)放在托盘(6)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的行走装置(2-1)包括A结构和B结构:
    A结构:行走装置(2-1)包括沿X方向运行的行走装置(2-1X)、沿Y方向运行的行走装置(2-1Y),切换装置(2-1Z)具有顶升功能,行走装置(2-1X)低于行走装置(2-1Y)时,行走装置(2-1Y)脱离轨道(3Y),行走装置(2-1X)在轨道(3X)上运行,切换装置(2-1Z)动作,使行走装置(2-1Y)低于行走装置(2-1X)时,行走装置(2-1X)脱离轨道(3X),行走装置(3-1Y)在轨道(3Y)上运行;
    B结构:行走装置(2-1)包括行走装置(2-1A)和具有回转功能的切换装置(2-1R),当装置(2-1R)回轨90度时,装置(2-1)从沿着X(或Y)方向运行回转至沿着Y(或X)方向运行。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的轨道(3)内设有带升降装置的轨道(3Z),通过轨道(3Z)实现车(2)在不同高度的轨道(3)之间的转换。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的装置(2-1X)和/或装置(2-1Y)的行走轮有不同的中心距,对应的轨道(3)也有不同的轨间距。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的抓取装置(2-2)设有沿X或Y方向运行的夹爪(2-2-1X)或夹爪(2-2-1Y),则框架(2-3)内设有沿Y方向或X运行的抓取装置(2-2Y)或抓取装置(2-2X),通过调整夹爪(2-2-1X)或夹爪(2-2-1Y)不同的间距夹持不同尺寸的托盘,通过调整夹爪(2-2-1X)X方向的中心距和抓取装置(2-2Y)Y方向的中心距, 或通过夹爪(2-2-1Y)Y方向的中心距和抓取装置(2-2X)X方向的中心距,夹持轨道(3)下方不同位置的托盘。
  7. 根据权利要求2、6所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的轨道(3X)和/或轨道(3Y)下方,以及轨道(3X)和轨道(3Y)组成的网格下方,存储不同大小的托盘。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的框架(2-3)的底部设有活动防护板(2-4),当抓取装置(2-2)升降时,打开防护板(2-4),车(2)水平运行时,关闭防护板(2-4)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的车(2)中的抓取装置(2-2)包括只旋转不升降的丝杆装置(2-2-1)和不旋转只升降的螺母装置(2-2-2),丝杆装置(2-2-1)固定于框架(2-3)内,螺母装置(2-2-2)包括托住托盘(6)的爪(2-2-2-1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种输送装置,其特征是所述的托盘(6)在爪(2-2-2-1)接口处设有凸台或缺口,通过爪(2-2-2-1)的升降和平移实现抓取和放置托盘(6)。
