Description

一种多功能变速器、发动机及三轮摩托车 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种多功能变速器,以及包括多功能变速器的三轮摩托车。
背景技术:
现有的变速器普遍只能实现变速或者倒档的功能,而不能带来更多的功能,且如果需要外接其他设备的话,无法实现。
在中国专利CN,中公开了一种多功能变速器,并具体公开了“所述变速器还包括多功能输出轴,所述多功能输出轴与所述输入轴平行设置,且所述多功能输出轴与所述输入轴之间设置有齿轮副。在所述多功能输出轴上周向固定且空套有多功能传动齿轮,所述多功能传动齿轮与所述高速主动齿轮啮合传动,且在所述多功能输出轴上周向固定且滑设有多功能切换器,所述多功能切换器5与所述多功能传动齿轮Z8之间设置有相互配合的固定连接机构,如内外花键机构等”。
采用上述专利的变速器,能够实现变速器的多功能输出,且还能够外接其他外部的功能设备。但是采用上述专利的变速器,存在成本过高,且传动效率损失高的缺陷。
另外,采用上述专利的变速器,即使不外接多功能设备,依然存在功率损耗。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种避免功率损耗且成本低的多功能变速器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:一种多功能变速器,包括主动轴,在所述主动轴上设置有至少一个主动齿轮,还包括多功能轴,其特征在于:在所述多功能轴上轴向滑设有多功能输出接合器,所述多功能输出接合器可与所述主动齿轮啮合传动。采用上述方式设置的多功能变速器,在无需多功能的时候,可驱动所述多功能输出接合器,使其不与主动齿轮啮合,此时,多功能变速器为禁止,且没有齿轮与主动轴传动,避免了传动效率的损失,且采用该方式能够节省零部件,至少节省变速器的成本40-50元人民币。
优选的,所述多功能输出接合器外壁设置有可与所述主动齿轮啮合传动的外齿轮。
为了进一步便于操作,在所述多功能输出接合器外设置有拨叉,所述拨叉与多功能拨叉轴连接。
优选的,设置在所述主动轴上的主动齿轮为两个,分别高速齿轮和低速齿轮,所述多功能输出接合器可与所述高速齿轮或所述低速齿轮啮合传动。
为了进一步节省成本,所述多功能轴通过轴承固定在箱体上。
为了进一步提高结构的实用性,在所述多功能轴的尾端还设置有多功能连接板。
一种三轮摩托车,包括上述多功能变速器。
有益效果:
采用本实用新型的多功能变速器,不但能够外接多功能设备,且在不使用过程中不会损耗传动效率,不会发生功率损耗,而且采用本实用新型的多功能变速器,相较于现有的多功能变速器,可节省成本40-50元人民币。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本实用新型并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本实用新型权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1:如图1所示,一种多功能变速器,包括主动轴1,在所述主动轴1上设置有至少一个主动齿轮2,还包括多功能轴3,在所述多功能轴3上轴向滑设有多功能输出接合器4,所述多功能输出接合器4可与所述主动齿轮2啮合传动。
其中,所述主动轴1可为变速器的动力输入轴,也可为变速器的动力输出轴,在本实施中,所述主动轴1为变速器的动力输入中。而所述主动齿轮2固设在所述主动轴上。
当需要连接外设的多功能设备时,驱动所述多功能输出接合器4,使其与主动齿轮2啮合传动,使得所述主动轴1带动所述多功能轴3转动,再在所述多功能轴的尾端连接外接设备,为外接设备提供动力。
当无需外接动力时,驱动所述多功能输出接合器4,使其不与主动齿轮2啮合传动,此时,所述多功能轴3不发生运动。
采用本实施例的多功能变速器,可连接外接多功能设备,并且,还能够提高传动效率,在不外接多功能设备时,可避免功率损耗。较现有多功能变速器节省成本40元。
一种发动机,包括本实施例中的多功能变速器。
一种三轮摩托车,包括本实施例中的多功能变速器。
实施例2:如图1所示,一种多功能变速器,包括主动轴1,在所述主动轴1上设置有至少一个主动齿轮2,还包括多功能轴3,在所述多功能轴3上轴向滑设有多功能输出接合器4,所述多功能输出接合器4可与所述主动齿轮2啮合传动。
其中,所述多功能变速器包括动力输入轴6和动力输出轴7,在所述动力输入轴6与 动力输出轴7上设置有至少一对齿轮副。而所述主动轴1可以为动力输入轴6,也可为动力输出轴7,在本实施例中,所述主动轴1为动力输入轴6。
另外,设置在所述动力输入轴6和动力输出轴7之间设置的齿轮副可为2套、3套、4套、5套、6套等。但是在本实施例中,设置在所述动力输入轴6与动力输出轴7之间的齿轮副为两套,分别为高速齿轮副和低速齿轮副,具体为固设在所述动力输入轴6上的高速主动齿轮和低速主动齿轮,以及设置在所述动力输出轴7上的高速从动齿轮和低速从动齿轮,且在所述动力输出轴7上设置有同步器8,所述同步器8用于切换高速输出和低速输出。
在本实施例中,所述主动齿轮2为高速主动齿轮21或低速主动齿轮22(即高速齿轮21和低速齿轮22),所述多功能输出接合器4与设置在下端的主动齿轮2啮合传动,而本实施例中,所述低速主动齿轮22设置在所述高速主动齿轮21的下端,所以,所述多功能输出接合器4与所述低速主动齿轮22啮合传动。
另外,所述多功能输出接合器4外壁不但设置有可与所述主动齿轮啮合传动的外齿轮,在所述多功能输出接合器4外还设置有拨叉,所述拨叉与多功能拨叉轴连接。
当需要连接外设的多功能设备时,通过拨叉轴驱动所述多功能输出接合器4,使其与低速主动齿轮22啮合传动,使得所述动力输入轴6带动所述多功能轴3转动,再在所述多功能轴的尾端连接外接设备,为外接设备提供动力。
当无需外接动力时,通过拨叉轴驱动所述多功能输出接合器,使其不与主动齿轮啮合传动,此时,所述多功能轴不发生运动。
采用本实施例的多功能变速器,不但能够外接多功能设备,且在不使用过程中不会损耗功率,不会减损传动效率。而且采用本实用新型的多功能变速器,相较于现有的多功能变速器,可节省成本50元人民币。
作为本实施例中的另一实施方式,所述多功能轴4通过轴承固定在箱体上,且与所述动力输入轴6和动力输出轴平行设置。当无动力输入的时候,所述多功能轴6通过轴承静止地支撑在箱体上,使得传动效率不会损失,且减少了轴承和齿轮的用量,进一步节省了制造成本。
作为本实施例中的另一实施方式,在所述多功能轴3的尾端还设置有多功能连接板5。而外接多功能设备通过螺钉锁定在所述多功能连接板5上。
作为本实施例中的另一实施方式,在所述动力输入轴和动力输出轴之间还设置有倒挡装置,所述倒挡装置包括滑设在所述动力输入轴上的倒挡主动齿轮,以及固设在所述同步器上的倒挡从动齿轮,还包括可同时与所述倒挡主动齿轮和倒挡从动齿轮啮合传动的过桥齿 轮。
一种发动机,包括本实施例中的多功能变速器。
一种三轮摩托车,包括本实施例中的多功能变速器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能变速器,包括主动轴(1),在所述主动轴(1)上设置有至少一个主动齿轮(2),还包括多功能轴(3),其特征在于:在所述多功能轴(3)上轴向滑设有多功能输出接合器(4),所述多功能输出接合器(4)可与所述主动齿轮(2)啮合传动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:所述多功能输出接合器(4)外壁设置有可与所述主动齿轮(4)啮合传动的外齿轮。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:在所述多功能输出接合器(4)外设置有拨叉,所述拨叉与多功能拨叉轴连接。
  4. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:设置在所述主动轴(1)上的主动齿轮为两个,分别高速齿轮(21)和低速齿轮(21),所述多功能输出接合器(4)可与所述高速齿轮(21)或所述低速齿轮(22)啮合传动。
  5. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:所述多功能轴(3)通过轴承支撑在箱体上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:所述多功能轴(3)通过轴承支撑在箱体上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:在所述多功能轴(3)的尾端还设置有多功能连接板(5)。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的多功能变速器,其特征在于:在所述多功能轴(3)的尾端还设置有多功能连接板(5)。
  9. 一种发动机,包括上述任一项权利要求所述的多功能变速器。
  10. 一种三轮摩托车,包括权利要求1-8中任一项所述的多功能变速器。
