进一步,所述根据预设的需求度判定标准,对识别出来的需求信息分别判断所述用户终端是否需要寻找交接的对象,若不需要则直接由服务器引导用户终端完成单车在指定站点停放和/或呼叫运营方收车并结算费用,若需要则等待共享单车需求方响应,
进一步,所述根据预设的需求度判定标准,对识别出来的需求信息分别判断所述用户终端是否有合适的需求方响应交接信息,若没有则直接由服务器引导用户终端完成单车在指定站点停放和/或呼叫运营方收车,若有则偿试和需求方建立交接连结并由服务器推送双方位置距离、移动速度、会合时间地点等实时动态信息直至响应中断,
进一步,所述根据预设的需求度判定标准,对识别出来的需求信息分别判断所述用户终端需求方是否停止响应,若是则返回继续寻找下一位交接对象,若不是则在双方汇合时由服务器控制电路引导用户终端执行电路完成共享单车交接并同时完成上一个用户的费用结算、开启下一个用户的费用计算工作。
优选的,所述共享单车的需求方响应交接信息包括使用共享单车的用户主动发出的交接信息和共享单车需求用户回应的信息。
优选的,所述共享单车需求方停止响应信息包括共享单车正在使用方和/或需要使用方发出的停止连接的信息。
所述共享单车终端用户的需求信息通过已建立关联的即时通信工具推送;或
所述共享单车终端用户的需求信息通过用户手机短消息推送。
本发明还提供一种共享单车的交接识别系统,该系统包括通信连接的用户终端和系统服务器。其中,
用户终端包括:
定位电路,用以采集所述用户终端的地理位置信息;
终端通信电路,用以与所述系统服务器进行通信;
执行电路,分别与所述终端通信电路、所述定位电路连接,用以执行服务器根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在适合的情况下按照服务器推送的共享单车的交接管理信息引导完成交接任务或停放到指定停车位上,同时处理费用相关问题(使用单车者付费,提供或运营单车者收费)。
优选的,所述用户终端包括所有共享单车和注册使用共享单车的用户。
系统服务器包括:
服务器通信电路,用以与所述用户终端进行通信;
识别电路,与所述服务器通信电路、终端通信电路连接,必要时还可以和第三方应用系统连接,用以获取和分析所述交接识别系统运行相关的所有需求信息,包括:
所在地理位置处共享单车的正在使用者和/或需要使用者信息;
共享单车启用和停止以及使用完成后停止计费、结算费用的信息;
实时的动态信息以及交接识别系统进行管理的相关信息(交接或停放需求信息)。
优选的,所述识别电路设置有需求信息收集器可以与专业的定位、导航地图运营方和/或相关政府部门建立通信连接,用以获取所述第三方提供的共享单车需求用户终端所在地理位置处的供需双方人数及位置距离信息和/或路况环境信息;也可以通过共享单车交接识别系统自动识别用户终端在指定时间、指定地点的需求信息并触发相应停放流程或交接管理流程。
优选的,所述识别电路设置有起止点信息收集器提供给运营商管理员随身携带,还有安装在各共享单车指定停车点车位上的固定起止点信息收集器,便于使用者在指定点停车或交于管理员后能触发停止计费并结算费用的流程。
优选的,所述识别电路设置有运营方信息收集器通过自身建设或与第三方管理系统互连随时向服务器发送运营商想掌握的系统运转动态信息。
存储电路,用以预设、以及存储需求适合度判定标准;
判定电路,分别与所述服务器通信电路、所述识别电路和所述存储电路连接,用以根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在不同的情况下向控制电路推送共享单车的停放流程和/或交接管理流程;
控制电路,分别与所述终端通信电路、所述服务器通信电路、所述判定电路、所述定位电路连接,用以执行服务器根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在适合的情况下按照判定电路反馈信息启动停放流程和/或交接管理流程向用户终端的执行电路发出指令,用以引导共享单车交接管理或停放到指定停车位上,同时处理费用相关问题和接收所述系统服务器推送的共享单车动态信息,以供共享单车的使用者参考选择。
本发明采用的以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点和积极效果:可以根据共享单车正在使用和需要使用的信息向用户推送共享单车的交接或停放信息指令,以方便用户在条件充足时可以随时随地的交接共享单车使用权有效提升共享单车的使用率,在条件下足时可以选择到指定位置停车或呼叫运营方收车提高共享单车可控性。本方案既能方便用户随时随地用车的需求,又能满足城市管理者对其规范停车和使用的要求,从而避免了普通共享单车运营商经常发生的盗毁情况和对城市环境的干扰和破坏现象,也不用同单纯地使用辅助定点停车系统的运营商一样为了方便用户而不得不大量增设停车点位。总之本方案的使用既可以实现所有共享单车的优点,又可以实现城市管理者规范化的管理,还可以减少运营商共享单车的损毁成本和固定停车点位的管理成本。同时,本技术方案管理对象不仅限于共享单车的使用,参与管理者也不仅限于运营企业,管理对象除了是普通自行车、电动自行车等非机动车外还可以是电动汽车、燃油汽车等机动车以及非交通工具类的手动(电动)钳子、充气泵等常用工具;参与管理者除了各个共享单车运营企业等法人企业外还可以是每个自然人以个人(客户端)的身份提供共享单车进入本系统运营。

下面将结合具体实施例及其附图对本发明提供的共享单车的交接和停放方法、用户终端及系统的技术方案作进一步说明。应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,并非是对本发明作出的任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对本发明的实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均属于本发明技术方案保护的范围。结合下面说明以及权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更加清楚。需说明的是,本发明的附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
本发明提供一种共享单车的交接和停放方法。图1为本发明提供的共享单车的交接和停放方法的一种实施例的方法流程图。
如图1所示,该方法包括:
S11,收集交接识别系统或第三方配套系统提供的用户终端的地理位置信息;
S12,获取需求信息并识别用户终端在指定时间、指定地点的需求信息;
S13,按照预设的需求度判定标准,分析和识别需求信息,并执行相应的处理流程。
作为举例而非限制,所述共享单车可以是共享自行车、共享电动车、或者共享摩托车等。通常,用户终端会被用户随身携带,用户终端所在的地理位置就代表了用户所在的地理位置。
作为举例而非限制,所述用户终端可以是智能手机、掌上电脑、智能手表、智能手环,还可以是共享单车及固定停放点等。
作为举例而非限制,所述用户终端的地理位置信息(s11),可以是用户终端所在的城市,或者是用户终端所在城市及所在区域,再或者是用户终端所在城市所在区域及所在道路的具体位置。例如,用户终端的地理位置可以是上海市,也可以是上海市杨浦区,还可以是上海市杨浦区国定路XXX号。
需求信息(s12)是指当前的需求信息,或者是预期的需求信息。
作为举例而非限制,指定时间、指定地点的需求信息包括有使用意愿的用户终端发出的在具体时间、地点骑乘共享单车的信息以及有交接和停用意愿的用户终端发出的在具体时间、地点交接和停放共享单车的信息。在优选的实施方式中,指定时间、指定地点的需求信息可以是用户终端所在地理位置处的当前实时需求信息;也可以是用户终端所在地理位置处的未来需求信息,如半小时后的需求信息。
作为举例而非限制,需求信息包括当前至未来一段时间内的需求动态变化信息。如共享单车正在使用者和/或需要使用者在未执行交接程序时随时中断交接连结状态的变化信息。
当所述需求信息为指定时间、指定地点的需求信息时,根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述用户终端是否需要交接共享单车,包括分别判断:
共享单车正在使用者(用户终端)是否需要交接传递共享单车(s131),
共享单车正在使用者(用户终端)是否有合适的共享单车需求方响应交接邀请(s132),
共享单车正在使用者(用户终端)在交接未开始时需求方是否停止需求响应(s133)。
在上述判断过程执行之前,首先要预设需求度判定标准,作为举例而非限制,预设的需求度判定标准可以是:
共享单车正在使用者是否到达骑乘目的地(指定地点);
在共享单车正在使用者发出交接传递请求时是否有至少一位共享单车需要使用者在等待邀请且双方交接地为同一地点(指定地点);
在没有同时满足上述两个预设条件时,不启动判定流程(s13)。
上述交接传递信息既可以是当前的交接传递信息,也可以是未来一段时间内可被搜索到的交接传递信息;其中,共享单车需要使用者发出的等待邀请信息必须是实时的持续的需求信息。
如图2所示根据不同的判断条件最终结果为两种状态,其一就是无法完成共享单车交接只能由共享单车正在使用者按照共享单车的交接识别系统的引导停入指定停放点或呼叫运营方收车(s135)并激发起止点信息收集器(1222)结束共享单车的使用并结算费用,其二就是按照共享单车的交接识别系统的引导完成共享单车交接(s134)并完成共享单车使用权的转移和费用结算。
图2为本发明提供的按照预设的需求度判定标准,分析和识别需求信息,并执行相应的处理流程s13的细化实施图。如图2所示,当所述交接识别系统获得的信息为指定时间、指定地点的需求信息时,启动其流程包括:
S11,收集交接识别系统或第三方配套系统提供的用户终端的地理位置信息;
S12,获取需求信息并识别用户终端在指定时间、指定地点的需求信息;
S131,判断用户终端是否需要交接给下一位使用者,若是,则执行步骤S132,若否,则执行步骤S135;
S132,判断用户终端是否有合适的需求方响应交接(合适的条件是指至少有一位潜在需求方在等待交接邀请),若是,则执行步骤S133,若否,则执行步骤S135;
S133,判断用户终端在交接未开始时需求方是否停止响应(这里的需求方是指上一步骤s132响应成功并建立连结的对方),若是,则执行步骤S131,若否,则执行步骤S134;
S134,判定用户终端使用方和需求方进行共享单车交接(包括共享单车使用权的转移和停止计费进行费用的结算);
S135,判定所述用户终端使用方需要在指定停放点停车或呼叫运营方收车(共享单车交接识别系统100会根据定位电路111推送附近指定停车点的空位信息引导停车,若没有空位则可呼叫运营方前来收车,同时停止计费并结算费用)。
进一步,在根据共享单车交接识别系统用户终端110信息,获取到本系统100或第三方推送系统提供用户终端所要到达目的地地理位置处的信息时,可以向用户推送共享单车需求方(也属于用户终端110)当前和/或未来搜索人次及位置距离的基本信息作为潜在交接方待选择。
特别的在除判定用户终端使用方和需求方进行共享单车交接,和判定用户终端需要在指定停放点停车或呼叫运营方收车等两种情况下,不得停止计费和关闭共享单车在线使用状态。
作为举例而非限制,共享单车的交接识别系统信息可以通过用户终端推送;也可以通过已建立关联的即时通信工具推送;还可以通过用户手机短消息推送。
作为举例而非限制,在本实施例中,所述共享单车可以是共享自行车、共享电动车、或者共享摩托车、共享汽车等。
本发明还提供一种共享单车的交接识别系统。图3为本发明提供的共享单车的交接识别系统的结构框图。
如图3所示,该系统100包括通信连接的用户终端110和系统服务器120。其中:
用户终端110包括:
定位电路111,用以采集用户终端110的地理位置信息;
终端通信电路112,用以与系统服务器120进行通信以及与第三方应用系统间的通信;
执行电路113,用以完成流程指令任务以及向其他用户或服务器发出请求信息;
系统服务器120包括:
服务器通信电路121,用以与用户终端110进行通信以及与第三方应用系统间的通信;
识别电路122,与服务器通信电路121,终端通信电路112连接,用以获取用户终端110所在地理位置处的需求信息,必要时还可以和第三方应用系统连接,用以获取和分析所述交接识别系统100运行相关的所有需求信息,包括:
所在地理位置处共享单车的正在使用者和/或需要使用者信息;
共享单车启用和停止以及使用完成后停止计费、结算费用的信息;
实时的动态信息以及交接识别系统进行管理的相关信息。
优选的,所述识别电路122设置有需求信息收集器1221可以与专业的定位、导航地图运营方和/或相关政府部门建立通信连接,用以获取所述第三方提供的共享单车需求信息所在地理位置处的供需双方人数及位置距离信息和/或路况环境信息;也可以通过共享单车交接识别系统100自动识别用户终端在指定时间、指定地点的需求信息并触发相应停放流程和/或交接管理流程。

控制电路125,用以推送判定电路124发出的流程指令以及响应用户终端请求信息或与特定用户终端互动完成指定任务。
控制电路125,分别与所述终端通信电路112、所述服务器通信电路121、所述判定电路122、所述定位电路111连接,用以执行服务器120根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在适合的情况下按照判定电路122反馈信息启动停放流程和/或交接管理流程向用户终端的执行电路113发出指令,用以引导共享单车交接管理或停放到指定停车位上,同时处理费用相关问题和接收所述系统服务器120推送的共享单车动态信息,以供共享单车的使用者参考选择。
图4为本发明提供的共享单车的交接识别系统中的识别电路122的一种结构框图。作为举例而非限制,如图4所示,识别电路122中还可以设置有用以采集与交接识别管理信息相关的需求信息收集器1221、起止点信息收集器1222、运营方信息收集器1223。
作为举例而非限制,共享单车的交接和停放方法的实施可配套使用共享单车的交接识别系统100来支撑,也可以定制或购买第三方应用系统来支撑。
本发明的技术方案具有如下优点,可以根据需求信息的判定和分析合理引导共享单车使用者之间在最短的时间、距离内实现共享单车使用权的转移或监督使用者规范的停放共享单车,营造出绿色环保、文明健康的共享单车使用环境,为运营商节约经济成本,为城市管理者节约管理成本。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种共享单车的交接和停放方法,其特征在于:包括,
    收集交接识别系统或第三方配套系统提供的用户终端的地理位置信息;
    获取需求信息并识别用户终端在指定时间、指定地点的需求信息;
    按照预设的需求度判定标准,分析和识别需求信息,并执行相应的处理流程,
    所述预设的需求度判定标准,包括判断获取到的需求信息:如非交接和停放信息则只是推送通知类基本信息;如是识别出来的指定时间、指定地点的需求信息则判定其是否适合共享单车交接匹配,并实时推送共享单车的相应停放流程和/或交接管理流程,由系统服务器与用户终端连接后引导共享单车使用者交接或停放,实现共享单车在整个使用和停放过程都处于可控状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交接和停放方法,其特征在于:
    所述需求信息是当前的需求信息,或者是预期的需求信息。

    所述需求信息包括当前至未来一段时间内的运营方提供的用户终端实时使用情况、网络运转情况、定点停车站车位情况、维护工作人员位置状态等基本信息。

    所述指定时间、指定地点的需求信息包括有使用意愿的用户终端发出的在具体时间、地点骑乘共享单车的信息以及有交接和停用意愿的用户终端发出的在具体时间、地点交接和停放共享单车的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的交接和停放方法,其特征在于:
    所述根据预设的需求度判定标准,对识别出来的需求信息分别判断所述用户终端是否需要寻找交接的对象,若不需要则直接由服务器引导用户终端完成单车在指定站点停放和/或呼叫运营方收车并结算费用,若需要则等待共享单车需求方响应,

  6. 一种共享单车的交接识别系统,其特征在于:该系统包括通信连接的用户终端和系统服务器;其中,

    定位电路,用以采集所述用户终端的地理位置信息;
    终端通信电路,用以与所述系统服务器进行通信;
    执行电路,分别与所述终端通信电路、所述定位电路连接,用以执行服务器根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在适合的情况下按照服务器推送的共享单车的交接管理信息引导完成交接任务或停放到指定停车位上,同时处理费用相关问题。
    系统服务器包括:
    服务器通信电路,用以与所述用户终端进行通信;
    识别电路,与所述服务器通信电路、终端通信电路连接,必要时还可以和第三方应用系统连接,用以获取和分析所述交接识别系统运行相关的所有需求信息,包括:
    所在地理位置处共享单车的正在使用者和/或需要使用者信息;
    共享单车启用和停止以及使用完成后停止计费、结算费用的信息;
    实时的动态信息以及交接识别系统进行管理的相关信息。
    存储电路,用以预设、以及存储需求适合度判定标准;
    判定电路,分别与所述服务器通信电路、所述识别电路和所述存储电路连接,用以根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在不同的情况下向控制电路推送共享单车的停放流程和/或交接管理流程;
    控制电路,分别与所述终端通信电路、所述服务器通信电路、所述判定电路、所述定位电路连接,用以执行服务器根据预设的需求度判定标准,判断所述需求信息是否适合用户交接共享单车,在适合的情况下按照判定电路反馈信息启动停放流程和/或交接管理流程向用户终端的执行电路发出指令,用以引导共享单车交接管理或停放到指定停车位上,同时处理费用相关问题和接收所述系统服务器推送的共享单车动态信息,以供共享单车的使用者参考选择。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于:
