下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,可以提供一种能够实现自助取车的线下车库系统,其中,车库的外观可以如图1所示。具体的,在该车库系统中,可以部署有服务器,库内信息处理设备,车辆存放设备,以及钥匙存放设备。
其中,服务器可以位于云端,用于进行信息存储等管理方面的操作。库内信息处理设备具体可以通过一体机等形式存在,用户在使用线上的相关应用程序完成对车辆的试驾预约或者下单购买后,可以到本申请实施例提供的车库进行取车。进入到车库后就可以首先通过该库内信息处理设备进行订单的确认,例如,可以确定用户是否在预约的时间内进行取车,以及相关的车辆信息。
车辆存放设备中可以包括多个车位以及第一控制器,所述车位用于停放具体的车辆, 为了节省空间,可以采用立体车位的形式;第一控制器用于接收库内信息处理设备发送的位置指令,对对应位置处的车辆进行出库处理。其中,可以通过自动化控制设备,实现对车辆的自动出库。
钥匙存放设备可以对应一钥匙存放容器,该钥匙存放设备可以存在多个钥匙位,可以预先由工作人员将车辆的钥匙存放入具体的钥匙位;另外,还可以存在第二控制器,该第二控制器也可以用于接收库内信息处理设备发送的位置指令,将对应位置处的钥匙提供给用户。其中,钥匙存放设备也可以通过自动化设备实现钥匙的自动取出。例如,钥匙存放设备可以是采用具有多个储存钥匙空间,且每个储存钥匙空间为抽屉结构,或者仓门的结构,通过电子锁或密码锁等实现打开或关闭。当电子锁或密码锁接收到锁定或解锁控制信号时,可实现储存钥匙空间的锁定或解锁。
在信息处理层面,具体可以包括一服务端,库内信息处理设备端,以及所述第一控制器端以及第二控制器端。其中,服务端可以位于云端,库内信息处理设备端与服务端可以通过互联网、移动通信网络等公网进行网络通信,而库内信息处理设备与第一控制器、第二控制器由于都是部署在车库内,因此,可以通过局域网等实现网络通信,以提高效率。
其中,服务端可用于保存车库内各车辆的存放位置信息,以及各钥匙的存放位置信息,这种信息可以采用车库服务人员录入等方式保存到服务端。需要说明的是,每个车辆与钥匙之间的一一对应的,也就是说,即使是同一品牌、同一车型的车辆,不同的车辆之间的钥匙也不是通用的,因此,为保证用户取到的钥匙与车辆相匹配,在保存每个车辆的信息以及钥匙匹配的车辆信息时,可以将每个车辆的唯一性信息进行保存。例如,具体可以将车辆的车架号作为每个车辆的惟一性标识信息,并在服务端进行保存。此时,服务端保存的车辆存放位置信息可以如以下表1所示:

具体实现时,上述表格中还可以包括车的款式、版本等信息,具体可以根据实际的需求而定。在同一车库系统内包括多个车辆存放设备的情况下,可以存在上述表1中的“车库编号”列,否则,如果所有车辆都在一个统一的车辆存放设备内存放,则可以不 存在此列信息。
而钥匙存放位置信息的保存方式可以如以下表2所示:

另外,用户在线上执行的预约试驾、购车等订单信息,也可以是在服务端进行保存。也就是说,在实际应用中,用户可以首先通过天猫手机客户端、“手机淘宝”等应用中对应的程序进行线上的预约试驾、购车等操作,之后再到线下的车库中进行取车操作,而用户的线上操作对应的订单信息都可以通过服务端进行保存。
库内信息处理设备端可以是以客户端程序的形式安装在库内信息处理设备中,或者,也可以是固化在库内信息处理设备中,可以用于对进入车库的用户进行身份识别,并提交到服务端,由服务端根据身份识别结果确定对应的订单,并确定出对应的车辆信息,包括品牌、车型信息等等。之后,可以根据预先保存的车辆存放位置信息以及钥匙存放位置信息,确定出目标车辆的位置,以及目标钥匙的位置,并将这两者位置的信息返回给库内信息处理设备端。该库内信息处理设备端就可以根据目标车辆的位置生成第一位置指令,并发送给第一控制器端,根据目标钥匙的位置生成第二位置指令,并发送给第二控制器端。进而,第一控制器端可以根据具体的第一位置指令启动车库的自动控制设备,将对应位置处的车辆取出。第二控制器端可以根据具体的第二位置指令启动钥匙存放容器的自动控制设备,将对应位置处的钥匙取出。需要说明的是,在具体实现时,用户在进行线上预约试驾或者购车时,只需要对所需的品牌、车型等信息进行选择,相应的,订单中记录的也是品牌、车型等信息,但是,服务端在确定目标车辆以及目标钥匙时,除了要与品牌、车型相对应,还可以根据车辆的唯一性标识信息进行选择,以使得目标钥匙与目标车辆相匹配。在对应的目标钥匙以及目标车辆被取走后,库内信息处理设备端还可以将信息同步反馈到服务端,由服务端对用户标识与被取走的车辆信息、日期等信息进行记录。
在具体实现时,库内信息处理设备与钥匙存放设备的距离可以比较接近,这样,用户在库内信息处理设备处完成验证操作,例如通过扫描用户脸部、指纹等操作,在确认用户身份后,可以就近从钥匙存放设备中取出目标钥匙。而车辆存放设备所在的位置则 通常与库内信息处理设备有一定的距离,并且车库内可能通过多个车辆存放设备进行车辆的存放。在这种情况下,由于用户所选择的车辆位于其中某个车辆存放设备内,因此,为了便于用户快速找到自己所需的车辆,还可以分别在库内信息处理设备与各个车辆存放设备之间部署“指示灯带”,即,可以在库内信息处理设备通往各个车辆存放设备的道路上部署多个指示灯,在默认状态下,这些指示灯处于关闭状态。每条指示灯带可以通过一个控制器进行控制整条灯带上各指示灯的开关。库内信息处理设备在接收到服务端下发的位置信息后,则可以确定出目标车辆所在的车辆存放设备,并指示对应车辆存放设备的控制器,将对应指示灯带上的各个指示灯进行开启。这样,用户可以沿着这种指示灯带快速找到自己所选择的车辆所在的车辆存放设备。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,可以为用户提供线上预约试驾/租赁/线上购车、线下自助取车的相关服务。其中,在提供试驾服务时,还可以提供根据用户购买意向所处阶段的不同,为用户提供“集中试驾”、“深度试驾”等多种具体的形式的试驾服务。其中,所谓的集中试驾为:在车库中可以提供高、中、低等多个档次、多种不同品牌、型号的车辆,在用户的购买意向尚未明确的状态下,用户在试驾时可以同时选择多个车辆进行试驾。当然,可以对最多可选的数量进行限制,例如,同一用户每次最多试驾三辆车,等等。在实际应用中,还可以为用户提供集中试驾的指定场所,例如,可以在车库附近开设“赛车场”等,用户在该场所内完成对其预约的多个车辆的试驾。在这种情况下,用户在从车库取车后,只能将在该指定场所内进行试驾,不能驶离该场所。
“深度试驾”是指,在用户的购买意向相对成熟的状态下,可以为用户提供更深入的试驾体验。具体的,用户在预约成功某款车辆的试驾,并从车库中取车后,可以允许用户将车辆开走,离开车库,可以在任意的地方进行试驾,并且可以给用户充足的试驾时间,例如,可以是三天,等等。甚至,如果用户在试驾过程中还可以直接通过在线操作的方式进行支付,试驾的车辆可以不必再进行归还,直接成为自己的车辆。这种试驾方式可以使得用户获得更好的体验。但是,在此过程中,为了保证车辆的安全,避免造成损失,在用户进行预约试驾的过程中还可以进行一些限制。例如,在进行预约时可以对用户的信用度等信息进行评估,在信用度符合条件的情况下,才允许用户预约深度试驾。另外,在预约成功后,还可以判断用户当前的登录账号是否绑定了用户本人的生物特征信息,例如,人脸信息、指纹信息、声纹信息,等等,如果已绑定,则可以直接生成订单;如果尚未绑定,则还可以要求用户进行绑定。之后在用户到线下车库中,库内信息处理设备在对用户进行身份识别时,可以首先对用户进行生物特征信息的采集,并 提交到服务端,由服务端进行信息识别之后,匹配出对应的登录账号信息,再通过登录账号查询到对应的用户的订单信息,并从中获知用户预约的车辆品牌、车型等信息。通过这种方式,一方面可以保证信息以及车辆等的安全性,避免有他人冒充的情况发生,另一方面,用户直接通过“刷脸”、“按指纹”等方式即可获得其预约的车辆,而不必再通过录入账号密码或者用手机等其他终端设备扫码等方式进行登录,因此,可以提高效率,提升用户体验。
其中,还可以为用户提供用于归还车辆的服务点(可以是不同于车库所在地的其他地点,并且可以有多个),用户在试驾结束后,可以将车辆就近开往其中一个服务点,服务点可以将车辆归还信息同步反馈到服务端,由服务端进行记录。
另外,用户还可以直接通过车库内的库内信息处理设备执行购车流程,也就是说,如果用户是确定需要购买某品牌、型号的车辆,则可以不必预先通过手机淘宝等应用程序进行下单,而是直接到车库内的库内信息处理设备上进行购买。具体的,由于系统中尚未产生相关的订单信息,因此,在用户选择购买车辆的情况下,可以首先提供用于登录的二维码等信息,用户可以通过手机等移动终端设备中安装的相关应用程序对该二维码进行扫描,从而实现登录。接下来,可以在库内信息处理设备的用户界面中展示出可选的车辆信息,在选择了某款目标车辆后,还可以选择具体的支付方案等信息,之后,服务端可以首先对用户进行信用评估,如果用户的信用度信息符合对应的支付方案的要求,则可以激活购买操作选项,用户点击购买操作选项后,可以进入到支付流程。其中,由于库内信息处理设备中的操作为公域操作,而支付过程涉及到用户密码等隐私信息,因此,在可选的实施方式中,可以将具体的支付过程切换回用户关联的移动终端设备中进行操作。具体的,在用户点击购买操作选项后,可以提供用于支付的图形码,之后,用户可以使用移动终端设备中关联的应用程序对该图形码进行扫码,就可以将支付流程切回用户关联的移动终端设备。之后,用户可以在移动终端设备中完成支付操作,相应的,服务端可以生成对应的交易订单,并进入到取车流程。具体的取车流程可以与前文所述一致。
下面分别从多个不同的角度,对本申请实施例提供的技术方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
该实施例一首先提供了一种车库系统,参见图2,该系统具体可以包括:
服务器201,用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
库内信息处理设备202,用于为进入车库的用户进行订单确认,接收所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息返回的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,并根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
车辆存放设备203,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
钥匙存放设备204,包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
其中,所述库内信息处理设备、车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备可以部署于同一车库内。
具体实现时,所述服务器保存的车辆位置信息包括:每辆车的唯一性标识信息与所在位置之间的对应关系;
所述钥匙位置信息包括:每个钥匙对应的匹配车辆的唯一性标识与所在位置之间的对应关系;
所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆以及目标钥匙时具体可以用于:根据所述订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆,并根据该目标车辆的唯一性标识信息,确定与其具有对应关系的钥匙作为目标钥匙。
具体实现时,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定。此时,所述库内信息处理设备在进行订单确认时具体可以用于:采集用户的生物特征信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息,返回给所述库内信息处理设备。
其中,所述预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单包括:对指定车辆进行试驾的订单,或者,对指定车辆进行购买的订单。
在集中试驾的情况下,述对指定车辆进行试驾的订单中包括多个车辆;
所述服务器具体用于:根据订单中的多个车辆信息分别返回目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;
所述库内信息处理设备具体可以用于:根据第一车辆对应的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息生成所述第一位置指令以及第二位置指令,并分别发送到所述车辆存 放设备以及钥匙存放设备,在完成第一车辆的试驾后,再根据第二车辆对应的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息生成所述第一位置指令以及第二位置指令,并分别发送到所述车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备,直到完成对订单关联的全部车辆的试驾。
在上述情况下,所述车库系统附近可以设置有用于试驾的场所,当所述订单中包括多个车辆时,在所述场所内对各车辆进行试驾。
在深度试驾的情况下,所述对指定车辆进行试驾的订单中可以仅包括一个车辆,并在生成订单时对用户进行了信用评估,此时则可以取消对试驾场所的限制。
另外,所述订单还可以包括:通过所述库内信息处理设备提供的信息界面对指定车辆执行购买操作后生成的订单;此时,所述库内信息处理设备在进行订单确认时具体可以用于:提供用户登录界面,在完成登录后提供可选的车辆信息,在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成订单。
具体实现时,所述库内信息处理设备还可以用于:在进行车辆选择的过程中,提供可选的购车方案信息,在完成购车方案的选择后,提交到服务器,由所述服务器对用户的信用度进行评估,如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接。
另外,为了保证信息的安全性,所述服务器还可以用于:根据所述支付链接生成用于支付的图形码;此时,所述库内信息处理设备还用于对所述图形码进行展示,以便用户使用其移动终端设备中的关联应用程序对所述图形码扫描,并在所述移动终端设备中完成对订单的支付。
具体实现时,所述库内信息处理设备还可以用于:在目标车辆及目标钥匙取出成功后,向所述服务器提交反馈信息,由所述服务器进行记录。
在实际应用中,为了进一步提高取车的效率,所述钥匙存放设备可以位于所述库内信息处理设备附近。
其中,所述车辆存放设备可以为多个,所述服务器返回目标车辆位置信息时,还包括目标车辆存放设备信息。
另外,在所述库内信息处理设备与各个车辆存放设备之间的道路上可以分别部署有指示灯带,在默认状态下,所述指示灯为关闭状态;
所述库内信息处理设备在接收到服务器返回的目标车辆存放设备信息后,还可以用于:开启所述库内信息处理设备与所述目标车辆存放设备之间的道路上部署的指示灯带,以便通过所述指示灯带提供导航信息。
总之,通过本申请实施例,能够通过服务器、库内信息处理设备、车辆存放设备、 钥匙存放设备的相互配合,实现自助式的取车,这样,可以提高用户线下取车的效率,提升用户体验。
实施例二
该实施例二是与实施例一相对应的,从服务端的角度提供了一种车辆信息处理方法,参见图3,该方法可以包括:
S301:对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
保存的操作可以是预先完成的,例如,可以是在将车辆存放到车辆存放设备之后,向服务器提交车辆位置信息,在将钥匙存放到钥匙存放设备中之后,向服务器提交钥匙位置信息。
S302:通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的信息确定进入车库的用户信息,并确定关联的订单中的车辆信息;

具体实现时,所述保存的车辆位置信息包括:每辆车的唯一性标识信息与所在位置之间的对应关系;所述钥匙位置信息包括:每个钥匙对应的匹配车辆的唯一性标识与所在位置之间的对应关系。这样,具体在确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息时,可以首先根据所述订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆,然后根据该目标车辆的唯一性标识信息,确定与其具有对应关系的钥匙作为目标钥匙。
其中,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;所述库内信息处理设备提交的信息包括采集到的用户生物特征信息。此时,具体在确定关联的订单中的车辆信息时,可以根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息。
其中,所述预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单包括对指定车辆进行试驾的订单,并且,订单中可以包括多个车辆的信息;此时,具体可以根据订单中的多个车辆信息分别确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息。
另一种情况下,所述订单包括:通过所述库内信息处理设备提供的信息界面对指定 车辆执行购买操作后生成的订单。此时,具体可以通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的用户登录信息,确定进入车库的用户信息;之后,可以接收库内信息处理设备提交的车辆选择结果以及购买指令信息,生成订单,并根据所述车辆选择结果确定订单关联的车辆信息。
另外,在实际应用中,服务器还可以接收库内信息处理设备提交的购车方案选择结果信息,对用户的信用度进行评估,如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接,以用于对所述订单进行支付。
为了保证用户支付信息的安全性,还可以根据所述支付链接生成用于支付的图形码,以用于通过所述库内信息处理设备提供给用户,以便用户使用其移动终端设备中的关联应用程序对所述图形码扫描,并在所述移动终端设备中完成对订单的支付。
在具体实现时,服务器还可以接收库内信息处理设备提交的反馈信息,对目标车辆以及目标钥匙的取出情况,以及对应的用户信息进行记录。
实施例三
该实施例三也是与实施例一相对应的,从库内信息处理设备的角度,提供了一种车辆信息处理方法,参见图4,该方法具体可以包括:
S401:获取进入车库的用户的信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,并确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;其中,所述服务器用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
S402:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
S403:将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
其中,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定。此时,具体在获取进入车库的用户的信息时,可以是对进入车库的用户的生物特征信息进行采集,以便所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息。
另一种情况下,库内信息处理设备可以提供用户登录界面,在完成登录后提供可选的车辆信息,在完成车辆选择后,将用户选择的车辆信息提交到服务器,以便通过所述 服务器生成订单。
另外,该库内信息处理设备还可以在目标车辆及目标钥匙取出成功后,向所述服务器提交反馈信息,由所述服务器进行记录。
在一种情况下,所述车辆存放设备可以为多个,此时,所述服务器返回目标车辆位置信息时,还包括目标车辆存放设备信息;库内信息处理设备可以将所述第一位置指令发送给所述目标车辆存放设备的第一控制器。
为了能够为用户提供导航信息,进一步提高取车的效率,可以在所述库内信息处理设备与各个车辆存放设备之间的道路上分别部署有指示灯带,在默认状态下,所述指示灯为关闭状态;库内信息处理设备在接收到服务器返回的目标车辆存放设备信息后,还可以开启所述库内信息处理设备与所述目标车辆存放设备之间的道路上部署的指示灯带,以便通过所述指示灯带提供导航信息。
实施例四
该实施例四是从用户移动终端设备中安装的关联应用程序的角度,提供了一种车辆信息处理方法,具体的,参见图5,该方法具体可以包括:
S501:提供用于对处于试驾过程中状态的车辆执行购买操作的操作选项;
S502:通过所述操作选项接收到购买操作请求时,生成交易订单;
S503:在完成对交易订单的支付操作后,将所述车辆的状态修改为已售出状态。
其中,关于该实施例四,具体的应用场景就对应于前述深度试驾的场景,在用户进行试驾的过程中,如果产生了对试驾车辆进行购买的意愿,则可以直接通过其手机等终端设备设备中安装的应用程序客户端提交对试驾车辆的购买请求,此时,该应用程序的服务器可以生成交易订单,并在用户完成支付后,可以直接将试驾车辆的状态修改为已售出状态。这样,用户进行深度试驾的车辆可以不必在归还到服务点,直接转换为自己已购买的车辆。通过这种方式可以进一步提升用户的体验。

在该实施例五中,针对试驾场景,提供了一种车辆试驾系统,具体的,该系统具体可以包括:
服务器,用于预先对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并根据用 户预先提交的预约试驾请求生成预约试驾订单并保存;
库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并提交到所述服务器,由所述服务器确定所述身份信息对应的预约试驾订单中包括的车辆信息,并确定车库内目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
钥匙存放设备,用于包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
具体实现时,所述预约试驾订单中还可以包括预约的试驾时间信息,所述服务器在接收到所述库内信息处理设备提交的进入车库的用户身份信息,并确定出对应的预约试驾订单后,还用于:确定用户进入车库的时间是否在预约试驾的有效时间范围内,如果是,则触发对目标车辆位置及目标钥匙位置确定的步骤。
其中,所述服务器中预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;
所述库内信息处理设备在获得用户的身份信息时具体用于:采集用户的生物特征信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的预约试驾订单信息。
实施例六
该实施例六主要针对车辆购买的场景,提供了一种车辆交易系统,具体的,该系统可以包括:
服务器,用于预先对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存;
库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并控制用户登录到所述服务器,接收到车辆购买请求后,提供可选的车辆信息,并在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成交易订单,由所述服务器确定关联的车辆在车库内的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;

库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并控制用户登录到所述服务器,接收到车辆租赁请求后,提供可选的车辆信息,并在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成租赁订单,由所述服务器确定关联的车辆在车库内的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;

在前述各实施例中,车库系统中都是包括车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备,但是,在实际应用中,还可以不存在单独的钥匙存放设备,例如,钥匙可以通过粘贴、捆绑等 形式与对应的车辆存放在一起,等等。因此,在该实施例八中,提供了另一种车库系统,参见图6,该系统可以包括:
服务器601,用于对车库内的车辆位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
库内信息处理设备602,用于为进入车库的用户进行订单确认,接收所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息返回的目标车辆位置信息,并根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令;

其中,所述预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单包括对指定车辆进行试驾的订单,并且,订单中可以包括多个车辆的信息;此时,位置信息返回单元具体可以根据订单中的多个车辆信息分别确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息。
另一种情况下,所述订单包括:通过所述库内信息处理设备提供的信息界面对指定车辆执行购买操作后生成的订单。此时,订单车辆信息确定单元具体可以通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的用户登录信息,确定进入车库的用户信息;之后,可以接收库内信息处理设备提交的车辆选择结果以及购买指令信息,生成订单,并根据所述车辆选择结果确定订单关联的车辆信息。
另外,在实际应用中,还可以包括:
信用评估单元,用于接收库内信息处理设备提交的购车方案选择结果信息,对用户的信用度进行评估;
支付链接生成单元,用于如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接,以用于对所述订单进行支付。
为了保证用户支付信息的安全性,还可以包括:

处理组件1002通常控制设备1000的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件1002可以包括一个或多个处理器1020来执行指令,以完成本公开技术方案提供的视频播放方法中的当满足预设条件时,生成流量压缩请求,并发送给服务器,其中所述流量压缩请求中记录有用于触发服务器获取目标关注区域的信息,所述流量压缩请求用于请求服务器优先保证目标关注区域内视频内容的码率;根据服务器返回的码流文件播放所述码流文件对应的视频内容,其中所述码流文件为服务器根据所述流量压缩请求对所述目标关注区域之外的视频内容进行码率压缩处理得到的视频文件的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1002可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1002和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1002可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1008和处理组件1002之间的交互。
存储器1004被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备1000的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在设备1000上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1004可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1006为设备1000的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1006可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为设备1000生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1008包括在设备1000和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1008包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1000处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。

通信组件1016被配置为便于设备1000和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。设备1000可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件1016经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件1016还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,设备1000可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1004,上述指令可由设备1000的处理器1020执行以完成本公开技术方案提供的视频播放方法中的当满足预设条件时,生成流量压缩请求,并发送给服务器,其中所述流量压缩请求中记录有用于触发服务器获取目标关注区域的信息,所述流量压缩请求用于请求服务器优先保证目标关注区域内视频内容的码率;根据服务器返回的码流文件播放所述码流文件对应的视频内容,其中所述码流文件为服务器根据所述流量压缩请求对所述目标关注区域之外的视频内容进行码率压缩处理得到的视频文件。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (42)

  1. 一种车库系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器,用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    库内信息处理设备,用于为进入车库的用户进行订单确认,接收所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息返回的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,并根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
    钥匙存放设备,包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述服务器保存的车辆位置信息包括:每辆车的唯一性标识信息与所在位置之间的对应关系;
    所述钥匙位置信息包括:每个钥匙对应的匹配车辆的唯一性标识与所在位置之间的对应关系;
    所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆以及目标钥匙时具体用于:根据所述订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆,并根据该目标车辆的唯一性标识信息,确定与其具有对应关系的钥匙作为目标钥匙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;
    所述库内信息处理设备在进行订单确认时具体用于:采集用户的生物特征信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息,返回给所述库内信息处理设备。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单包括:对指定车辆进行试驾的订单,或者,对指定车辆进行购买的订单。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述对指定车辆进行试驾的订单中包括多个车辆;
    所述服务器具体用于:根据订单中的多个车辆信息分别返回目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;
    所述库内信息处理设备具体用于:根据第一车辆对应的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息生成所述第一位置指令以及第二位置指令,并分别发送到所述车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备,在完成第一车辆的试驾后,再根据第二车辆对应的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息生成所述第一位置指令以及第二位置指令,并分别发送到所述车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备,直到完成对订单关联的全部车辆的试驾。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述车库系统附近设置有用于试驾的场所,当所述订单中包括多个车辆时,在所述场所内对各车辆进行试驾。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述对指定车辆进行试驾的订单中包括一个车辆,并在生成订单时对用户进行了信用评估,则取消对试驾场所的限制。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述订单包括:通过所述库内信息处理设备提供的信息界面对指定车辆执行购买操作后生成的订单;
    所述库内信息处理设备在进行订单确认时具体用于:提供用户登录界面,在完成登录后提供可选的车辆信息,在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成订单。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:在进行车辆选择的过程中,提供可选的购车方案信息,在完成购车方案的选择后,提交到服务器,由所述服务器对用户的信用度进行评估,如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于:根据所述支付链接生成用于支付的图形码;
    所述库内信息处理设备还用于对所述图形码进行展示,以便用户使用其移动终端设备中的关联应用程序对所述图形码扫描,并在所述移动终端设备中完成对订单的支付。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:在目标车辆及目标钥匙取出成功后,向所述服务器提交反馈信息,由所述服务器进行记录。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述钥匙存放设备位于所述库内信息处理设备附近。
  13. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述车辆存放设备为多个,所述服务器返回目标车辆位置信息时,还包括目标车辆存放设备信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,在所述库内信息处理设备与各个车辆存放设备之间的道路上分别部署有指示灯带;
    所述库内信息处理设备在接收到服务器返回的目标车辆存放设备信息后,还用于:开启所述库内信息处理设备与所述目标车辆存放设备之间的道路上部署的指示灯带。
  15. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述库内信息处理设备、车辆存放设备以及钥匙存放设备部署于同一车库内。
  16. 一种车辆信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的信息确定进入车库的用户信息,并确定关联的订单中的车辆信息;
    根据所述订单中的车辆信息以及所述保存的信息确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,并返回给所述库内信息处理设备,由所述库内信息处理设备根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令,并将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保存的车辆位置信息包括:每辆车的唯一性标识信息与所在位置之间的对应关系;
    所述钥匙位置信息包括:每个钥匙对应的匹配车辆的唯一性标识与所在位置之间的对应关系;
    所述确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,包括:
    根据所述订单中的车辆信息确定目标车辆,并根据该目标车辆的唯一性标识信息,确定与其具有对应关系的钥匙作为目标钥匙。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;所述库内信息处理设备提交的信息包括采集到的用户生物特征信息;
    所述确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,包括:
    根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单包括对指定车辆进行试驾的订单,其中,订单中包括多个车辆的信息;
    所述确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,包括:
    根据订单中的多个车辆信息分别确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述订单包括:通过所述库内信息处理设备提供的信息界面对指定车辆执行购买操作后生成的订单;
    所述通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的信息确定进入车库的用户信息,包括:
    通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的用户登录信息,确定进入车库的用户信息;
    所述确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,包括:
    接收库内信息处理设备提交的车辆选择结果以及购买指令信息,生成订单,并根据所述车辆选择结果确定订单关联的车辆信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收库内信息处理设备提交的购车方案选择结果信息;
    对用户的信用度进行评估,如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接,以用于对所述订单进行支付。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述支付链接生成用于支付的图形码,以用于通过所述库内信息处理设备提供给用户,以便用户使用其移动终端设备中的关联应用程序对所述图形码扫描,并在所述移动终端设备中完成对订单的支付。
  23. 根据权利要求16至22任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收库内信息处理设备提交的反馈信息,对目标车辆以及目标钥匙的取出情况,以及对应的用户信息进行记录。
  24. 一种车辆信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取进入车库的用户的信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,并确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;其中,所述服务器用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送 给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述订单包括预先通过指定应用程序客户端生成的订单,并预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;
    所述获取进入车库的用户的信息,包括:
    对进入车库的用户的生物特征信息进行采集,以便所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的与车辆相关的订单信息。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取进入车库的用户的信息,包括:
    提供用户登录界面,在完成登录后提供可选的车辆信息,在完成车辆选择后,将用户选择的车辆信息提交到服务器,以便通过所述服务器生成订单。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在目标车辆及目标钥匙取出成功后,向所述服务器提交反馈信息,由所述服务器进行记录。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆存放设备为多个时,所述服务器返回目标车辆位置信息时,还包括目标车辆存放设备信息;
    所述将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器包括:
    将所述第一位置指令发送给所述目标车辆存放设备的第一控制器。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述库内信息处理设备与各个车辆存放设备之间的道路上分别部署有指示灯带;
    所述方法还包括:
    在接收到服务器返回的目标车辆存放设备信息后,开启所述库内信息处理设备与所述目标车辆存放设备之间的道路上部署的指示灯带。
  30. 一种车辆信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    提供用于对处于试驾过程中状态的车辆执行购买操作的操作选项;
    通过所述操作选项接收到购买操作请求时,生成交易订单;
    在完成对交易订单的支付操作后,将所述车辆的状态修改为已售出状态。
  31. 一种车辆试驾系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器,用于预先对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并根据用户预先提交的预约试驾请求生成预约试驾订单并保存;
    库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并提交到所述服务器,由所述服务器确定所述身份信息对应的预约试驾订单中包括的车辆信息,并确定车库内目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
    钥匙存放设备,用于包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的系统,其特征在于,所述预约试驾订单中还包括预约的试驾时间信息,所述服务器在接收到所述库内信息处理设备提交的进入车库的用户身份信息,并确定出对应的预约试驾订单后,还用于:确定用户进入车库的时间是否在预约试驾的有效时间范围内,如果是,则触发对目标车辆位置及目标钥匙位置确定的步骤。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器中预先对用户的账号信息与用户的生物特征信息进行绑定;
    所述库内信息处理设备在获得用户的身份信息时具体用于:采集用户的生物特征信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器根据所述生物特征信息确定对应的账户,并确定该账户关联的预约试驾订单信息。
  34. 一种车辆交易系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器,用于预先对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存;
    库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并控制用户登录到所述服务器,接收到车辆购买请求后,提供可选的车辆信息,并在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成交易订单,由所述服务器确定关联的车辆在车库内的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一 控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
    钥匙存放设备,用于包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的系统,其特征在于,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:在进行车辆选择的过程中,提供可选的购车方案信息,在完成购车方案的选择后,提交到服务器,由所述服务器对用户的信用度进行评估,如果符合所选择的购车方案对应的条件,则生成支付链接。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于:根据所述支付链接生成用于支付的图形码;
    所述库内信息处理设备还用于对所述图形码进行展示,以便用户使用其移动终端设备中的关联应用程序对所述图形码扫描,并在所述移动终端设备中完成对订单的支付。
  37. 一种车辆租赁系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器,用于预先对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存;
    库内信息处理设备,用于获得进入车库的用户的身份信息,并控制用户登录到所述服务器,接收到车辆租赁请求后,提供可选的车辆信息,并在完成车辆选择后,通过所述服务器生成租赁订单,由所述服务器确定关联的车辆在车库内的目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,所述库内信息处理设备还用于:根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,控制对应的目标车辆的取出;
    钥匙存放设备,用于包括第二控制器以及多个钥匙位,所述钥匙位用于存放车辆钥匙,所述第二控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第二位置指令,控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  38. 一种车库系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器,用于对车库内的车辆位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    库内信息处理设备,用于为进入车库的用户进行订单确认,接收所述服务器根据订单中的车辆信息返回的目标车辆位置信息,并根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令;
    车辆存放设备,包括第一控制器以及多个车位,所述车位用于停放车辆,所述第一控制器用于根据从所述库内信息处理设备接收到的所述第一位置指令,取出对应的目标车辆。
  39. 一种车辆信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息保存单元,用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    订单车辆信息确定单元,用于通过接收库内信息处理设备提交的信息确定进入车库的用户信息,并确定关联的订单中的车辆信息;
    位置信息返回单元,用于根据所述订单中的车辆信息以及所述保存的信息确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息,并返回给所述库内信息处理设备,由所述库内信息处理设备根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令,并将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  40. 一种车辆信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    用户信息提交单元,用于获取进入车库的用户的信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,并确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;其中,所述服务器用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    指令生成单元,用于根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    指令发送单元,用于将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
  41. 一种车辆信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作选项提供单元,用于提供用于对处于试驾过程中状态的车辆执行购买操作的操作选项;
    交易订单生成单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到购买操作请求时,生成交易订单;
    车辆状态修改单元,用于在完成对交易订单的支付操作后,将所述车辆的状态修改为已售出状态。
  42. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    获取进入车库的用户的信息,并提交到服务器,由所述服务器确定关联的订单中的车辆信息,并确定目标车辆位置信息以及目标钥匙位置信息;其中,所述服务器用于对车库内的车辆位置信息以及钥匙位置信息进行保存,并进行用户订单管理;
    根据所述目标车辆位置信息生成第一位置指令,根据所述目标钥匙位置信息生成第二位置指令;
    将所述第一位置指令发送给车辆存放设备的第一控制器,将所述第二位置指令发送给钥匙存放设备的第二控制器,由所述第一控制器控制对应的目标车辆的取出,所述第二控制器控制对应的目标钥匙的取出。
