Claims (8)
- 각종 설비에 사용되는 구동부의 예지 보전방법에 있어서,상기 구동부의 정상적인 구동 상태에서 측정한 시간에 따른 에너지 크기의 변화 정보를 피크 구간과 정속 구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 제1베이스 정보 수집단계(S10);상기 구동부의 고장이 발생하기 전 상기 구동부의 구동 상태에서 측정한 시간에 따른 에너지 크기의 변화 정보를 피크 구간과 정속 구간으로 구분하여 수집하는 제2베이스 정보 수집단계(S20);상기 제1 및 제2 베이스 정보 수집단계(S10,S20)에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 피크 구간의 위험 값(peak fault)을 설정하는 설정단계(S30); 및상기 구동부의 실시간 구동 상태에서 측정한 시간에 따른 에너지 크기의 변화 정보를 피크 구간과 정속 구간으로 구분하여 수집하고, 그 수집된 피크 구간의 에너지 값이 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정된 피크 구간의 위험 값을 초과하면 상기 구동부를 이상상태로 검출하는 검출단계(S40);로 이루어지되,상기 구동부를 통해 측정되는 에너지는 상기 구동부 구동에 소모되는 전류, 상기 구동부 구동시 발생되는 진동, 상기 구동부 구동시 발생되는 소음, 상기 구동부 공급전원의 주파수 중에서 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용되며,상기 설정단계(S30)에서는 상기 구동부가 구동 시작시 높은 에너지 크기의 변화가 발생되는 특성상, 상기 구동부의 구동이 시작되는 구간을 예외(exception)구간으로 설정하며, 상기 검출단계(S40)에서는 예외구간에서 상기 구동부의 에너지 값이 피크 구간의 위험 값을 초과하더라도 상기 구동부를 정상상태로 인지하도록 하되, 상기 구동부의 에너지 값이 피크 구간의 위험 값을 초과하여 일정 지속시간(peak fault duration)이 유지되면 상기 예외구간이더라도 상기 구동부의 이상상태로 인지하도록 하며, 상기 지속시간은 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 일정 시간의 위험 경보구간(peak alarm period)을 설정하고,상기 검출단계(S40)에서 설정된 위험 경보구간에서 상기 구동부의 에너지 값이 상기 위험 값을 초과하는 횟수를 카운터하여 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정된 횟수를 초과하여 감지되면 상기 구동부의 이상상태로 인지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 상기 제1 및 제2 베이스 정보 수집단계(S10,S20)에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 피크 구간의 경보 값(peak warning)을 설정하여 상기 검출단계(S40)에서 상기 구동부의 피크 구간의 에너지 값이 상기 경보 값을 초과하면 상기 구동부를 경보상태로 검출하되,상기 예외구간에서 상기 구동부의 에너지 값이 상기 경보 값을 초과하면 상기 구동부를 정상상태로 검출하며,상기 예외구간에서 상기 구동부의 에너지 값이 상기 경보 값을 초과하여 일정 지속시간(peak warning duration)이 유지되면 상기 예외구간이더라도 상기 구동부를 경보상태로 인지하도록 하며,상기 피크 구간의 경보 값은 상기 위험 값보다 적은 값으로 설정되며, 상기 지속시간은 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 상기 제1 및 제2 베이스 정보 수집단계(S10,S20)에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 정속 구간의 위험 값(mean fault)을 설정하며,상기 검출단계(S40)에서 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정된 정속 구간의 위험 값을 초과하되, 초과된 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 일정 지속시간(mean fault duration)을 유지하지 못하면 상기 구동부를 정상상태로 검출하고, 초과된 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 일정 지속시간을 유지하면 상기 구동부를 이상상태로 검출하며,상기 지속시간은 상기 설정단계에서 설정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 상기 제1 및 제2 베이스 정보 수집단계(S10,S20)에서 수집된 정보를 기반으로 정속 구간의 경보 값(mean warning)을 설정하며,상기 검출단계(S40)에서 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정된 정속 구간의 경보 값을 초과하되, 초과된 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 일정 지속시간(mean warning duration)을 유지하지 못하면 상기 구동부를 정상상태로 검출하고, 초과된 상기 구동부의 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 일정 지속시간을 유지하면 상기 구동부를 경보상태로 검출하며,상기 정속 구간의 경보 값은 상기 정속 구간의 위험 값보다 적은 값으로 설정되며, 상기 지속시간은 상기 설정단계(S30)에서 설정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 검출단계(S40)에서는 상기 구동부의 피크 구간의 에너지 값이 피크 구간의 경보 값을 일정 지속시간(peak warning duration) 초과하고 동시에, 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 정속 구간의 경보 값을 일정 지속시간(mean warning duration) 초과하면 상기 구동부를 이상상태로 인지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 오프셋(off set) 값을 설정하며,상기 구동부의 피크 구간과 정속 구간의 에너지 값이 상기 오프셋 값을 초과하여 넘어가는 점을 시작점으로 하고, 상기 오프셋 값 미만으로 내려가는 점을 끝점으로 하여 상기 시작점부터 끝점까지 구간을 상기 구동부의 구동구간으로 강제 구획하여 구동과 휴지(休止)가 반복되면서 작동하는 상기 구동부에서 반복되는 구동구간을 각각 추출 수집하며, 그 수집된 구동구간의 정보들을 기반으로 정상상태에서 상기 구동부 구동구간의 측정시간에 따른 에너지 크기 변화 값의 평균값을 추출하며, 그 추출된 상기 구동부 구동구간의 측정시간에 따른 에너지 크기 변화 평균값을 기준으로 경보 상한값(Alarm upper limit)과 경보 하한값(Alarm lower limit)을 설정하여,상기 검출단계(S40)에서 상기 구동부의 실시간 구동 상태에서 측정한 시간에 따른 에너지 크기의 변화 값이 상기 경보 상한값을 초과하거나 상기 경보 하한값 미만으로 형성되면 상기 구동부를 이상상태로 검출하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 설정단계(S30)에서 리셋 타임(reset time)을 설정하여,상기 구동부의 피크 구간과 정속 구간의 에너지 값을 설정된 상기 리셋 타임의 시간마다 끊어 다수의 검색구간으로 구획 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동부의 정밀 예지 보전방법.
