Claims (2)
- 入力電源の状態を示すデータを検出することにより、モータ駆動装置の状態を監視する状態検出回路部と、
検出されたデータが、第1の閾値を基準として前記モータ駆動装置が異常であることを示すか否かを判断する判定回路部と、
前記モータ駆動装置に異常が発生した場合に、前記入力電源から前記モータ駆動装置に印加された電圧値または前記モータ駆動装置に流れた電流値のピーク値、異常の累積発生回数、及び検出したピーク電圧値やピーク電流値の単位時間当たりの変化量の検出データのうち、少なくとも1つ以上の検出データを記憶する記憶部と、
前記ピーク電圧値、ピーク電流値、異常の累積発生回数、及びピーク電圧値やピーク電流値の単位時間当たりの変化量の検出データにおけるモータ駆動装置の第2の閾値である許容値を予め設定する設定部と、を備え、
モータ駆動装置の前回起動時に前記記憶部に記憶された前記検出データが予め設定された前記許容値に達しているか否かを前記モータ駆動装置の電源投入時毎に判定し、前記許容値に達していた場合は前記モータ駆動装置の二次破損を防止するために前記モータ駆動装置の電源投入を禁止し、
モータ駆動装置の異常を検出するための基準となる前記第1の閾値が、再起動を許容するか否かを決定するための基準となる前記第2の閾値より低い、
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 前記許容値は、前記モータ駆動装置の外部から書き換え可能である、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
