技术领域
本申请涉及一种瓶盖,具体是一种一键开启的瓶盖。
背景技术
喝水,是人人都离不开的一件事。在现代社会,人们的生活节奏很快,即使是喝水这样的小事,人们也极力追求简单、方便、快捷。因此,各种各样的水杯以及配套的可以方便快捷的喝水的功能性瓶盖也应运而生。
目前市场上有的瓶盖,大多为卡扣式或者螺旋式的结构。螺旋式结构一般需要一只手固定瓶身,另一只手旋转瓶盖多圈才能打开瓶盖,操作复杂而费力;卡扣式结构一般需要一只手固定瓶身,另一只手扣开卡扣连接,操作比较费力,瓶盖打开的瞬间容易溅出瓶中的水,造成浪费,且卡瓶盖打开瞬间产生对的较大的反作用力容易对手指头造成损伤,安全性较低。
申请内容
本申请所要解决的技术问题至少在于提供一种结构简单,操作简便省力,开盖安全快捷的一种一键开启的瓶盖。
本申请至少解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种一键开启的瓶盖,包括瓶口和瓶盖,还包括定位环、固定环和椭圆形的弹性卡环,所述定位环和固定环由上而下依次设置在所述瓶盖内,所述定位环与所述固定环之间留有间槽,所述弹性卡环的长轴两端位于所述间槽内,且所述弹性卡环的长轴两端其中一端设置有按片,在所述定位环和固定环对应所述按片的位置开设有容纳所述按片的腔室,所述按片可在所述腔室内沿所述 瓶盖的径向位移,所述瓶盖的侧壁对应所述腔室的位置开设有连通所述腔室的通口;环绕所述瓶口的侧壁上对应所述弹性卡环的位置开设有卡槽,所述弹性卡环的短轴两端位于所述卡槽内锁定所述瓶盖与所述瓶口的连接,并可随所述按片的被按压张开而脱离所述卡槽并进入所述间槽内,从而解锁所述瓶盖与所述瓶口的连接。
本申请的有益效果至少在于:所述瓶盖与所述瓶口盖合时,所述弹性卡环的短轴两端位于所述卡槽内锁定所述瓶盖与所述瓶口的连接,需要开启所述瓶盖时,按压所述按片使所述弹性卡环的短轴两端张开而脱离所述卡槽并进入所述间槽内,从而解锁所述瓶盖与所述瓶口的连接,即可取下所述瓶盖,若要重新盖合所述瓶盖,按压所述按片张开所述弹性卡环的短轴两端,将所述瓶盖盖回所述瓶口,松开所述按片使所述弹性卡环的短轴两端恢复初始状态卡入所述卡槽即可,结构简单,操作简便省力,开盖安全快捷。
进一步,所述瓶盖包括底壁和环形侧壁,所述环形侧壁固定在所述底壁上,所述环形侧壁的内壁与底壁的内表面围设成腔体。
进一步,所述定位环固定在所述环形侧壁的内壁上,且所述定位环朝向底壁的端面与所述底壁的内表面贴合。
进一步,所述固定环固定在所述环形侧壁的内壁上,且所述固定环远离底壁的一端与所述环形侧壁远离底壁的一端平齐。
进一步,所述定位环内设有由所述瓶口的上端压紧在所述瓶盖内底壁上的弹性密封垫。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:利用所述弹性密封垫,一方面确保所述瓶盖的密封可靠性,防止水泄露,另一方面利用其弹性在开盖时,按压所述按片后将所述瓶盖弹出,开盖更为方便快捷。
进一步,所述弹性密封垫为圆环状,所述弹性密封垫固定在所述定位环的内壁上,且所述弹性密封垫朝向所述底壁的端面与底壁的内表面贴合。
进一步,所述瓶口的顶面的外边缘上设有圆角或倒角。
进一步,所述弹性密封垫为环形硅胶垫。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:确保所述弹性密封垫的密封可靠性和弹性稳定可靠。
进一步,所述弹性卡环的长轴远离所述按片的一端竖直向上设置有定位凸起,在所述定位环的下端对应所述定位凸起的位置开设有定位凹槽,所述定位凸起嵌入所述定位凹槽内。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:利用所述定位凸起与所述定位凹槽的配合,结合所述腔室对所述按片的限位作用,协同防止所述弹性卡环在所述间槽内发生旋转偏移。
进一步,所述定位凸起和所述定位凹槽均为多个,多个所述定位凸起沿所述弹性卡环的周向间隔设置,多个所述定位凹槽沿所述定位环的周向间隔设置,多个所述定位凸起和多个所述定位凹槽一一对应设置,每个所述定位凸起嵌入该定位凸起对应的定位凹槽中。
进一步,所述定位凸起与所述弹性卡环一体成型。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:提高所述定位凸起与所述弹性卡环连接的可靠性。
进一步,所述定位环与所述瓶盖的周向内侧壁一体成型。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:便于所述瓶盖与所述定位环的一体生产加工,可以降低生产成本并提高所述瓶盖的结构可靠性。
进一步,所述按片与所述弹性卡环一体成型。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:可以降低生产成本并提高所述按片与所述弹性卡环连接的可靠性。
进一步,所述弹性卡环的下端面为朝向所述瓶盖内的斜面。
采用上述进一步技术方案有有益效果至少在于:利用所述弹性卡环下端面为斜面, 在所述瓶盖盖回所述瓶口的过程中,所述瓶口的上端经过所述弹性卡环的下端时直接撑开所述弹性卡环,无需按压所述按片即可使所述瓶盖顺利盖回所述瓶口,便于所述瓶盖重新盖回所述瓶口。
进一步,所述卡槽的下端面朝向瓶盖外部向下倾斜。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本申请技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本申请的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本申请的保护范围。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,一种一键开启的瓶盖,包括瓶口11和瓶盖1,还包括定位环3、固定环10和椭圆形的弹性卡环8,定位环3和固定环10 由上而下依次设置在瓶盖1内,定位环3与固定环10之间留有间槽13,弹性卡环8的长轴两端位于间槽13内,且弹性卡环8的长轴两端其中一端设置有按片7,在定位环3和固定环10对应按片7的位置开设有容纳按片7的腔室2,按片7可在腔室2内沿瓶盖1的径向位移,瓶盖1的侧壁对应腔室2的位置开设有连通腔室2的通口100;环绕瓶口11的侧壁上对应弹性卡环8的位置开设有卡槽12,弹性卡环8的短轴两端位于卡槽12内锁定瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接,并可随按片7的被按压张开而脱离卡槽12并进入间槽13内,从而解锁瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接。
瓶盖1与瓶口11盖合时,弹性卡环8的短轴两端位于卡槽12内锁定瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接,需要开启瓶盖1时,按压按片7使弹性卡环8的短轴两端张开而脱离卡槽12并进入间槽13内,从而解锁瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接,即可取下瓶盖1,若要重新盖合瓶盖1,直接将瓶盖1盖回瓶口11即可,在瓶盖1盖回瓶口11的过程中,瓶口11的上端经过弹性卡环8的下端斜面9时直接撑开弹性卡环8,无需按压按片7即可使瓶盖1顺利盖回瓶口11。结构简单,操作简便省力,开合盖安全快捷。
具体地,瓶盖1的外轮廓为圆柱状,瓶盖1包括底壁和环形侧壁,环形侧壁固定在底壁上,环形侧壁的内壁与底壁的内表面围设成圆柱状腔体,圆柱状腔体扣合在瓶口11上。定位环3和固定环10分别为圆环状,定位环3固定在环形侧壁的内表面上,且定位环3朝向底壁的端面与底壁的内表面贴合;固定环10固定在环形侧壁的内表面上,且固定环10远离底壁的一端与环形侧壁远离底壁的一端平齐,沿瓶盖1的轴向,定位环3和固定环10间隔设置,定位环3与固定环10之间形成间槽13。
其中,瓶盖1扣合在瓶口11上时,定位环3和固定环10的内壁分别与瓶口11的外壁紧密贴合,从而增强密封效果。
定位环3的外表面上设有腔室2,定位环3上的腔室2能够容纳按片7朝向底壁的端部;固定环10的外表面上设有腔室2,固定环10的腔室2能够容纳按片7远离底壁的端部,环形侧壁上设有通口100,通口100的位置与定位环3上的腔室2和固定环10 上的腔室2相对应,从而露出定位环3上的腔室2和固定环10上的腔室2,按片7能够设置在通口100中,并且按片7能够沿瓶盖1的径向伸入或伸出腔室2。
需要开启瓶盖1时,按压按片7使弹性卡环8的短轴两端张开而脱离卡槽12并进入间槽13内,从而解锁瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接,即可取下瓶盖1。在开启瓶盖1的过程中,腔室2能够起到限位的作用,当按片7移动至与腔体接触的位置时,弹性卡环8的短轴两端刚好脱离卡槽12,能够提高开启瓶盖1的准确性;并且通口100和腔室2能够起到导向的作用,在按片7移动时,按片7能够按照通口100和腔室2形成的通道的轨迹进行移动,从而带动弹性卡环8按照预设的轨迹移动,防止弹性卡环8移动轨迹发生偏离导致瓶盖1难以开启。
可选地,定位环3内设有由瓶口11的上端压紧在瓶盖1内底壁上的弹性密封垫5。具体地,弹性密封垫5为圆环状,弹性密封垫5固定在定位环3的内壁上,并且弹性密封垫5朝向底壁的端面与底壁的内表面贴合。
可选地,瓶口11的顶面的外边缘上设置圆角或倒角,在瓶盖1盖合在瓶口11上后,瓶口11压紧在弹性密封垫5上,圆角或倒角的设置能够增大密封量,提高密封性能。
利用弹性密封垫5,一方面确保所述瓶盖1的密封可靠性,防止水泄露,另一方面利用其弹性在开盖时,按压所述按片7后将所述瓶盖1弹出,开盖更为方便快捷。
可选地,弹性密封垫5为环形硅胶垫。确保弹性密封垫5的密封可靠性和弹性稳定可靠。
可选地,弹性卡环8的长轴远离按片7的一端竖直向上设置有定位凸起6,在定位环3的下端对应定位凸起6的位置开设有定位凹槽4,定位凸起6嵌入定位凹槽4内。
利用定位凸起6与定位凹槽4的配合,结合腔室2对按片7的限位作用,协同防止弹性卡环8在间槽13内发生旋转偏移。
其中,定位凸起6可以为一个,也可以为多个,定位凹槽4可以为一个,也可以为多个,只要定位凸起6和定位凹槽4一一对应设置即可。
在定位凸起6和定位凹槽4为多个时,多个定位凸起6沿弹性卡环8的周向间隔设置,多个定位凹槽4沿定位环3的轴向间隔设置,多个定位凸起6和多个定位凹槽4一一对应设置,每个定位凸起6嵌入该定位凸起6对应的定位凹槽4中。通过多个定位凸起6和定位凹槽4,能够增强对卡环的限制作用,进一步防止弹性卡环8在间槽13内发生旋转偏移。
其中,定位凸起6与弹性卡环8固定连接,连接方式可以为粘接或通过紧固件连接等任意适合的方式。
可选地,定位凸起6与弹性卡环8一体成型。提高定位凸起6与弹性卡环8连接的可靠性。
其中,定位环3与瓶盖1的周向内侧壁固定连接,连接方式可以为粘接或通过紧固件连接等任意适合的方式。
可选地,定位环3与瓶盖1的周向内侧壁一体成型。便于瓶盖1与定位环3的一体生产加工,可以降低生产成本并提高瓶盖1的结构可靠性。
其中,按片7与弹性卡环8固定连接,连接方式可以为粘接或通过紧固件连接等任意适合的方式。
可选地,按片7与弹性卡环8一体成型。可以降低生产成本并提高按片7与弹性卡环8连接的可靠性。
可选地,按片7的形状为长方形,在开启瓶盖1的过程中,使用者的拇指和食指形成环状套住瓶盖1的侧壁,此时,使用者的拇指沿瓶盖1侧壁的轴向的外轮廓基本为长方形,将按片7的形状设置为长方形,能够便于使用者的拇指按压开启瓶盖1,提高开启瓶盖1的便捷度。
可选地,弹性卡环8的下端面为朝向瓶盖1内的斜面9。
利用弹性卡环8下端面为斜面9,在瓶盖1盖回所述瓶口11的过程中,瓶口11的上端经过弹性卡环8的下端时直接撑开弹性卡环8,无需按压所述按片7即可使瓶盖1 顺利盖回所述瓶口11,便于瓶盖1重新盖回瓶口11。
可选地,卡槽12的下端面朝向瓶盖1外部向下倾斜,卡槽12的下端面可以与弹性卡环8的下端面贴合,能够使弹性卡环8伸入和伸出卡槽12的过程更为顺滑。
本实施例中,定位环3内设有由瓶口11的上端压紧在瓶盖1内底壁上的弹性密封垫5,弹性密封垫5为环形硅胶垫,弹性卡环8的长轴远离按片7的一端竖直向上设置有定位凸起6,在定位环3的下端对应定位凸起6的位置开设有定位凹槽4,定位凸起6嵌入定位凹槽4内,定位凸起6与弹性卡环8一体成型,定位环3与瓶盖1的周向内侧壁一体成型,按片7与弹性卡环8一体成型,弹性卡环8的下端面为朝向瓶盖1内的斜面9。本实施例提供的一种一键开启的瓶盖至少存在以下使用方式:图3和图4所示,瓶盖1与瓶口11盖合时,弹性卡环8的短轴两端位于卡槽12内锁定瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接;如图5和图6所示,需要开启瓶盖1时,按压按片7使弹性卡环8的短轴两端张开而脱离卡槽12并进入间槽13内,从而解锁瓶盖1与瓶口11的连接,即可取下瓶盖1;如图2、图3和图4所示,若要重新盖合瓶盖1,直接将瓶盖1盖回瓶口11即可,在瓶盖1盖回瓶口11的过程中,瓶口11的上端经过弹性卡环8的下端斜面9时直接撑开弹性卡环8,无需按压按片7即可使瓶盖1顺利盖回瓶口11。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种一键开启的瓶盖,包括瓶口(11)和瓶盖(1),其特征在于:还包括定位环(3)、固定环(10)和椭圆形的弹性卡环(8),所述定位环(3)和固定环(10)由上而下依次设置在所述瓶盖(1)内,所述定位环(3)与所述固定环(10)之间留有间槽(13),所述弹性卡环(8)的长轴两端位于所述间槽(13)内,且所述弹性卡环(8)的长轴两端其中一端设置有按片(7),在所述定位环(3)和固定环(10)对应所述按片(7)的位置开设有容纳所述按片(7)的腔室(2),所述按片(7)配置成在所述腔室(2)内沿所述瓶盖(1)的径向位移,所述瓶盖(1)的侧壁对应所述腔室(2)的位置开设有连通所述腔室(2)的通口(100);环绕所述瓶口(11)的侧壁上对应所述弹性卡环(8)的位置开设有卡槽(12),所述弹性卡环(8)的短轴两端位于所述卡槽(12)内锁定所述瓶盖(1)与所述瓶口(11)的连接,并配置成随所述按片(7)的被按压张开而脱离所述卡槽(12)并进入所述间槽(13)内,从而解锁所述瓶盖(1)与所述瓶口(11)的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述瓶盖(1)包括底壁和环形侧壁,所述环形侧壁固定在所述底壁上,所述环形侧壁的内壁与底壁的内表面围设成腔体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述定位环(3)固定在所述环形侧壁的内壁上,且所述定位环(3)朝向底壁的端面与所述底壁的内表面贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述固定环(10)固定在所述环形侧壁的内壁上,且所述固定环(10)远离底壁的一端与所述环形侧壁远离底壁的一端平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述定位环(3)内设有由所述瓶口(11)的上端压紧在所述瓶盖(1)内底壁上的弹性密封垫(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述弹性密封垫(5)为圆环状,所述弹性密封垫(5)固定在所述定位环(3)的内壁上,且所述弹性密封垫(5)朝向所述底壁的端面与底壁的内表面贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述瓶口(11)的顶面的外边缘上设有圆角或倒角。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述弹性密封垫(5)为环形硅胶垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述弹性卡环(8)的长轴远离所述按片(7)的一端竖直向上设置有定位凸起(6),在所述定位环(3)的下端对应所述定位凸起(6)的位置开设有定位凹槽(4),所述定位凸起(6)嵌入所述定位凹槽(4)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述定位凸起(6)和所述定位凹槽(4)均为多个,多个所述定位凸起(6)沿所述弹性卡环(8)的周向间隔设置,多个所述定位凹槽(4)沿所述定位环(3)的周向间隔设置,多个所述定位凸起(6)和多个所述定位凹槽(4)一一对应设置,每个所述定位凸起(6)嵌入该定位凸起(6)对应的定位凹槽(4)中。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述定位凸起(6)与所述弹性卡环(8)一体成型。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述定位环(3)与所述瓶盖(1)的周向内侧壁一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述按片(7)与所述弹性卡环(8)一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述弹性卡环(8)的下端面为朝向所述瓶盖(1)内的斜面(9)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一键开启的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述卡槽(12)的下端面朝向瓶盖(1)外部向下倾斜。
